The shield hero walked through the city as guards from the king walked by his side, he had been requested to see the king immediately as something urgent had come up. He wore a Brown cloak over his entire body covering him up and was being treated harshly by the guards of the castle, but one look into the eyes of any of them was enough to silence their arrogance, arriving in the throne room it seemed everyone was really there as the other heroes were present, including Malty sobbing by the side of the spear hero
"I here by declare the trial of the shield hero begins" Aultcray declared as the doors were closed behind the shield hero
"Under what accusation?" He asked, seemingly not phased by this situation but still not believing it to be anything, his tone was dead and serious as he was curious to know just what he was under accusation of doing? Would it be the killing of the ninja spies that came after him the previous night?
"Of the worst crime in all of Melromarc, raping a woman" as the king finished saying that fire glares up from all around the shield hero's body, shocking most of the onlookers while also turning the dirty cloak he wore into ash as his clothing is fully revealed.
Wearing a yellow skull-shaped mask, a yellow belt with small black sections on the front and back, and a skull belt buckle. His forearm guards wrap around his forearm completely, with yellow and black designs on the outer side, and a triangular piece that extends over the back of his hand. He wears yellow metal shin guards with black designs. His top is black with yellow shoulder edges and rectangular seperated yellow designs on the front and back. The only part of his face that wasn't covered was the eyes, that were completely white as his expression of disdain was very much visible.
"You are a fool if this accusation is all you need to turn on me, but it isn't like you were kind from the moment our eyes met" he said as the flames subdued and people watch scared with the exception of the King but also the legendary heroes who seemed more frustrated than intimidated.
"Like your word is to be of trust demon, you are allowed to be here thanks to the legendary shield but otherwise you would be send down to the fire pits of hell" the king snapped back angrily as he believed the shield hero to not even be worth of the attempt of proving his innocence, Aultcray knew the day he was summoned that there was nothing but a demon behind that shield
"Hell is nothing new to me, majesty. Believe in what you want, but I promise that whoever is responsible for creating such a claim, of spitting in the grave of my family will feel my fiery, mortal sting." He concluded before disappearing in a cloud of fire as he seemingly teleports away and the heroes begin talking about him in a bad light, Motoyasu comforting Malty that he would keep her safe from that man. Meanwhile Aultcray sits in his throne as the Pope Balmus comes in closer
"You were right, his anger flared up just like you said. That demon of the shield is truly everything you told" Aultcray sat back to his throne but he still wasn't relief of the shield hero simply going away from this crime, he didn't even hide his demonic disappearing act back to hell
"I wished it wasn't. I expected the shield hero to be a devil but he clearly is not the type of demon we are used to expect, he isn't the scheming and manipulative type, no he is something much more vengeful" the pope walked from behind the throne as he watched the whole trial as well, his expression being neutral which was odd as the Pope always had a smiling expression on him, this shows his concern over the shield
"We should have killed him" Aultcray said as the moment he saw the shield, his first thought was ordering the guards to stab him through the heart multiple times to make sure he stood in the ground
"I sent someone to do just that, a highly acclaimed shadow. Known to be one of our country's best" Balmus commented how great the shadow was and as it had flawlessly assassinated for the church and government on multiple occasions
"It was burned into a pile of ash by the shield in brutal form, attacking him by surprise is likely useless as seems to be a highly trained shadow himself" he adjusted his glasses as the skills of the shield were scary but they were yet to see it's full extent, that was the worst part of their worries.
"But we will prevail, a heartless demon can never win against the good of men" the king assures his friend as the other heroes were in their side and no matter what move the shield hero made next, they would be certain to be a step ahead no matter what it takes.

I have played more Injustice than Mortal Kombat, but I do like the characters so I decided to write a little proof of concept for both Scorpion and Raiden. I imagine that while still having the 1 attack limitation their magic allows them to cause damage (Raiden's god status would allow him to use various lightning moves without the shield limiting their power, Scorpion could cause damage by enveloping his attacks on hell fire like a true damage burn.)
