Chapter 1: The Mutant who lived.
Harry Potter knew from a young age he was treated differently than other children his age, while other children were shown love by their families, Harry was treated with distain and hatred, he never understood why, at 10 years old he looked closer to 8 and likely to stay that way due to his relatives starving him it started 4 days ago during Harry's cousin "Dudley" Dursley's birthday at the zoo.
Harry spoke to a Snake who responded to his words but Dudley shoved Harry to the floor moments later the glass around the snake enclosure vanished and Dudley fell 8n before the glass reappeared he said as much to his Uncle "Vernon" Dursley who did not like when Harry said it was like magic.
Vernon slammed Harry into the cupboard under the stairs locking him inside Harry cried out "I didn't do anything this isn't fair!"
Vernon with a vicious grin said " That's Life!"
Before slamming the peephole shut, and true to his words Harry didn't receive anything meals, nor water he felt like he was dying because he was in fact dying, he closed his eyes and thought he began to dream, it was a spectacular dream of a man called Remy LeBeau aka Gambit he had a power that allowed him to manipulate kinetic energy and even make objects he imbued with it explode. Harry felt he watched the man's entire life up to his death, what Harry didn't know the moment he closed his eyes his soul was passing at the same time in a different place so was Remy LeBeau's
By some unknown means Harry's soul merged with Remy's saving Harry's life in the process but Harry was legally dead for a few moments but it was enough for his scar to begin leaking a redish black smoke and begin to heal and fade away.
Harry's eyes snapped open as he audibly spoke out he noticed a few things, he no longer looked like a starved child, he looked his proper age, he no longer required his glasses to see, and as he spoke he noticed gone was he English accent a familiar cajun accent replaced it.
Harry believed it could not be coincidence so he focused and placed his hand on his cupboard door and faint pink glow began to form around his hand, he saw it flicker seeing that it was about to dissappear he refocused the glow appeared once again but instead of pink it was a vibrant green almost flame like aura Harry smiled widely before pushing his palm forward and said " Boom!"
The cupboard door exploded forward smashing into the opposite wall damaging it and all the things hanging on it photos of the Dursley's.
Harry stepped out of his prison to be greeted by his Aunt "Petunia" looking absolutely terrified of his appearance gone was the meek, scared, underfed boy, the boy looked strong and healthy, but mostly importantly his eyes the green color had begun to glow and he wore a smile that one could be described as predatory.
At that time Vernon and Dudley made a appearance , Vernon looked furious and Dudley confused, as Vernon lunged forward at Harry, Petunia saw Harry's smile widen as he lifted one of the few enjoyable items left in his cupboard a playing card he quickly poured his power into and shot his hand out as the card that now had the green flame like energy covering flew towards Vernon at incredible speed and as it made contact with his chest it caused a small low powered impact explosion that sent the walrus like man flying backwards as he smashed through the kitchen door, Dudley screamed in terror, as did Petunia as she raced down the hall and into the kitchen to check on her Husband.
Petunia propped Vernon up into a sitting position he was covered in multiple small cuts and bruises his eyes widened as he watched Harry enter the kitchen with a scary unsettling smile still present on his face. As Harry walked down the hall into the kitchen he had tapped several things along they way using his abilities to create small explosions with the intent of causing untraceable fires as he entered the kitchen Dudley foolishly charged Harry and swung his meaty fist at the raven haired boy, but no one could have foreseen the end result that followed.
Harry moved his head to the left dodging his cousin's punch, Harry then with his right arm elbow checked Dudley's chin, who responded on frightened instinct with a wild right handed swing, Harry raised his own right arm in a L block before hooking it underneath his underarm and locking it painfully into place, Harry then yanked his fat cousin towards him punching him once in the jaw, followed by a knee to his gut then a headbutt to Dudley nose breaking it before kicking his feet from under him as Harry grabbed Dudley's leg by his ankle and with a sickening sound the Dursley's watched as the boy they abused for so many years snapped their son's ankle like a twig.
That's when they finally heard the boy speak and sound so very different not just the accent but the confidence and lack of remorse in his words scared them further.
" Oh dat felt good right dare, not so fun when it's you, no?" Harry rhetorically asked his relatives.
Petunia decided to try and speak with him to reason with him, even though she knew deep down it would do nothing.
"Harry…" she started but was immediately interrupted by the green eyed child.
" Oh I'm Harry now, am I, and after all dis time I thought you didn't know dat my name here be Harry Potter" He said with as much venom as he could but continued on.
"Now Imma let you here know dat I hate each of you wit every fiber of my bein' so Imma leave you with the same ting you would give me" Harry turned his head towards the hallway to show them the several trails of fire burning up the walls a quickly growing."absolument pas"
Vernon looking at Harry with a expression mixed with both anger and disbelief as he shouted at Harry as the boy began to exit Number 4 Prevet Drive for the last time. "You can't do this you little freak it isn't fair!"
Harry looked over his shoulder and smirked before saying in french "c'est la vie(That's Life, My friend)"
Harry walked down the road and quickly made his way to London at 10 and a half years old he began pickpocketing at day and robbing jewelry stores at night until he was able to purchase his own property in White Chapel under an Alias "Remy LeBeau"
Harry kept up his skills and trained them to perfection he now had access to regular meals, and had more money than he would ever spend in two lifetimes it was when he turned 11 things changed and he was certain things were gonna get more interesting.
As he receive a very interesting letter that read.
"Dear Mr Potter we are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, we request your owl no later than August 10th your supplies are enclosed on a list below start of term begins September 1st
Signed Deputy Headmistress Minerva McGonagall"
Harry now realized he was not only a Mutant but a Wizard as well. He found his way to the Leaky Cauldron by asking a guy who by Harry's observation dressed like he was from the 1800's how to find Diagon Alley, he followed the man instructions and found the pub he went through the brick gateway with the help of Tom the barman and began walking the Alley as he walked passed several shops he came across something that caught his eye his name on several books that depicted him on several fantasy adventures he grabbed book after book that was supposedly about him and it was utter nonsense.
He went to recent history books and that's where he learned the truth, About who he is, who his parents were, how they died and why his name was famous, Harry felt various emotions and had just as many thought on these subjects, he was angry, he thought that these people did not truly care for him, so he would not be their hero, he was going to be his own man, and not rely on the moniker "The Bot Who Lived" he decided with the information he had gained to go to Gringotts he told the clerk when asked for a key he didn't have it he was told that they would replace it for a fee, Harry took some of his Non magical currency and converted it to it's wizard equivalent to pay for his new key, he left the bank fare more richer than he entered.
Harry got his shopping done on his own he even stopped by Gambol and Japes and picked up a handy item he would use for years to come several magically replenishing Poker Cards decks , then he bought his wand next to last He thought Mr Ollivander was a odd fellow and was slightly uncomfortable with the news that his wand was brothers with Voldemort's wand the man who murdered his parents. So Harry infused his mutation and his blood a fused it with his wand changing it and making it far stronger and more durable as well as overpowering the trace upon it. The last shop Harry visited was to get a pet he got a beautifu snowy owl he named "Hedwig", as he returned home and immediately began to study his subjects from all 7 years as he bought nearly all the basic course works for them he was not going to Hogwarts unprepared now the only thing left was the Waiting game.
