Hey everyone! So I know I am a menace but I need to get these stories off my old phone because one more fall and it I going to die and I am going to lose them.

So this is my first jump into Dramione, my main pairing so far has been Narcissa/Hermione by I decided to change things up a bit.

So this will be Rated M for language, Lemons and other reasons. Please leave me a review and let me know what you think.

Chapter One

Hermione

Twenty four years, it had been twenty four years since the end of war, Voldemort was vanquished and everyone lived happily ever after. Or at least we were supposed to.

As I glared at the Parchment before me I couldn't help but shake with anger, my solitary signature sat at the bottom of the page and his was still missing after months of refusing to sign. There was no use crying about it anymore, he betrayed me but I wanted this divorce.

After the war Ron and I did what was expected of two people who loved each other, we got married, had two beautiful children and somewhere along the way we fell out of love. Ok maybe that wasn't true I still loved him and maybe he still loved me in a way, but this, was too much to forgive.

We had spent so long constantly arguing and hadn't been intimate in nearly three years. Rose was fifteen at this point and Hugo was thirteen. Nothing about this had been easy and it made me happy my children were gone at Hogwarts for the next few months.

Once the headlines emerged over the summer it had been hard for them and their relationship with their father took a downturn. It had gotten to be too much and had erupted at a Weasley family brunch.

FLASHBACK

SIX MONTHS AGO

As we all came through the FLOO Molly was there greeting us with a tea towel slung over her shoulders. After the loss of Fred she had lost so much weight and now she kept active and had a weekly yoga class of all things with Andromeda and Narcissa Malfoy. Andromeda had gotten remarried to Kingsley ten years after the war.

Following Harry's testimony, Lucius and Narcissa got suspended sentences and house arrest for five years as well as a binding on their magic. Apparently they embraced it fully without question and now embraced Muggle culture. I would believe it when I seen it.

I had only seen them in passing over the years at Ministry functions. They looked like they were in their early fifties instead of the seventies they would now be.

Draco had got sentenced to a year at Hogwarts followed by a year of having his magic bound and had to live as a muggle with a volunteer to show him the ropes. He had moved in with Andromeda and she taught him all about the muggle World. He and Teddy were incredibly close, so much so he is Godfather to Teddy and Victoires little girl Dory.

That particular Sunday the entire Weasley and Potter clan was there including Charlie and his partner Daniel. It came as a shock at first but Molly and Arthur had welcomed themanand they had adopted two twin babies who had been orphaned after the war, Zachary and Emily.

It was like any other day, the children were due to go back to Hogwarts soon. And so it felt good having these Sunday brunches all together as a family. Harry had been sending glares to Ron all morning, that should have been my first clue that something was amis between them both.

We had all sat down at the table and food was being passed around as the Daily Prophet appeared, I didn't pay it any attention but Molly picked it up and a loud gasp could be heard.

Arthur glanced over his wifes shoulder and held onto her it looked like to steady himself before glaring at Ron. That should have been my second clue, everyone had noticed and was looking at Molly and Arthur with worry.

"What's going on? More Malfoy divorce crap? I swear I hope Astoria swindles him for all she can get." Ginny said and all I could see was tears gathering in Mollys eyes before she looked at me with what can only be described as pity. Something was wrong I knew it as just before I could say anything George pulled the paper from his mothers hands and the smile fell from his face.

"Oh shit!" Molly cracked him round the back of the head and took the paper from him before tucking it into her apron and going to get dessert. Arthur followed them in followed by Fred and Bill who had seen it on the other side also. It was weird. Everyone slowly went back to eating. I couldn't.

I didn't know how but I knew that paper had something I needed to see, I slipped out before anyone could notice and found the four Weasleys huddled in the kitchen.

"Mum you have to tell her, she is going to find out eventually, when she gets home. I can't believe Ron would do something like this to her." I knew what I was going to see, I had suspected for a while but could never find any proof.

"What has Ron done?" My voice was weak and timid and I couldn't help that but as Mollys eyes jumped up to me she came over and threw her arms around me. I could feel my arms like lead hanging down my sides.

"Hermione, you are our family and always will be ok." I held my hand out but still she was reluctant to give it to me. George just pulled it from the pocket of her apron and handed it rolled up to me.

"Just say the word Hermione and I will kick his arse." I opened it and my eyes fell to the front page. It was there in black and white, a moving photo of Ron with a woman in our marital bed. She was mid twenties and had on this complicated sexy black underwear and he was thrusting into her from behind.

I could see the slight ripple of magic which made it so only those over sixteen could see it and my heart dropped to my feet. My husband had cheated on me, in our bed. In our fucking marital bed with some cheap tart.

I knew instantly who it was, she was his fucking secretary, Candy or Bambi or some other fucking name. I could see the anger on Arthur's face and I just droped it onto the table as the headline read.

AUROR WEASLEY CAUGHT WITH HIS PANTS DOWN! CHEATING ON HIS GOLDEN GIRL WIFE!

I couldn't read any further I couldn't say anything, when I felt a hand on my shoulder I found Ginny looking at it before her whole face contorted in rage, she grabbed the paper and before I could stop her she ran into the room where her brother was and punched him in the face. He fell onto the ground holding a broken nose and she threw the paper on top of his chest.

"What the fuck Ron!" I could hear all of theolderWeasleys shouting as they read the headline. I just needed to get out of this room. I turned to Molly and Arthur who were livid.

"Thank You so much for brunch Molly, could you please keep Rose and Hugo for the night? I will be back in the morning." I felt bad just abandoning my children but I had to get out of there. I could hear Ron grapple up after me as I ran out of the room with my wand in hand. I reached the front door and just as I grabbed it Ron pulled me back.

"Mione please, stop I am so sorry, it isn't what it looks like I swear." As I pulled my arm from his grasp I just walked out of the house and he came too.

"Please, talk to me, I am not letting you go until you talk to me." I stopped dead and turned to face him, I could see the whole Weasley clan was there including my children but I couldn't stop it.

"Ok, tell me it is all a lie, tell me I did not just see you and some tart fucking in our bed!" He at least had the decency to look ashamed but what he said next broke my heart even more.

"Hermione, you wouldn't let me touch you after Alice I was lonely and you were half shut down and Stacy was there and listened to me." I cannot believe this has been going on that long. My children were crying and glaring at their father.

"So what! You weren't getting it from your traumatised wife so you decided taking some skank into our marital bed would fix things. We took vows Ronald and you broke those vows and my heart." I walked over to my children and hugged them both.

"Stay with your grandparents, I will come back tomorrow ok? I love you." They both nodded and I could see how mature they were were in that moment, I walked straight past Ron again and got to the boundary line and apparated away. I landed in muggle London, found a hotel and got drunk as hell.

END OF FLASHBACK

Now he won't sign the divorce papers, they had come back three times and he refuses to do it. I had went to get Rose and Hugo the next day, Ron was staying upstairs also.

I collected them from their grandparents and explained I was going to move out, they chose to come with me. So that day we went home packed up some of their belongings and all of mine before apparating to my parents house.

After the war I tried to reverse the memory charm but it half worked, they lived in Australia until five years ago they were killed in a car accident. Everything belonging to them including this home and one in Australia belonged to me.

I had cleaned and decorated before settling in, the children had not spent one night with their father since and now were back at school. It was November and they were due to come home for Christmas in six weeks and I couldn't wait.

I had sent them back to him every month to get him to sign them and yet he still hadn't, he kept asking to try again and he had broken things off with Stacy. If he had cheated and I hadn't seen what I seen I probably would have. Now I actually had a visual of him pounding into his mistress I couldn't do it.

"Knock Knock Hermione." I looked up and seen Kingsley standing in my door frame and I couldn't help but smile at him.

"Minister..." He smiled at me asked to come in, I held my hand out to get him to sit on the chair opposite. His eyes drifted down to the parchment on my desk and I shook my head.

"Still isn't signing them eh?" I nodded my head and looked at the clock realising it was nearly seven in the evening.

"Well maybe I can distract you. I had a very productive meeting with Lucius Malfoy today, it seems Cormac McLaggen was caught with one of the secretaries of Malfoy Innovation INC, a married secretary." I rolled my eyes at that and it wasn't all that surprising. Cormac was a manwhore but was good at business.

"They have asked for my best as a new liason and I am going to recommend you, is that ok? I know you have history with the Malfoys and wanted to check with you first." I was shocked, this was a huge account that brought millions of galleons into the Ministry.

" Malfoy is providing the new tech for the Aurors isnt he?" Kingsley nodded and I handed him a glass before pulling out a bottle of Apple FireWhiskey that George had invented.

"Lucius is slowly stepping back from the business and so you will mostly be dealing with Draco. I hope that's OK?" I nodded my head at him and he took another sip of my drink.

"I wanted to run something else by you. These next four years are going to be my last as Minister and I was putting feelers out about my replacement." I had half known this was coming, Kingsley was older than Lucius Malfoy and it only made sense he wanted to retire.

" Well I know I am biased but what about Harry, he is capable, dependable he has his family values. He would be the perfect candidate." He nodded his head but shook it again afterward before taking another sip.

"Well I thought that too but Harry has no interest in being Minister. He told me when I confided in him I was going to retire. I actually wanted to see if you wanted to be considered." I was shocked, my life was imploding all around me and we were constantly being vilified in the press.

" Kingsley, my family is under a microscope at the moment and I am riddled with scandal. Is it something I want yes but the Public will hate it." He finished his drink and placed his glass down onto the desk and stood up before shaking my hand.

"Listen all of this will die down, I have one year before I have to officially endorse someone. We will go from there and revisit it then ok, just think about it." I nodded and he told me to take the week to get to know all about Malfoy Innovation INC and prep for the meeting on Friday.

My department was created after the war and there was three people total, myself, Susan Bones and a young pureblood from Beaubatons called Avery Xavier. We dealt with legal issues and research. Technically I was head of the department but I demanded that it become a partnership last year and we all got to be on an equal then.

As I packed up I noticed the divorce papers and sent them back to Ron, told him to keep them until he signed them, our marriage was over he needed to know that.

I packed up my things before lifting a folder which had a dossier on Malfoy Innovation before heading home for the night. I made my way down to the atrium and was met with Harry coming from the other lift.

"Hey, still no luck?" I shook my head at him before he let out a breath and took out a black envelope with a Silver wax seal and handed it to me.

"The Malfoys have extended an invitation to you and the kids for their New Year Ball and really want you to come." I took it from him and nodded my head at him before we reached the FLOO network and went our separate ways.

I got home and poured myself a glass of wine before filling up the tub for a soak, as my body merged with the water I couldn't help but summon the Magazine that had landed on my desk.

DRACO MALFOY-DEATH EATER TO BUSINESS MOGUL

It went through his school years, his time on Slytherin Quidditch team and then his father's arrest and everything up to the war. It was basically his life story, his marriage to Astoria Malfoy had been arranged by their parents and they had been happy for a time.

His son Scorpius was in the same year as Rose and she actually speaks quite highly of him, apparently he was very different from his father which was hard to believe. Both Rose and Scorpius were the top two students in the year.

Draco Malfoy had turned his father's Million Galleon company into a Billion galleon company, he was always accompanied to functions with different women and apparently he was sleeping with the entire world.

I knew better than to listen to the tabloid gossip but he was featured quite alot and so it was hard to avoid him. Narcissa and Lucius had reached out after their house arrest and personally apologised. Draco had sent a letter and avoided me at public gatherings.

I was starting to get pruney and I stood from the tub and wrapped a fluffy black towel around my body. As i pulled open the drawer that housed my Pj's I looked at my soft, silky impulse buy from a shopping trip with Ginny and my flannel shorts and camisole and opted for my more confortable flannels.

It wasnt like I had anyone to impress, as I pulled them on my doorbell rang. It was nearly midnight and I wasn't expecting company. As I peeped through the crack I could see the familiar red mop of hair to be Ron's.

I could just ignore it but I was trying to be civil with him, he broke my heart but we did have two kids together and realistically I have tried to make this as easy as possible for them so against my better judgement I opened the door.

"Ron, whats going on?" He smiled and rubbed the back of his neck before i moved and let him in. It had been six months since that picture was published and to be fair to hin he had been keeping a low profile and hadn't been seen with anyone else since.

" I don't want to sign these, I want us to talk, like we used to, like we should before giving up on twenty years of a life together." I sort of knew it was coming but I didn't think he would ambush me at home.

"Really, you're for real right now. You weren't too concerned about our twenty years when you were fucking that woman Ron...In our bed. If you can be honest with me right now then the past twenty years actually meant something." He nodded his head at me and I knew he would regret agreeing to it.

" Did you sleep with her more than once? " He hesitated and truthfully I didn't need him to answer I already knew but surprisingly he nodded.

" Hermione... " He was in pain and the sadistic part of me was glad. I hope he feels exactly the same amount of pain as I have.

"How many times? I already know Harry found out but did anyone else know?" He was shaking his head and I knew then and there we would never come back from this.

"I met her at the Leaky Cauldron, you were away at the Potions Conference, after everything with Alice, I was broken and you were engrossed in work. She bought me a drink and, I was so drunk Hermione and I left alone but she found me in the Alley and let me cry and talk about Alice and I don't know how it happened."Thestabbing pain in my gut everytime he mentioned Alice was too much. This had been going on for longer than I thought.

"I did it there and then in the Alley but I felt so bad Hermione, she started persuing me and it was nice having someone to talk to. I am not excusing it Hermione and she was a big mistake. I am sorry I betrayed you in the worst possible way but I love you." He walked toward me and put one hand on my hip, he was sincere, that much I knew but I couldn't help but flinch as he held on to my body.

Before I could comprehend what was happening he kissed me, I wanted to push him away but it had been three years since anyone had touched me this way and I couldn't help but melt into it.

He lifted me up and set me down on the kitchen counter and pulled my pyjama top off, was I really going to do this? Sleep with my adulterous husband? Just as he dipped his hand into my underwear I pushed him away, I cant do it.

"Ron, no stop I can't. I can't do this." I pushed him back a good few inches and pulled my top back on before he could do anything else.

"Hermione I love you." I nodded and the tears came heavy and hard at that moment and I looked right into his eyes.

"I love you too but everytime I look at you I see that photo and see you doing things to her you never did to me. Our sex life was not bad but it was vanilla, in that photo you were enjoying dominating her. Even you can't deny thst. Please sign the papers Ron, our marraige is over. I want you to leave." He looked so sad but I was telling the truth, I can't do this with him, all I see is him and his bimbo. He came over and kissed me on the head and again I tensed but he just leant his head against mine.

" I am going to prove to you I can be a good man again Hermione, I can prove it." I shook my head but before anything else could happen he left and I just collapsed. I cried on the kitchen floor for hourse before falling asleep, right there and then. My marriage was over, that I now know.
