"Heh, heh. So you realize, if we move even a little bit we'll die." Naruto said as he and Sasuke laid on the ground bleeding out.

Kakashi and Sakura arrived at the scene and gasped when they saw the state of their teammates. "Sasuke-kun, Naruto!" Sakura cried as she leapt down at them.

"Sakura/chan." both boys said weakly.

"Don't worry I'll heal you both." Sakura said but paused when she began the jutsu. "Huh, oh no…I only have enough chakra to heal one of you."

"Then heal the dobe…" Sakura turned to Sasuke in shock. "I have done so many terrible things. Naruto had to shoulder many things by himself and deserves to keep his dream alive." Sasuke said, looking up at the sky. "I have no more dreams."

"Sakura, heal the teme. I know you love him… I won't be in the way any more." Naruto said.

"NO! Sakura, heal Naruto. Don't listen to the selfless moron. Nobody will care if I die, it'll be my redemption." Sasuke argued. Sakura didn't know what to do..her heart told her to heal Sasuke but her brain told Naruto. They both were dying and she had to make a choice.

What, where am I?" Tsunade asked, looking around after she awoke from the genjutsu.

"Tsunade-sensei!" Tsunade turned her head towards Sakura running towards her.

"Sakura? If we're alive, I guess the brat did it. Where's Naruto anyway?" Tsunade asked, causing Sakura to flinch.

"Naruto, please Naruto! Stay with me!" Tsunade pleaded as she ran towards the blonde location and saw Sasuke and Kakashi standing above him. She stopped the bleeding but he already lost too much blood. "Naruto, stay with me" Tsunade begged, starting to cry. "Otouto, please. You're all I have."

"Baa-chan…I did it..is everyone alright." Naruto asked weakly.

"Please worry about yourself for once. You'll survive this, you said you'll become hokage. You will succeed me." Tsunade said.

Sakura was shocked, she had never seen her sensei break down like this. She knew Tsunade cared for Naruto like family but to this degree. Sasuke's heart was breaking, it was his fault. He made so many wrong choices and he ended up killing someone he considered a brother. "I'm sorry." Sasuke said quietly.

Tsunade snapped her head forward and glared at the Uchiha. "You're sorry? That's all you have to say? I should kill you where you stand, but I know how Naruto cares for you and that's the only thing holding me back…speaking of which, how are you even standing? You're missing an arm just like Naruto." Sasuke's guilty expression disappeared and was replaced with rage.

"Ask Sakura." Sasuke said with anger.

Tsunade turned to her apprentice as Sakura was looking at the ground with guilt. "Sakura, what did you do?" the slug princess asked with a hurt tone.

"Don't…be mad..at Sakura-chan. I told her… to use the rest ..of her chakra to heal Sasuke…" Naruto said slowly. Tsunade looked down at her fellow blonde in disbelief. "She..loves.. Him and deserves.. To be happy."

"I told her not to, Tsunade. I begged but she didn't listen." Sasuke said.

"It was hard for me to choose." Sakura defended. "I care for Naruto but I love you Sasuke-kun."

"Why?!" Everyone turned to Tsunade. "Why do you love him? He never was nice to you, he tried to kill you, he made fun of you, he never said one positive thing about you, he betrayed you for power. He only thought about himself. Why save him over a guy who would do anything for you? He stood by your side, who offered the world to you and worshiped you enough to hurt himself just for you to be happy." Tsunade asked, tears going down her cheek. Sasuke looked away, not even trying to defend himself.

"I.." "Why didn't you save Naruto, you killed the only family I had left. TELL ME WHY HARUNO." Tsunade yelled.

"I can't explain why I love him, I just do." Sakura said.

Tsunade was about to yell until she felt someone grab his arm. She looked down and saw Naruto looking back at her crying. "Please don't cry baa-chan, it's fine. Everyone is safe." Tsunade grabbed his hand and held it towards her heart. "Thank you for everything, I never would've admitted to you but I guess I can tell you. I always thought of you as a mother.." Tsunade's eyes widened when she heard this. "Whenever you hit me or scolded me, I felt love and like a normal kid…I was happy. I want to let you know, I love you kaa-chan."

"My sochi, please don't go." Tsunade pleaded.

"Kakashi-sensei, Sakura-chan and Sasuke….take care of yourselves. I'll miss you guys. Tell the rest of the gang…thanks for everything." Naruto said, closing his eyes with the biggest smile on his face.

"Naruto..sochi, you're just sleeping right. Please, not you too." Tsunade said, crying in his chest.

"Naruto, I'm sorry." Sakura said.

"Sensei, I'm sorry I couldn't protect your son and I didn't do more." Kakashi said.

Sasuke just stared into the sky, he lost two brothers and it was his fault.

Naruto opened his eyes and he was in a large white room. "Welcome to heaven, Naruto-kun. The famous war hero." Naruto turns to see a female nun wearing a white robe. "It's nice to meet you, you can call me kami."

Naruto's eyes widen and bow. "Nice to meet you Kami-chan." Naruto realizes something at that moment. "Wait, if this is heaven, does that mean I'm.."

Kami looked down in sadness. "Yeah, you are dead. You bleed out after defeating the moon goddess. I'm sorry you didn't achieve your dreams. Honestly, your death was a mistake but I can't bring you back to your world."

Naruto looked down with a sad smile. "It's ok, as long as everyone is safe. I'm happy."

Kami smiled at the boy, he truly had a heart of gold. "Because of that heart of yours, I'm going to reincarnate you to a new world. In this world, shinobi exist but they rarely kill and they don't use chakra the way you do for ninjutsu. They use ninja art and scrolls to do ninja transformations and summon their weapons. Think of it as your sage mode where your outfit changes.`` Kami then produces three scrolls. "These are your ninja transformation scrolls, I'm also going to use some of the extra chakra you have to enhance your physical ability and senses. Also there will be another surprise for you when you get there."

Naruto smiled. "Thank you. Kami-sama." Naruto said before disappearing.

Kami couldn't help but smile. 'What a wonderful boy.'

"Sochi! Sochi, wake up now." Naruto slowly got up and looked around. Before he could process anything, he glomped in a hug. "Sochi! I'm glad you're here."

Naruto recognized the voice, it was the same voice that spoke to him when he was fighting Kuruma. He slowly turned his head and saw long red hair. "Kaa-san?"

Kushina pulled back and had tears in her eyes. "You're really here, Naruto."

"But how?" Naruto asked.

"You see, Kami reincarnated me a while ago as a 10 year old orphan after the kyuubi attack. I kept my memories. A few days ago she said something went wrong with your life line and your time was almost up, then she said she'll bring you here. I'm currently 27 and you're 10."

"What?! I'm just a little kid?" Naruto asked.

"Well, Kami thought it would be a good idea since there's a lot of technology here that our former world didn't have and the buildings are huge. Plus.." Kushina wrapped Naruto in a hug. "I can raise you this time, we never had the chance to become a family, also, you can go to school, make new friends and not have to worry about people hating you! Think of this as a new opportunity."

Naruto returned the hug. He couldn't deny this was what he always wanted and now he can start over. Sure he'll miss his friends but he had his mother. "This is a dream come true, dattebayo." Naruto whispered.

"I know, I can't believe it either, Dattebane." Kushina said in the same tone. They were really grateful to Kami, this was something they both needed.

Konoha

"What? What do you mean you're leaving the village?" Sakura asked her sensei, Tsunade. It's been a week since the war. There was a statue of Naruto and a lot of people mourned for the last. Hinata took it the worse, not only losing Neji but her love Naruto changed the hyuga. She was cold now or at least only to Sakura. She hates Sakura for the choice she made and not just her. The Ichiraku's, Iruka, Shizune and surprisingly Anko. She thought that her friends would have supported her choice but no one did, not even Ino. , but what tore her inside was the fact that Sasuke still was angry at her, Sakura thought that Sasuke would've gotten over it but he truly wanted to sacrifice himself for the blonde. A few days later, he left on a redemption journey and when Sakura asked him when he would return, he said he had no reason to be there now that both his brothers were dead.

Tsunade decided to leave after the village was back on their feet. Tsunade turns to her student with an emotionless expression. "I have no reason to be here any more.. I lost my grandfather, my fiance, my brother, my best friend and my son.. This village took away everyone I loved." Tsunade turned to face Sakura. "Did you know I only came back to the village because of Naruto? I promised I'll make him hokage, he took away the loneliness in my heart and we connected."

Sakura started to cry. "Tsunade-sensei, I'm sorry about Naruto."

"Did you know he was the reason I trained you?" Tsunade continued.

Sakura's eyes widened. "W-what?"

"When I first saw you, I thought you were pathetic. The way you treated Naruto like you owned him, always hitting him for pathetic reasons and asking him for favors and you couldn't give him one date." Tsunade said, looking at the sky. "When I trained you, I told you not to make the same mistake I did but you did. You couldn't let Sasuke go even though he didn't love you. When I trained you, I tried to get you to open your eyes and just couldn't do it. Just like how Jiraiya died because of me…Naruto died because of you."

Sakura tears were running. "But I love Sasuke…to let him die in front of me.."

"I don't believe you love the Uchiha." Tsunade commented.

"What are you saying, how could you doubt my love for him." Sakura yelled.

"Because you never gave me a reason why you loved him. I asked you multiple times why and you gave the same answer, you just do. Did you ever think, what if Sasuke never loved you back? Then what?"

Sakura looked down at the ground. "then…I was going to accept Naruto's feelings." Sakura didn't get to finish when Tsunade grabbed her collar, glaring at the pinkette.

"Listen here! Naruto is not a second choice to a revenge hungry traitor, it's clear you don't deserve him, he was loyal to you and stood by your side. While Sasuke tried to kill you just for getting in his way. And you're telling me the only way Naruto had a chance was for you to get rejected." Tsunade scolded.

"Then why didn't you get master Jiraiya a chance?" Sakura asked.

Tsunade tossed Sakura to the ground. "I didn't because I thought Jiraiya deserved better. He didn't deserve to be a second choice after Dan. he loved me before I started to date Dan, funny. When I tried to hook him up with another girl, he hated me for a week. I'm pretty sure if you did the same with Hinata, Naruto would feel the same. Jiraiya had girls who were interested in him but he turned them all down. Before he fought pain, I told him why I never accepted any of his proposals and he said when he came back would I give him a chance and I told him yes. But he ever returned. I never went out with Jiraiya because I thought I would be betraying both Dan and Jiraiya's feelings." Tsunade said with a sad smile before turning to Sakura. "But your situation is different, Sasuke never showed any affection towards you and you pushed Naruto away, thinking Sasuke was yours. I can tell you right now, Sasuke wants nothing to do with you and the only guy who loved you is dead."

Sakura started to cry even more. She knew it was true. Sasuke was upset at her. She killed his best friend and the guy who loved her over a fantasy. Did she love Sasuke or was it because she was still a fangirl. She couldn't think of the reason why she loved him. "You're right, I don't know why I love him. Maybe it's because I haven't grown but I guess I will never know."

Tsunade didn't say anything and turned towards the gate. "I can't keep Shizune waiting, goodluck Sakura. Hopefully you find happiness." Tsunade said before walking away. Sakura just stared at her from a distance. Sakura felt truly alone.

4 years later, Naruto finally caught up with technology and was going to a middle school in the area. To survive in this world, Kushina started Ichiraku ramen in this world and there were locations for everyone. She also did bounties on the side as a shinobi. Kushina also informed Naruto that they were probably the strongest in their age group because of their experience and chakra enhancing their body. Right now, he was standing in the hallway waiting to be called in. 'a shinobi middle school, this time I will be number 1.'

"You may come in." Naruto snapped out when he heard his name called. He was wearing a black long sleeve school uniform jacket, with long pants to match with a red scarf around his neck. He walked in and saw a lot of students but what shocked him was that the majority of them were girls. "Introduce yourself." the teacher said.

"Hello, my name is Naruto Uzumaki and I hope we can get along." Naruto said.

'He seems boring.' Homura said. Homura was the number one student in her class in shinobi arts and academics. Even though she held the status, she found the rest of her class students boring, no one was a challenge.

"However, remember this." Homura was snapped out of her thoughts when Naruto continued. She noticed the challenge grin he had on his face. "As of right now, I'm the number one student and will become the best shinobi ever." Naruto said.

Homura was astonished and gave a small smile. "Maybe things won't be boring after all."

Naruto walked down the aisle and sat at a desk next to Homura. Homura smirked and decided to make herself known. "Hey there, whiskers." Naruto turned his head towards Homura. "Welcome, I gotta say I like your attitude. Most people don't look half as enthusiastic."

"Eh, sounds kind of boring. I like to be unpredictable." Naruto responded.

Homura chuckled a bit. "My name's Homura, currently I'm the number 1 student."

"Really, well I'm glad someone as cute as you is keeping it warm for me. But I'll be taking it soon." Naruto said.

Homura smirked. "Hitting on me and challenging me as well. I knew I'd like you." Homura said with a small blush.

"I'm home kaa-chan." Naruto said, walking into his family gym room and as soon as he walked in, he caught a bottle of energy drink.

"Nice catch, sochi. How was school.?" Kushina said, doing some exercise. She was wearing a sports bra and shorts.

"It was nice, I made a new friend and rival." Naruto said. "She's the number 1 student in her class. But I'll take it soon enough."

Kushina got up and wiped her face. "Really? You met a girl on your first day? Ohh, my sochi is growing up or re-growing up."

"No, kaa-chan. You had the right the first time. This is a new life, new us but with benefits. Anyway, can we start to increase my spare time, I need to beat her."

"Sure sochi, but after your cooking lessons." Kushia said.

"What but why?"

"Well, for one. Although we own the business of ichiraku's, we still serve other things and it wouldn't make sense if neither one of us knew how to cook. We also can approve and add more to the menu that way. And 2, a girl loves a guy that can cook."

"Kaa-chan..Fine."

"By the way, Sochi. Kami messages me or connects to me in my head. Apparently, they're multiple factions of shinobi. Some believe in justice and protecting innocents even if it means killing, some believe in being evil will destroy your limits, some believe in light and only do missions as long as they don't kill and the rogue shinobi who do what they want like becoming strong just to fight stronger opponents."

"Why are you telling me this?"

"Because in the future, I want you to find your own path to choose." Kushina said. "But don't decide now, wait til you get older.

"Behold! The meatest katsudon in the world. Created by Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto said, handing a bento to Homura. The past year, the two grew close. They were rivals and best friends. Homura always felt excitement when she was around the blonde. She came from a shinobi family who always expected perfection from her and sure you met their expectations but it was boring to her. Naruto brought this excitement to her life that she would never trade.

"It looks good." Homura said, accepting the bento. "But the taste is the important part." Homura said before grabbing some chopsticks and eating some of the bento. In a flash, she was hugging Naruto with stars in her eyes. "Please marry me, I'll do anything as long as I can eat this everyday."

Naruto sweat drops. "Maybe when we're older, so I 'll take it that you like it?"

Homura blushed before backing off. "I like it, especially the double fried cutlet. Isn't meat the best thing ever?" Homura said, eating more of the bento. "Next time I'll make you one."

Naruto paled. It wasn't a secret to the two that Homura couldn't cook. Homura strived to get better since she didn't want to lose to Naruto in anything. "I can help."

"I know I'm not the best at cooking but I want to make something that's good." Homura said with determination.

Naruto smiled and patted her head, causing her to blush. "I believe you do whatever you put your mind to."

"Hmm." Homura responded, enjoying the pat on the head. She never acted like this before. Ever since she met Naruto, she slowly started to change. She was happy. Did she have a crush on him? "Enough you bastard." Homura said, removing Naruto's hand.

"Fine, fine." Naruto said. "Anyway, what do you have planned for the rest of the day?"

"My tutor wanted me to meet him after school. But I should be free after." Homura said.

Naruto narrowed his eyes. There was something about him, he could feel it. Naruto met Homura 'tutor' and all his gestures seem fake. He didn't know what it was but he didn't trust him. "Homura, please be careful around him. I don't like him at all."

"Why? He always helped me?" Homura asked.

"I don't know…it seems like he's hiding something." "Naruto?" Naruto turned his attention to his best friend. "Do you trust me?"

"Of course but I'm just worried, dattebayo." Naruto said. Homura smiled and pecked Naruto on the cheek.

"Don't be, after all we're the two most badass shinobi in the world." Homaru said with a warm smile. Naruto grabbed his cheek and blushed. Homura then smacked him on the back of the head. "Now how about a spar to burn off all the calories?"

Naruto nodded and jumped away from her. "How about this, the winner gets a prize." Naruto pulled out a scroll and summoned two katanas. Homaru pulled out six blades and put the hilt between his fingers, three in each hand. Naruto twirled the swords in his hand and the two teens charged each other in blinding speed. Naruto jumped off the school roof and Homaru followed, rapidly swinging her blades at the blonde. Naruto defended and retaliated with a slash of his own. After a few more attacks, Naruto was cut by Homura and she smiled.

"I win." Homura said, landing on the ground. Naruto chuckled and sheathed his blades. "And it's thanks to you, you made me stronger." Homura said, walking to the blonde. "And now for my prize."

"Sure, anything you want." Naruto said.

"Good, I want this." Homura stood on her tip toes and kissed the blonde, shocking him. She pulled back with a blush. "This is a promise, we'll both become the strongest."

Naruto blush died down and gave her his foxy smile. "Yeah, believe it." unknown to the two, this would be the last time they would see each other in a while.

Naruto was on the roof of his, lying down sleeping. It has been three years since he saw his friend. The teacher he warned her about was slain by her and she was disowned by her family. He knew her well enough to know that something underhanded happened but she disappeared. He searches for her from time to time but he wasn't worried because he knew she was strong. "Did you see that cute girl?" Naruto sat up and looked down at some boys who were eyeing a girl. He was shocked to see her vanish from their sights in a tree above them and proceeded to an abandoned building. "Looks like I found my new classmates." When Naruto transferred into the school, the principal sent him and his mom instructions that he should sneak into the school unnoticed as a ninja and try to find the clubroom. He didn't understand why but he did as he was told. It was convenient that he saw the girl. "Though I have to admit, she looks kinda cute."

Naruto trailed her without her knowing and arrived at a building. She went through a hidden door and disappeared. "Hmm, maybe I should surprise them. Wind cloak!" Naruto turned invisible and went through the door. When arrived he jumped towards the roof and looked down to see the girl he saw earlier talking to another one.

"Ikaruga-san, I'm back."

"Welcome back Asuka. I would commend you on shaking off those boys." Naruto heard the long haired girl say. "But they shouldn't notice you in the first place."

"I guess I got a little carried away." Asuka said.

'Kinda stuck up.' Naruto thought. Naruto was surprised when a blonde-haired girl snuck up behind Asuka and started groping her.

"Why so down? It's not like you, Asuka."

"Katsu-nee, stop." Asuka moaned. Naruto rubbed his nose to prevent bleeding.

"Ahh! That hurts." Naruto turned his attention to a pink-haired girl who tripped on the floor and had food over her.

"You already spacing out Hibari." Katsuragi said, with her hand on her hips.

"I thought school started already, so I came here in a hurry but got carried away by my own speed." Hibari said. "Asuka-chan, welcome back. You passed your promotional exam, congrats."

"Before you congratulate someone, you need to make progress, Hibari." a girl with silver hair and an eye patch said. Naruto looked at the five girls and blushed up a storm.

'This girls are developed. F-cups, G-cups and blondie a H. damn pervy-sage would have a heart attack.' Naruto thought. He couldn't tell how skilled they were but with a bit of training, things could change.

"Yagyuu-chan, you're here too." Asuka said.

"Concealing oneself is basic Shinobi skills." Yagyuu said. Naruto chuckled at Asuka. He loved her cheerful personality and found it funny how innocent she was. Soon a smoke bomb appeared and blew up, then a man with silver hair appeared.

"It seems everyone is here." the man said.

"Kiriya-sensei, good morning." Ikaruga said, bowing alongside the others.

"Asuka, good work." Kiriya said. Asuka blushed in embarrassment. Kiriysa pulled out a report book and started to list Asuka's flaws during the test, making her look down in shame. "Using a smoke bomb in the open area, damaging your shinobi uniform.."

"I get it." Asuka whined.

"But continue to train hard and you'll be a great shinobi in the future." Kiriya said. "Now before we begin the first period, we have a new student joining us."

"Really? Is it another beautiful girl." Katsuragi asked.

"No, in fact. It's a boy." Kiriya said, surprising the girls. There weren't a lot of male shinobi's but it wasn't un-welcome. "He's very skilled in the ninja arts. In fact, he's in this very room right now." The girls was shocked and started to look around.

"Where is he, Kiriya-sensei?" Ikaruga asked. She was upset that someone was able to sneak into the room without alerting her.

"Look above you." The five girls looked up and saw Naruto upside down on the ceiling, waving at them.

"Wow, how is he doing that?" Hibari asked. Naruto did a flip and landed in front of the girls and bowed.

"Naruto Uzumaki, at your service." Naruto greeted. "It's nice to meet you all, hope we get along."

"We got a hunk." Katsuragi said in excitement. Ikaruga narrowed her eyes at the blonde, while Yagyuu didn't show any reaction. "Huh, Uzumaki? Where did I hear that name before?" Katsuragi wondered.

"Must be from one of the restaurants my mom owns." Naruto said.

"That's right, you own Ichiraku's Ramen." Katsuragi said(believe it or not, in canon. Katsuragi loves Ramen as much as Naruto) with drool coming down her mouth.

"I take it you're a fan of Ramen?" Naruto asked.

"Are you kidding, it's the food of the gods." Katsuragi said.

"Thank you, no one understands. I can tell we're going to be best friends." Naruto said. "After school, I'll treat you."

"Really?" Katsuragi ran towards her fellow blonde and pressed his head in her cleavage. "You're the best."

"Alright, enough." Kiriya said. "Now before we get started with class. I want you to show Naruto what you are made of. We'll be doing hand to hand combat."

"Kiriya-sensei, how strong is Naruto-san?" Ikaruga asked.

Kiriya chuckled. "We'll, from what his mom said about him. He could take on all of you without trying." Kiriya said, earning gasps from the five girls as they turned to Naruto, who rubbed his head nervously.

"Wow, you're amazing Naruto-kun." Asuka said.

"Thanks Asuka-chan, and don't worry, I'll help you girls out as well." Naruto said.

"Naruto-san, how would you like to spar against Asuka. Maybe you can show her a thing or two." Kiriya suggested.

"Sure and after we can get to know each other." Naruto said.

"Alright, everyone go get change and meet in the train hall." Kiriya ordered and disappeared in an explosion of smoke. Naruto, being prepared, surrounded his hand with wind and released it, blowing away the smoke.

"Wow, that was cool. How did you do that?" Katsuragi asked.

"Hehe, I'll tell you later. Let's change." Naruto said.

"Naruto-san, it goes without saying but do not peek at us." Yagyuu said but the girls got scared when the room got cold.

"Let's get one thing straight, I hate perverts. They give boys a bad name and have no respect for the female person. Capiche." Naruto said with a scary smile.

"Y-yeah, sorry. Had to be sure." Yagyuu said.

Naruto stopped the ki and smiled. "Don't worry, I'm sorry about that. But trust me, I'm not a pervert. Even though you girls are cute." the five girls blush.

"Oh? You think we're cute. Well coming from a hunk like you, I feel special." Katsuragi teased, holding her breast under her arms. Naruto blushed and turned away. Ikaruga hit Katsuragi on the head.

"Enough, we're late." Ikaruga said before they left. Naruto smiled and pulled out his cellphone, then dialed a number. "Kaa-chan? Hey, listen I need a favor."

"So, what do you think of Naruto-san?" Ikaruga asked, putting on her long sleeve.

"He's really hot and that's weird coming from me." Katsuragi said. "While I love the female body, Naru-kun is glowing in sexiness."

"He seems nice." Asuka said. "I think he'll make a great addition to the team."

"Yeah, I think we'll be good friends." Hibari said, then frowned. "I hope he doesn't hurt me, I'm not good at hand to hand combat."

"Don't worry Hibari, I believe in you." Yagyuu said with a smile. Hibiri smiled and gave a determined smile. Soon, an alarm went off and the girls jumped through a hidden door and headed to the training hall.
