Prompt 5 for SM Villains Week "Revenge/Regret". Scene is from a future act in Chaos Theory that hasn't been outlined yet. This scene will take place in the next arc… I think. I'm trying to figure out which arc is next after the current one… I keep having lots of ideas I need to straighten out as it's a giant jumbled mess in my head at the moment. ^^;

Sailor Cosmos' heart is hammering in her chest as she stares at the senshi in front of her. Who is this woman? How does she possess so much raw power? Where did she appear from suddenly?

The senshi laughs as she slowly lowers her hand after discharging a powerful attack. She wears a red, black, and grey fuku. Her long crimson hair is pull up on top of her head. Her orange eyes beam with pride for the destruction she has caused. Like the other senshi, she doesn't wear a tiara but has a red mark on her forehead. She stands at a distance from Sailor Cosmos making it harder to notice the finer details. "I've waited to face you head on like this for so long Guardian. It looks like my wish has finally materialized." She will not let Sailor Cosmos escape her this time.

"Who are you…?" Sailor Cosmos takes a step back. She can sense the strong dark energy radiating from her. The power feels overwhelming in her weakened state. The woman's starseed is incredibly strong. How could anyone's starseed emit so much darkness?

The senshi grins, refusing to reveal her name just yet. "You already know who I am. This is not the first time we met." Though it is the first time they fought in her true form, the form she longed to return to for centuries.

Cosmos grips her staff tightly. She knows she has never met this woman before, has she? How could she say she knows who she is? The response annoys her. Without knowing the name of this senshi, she can't determine if the others know anything about this new opponent. She has to try to learn more about her. "Why are you here?"

"To extinguish your light; it has been a thorn in my side for too long." She raises her hand and unleashes another round of black energy at Sailor Cosmos.

"Brilliant Barricade!" Cosmos can feel her shield weaken. How many more senshi are there? Is there no end to this Sailor War? The person in front of her is the strongest she has faced yet. With a burst of energy, she is finally able to repel the attack. Her chest heaves trying to catch her breath. She is weaker than she realized. She used up too much energy fighting the other senshi and protecting her Royal Court. She left them behind thinking she could stop this on her own despite the protests she received. They didn't want to be left behind.

"Sailor Cosmos!" Sailor Star Fighter calls out to her as she arrives with Sailor Star Healer and Sailor Star Maker. She is going to have words with Sailor Cosmos later about her actions. After checking on the white haired senshi to make sure she is okay, the Starlight refocuses her attention to the new senshi nearby.

Sailor Star Healer eyes the senshi with interest. They've had too many battles against other senshi recently. It's become worse than when Galaxia attacked Kinmoku.

Sailor Star Maker stares at the marking on the senshi's forehead. She is certain she has seen that mark before in a book in passing on Kinmoku years ago. She makes a mental note to contact the Scarlet Palace regarding the image. The mark makes her feel uneasy.

The woman smirks, challenging the Guardian directly. "I know who you are Tsukino Usagi. I can kill you at any time I please. You… or your loved ones." She smiles as she looks directly at Sailor Star Fighter. She is going to enjoy exploiting the Guardian's greatest weakness at the opportune moment. She'll make sure everyone's light burns out. She laughs.

Another new senshi? Well… this is part of the Sailor War discussed by Queen Kakyuu with Sailor Galaxia. But what makes this senshi so different than the others?
