Here's a script for Beavis and Butt-Head watching Welcome to Eltingville:
(Beavis and Butt-Head are sitting on the couch, watching TV)
Beavis: "Huh-huh, yeah! Comic books, dude."
Butt-Head: "Yeah! These guys are, like, total wimps."
(On TV, the nerds in the comic book store start hurling sci-fi and superhero trivia questions at each other)
Nerd 1: "What's the secret identity of the Phantom Zone villain, Xarx?"
Nerd 2: "That's easy! It's Lesla-Lar!"
Nerd 3: "No way! Who's the only Avenger to have killed a teammate?"
Nerd 4: "Uh, that's Hawkeye! He killed the Swordsman!"
Beavis: "Huh? What are these dudes talking about?"
Butt-Head: "I don't know, dude. Sounds like, uh, algebra or something."
Nerd 1: "What's the name of the planet where Superman's Fortress of Solitude is located?"
Nerd 2: "That's easy! It's the planet Rann!"
Nerd 3: "No way! Who's the Marvel character with the power of 'cosmic awareness'?"
Nerd 4: "Duh, that's the One-Above-All!"
Beavis: "Yeah! These guys are, like, totally geekin' out, dude."
Butt-Head: "This rules! Let's change the channel."
(Beavis and Butt-Head change the channel)
Beavis: "Yeah! Now this is more like it. Music videos!"
Butt-Head: "Yeah!"
(They start laughing and making fun of music videos)
