Chapter 16. Shinji's and Asuka's and Rei's continued fight against the angel.

Naruto Ayanami saving Shinji from an Angel, for Human Instrumentality has almost arrived.

After they had defeated the Angel, everybody had celebrated while Naruto congratulated Asuka and Shinji Aswell Rei had Noticed that Naruto was a bit whiter.
And be paler as his red eyes became more scarlet, while his hair was still the same but they also noticed the look on his eyes, as he just had an emotional reunion with someone either a best friend or family member.
Naruto then walked up to Shinji and spoke. "I'm so proud of you, Shinji on I how much you have grown in body and mind, so I have decided to celebrate in a Ramen Stand all people of Nerv can eat, the bill is on me!" he said to them all.
Which made the people of Nerv celebrate as they were going to have free food, by Naruto who had enough money to pay for them all, so he didn't mind and he also have a lot of gold sealed in his Seals.
So, he was prepared for this kind of Situation, while Misato and Ritsuko couldn't believe what they heard from Naruto, they caught to the stinginess of Naruto for he kept his money in lock and keep.
It was a surprised that Naruto would agree to feed all of Nerv, along with his students while Naruto just shrugged it off it was a good to sometimes free your men on food and drinks, that he would always do when he was in a campaign with his men in the USG military.
They would drink and eat while they enjoy themselves as it was a moral booster for them all, while Naruto just only drink some Sake and smoke his pipe.
As his men would force him out of his Military tent, to party with them and just have a good time and for that he was thankful for his men to include him into their celebrations.
He wanted to replicate that situation with the people of Nerv, as he also included Gendo and Fuyutsuki to the party as they also agreed.
Everybody in Nerv began to go Ramen Stands all over Tokyo 3 as the staffs of those ramens' stands were surprised but were thankful for Naruto that their business could see the light of day and have money to able open for the next day.
Shinji then looked to his Sensei and asked him. "Hey, Sensei where were you while Nerv Headquarters I didn't see you anywhere and I tried calling you on the phone, but you weren't answering why though?" Shinji looked at Naruto.
Naruto then looked at his student while in-between eating a lot of Ramen noodles, as he then gulped up the noodles and spoke to Shinji. "For why I wasn't there when the Angel attack is that I had a large stomach cramp and was stuck inside of the bathroom without any lights." Naruto said to Shinji and to whole of Nerv.
As Nerv personal and the Eva pilots and Misato and Ritsuko Aswell Gendo and Fuyutsuki looked at Naruto skeptically, but decided not to prod even more though they wondered what Naruto ate to have that bad of a stomach cramp.
While Naruto had a mental sigh of relief on not getting caught, as he decided to eat his Pork Ramen in peace for, he was beginning to have stronger visions of the next Angels coming and the futures of his Students and Siblings.
And he also felt his Chakra was much stronger and powerful than before, while his AT field were the most powerful of all as he could easily defeat any AT fields of Angel and Humans.
As he had touched his mother and father, for also contained traces amounts of Adam while being mostly the child of Lilith.
Making him a Hybrid a perfect back up plan for Gendo, who has a lot planned for him Gendo just needed the right time to do it.
While Naruto knew that he could leverage his position of being a Hybrid of Two beings that has the power to rewrite reality itself, and Naruto has just recently unlocked his hidden potential.
But that would come in time, he would rather like to focus on his students instead of him doing all the work, while his loves ones are in danger.
So that is why, he had trained Shinji so that he could defend himself while at the same time protecting others from danger, but Shinji has a lot to learn from him.
But it was no time for such Thoughts, it was time to have a good time while also drinking and eating in moderation.
Within hours the whole Nerv Staff was now stoned and hammered down, while Naruto and Gendo was having a drinking contest with each other.
As Misato had tapped out of the contest for, she couldn't take anymore alcohol as she too was pass out in the stool, while Ritsuko and Fuyutsuki was watching the show of Two monsters having a battle to see who would drink the most.
While Shinji, Rei and Asuka couldn't believe how strong and large was the Stomach of Naruto to handle that Strong and large amount of Sake, Whiskey and Vodka.
As the Pilots were also shocked that Gendo was matching Naruto drink to drink, while the Bar staff were amazed and scared at such people who was able to drink a full pool of liquor.
While the remaining Nerv Staff cheered their own separate sides of the contest, one was rooting for Gendo while the other crowd was routing for Naruto to win.
Gendo then drank 12 shots of liquor 6 of them were Vodka and the other was Pure Whiskey and another 12 of Pure Sake shots.
While Naruto grinned as he ordered 24 shots of liquor 12 were Vodka and the other 12 were Pure Whiskey, as he also ordered 24 shots of Sake and also 46 glasses of beer.
Which blow everybody away but now Gendo as their battle who could drink more continued, as the people of Nerv began to leave for home.
As the only ones remaining were Naruto and Gendo, while Ritsuko and Fuyutsuki.
Were the ones who would be driving these two back to their homes, as they couldn't let this two drive their cars or else they could get in a car accident.
The battle was coming to an end, as Gendo was beginning to throw up while Naruto was not fairing that better.
For Naruto's mouth had liquor leaking out, as he tried to finished another set of shots while Gendo then took another shot and had pass out due to drinking a lot, while also begin in the middle of Night.
As Naruto then cheered after Gendo had pass out first, as he also to pass out too shortly after Gendo while also saying in his pass out state that he had won against Gendo.
While Ritsuko and Fuyutsuki could only shook their heads in disappoint at the decision of these twos but hey they are full grown adults, they would face their Conqueses sooner or later.
But right they just needed to drive them back home, while these two drunker falls in a deep sleep as they were sent to their respective homes.
As Shinji was the one to greet them in the midnight, as Fuyutsuki gave Naruto to them.
Which Shinji thanked Fuyutsuki and carried his Sensei to his couch to rest, and to awake tomorrow. As Shinji too had got to bed.
The Next Day.
Naruto then awoke to the sound of chirping birds as he smells the smell of food being cooked, as he still was having a hungover due to the drinking contest, he had with Gendo.
He was still feeling the effects of it as his head throbbing with pain, as he walked slowly out of his room and into the living room as he was met with Misato as she spoke. "So, how is your head doing I heard that you beat Gendo in a drinking contest, and that you two were neck and neck but you managed to get in a clutch in drinking that much." Misato as she drank a beer can.
"Ya, I had to pull on all of my past experience of my drinking contest with Da Boys, as my liver is the strongest of all you wouldn't know how much I drank with my men." Naruto said to Misato as he was also reminiscing with his old memories.
As Shinji then put down the dishes of food on the table as he went to greet his and sensei, as he spoke. "Hey, Sensei, I hope you are doing alright I made breakfast today because I didn't want to interrupt your sleep, as you had a lot of drinks last night." Shinji said to Naruto.
"I thank you, Shinji but where is Asuka at?" Naruto asked Shinji as his question was answered for Asuka had left the bathroom as she had recently finished showering.
As Asuka then saw Naruto and spoke to him. "I hey there, Naruto I hope you're doing alright I saw how much you drank you were an absolute beast drinking that much Sake, how could drink that much?" Asuka asked Naruto.
"Well, that is a story better reserved when my head is not aching." Naruto said to Asuka.
Which made Asuka face faulted as she tried to speak again at Naruto, but was stopped by Shinji who now placed the food on the table.
As Asuka then went to the table, as she more focused on the food while Naruto just sat.
While also thanking the meal and Shinji, as they began to digging in the food that Shinji had made. Naruto was enjoying the food.
But he couldn't still shake the vision of the next Angel coming their way, as it would be using a piece of it as a bomb to strike at Nerv Headquarters.
But hey they still had time to prepare and make a plan of attack against the Angel, but he could feel deep within his gut that something bigger would come.
And it wouldn't be pretty, so before that happens Naruto would take Shinji on a little trip around Japan to give them a bit of break and breathing space, as it would also a good idea to give Shinji what he is fighting for.
While also meeting strangers and people along the way, as they would also making human connections which would be best for Shinji as he could also take a bit of break.
But there is a second reason he would be meeting with other Japanese officials to break deals with them, as he would also meeting Generals of the Japanese defense force.
Naruto also needed some space to practice his new unlocked abilities, somewhere spacious so no one could be hurt while he also helps Shinji open up to people, while also learning to love himself.
That is the goal of Naruto's trip around Japan for the next week, as he would be giving this request with Gendo and Fuyutsuki so that they won't question him where he had taken Shinji too.
Naruto then returned to his meal already finished, as he went to shower and after that wear a blue suit white T shirt and Red Neck tie, while also having blue pants and black shoes as he also worn his watch.
As his White hair was still long and still resembled his uncle's hair style, he then went to bring Asuka and Shinji along with him to bring Rei to Nerv Headquarters.
For Misato went to Nerv Headquarters as it was urgent, while Naruto had decided to take up the mantle to deliver Shinji, Asuka and Rei to Nerv.
Naruto had been driving as Shinji and Asuka were minding their own business, while Naruto was listening to music on the Radio.
Naruto then turned a right and arrived to Rei's apartment, as Shinji and Asuka had come along with Naruto to bring Rei to Nerv as Naruto also ordered the two of them to follow him.
Naruto then knocked on the door, instead of Shinji as he remembered the last time Shinji knocked on the door, and for that he wouldn't let that happen for another time as Asuka was with them.
Naruto knew how explosive Asuka's temper was and loud she was, so he had decided to knock. As he did so he was met with Rei fully dressed ready to go Nerv.
Naruto then hugged Rei and spoke. "So, how is my little sister doing." Naruto said to Rei in a innocent at Rei.
While Asuka and Shinji just looked on with a confused and weird out look on their faces, as how such a man could be such a doting Brother.
After Naruto had hugged his sister, they had decided to be on their way, as they added another person to their party.
Back With Misato and Ritsuko.
Misato and Ritsuko had visuals to another angel, who was flying at the top of Earth's atmosphere as it was dropping pieces of itself.
While also destroying the satellites tracking it, as Nerv Headquarters had lost visual on the Angel for it was estimated to drop directly on Nerv Headquarters.
Destroying the Geo front, while killing all the people of Tokyo 3 as Misato was now in charge of leading the people of Nerv, as they were making plans on how to defeat this angel.
And it needed the help of three pilots and their leader Naruto Ayanami, who would be arriving any minute now.
As they knew it, Naruto had arrived just in time he went to park his car in the parking lot and lead the three Eva pilots to Nerv Headquarters.
Naruto then walked to Nerv Headquarters command center, as the group of four people were brief on their mission as the four of them listened carefully.
After they were briefed on their mission, the three pilots then went to their Eva's while Naruto was still in his suit of blue, as he would be fighting with style as he was wearing a black Fedora.
Naruto was also giving a Radio so that he could hear, where the Angel was going to strike as the Eva's were send up.
As they were given the exact locations where the Angel would be falling directly, for the Eva's then went there along with Naruto who had activated his Eternal Mangekyou Sharigan or EMS and summoned his Susanoo.
The group four began to make their way to the spot of where the Angel was about to drop, as they ready their AT fields to stop and kill the Angel.
Back at Nerv Headquarters, they could see how fast the angel was dropping if it wasn't stop then the whole of Tokyo 3 will be gone and be destroyed.
And also, that the Pilots had limited power too, because they weren't connected to their power cords and had only five minutes of Power on their battery, before they need to connect to a power cord.
Shinji was running over mountains to get to the place, as he landed down below running quickly to meet up with his team.
As Asuka was also running to the hill where the angel was about to fall, as she was preparing her AT field to deflect the Angel.
While Rei was with her Sibling as the both of them were running towards that hill, as they would be in position to stop the Angel.
The Four of them took their Positions and waited, soon enough the Angel was coming towards them with frighting speed as the Angel then fell on top of them.
As the AT fields of the four began to push back against the Angel, while Naruto, Asuka, Rei and Shinji were using their AT fields to stop the Angel.
The Angel was pushing back at them, with tremendous force as Rei, Asuka and Shinji were forced to enforce their AT field, while Naruto had other ideas.
Naruto then began to charge up his AT field, which Nerv Headquarters picked up on as it was even stronger than that of the Angels and the other Eva Pilots.
Which Made Gendo and Ritsuko curious on how, Naruto got an even more stronger AT field then before, as they would need to test Naruto on how he made his AT field even stronger and potent, then before.
As they also noticed his Susanoo was a bit more solid than before, like it was beginning to take a solid shape, before it was more of an ethereal figure being controlled by Naruto.
But now it was beginning to look like that, that the Susanoo of Naruto was beginning to take Solid for as Naruto is in the center piece like he was the S2 core powering his Susanoo.
They would have to track Naruto's activities, but if he does anything in the future, they would capture him and do test and experiments on him.
But right now, they need him to help the Eva pilots against the Angels, and if they took Naruto in the Staff of Nerv and the Pilots would wander where he got too.
And that would be a no go, it would make the people of Nerv riot and the pilots and would lead to a full-on coup against Gendo.
They would have to get the cooperation of Naruto on testing him and experiments, which they would take samples of him and try to make clones out of him.
Back to the Battle at hand.
Naruto felt that he could easily repeal the AT field of the Angel, but he also thought that it would affect the AT fields of the Eva's.
So, he had decided to gradually to up his AT fields to put less strain on the Eva's AT fields, but Shinji's then put a strong AT field.
Which Naruto then picked up there was another person with the Eva Unit 1 but he couldn't pin point where, it also felt similar to his and Rei's Energy signature.
But he had decided to be a figment of his imagination and decided to focus on the Mission on hand, as he began to create and even bigger AT field.
As Asuka and Rei did so, with a final push of their AT fields they had killed the Angel with their AT fields for it was just in the nick of time, as their battery life was now run out.
For all of the Eva's pilots were exhausted on creating such a wide area of an AT field, while Naruto was still standing as the soul of the Angel was going into him.
Making him stronger and more powerful than before, as he was beginning to be like the First Ancestral Race, of all life on earth including Human and Angel.
He knew about the Ancestral race when exploring the Elemental Nations more specifically the scrolls of the Sage Six paths, which said in the scroll.
I'm Hagoromo Otsutsuki and what I wrote here is the true origins of all Human and living things in the Elemental Nations, for my Mother Kaguya Otsutsuki tried to hide was.
That Humanity didn't come from her and her clan the Otsutsuki, but instead both Otsutsuki and Human came from one origin.
The First Ancestral Race or F.A.R and I believe that this Race could bend reality to their whims and had power beyond that of Otsutsuki's and had Intelligence far superior then that of Humans.
As they were the first race to become like gods and ascend towards enlightenment, but there was one problem their race was dying so they had decided to spread their seeds of life towards new planets.
One of these seeds led to the creation of my race the Otsutsuki while on earth were the black moon the seed of Lilith.
After many eons the earth was now conquered with Humans and life, but was then disrupted by my mother Kaguya Otsutsuki who had brought along with her the tree of Knowledge and power or the Shinju Tree.
Which gave the Humans the power of Chakra along with its many other uses, but it also came with a cost mother had eaten the fruit of the tree.
As she almost had the power of the First Ancestral Race, but Me and my brother Homura managed to seal away my mother within the moon, as I also sealed the Ten tails into myself.
And created the Tailed beast as you know it, if you are reading this scroll then you must keep this Knowledge a secret, as I don't trust my Children with this Info.
My only wish is that you take this Info to your grave Aswell, and also take this scroll so nobody could read and hear of this Knowledge.
And that was the contents of the Scroll, Naruto decided to keep this scroll with him at all times as it was kept in a secret seal in his arms.
For only him knows that this Scroll exist neither Black Zetsu nor Kaguya, with also the Knowledge he got Nerv data base.
He had proof that the safe had happened to this world, but they were the first to become technological advance then the Elemental Nations.
Naruto then decided to get moving as he also carried the three Eva's that had no power left, as he walked back to Nerv Headquarters.
As he grew four more arms to carry the Eva's, along with another pair of hands to carry the angel back to Base for examination by Ritsuko and the Staff of Nerv.
The people back at Nerv were looking at the Screen as they saw Naruto carrying two of his students and sister, while also carrying the Angel.
For Nerv's personal gain another level respect to Naruto, as he carried the Eva pilots but at the same time they needed to prep the Eva's for a new line of test.
A Week later.
Naruto got the permission he needed to take Shinji with him to explore Japan, as Misato and Asuka bid them a safe trip.
While also Rei bid her brother a goodbye, as the people of Nerv also bid them farewell and meet you soon messages.
As Naruto and Shinji got into the Car as all of their stuff were packed on the back of the Car.
Naruto then turned on the engine, as they sped off into the Distance while Gendo were watching them go.
As Gendo returned back to his paper work for he would be having a meeting with the shadowy organization that was Seele.
While back with Naruto and Shinji.
Shinji then asked his Sensei. "So, Sensei where are going too?" Shinji said to Naruto.
Naruto then replied back while still driving and looking at the Road. "Well, Shinji we will be visiting Kyoto first and go to the rural areas of Japan, and to see what we can help with the people with.
Shinji then nodded, as he kept quiet while Naruto then opened the radio and heard the song Cruel Angel's Thesis.
Which he decided to keep it on as he was driving the car as it was a few hours in, for they had made it to Kyoto as they decided to book a hotel for the night.
As it was getting pretty late in the night, right now Naruto and Shinji were tired traveling through the highways of Japan, and had decided to rest for the night.
And would explore the city tomorrow, Naruto and Shinji had shared a room but was in a separate bed, as they said good night to each other.
The Next Day.
Naruto then awoke and went up to Shinji to wake him up too, as they went out to get breakfast for, they had a lot to explore in this new city that Shinji had never been too.
Naruto and Shinji got into a restaurant it's Atmosphere was very homey and rustic, as the restaurant owner welcomed them in.
Naruto then ordered fried pork and some riced with it, as Shinji then ordered fried chicken with a side of Curry and miso soup.
As they went on to check on famous historical sights, while also praying at a Shrine which they also gave some money too.
Naruto decided to take Shinji on a treat as bought some dessert for them to eat, as Naruto took Shinji some rides in Kyoto which Shinji enjoyed.
Naruto then decided to play games at the theme park of Kyoto as they won a lot of prizes, which Naruto decided to give to Shinji, while going on some Arcades on the mall.
After Shinji was tired, Naruto decided to let him rest at the Hotel as he left Shinji in the hotel while Naruto met with some Generals of JSDAF.
And began to discuss with the Generals on how they will stop the plans of Instrumentality, while also destroying Seele in the process.
Naruto then gave them some classified Info about Nerv and Seele, as he left the Military base of Kyoto and arrived back to the Hotel where Shinji and him, were staying at.
Which Shinji was eagerly waiting for his Sensei, as he was watching some Tv while waiting for him but at the Same time he was happy he got to have some fun.
Naruto then opened the door to see Shinji was playing some Call of Duty World at War, the game they had recently bought.
For When Naruto saw that, he yelled at Shinji. "Shinji, I thought we were going to play together!" Naruto said to Shinji.
Shinji then replied at him. "Well, you were taking too long and I wanted to play the game." Shinji said to Naruto.
"Well, my meeting was long but besides that what part are you in, we bought that old world at war as its reviews were great and I also watched some of the gameplay on YouTube." Naruto said to Shinji.
As Shinji replied. "Don't worry I'm at the start of the game." Shinji said to his Sensei.
Naruto then decided to watch Shinji play the start, as they would taking turns on playing the game while they spend some hours on the game.
After playing the game for a while they decide to go to bed, for they have a lot of land to travel within a week.
As they would have to play it on the towns that have electricity and motels around the country, but hey it was the way of hermit.
So, they began their travel to the south of Japan as stayed at Osaka, and then drove to Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which they decided to stay one day then left to go up north.
Which they decided in a little town as it was a simple town focus on farming, as they were welcomed in by the locals as they were given food a place to stay.
Which Naruto would repay by asking them to put the two of them to work, as the people of the Village agreed to it.
As they stayed at the village for two days and helped a lot in those two days, like tending to the livestock and helping with growing the produce of the farmers.
After those two days when Naruto and Shinji were about to leave, they were gifted by the farmers food and water as they were wished good luck by the farmers, who were mostly old people and some were teens who grew up on a farm, as they were thankful by the help of Naruto and Shinji.
Naruto and Shinji left the town to venture across Japan seeking new adventures along the way.
Back with Ritsuko and Nerv Headquarters.
Ritsuko right now was fighting an Angel, who was trying to invade the Magi and self-destruct the whole base as she was right now trying to fight it back.
It would be a lot easier if her student and assistant Naruto Ayanami was here, but all well you can't have them at hand always.
But she would manage without Naruto, as she had the notes to the Magi and the notes from her mother who had created for her to use in this kind of Situation.
After a few minutes the Magi were reset and the people of Nerv had regained control over the super computers.
As Ritsuko had finally won the battle, as the people of Nerv once again won a battle against the angels, proving that Humanity has the guts to stand up to the Angels with their power and strength.
Back with Naruto and Shinji.
Naruto and Shinji then arrived at Tokyo 2 as they were looking at the game store of the Ultimate Metal gear collection of games.
As Naruto had a face of awe on his face the game he wanted from when he had laid eyes on the games of Metal gear, he had wanted to buy it all.
He had some of Metal gear games on Steam, but they didn't have the older games which exclusive only to old Consoles and PS3 and PS4.
So, he had a fat stack of Yen on hand to buy it all, while also buying other games like Fallout New Vegas and the fallout games for his PC and Consoles, Aswell other games like Doom Eternal and Warhammer 40K.
While buying Mario and Sonic games, Naruto also heard a new popular game on the Internet called Five nights at Freddy's.
Naruto needed to spend the time in this world, as there wasn't any war happening or gun to hire and he also not Interested on the book of Icha, Icha Paradise by the perverted sage of toads Jiraiya.
So, he took Interest on the games that his world has to offer, and that was his new past time also his Student Shinji was also hooked on playing games with his Sensei.
Making their own bonding time the two of them, so it was the goal of the two of to buy the games that they had wanted.
Naruto also wasn't slacking off in his training as he had full control of the newly founded power he had gained; he also has to give Shinji some Chakra as a reward on completing his first phase of his training and to also formed a stronger connection with people with the help of Chakra.
As Naruto also knew the true use of Chakra as the Sage of Six paths had intended, to connect people with Chakra and establish true peace throughout the world via the use of Chakra.
After they had bought all the games, they wanted they decided to go somewhere Secluded, as Naruto told to Shinji open his hands as he did so.
Naruto then gave Shinji Chakra, as Shinji felt the Chakra create pathways all over his body as it reached his head, which he had fully connected with his Sensei.
As Naruto shared his emotions with Shinji and opened his heart to his student, fully realizing the dream of the Sage of Six paths.
Shinji's heart began to clear out of all self-doubt of himself of not being loved, as he felt the feelings of Naruto and how he clearly cared for him and love him.
Which disprove all the negative thoughts of himself and began to gain self confidence in himself, as Naruto began to move his soothing emotions and Chakra into Shinji.
As the both of them were in a cross seated position, for Shinji opened his eyes he was a new person now with power and a strong mind along with it.
For it was all with the help of Naruto, as Shinji's mental wounds began heal and now, he was ready to face his problems head on with the help of his Sensei.
The Next few days Naruto and Shinji were training and perfecting their Abilities.
A Few days later.
Naruto and Shinji had returned back to the Apartment of Misato, as Misato decided to open the door while Asuka was waiting patiently to see who was the person on the other side of the door.
As the two of them see a Strong and Buffed Shinji but not only that he had gained true self confidence in himself, while also learning to love himself.
But what surprised Misato and Asuka even more, was Naruto sporting a mustache In-between his Nose and mouth, as it was the same mustache of the character in full metal Alchemist and it was King Bradley.
Misato decided to let them in, as she couldn't belief that Naruto had grew a beard in such short of a time while Shinji had grown a bit taller and had muscle's bulging out.
As the Naruto and Shinji decided to tell Misato and Asuka their adventure across Japan, which made Asuka jealous that she couldn't able to come.
Naruto then promised her that she would come to their next someday, but then had a call from Nerv Headquarters that another angel was attacking and they needed the Eva Pilots and Naruto to come and fight.
Naruto and Misato then nodded, while Asuka and Shinji heard the call and decided to go too to end this angel.
When they got back to Nerv Headquarters, they were greeted by Nerv Personal as they thanked Naruto and Shinji had arrived.
Then they showed the recording of the new Angel attacking, it was a black and white striped Sphere as it was roaming over Tokyo 3.
As Eva Unit 0, Eva Unit 1 and Eva Unit 2 were sent to kill the Angel, while Naruto was also sent into the battlefield to guide the Eva pilots into a victory.
They decided to hold off, as Shinji decided to rush in to kill the Angel Immediately but saw nothing as it was from the ground.
For it was the shadow he was shooting at, as he was beginning to be engulfed by the Angel but was then saved by his Sensei Naruto Ayanami.
