Austin is smiling as he sees Randy run to his room. He did overhear the two. He has been stalking Randy for a while now. He was losing him, he wanted to know why. Only here at his place. He wonders if he is ever going to know who this Mark is. But the day came. His two workers, came running in, crying out to him saying they got fired. He gasps, those two work at H.E.B, now he knows who this Mark is. He sets up a plan, he is going to meet him. He is standing outside the store; he turns to his friends. He gives them the signal.

Chapter 3

Mark is walking around the store. He found out that some of the employees have been stealing. He was right, that's why the numbers don't add up. He caught the thieves. He fires them on the spot. They all said that he can't fire them. That the store needs them, they are the best employees. They are the only ones that work hard. Mark shrugs it off. He tells him everyone is replaceable; someone better might come in and take over. He fires them and sends them out. It's been two weeks since it happens.

He blinks a few times; he sees a group of guys huddle up. He runs to the crowd, and he sees a man on his knees. He is begging them not to hurt him. Mark growls as he stands in front of him. "Pick on someone your own size" The others, look at each other. One charge to hurt Mark, but he dodges it, and hits him. He goes straight down. "Who's next" Mark smirk. He notice that the ones he fired, are the ones bullying this man here. Another goes for the punch but Mark grabs the fist and makes him flip over. The other goes for the kick, but he catch it, and twirls him around. Mark stretches. "Now get out of HERE!" The three gets up and scatter. He turns to the man on his knees. "You okay?"

"Are...are they gone?" the man says

"Yes they are. They won't bother you again" Mark says "Come on.."

The man grabs Mark's hand. He gets lifted up.

"You okay?" Mark says

"I'm great...thanks to you"

"Good to hear..."

"I'm Austin...Steve Austin"

"Mark Calaway"

Steve looks at him, Could this be the guy who is dating Randy. The guy who gets to hold Randy, gets to touch him.

"Thanks for the save...Let me make it up to you...how about a date...?"

"No thanks...I'm taken" Mark smiles "But...a coffee will be nice"

"Taken...aww. Well...you are handsome of course you will be taken. Whose the lucky guy?"

Mark smiles "Don't need to know"

Austin nods. "You are right...but I do want to make it up to you"

"Next time" Mark says as he walks back to the store. He goes over the papers.

Mark closes up the office. He waits for one of the managers to come by. He gives the keys to her. "Remember...security check, the doors, windows, everything is off. Then lock up" She nods and Mark goes out. He is off for the day. He gets on his truck. He drives home. As he did, he puts on music, he enjoy the ride. He looks at his mirror, he sees one car. He shrugs and keeps going. He turns to his house, and parks in. He opens the door and three dogs attack him. He pets each of them, and says hi. He hears his name. "Randy.." he says.

Austin follows Mark all the way to his house. He saw the whole thing. He is right? This guy is the one that is dating him. Austin slams the wheel. He glares at Mark, who is kissing Randy, and touching him. He hates him, he hates him. Austin always wanted to touch Randy, he even tries to go out with him. Randy doesn't even look him, not in the way he wants him to. Austin looks closely, he sees Randy looking at Mark with love. He sighs. Randy is his. He won't let anyone have HIM!

Austin is outside Mark's house. Randy hasn't left yet. He looks up the room to see the two are kissing. The curtains are open, and Austin tries to get a good look. He sees Mark, rubbing Randy, up and down his body, while Randy lean to him. Austin wants to see more but Mark closes the curtains, and it goes dark.

Austin now knows that it's Mark Calaway. He's been using him against Randy. Austin will hurt him no matter what. He wants to end Mark. But he wants to break Randy first. Then he will be there for him, and he will fall in love with him. That's Austin plan. He is going for it.

He finds Mark again. He goes up to him to make small talk. He says that he still owes Mark.

"I want to take you...to a fun place" Austin says

"No, I'm good"

"Come on...it's all you can eat...you can play games; you can play paint ball. It will be fun"

Mark thinks for a while. He nods "Okay"

Austin parks in front of his place. "I need to look for someone first. They have my pass"

"Okay...I'll wait here" Mark says

"No...it will take time...Come on. let's head in"

Austin smiles wide. Before all this, he made Cody and Randy work double. He even made them dance together. He can't keep the smile off his face. He can't wait to break Mark's heart, and Randy's. He looks back at Mark.

"Come ON"

The two go inside. Mark stares in awe. He never been to one of these places before. He did back in the day, but he stop. He needed to work. He sees people dancing around, eating, drinking. He tries not to hit, or bump into anyone. The music is blasting, the crowd cheering on. Mark notice the Dj is way up, he is pointing at the stage. Mark gets blinded by the lights, and he covers them. He hates it here. He wants to go now. He doesn't really come to these kinds of places. He did back in the day, but he learn his lesson. He bumps someone but they didn't even bother. Austin grabs Mark.

"Ready to have a good time" Austin says

"No not really. Listen, this place um..." Mark starts but Austin stops him.

"O come on...live a little" He says "Two beautiful, hot boys are going to perform"

"Okay, But I don't want to...I thought you are looking for someone..." Mark says. He can't be here, he has Randy. The music starts.

Turn the lights off in this place

and he shines just like a star

The music goes, and Mark just looks around. The guys start cheering as the dancers come forward. He didn't even bother to look. He looks around again, this song does have a beat. Austin shakes him.

"Hey look...they are amazing" Austin says

Mark turns to the stage. His eyes widen. He doesn't believe it. So this is...what Randy does? Cody is up there too, the two are. Austin points at the two laughing at them. He goes to Mark's ear.

"They can give you a private dance, You know...like...they can go down on you" Austin winks.

Mark didn't pay attention. He is just staring at Randy. Who is also staring at him. He looks scared. Mark can tell that Randy is feeling shock, scared, surprised, Mark doesn't know what he feels. Randy has been lying to him. He kept this from him. After all he did, and he never told him. Mark growls. Randy hasn't move a muscle. He is completely still. Cody goes to him, telling him something. Mark is about to take a step forward, but Austin drags him. He drags him outside.

"Well...that's enough for today" he says

Mark looks at the building. "Austin Star's...? This is your place isn't it?"

"Yes it is" He smiles "Such a good place...where you can relax and enjoy"

Mark keeps remembering Randy's face, he wants to take that fear away. He needs to talk to him. Maybe he can explain. Mark turns back to the door. Austin steps in front of him.

"Where are you going?" Austin laughs

"Back in...I.." Mark gets shove.

"No...you are not going back in there" Austin says

"Let me through...I have to talk to him"

"To who?" Austin says

"Randy...I have to talk to him" Mark says. He gets shove again.

"Wait...you are dating a stripper...? Man... How can you do that? Don't you get jealous that he is around guys"

Mark growls. No, he is not like that. He knows Randy, he will never. But in his mind, he feels like that is true. Randy never told him about this...this...job. So that means, he has been fooling around. He shakes his head. No way, he wouldn't. Mark trust Randy, he needs to talk to him.

"Let me talk to him" Mark growls

Austin pushes him back. Mark growls as he swings his fist to Austin's stomach. He makes his air go out. Austin goes down to his knee, trying to catch his breath. Mark kicks his side and he goes to the door. He feels something hit his leg. He goes down to one knee. He gets hit again, but gets hit under the chin. He goes down. Mark is pull up, he is on his knees, with his arms being held. Austin gets up slowly, he walks his way to Mark.

"Sorry...but you are not talking to him" Austin smiles "Nor...will you ever see him again"

Mark shouts as he headbutts one man. His arm gets loose and Mark punches Steve. He turns to kick the other man down. Mark runs to the front door, and he tries to open it. It's lock, but why? He looks around, there's got to be another way. He runs around, looking for a backdoor.

"Hunter, Kurt...get him!" Steve shouts. The three follow Mark. All the way around. Mark finds a backdoor. He opens it, as he is about to enter he gets kick right on the chest. He goes back, he feels a punch across his face. He looks up, the security guard. He gets up, ready to fight. He swings his fist, hitting the guard. He uses his knee to hit the guard's stomach. He goes to his knees. Mark kicks the head. He sees something flying, he gets hit on the face. A trashcan, lovely. He looks but it's too late. He gets punch right on the gut. He goes to his knees. Austin shouts as he kicks Mark's head, making him go down. He didn't give up though, he gets up slowly, only to be kick again. Mark crawls to the door, he is not giving up. He needs to see him, he needs to, he has too. He needs to get up and see him. He gets kick again.

"Sorry Mark. Randy is mine." Austin says "Take him away"

Mark gets pull up, as he did Mark uses his strength to run to Austin. He punches Steve making him stumble. Mark turns to fight Hunter and Kurt. He is beating them, he is close. Once he knocks the two out, he makes his way to Randy. Once he gets to him, he is taking him away. He is not letting Randy stay here. He shouts as he feels a sharp pain on his stomach. He looks down to see a pocketknife, impaled to his stomach. Austin twist it, making Mark cry out. Austin pulls it out, Mark goes down to his knees.

"Give it up Mark. You will never win" Austin laughs "Bye Mark"

"No..." Mark feels like fainting. He is losing too much blood. "RANDY!"

Austin kicks him. Mark goes down.

Randy is staring at the mirror. He doesn't' want to move from his spot. He feels empty now, he doesn't know what to do. What will he do without Mark. He thought, he is going to be with him. He wanted to tell him, he wanted to tell every single day. But now, it's too late. And Mark is gone. Randy looks at the necklace Mark gave him. He is staring at it. He shakes his head. No, Mark will come to him. He will understand. Mark is a loving, caring person. So that means, he will understand and hopefully forgive him. He smiles as he remembers his days with Mark. He blinks the tears away. He has to talk to him. He needs to talk him. Randy gets ready, and he runs out. As he did he bumps into Austin.

"Whoa Randy..."

"Move" Randy says

"Where you are going?" Austin says

"I'm going to see my boyfriend" Randy shouts at him "It was you, wasn't it?"

"What...?"

"You brought him here, didn't you?"

"Well... yes...but I thought I got a different Mark." Randy shoves him.

"Bastard!' Randy keeps walking.

"You are staying here"

"Make ME!" Randy says "I have to see Mark"

"He won't see you" Austin says

Randy stops in his tracks.

"I told him everything Randy" Austin says "All he did was shout at how angry he was. And he just left'

"Not true"

"He is leaving tonight"

"Not true!" Randy shouts

"He told me, that he hates lies, and that...he won't accept you... for... you know'

"He would never SAY THAT!"

"Well, he did...believe me or not. Go to his house...maybe he is still there"

Randy goes up to his face. "He is...I'm sure of it"

Randy pushes him aside. He takes out his phone. He calls Mark. Nothing. He text him. Nothing. Randy keeps trying, Mark needs to answer.

"Come on Mark...baby" Randy whispers 'Please...please..."

Cody walks up to the viper. "Randy?"

"Mark is not answering" he whispers

"I'm sure...he is cooling off" Cody says "He might... be angry"

"Angry or not...he needs to answer. I just want to know if he is still in town?"

"In town?"

"Austin says that he packs his stuff and left"

"No... he wouldn't. That's not like him"

"I know...but... he is not answering" Randy puts his phone up "I'm going to his place"

Cody runs after him "I'm going with you"

The two drive to Mark's place. He runs inside, he opens the door. Mark gave him the spare key.

"Mark!" Randy shouts "Mark.."

"I'll check over here" Cody says

Randy looks everywhere. He goes to the bedroom, he stops. The place, it looks empty. As if, someone pack their bags and left. Austin can't be telling the truth. Mark would never do this. Randy searches the room. Cody runs to the room.

"The dogs are gone too" Cody whispers

"No... no... no... It can't be" Randy whispers

Cody sees something on the desk. He sees a letter. "Randy. Look"

Randy runs to the desk. He picks up the note. His hopes go up, maybe Mark had to do something for work. He is coming back soon. Randy reads the note, and his heart drops. He slowly walks to the bed, and sits down.

Randy,

I'm sorry. I need time alone. I need to think about what I just saw...No.

I think it's best that we don't see each other ever again. I don't want to be with someone, who exposes himself to the men. I don't' ever want to see you. I am moving away to start a new life, so I can forget about you.

Also, I will never forgive you, for lying to me.

Mark

Randy crumbles the paper. He throws it. His heart is sinking. He cries out in pain. Cody runs to him, hugs him tight.

"It's okay Randy...it's okay" Cody whispers

Randy is still lying on the bed. He hasn't move at all. It's been two days. Cody tries his best to give him water, food. Randy only takes three bites, or sometimes say he is not hungry. Randy is getting weaker by the day. Cody wishes he can do something for his best friend. His best friend is gone. Nothing but an empty man. Randy's eyes are blank, red, bag under his eyes. His skin, pale, his face skinny. Cody of course tries to convince him to get up. He needs to get up to move on. He even tries telling Randy that Mark is a jerk. He is not good for him. Randy breaks down every time he hears the name Mark. Cody is now sitting next to him, wondering what to do.

"I love him, you know" Randy whispers

Cody looks at him.

"I love him so much...I don't know...if I can...live on"

"NO, don't start that" Cody says "You have to be strong. I know Mark hurt you, but you can't give up. Get up, and be better"

Randy blinks "I can't. I don't want to get up"

Cody sighs, "I don't understand"

Randy stays quiet. He doesn't understand either.

"I mean, when you two are together, I see so much love, I see the look in his eyes"

"Well... it's gone now"

"No... no... no... I know he loves you. I mean, he...it's not like him. He wouldn't just leave"

"Well, he did. He is not here... nor his dogs" randy whispers

"Randy...this isn't him" Cody says "You should know...come on...come on..."

"Look Cody...He is gone. He hates me! Hate ME!"

Cody goes to him and slaps him.

"No..."

Randy sits down. He looks at the floor. "You're right...you are right"

"Okay. Good. So...what do we do?" he says

"We search the house...and then...we search Austin's stars"

Randy goes to the stage and decides to sit. He is not dancing anymore. He just let's the music play. He is glaring at everyone, he is done. He believes Austin is behind this. He did bring him here, he did talk to him. So, Randy is going to play his game. He hopes Cody is right. He wants Mark back, he hopes he gets him back. He needs to explain to him, to tell him everything. Randy wants to tell him everything. The music keeps playing, the crowd are just staring. None of them, know what was going on. Austin runs up to grab him, and drags him away.

"What are you doing?!" Austin shouts

Randy didn't answer. He is not talking to him.

"Randy!" he shouts.

Randy gets up to leave. Austin slams him to the door.

"You have to go out there and DANCE!" he warns

Randy looks down "What's the point..."

"What?"

"Mark...is gone. So...my life is ruin"

"You are being SILLY!"

Randy chuckles "Sorry...I dance with heart, passion...I love to dance but that is gone. I'm just an empty shell"

Austin sighs "Randy...He is gone. He doesn't love you. I think he never did"

Randy sighs "That love kept me going. Now that it's gone. I am done"

"Let me help you Randy..." Austin says "I can help you...find that passion" Austin leans to Randy, getting closer. Randy pushes him back.

"Don't touch me" Randy goes out the room "I'm going home"

Cody is walking around the building. He is still trying to find out what happen to Mark. Austin, he must have done something. Mark has change Randy's life, made him happier, made Randy become a better man. But Mark is gone, Randy is slowly falling. Cody's been watching Austin, he's been acting different, especially around Randy. He doesn't like it. He stops when he sees Hunter and Kurt walking out of a room. Cody never seen that before. There is storage room. Cody hides behind the wall and watches the two walk. He hears the two of them laughing, he wonders. He checks the storage room, wondering if there is a window. There is nothing. Cody searches again. He goes to the front door. He tries to open it. He begins knocking. He puts his ear to the door. He hears chains. Now, he has to find out what's inside. He looks and still see Hunter and Kurt standing, talking to each other. He has an idea.

Randy is sitting down again. He hasn't move from the spot. Cody did tell him to play heartbroken, but he really is. He can't seem to find a way to move. He feels his shoulders getting grab and drag to a room.

"Guess what?!" Cody says

"What..."

"There is a storage room...building thing out there"

"So... wait...there is a storage room?"

"Yes...it's behind the building. We never go back there, so we never seen it"

"Oh well...but what about it?" Randy says

"I think... there is something inside there..."

"Right...?"

"No... like...chains, rattling, and... I think someone is in there"

Randy looks at him. "No... he... left"

"We have to check"

"Okay...let's go NOW"

"Wait..." Cody stops him "It's lock...And I think Hunter or Kurt...has the key"

"Oh man. How do we get it?!" Randy says

"With what we do best" Cody says "We dance'

"Oh no... I am never dancing again"

"Yes. You are...we have to. Come on Randy...We have to find out what's in there"

"Okay...fine. fine" Randy says

Randy is in Austin's office. He looks at him.

"I decided to dance..." Randy says "You are right...I have to move on...maybe someone else will come...and love me...for me"

Austin gets up to walk to him. "Randy...you are...amazing...maybe the one for you...has always been right in front of you"

Randy smiles as he looks at him. "Austin...I..."

"SHh..." Austin is now inches away from Randy.

"I can't" Randy moves away "Let me dance tonight...Let me find that passion again"

Austin nods "I'll be here...waiting for you"

Randy nods. Cody did tell him that he's been acting weird. Austin is trying his best to get Randy to dance. He is there for him, always asking if he is okay. Randy is starting to like it, knowing that someone is there for him. Of course, Cody...will tell him to stay away from Austin. Randy goes up to Cody.

"Let's do this" Cody says "Now what song did you choose?"

Randy looks down. "I have to make Austin believe that I am moving on. So... I choose...D.T.M"

"By Simon Curtis..." Cody sighs "Okay..."

The song starts. Austin sits down, along with his two friends. The lights start flashing, the crowd, start cheering. Randy walks up first, and he stares at the crowd. He stills feels heavy in his heart...but they have to do this. Cody slowly walks behind him. The song drops.

You told me back then, that our love would never end

You lied.

hold me like you did before, console me, like we never went to war

you throwed me and my heart to the floor

I died

Now you're dead to me

you're dead to me

Austin smiles, maybe Randy is now hating Mark. He is getting him, slowly he can feel it. The songs plays and the two walk to the three guys. Cody goes to Hunter, and he wraps his arms around Hunter. He starts moving his body. Hunter lays back to enjoy it. Randy walks around Austin and starts rubbing his shoulders. The two dance around the three. Randy dances in front of Austin. He hopes he can distract him. Randy closes his eyes, and he sees Mark. He is the one sitting down, watching him dance. He gasps as he blinks only to lose balance. He goes down but Austin grabs him. He leans to kiss him, but Randy turns away.

Cody grabs Hunter's chair and pulls it. Hunter stands up, and smiles. Cody goes to hug him. He starts swaying his body. As he did, he moves his hands. He smirks, when he feels the keys. He takes it as he did, he leans to Hunter to smile. He then pushes him back to the chair. Randy turns around and follows Cody back to the stage. Austin smile is wide. Kurt is staring at the two. He didn't get any action. The music slows down and stops. Cody and Randy pose.

The two are backstage.

"So... did you get it?" Randy says

"Yes..." Cody takes out the keys "I got lucky. I didn't know Hunter had the key"

"Um." Randy laughs "Alright let's go..."

The two start running. Randy stops, when he hears his name. Randy looks to Cody. "Keep going."

"Randy?!" the two stop. Austin goes in. "You guys did great. So glad you...came back"

Randy turns to Austin. "Yeah..."

Austin goes closer to Randy.

"Austin...I need time" he says.

"Just know...that Mark hates you...but I don't...I want to..."

"Sorry Austin...I need time" Randy says as he walks away. Austin stops him.

"I'll be here"

Randy nods as he walks back to his room. He wants to follow after Cody, but Austin, he is right there. He can't shake him. Randy hopes Cody is okay.

Cody runs to the little storage room. He gets the keys. He looks around first. No one, he is goes for it. He opens the door. He looks inside. It has speakers, clothes, tables, chairs. Cody searches the place; he looks for the light switch. He turns it on. He takes a breath and gets ready to search. He looks around, wondering, hoping he can find something. He hears something, chains, rattling. He runs to the noise. He stops.

"Oh...Mark..." Cody whispers

He looks up, his eyes red, tired, bruise. He tries to move; to talk but his mouth is duct tape. Cody kneels in front of him. He removes the tape. Mark groans in pain, he tries to talk.

"Co-Cody..." He speaks

"Hey...he's okay." Cody looks at his legs, the chains are around his ankles. And around his wrist. "I got you"

Cody gets the keys. He unlocks him. He goes to help Mark. As he picks him up, Mark stumbles a bit. Cody tries his best to hold him up. He feels something in his hand. Cody gasps, blood.

"oh Mark..." he whispers "What did they do to you?"

Mark growls as he moves his leg. "I'm...I'm okay"

"Come on..."

Cody helps him to the door but stops.

"So... you were the one that took my keys?" Hunter laughs

Cody didn't say anything. Hunter stands aside to see Kurt there too.

"Sorry...Cody...but we can't let you take Mark" Hunter says

"Why?" Cody says, "What did he do?"

"Austin...wants him gone" Hunter says

"Austin...loves Randy...doesn't he?" Cody whispers

"Yup... and no one is going to take his star"

Hunter charges to Cody. Mark pushes Cody out of the way and he gets tackle instead.

"MARK!' Cody shouts. He is about to help him, but Kurt gets him. The two start fighting. Mark throws Hunter out the door. He goes to Kurt, and he grabs him. He drags him to the door. He throws him out. Mark limps to Cody.

"You okay...?" Mark says

"Yeah..." Cody gets up and feels his lips. "It's bleeding..." He laughs.

"Yup...come on. Let's go..." Mark says. Cody nods, and he helps Mark.

"Oh no..." Hunter shouts. He runs to the two. He drops the two down. Mark grabs Hunter, so he won't hurt Cody more. Kurt gets Cody, and he drags him back to the storage room. He gets throws in there. Hunter throws Mark in there too. Hunter shuts the door. "Now...we have two"

Hunter locks it and the two go back to the main building. Cody gets up and tries the door. He keeps banging on the door. He shouts, he keeps trying.

"YOU CAN"T KEEP US HERE!" Cody shouts "Let us OUT!"

Mark coughs a little. Cody stops, he runs to him. He helps him sit up.

"Oh Mark...what did they...do to you?"

"Nothing I can handle" Mark coughs again. Cody rubs his back, trying to soothe him. "They...they have been...beating me up"

"But why...why...?"

"You are right about Austin" Mark says "He wants Randy to himself"

"Oh no"

"I have to save him" Mark says

"We will, but we need to escape" Cody looks around the place. "Hang in there Randy..."

"How...how is Randy...?" Mark says

"He's good..." Cody says. He shakes his head; he can't lie to him "No... he is a wreck"

"What...?"

"He thinks...you hate him" Cody says "He thinks...you left him. And that you want to forget him"

Mark gets angry.

"Why?" he whispers

"We found the note you wrote?"

"Note...I never wrote a note" Mark says

"Your house...well your room is empty" Cody says "We search your place, and all is gone. That's where we found the note. Randy thinks you are gone"

Mark shakes his head. The guys did really plan this, didn't they. All so Austin can get with Randy.

"I would...never leave him" Mark coughs "I love him"

Cody looks at him. "You do...? I mean after the lies, after finding out that he is a stripper..."

"I-I want to hear it, from him" Mark says "Austin...told me" He coughs "Told me that he...he...goes out with every...guy...and he...slept...with..."

"No. it's not true! Randy would never! he hates people touching him"

Mark smiles.

"All he does is dance." Cody says, "Nothing else!'

"Does...he...like dancing?"

"He does...he gets to make up his own moves and pick his own songs. He even helps others with their dance routine"

"I-I saw him dancing... with you" Mark laughs "He...looks like he was having fun"

"He was...we both did" Cody says

"He...looks so free..." Mark smiles.

"Well...we are serious about dancing"

Mark coughs a little. "Good..."

"Are...you...mad?" Cody says

"No... I'm not. What will anger do anyways" Mark says "Yes...he lied to me...but...It must be hard. I can never be mad at him"

Cody smiles. He goes to hug him. Mark chuckles as he hugs him back.

"Let's get our strength...and we will break out of here" Mark says. He then wonders "My. Dogs...were they at the house?"

"No..."

Mark growls. "Oh no..."

He tries to move but starts coughing. Cody goes to him and rubs his back. He gently lays Mark down, placing his head on his lap. Cody starts rubbing Mark's head, hair. He blinks a few times. "Stay strong for Randy. He really wants to talk to you" Cody says. Mark nods, giving a small smile. Mark groans as he tries to breath. He believes his ribs are broken. Hunter and Kurt Walk up to their boss. The two tell him the good news, now Cody is with Mark. Austin growls at the two, Cody is also his star. Without him, Randy won't be able to dance. He ignores it, hopefully Randy will not ask about his friend.
