Author's Note
Sorry that this chapter took so long. Honestly, it shouldn't have taken this long but I got sidetracked with another Neptunia story I have in the works.
Hopefully, I can get it up soon. I originally wanted it updating side by side with the Love in Time series, but LITOR was more developed so it came out first.
Anyway, this chapter isn't about my new fic so let's get back to our main cast! Hope you enjoy the chapter!
Lowee, Gamindustri
Place: Amusement Park
Date: March 22, 2020
Time: 4:44 P.M.
"Kyaaa!" White Sister screamed as Judge punched her.
"Ram!" Black Sister fired at the knight, but he blocked the bullets with his axe.
"This is too easy!" Judge laughed.
Black Sister gritted her teeth as she rekt her brain, trying to find a way to have the upper hand in this fight. Her only choice was a combo attack. "Nepgear!" She turned back only to find the younger White CPU instead.
That's right, the older White Sister wasn't back with Nepgear. She has to figure something out on her own, she doesn't know how much longer she would last. Her shoulder was pretty much numb and the other White Sister was bleeding from her head. If the two of them don't die from Judge, then they will die from blood loss instead.
"Uni… I don't know how much longer I can keep up," whimpered White Sister.
"Just a little longer," Black Sister urged. "Rom will be back with reinforcement. We just need to keep them busy until then."
"I'll destroy you before they come!" Judge claimed as he leaped at Black CPU.
Black Sister quickly held up her rifle to block the incoming axe. She grunted from the force as Judge applied more pressure. She could hear the cracking of her weapon and began to shake. She cried out when she strained her injured shoulder, causing more blood to gush out.
"Uni!" White Sister flew over to help, but something grabbed her foot. She looked back to see Trick's tongue and she was slammed against a nearby wall.
"Little girl, stay put," Trick gurgled out.
"Ugh! Let go of me! You're gross!" White Sister grumbled.
Trick lifted White Sister up to eye level and giggled, "Hehehe, so cute…"
White Sister waved her staff around, hoping to hit her capturer, but Trick pulled her away just a bit and giggled. He then warped his tongue fully around her tiny frame as he used the tip to lick White Sister's pale face.
"Ewww!" White Sister gagged as her arms were restrained.
"Ram!" Black Sister became enraged when she saw the state that White Sister was in. She doesn't like it when her friends are being harassed. Letting out an angry scream, her wings materialized as she dug her heels into the ground.
Judge became shocked by the unexpected push as Black Sister knocked him back. Quickly turning her body, she aimed at Trick. "I've had ENOUGH!" Instead of firing, she pointed her gun up at the sky and narrowed her green eyes. "Feel the power of my released limiter! Dolce Vida!" Black Sister pulled the trigger and a blue light shot up into the air. A large magic circle was formed in the sky above everyone's head.
Judge and Trick looked up at the sky in confusion as Black Sister fired three shots into the blue glowing circle. A second later, the magic circle flared up and fired back a bunch of lasers down onto the enemies. Trick shrieked and released White Sister as he retracted his tongue to protect it. He then covered his head as he was hit multiple times by the lasers. Judge tried to dodge them but wasn't able to avoid all the attacks as he was hammered down by the shots.
Black Sister then formed another magic circle under both Trick and Judge. "Feel my wrath." With a snap of her fingers, Trick and Judge exploded. They both cried out in pain and once the explosion died down, Black sister trapped them in a ball of energy. They couldn't move and they couldn't counter. Black Sister aimed her rifle and ruptured the ball of energy with a shot, causing another large explosion.
Trick fell to the ground with his body burnt. He couldn't move anymore. Judge was on his knees, but he could still fight. In fact, he was pretty joyful.
"This is it! This is what I want!" Judge exclaimed.
Black Sister pointed her gun at Judge, surprised that he could still move after her strongest attack. After her move, her shoulder was now in no condition to be used. She was now only using one arm to hold her massive gun, and her arm was already straining.
Black Sister glanced around and saw White Sister on the ground with half her face covered in blood and her leg covered in bruises from Trick's vise-like grip of his tongue. "Ram… you alright?"
"Y-Yeah…" White Sister replied as she stood up.
Black Sister was happy to hear that her friend was alright, but she knew they wouldn't be if they continued. She didn't like it, but they actually might have to retreat. Oh, how Noire will be disappointed in her. Black Sister discarded her pride and announced, "Ram, we're retreating!"
Before Black Sister could escape, Judge acted. "You will not run away!" He appeared before Black Sister, taking her by surprise, and gripped her left arm. He lifted her up and slammed her to the ground.
Black Sister gasped in pain from the twist of her injured shoulder. It felt like her arm was gonna be ripped off. Judge then stomped his foot against Black Sister's chest, knocking the wind out of her.
Black Sister curled up in pain as she coughed and gasped for air. Her eyes were glazed over with tears as her transformation gave out. Uni felt her head pound and lift her hand to feel something wet. When she looked at her fingers she saw red. Judge must have slammed her down hard enough to break the skin. The black candidate felt pain all over, she couldn't fight anymore.
"One down, one more to go," Judge chuckled as he made his way over to White Sister.
Uni struggled to push herself up. "R-Ram… run…"
"S-Stay back!" White Sister whimpered. She limped away as Judge slowly made his way closer.
"I'll make sure to have my fun," Judge laughed.
White Sister tripped over her own two feet and fell. Judge reached out, ready to grab her when someone intervened.
"Multiple Beam Launcher!"
Judge looked up to see three large purple beams coming toward him. He hurriedly retreated back as the beam hit the ground, causing an explosion.
White Sister yelped as she covered her face, so the explosion didn't burn her. Once the dust cleared up, the white CPU looked up to see two familiar figures in the sky. "Rom! Nepgear!"
Hearing these names, Uni lifted her head to see the purple-haired and blue-haired goddesses. Feeling overjoyed to see her best friend again, Uni weakly smiled in relief, "Nepgear…"
The older White Sister landed down beside her younger sister and asked, "A-Are you okay, Ram? I-I made it in time, right? You're not dying are you?"
The pink-haired White Sister laughed, "No, silly!" She brought her sister in for a tight hug and said, "Thank you, Rom."
Purple Sister flew down to help the injured black CPU. "Uni! Uni, are you alright?! What happened to your shoulder!? You're losing so much blood! I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have left you! This wouldn't have happened if I was here."
Uni chuckled, "It's okay, Nepgear." She reached up and touched Purple Sister's cheek, feeling the warmth of her skin. "You being here now is enough. I'm fine."
Purple Sister felt her cheeks heat up as she held Uni's hand. "Thank goodness."
"Yes! I have more competitors! More fighting!" Judge cheered.
"You idiot! We're here for a CPU! Stop messing around already! I thought I was gonna die!" Linda yelled from behind a bench.
"Oh, you're still here?"
"Of course, I'm still here!" Linda yelled.
Judge openly laughed as he said, "Sorry! I was having so much fun beating up these girls that I forgot you were here! And there are more people, so I'm super pumped!"
Purple Sister glared at the black knight with hate. How dare he hurt Uni!
"Nepgear… be careful, he's strong," Uni warned.
"Roger," Purple Sister replied as she stood up.
"Come on, girly! Show me what you got," Judge tempted.
"Rom! Power up!"
"Okay!" The older White Sister stood up and waved her staff.
Purple Sister was covered in a small light and she felt her strength rise. "I'll show you what I got! M.P.B.L. Maximum Power!" She raised her gunblade above her head and slashed down as she fired, creating a large shockwave.
Judge used the blunt side of his axe to block most of the shockwave created by Planeptune's candidate. He chuckled, "Not bad, but now it's my turn."
Purple Sister gritted her teeth to see that her attack didn't work. Judge charged at her and swung his axe, but Purple Sister deflected with her weapon. She then took the offensive and slammed her blade against the black axe multiple times as sparks flew everywhere.
Judge let out an angry roar as he pushed back against Purple Sister. He then twisted his body to do a roundhouse kick against the purple candidate's shoulder. Purple Sister yelped as she fell to the ground. Judge took this chance and slammed his axe, but Purple Sister quickly rolled away, avoiding being chopped in half.
Judge was about to continue his attacks when a wave of ice cubes hit him. He turned his head to see the blue-haired candidate summoning ice blocks. White Sister waved her staff-like mace and the ice blocks shot forward. Judge held up his arms to protect his face when the ice slammed against his massive body.
"So annoying," Judge grumbled.
"You wanted a fight, so we'll give you one!" said the younger White Sister.
Both White Sisters pointed their mace at Judge and a large heart-shaped ice formed. The huge ice block was flung forward and Judge got into stance. He caught the heart-shaped ice and crushed it with his bare hands. The two White Sisters gasped with shock.
"Ice doesn't affect me!" Judge claimed as he flexed his arms. "I am the strongest! Haha!"
"Judge!"
"Huh?" Judge glanced over to see Linda waving her arm. "What is it?"
"Magic called!" Linda pointed to the phone in her hand. "She sounds angry."
Judge began to whine, "But I was having fun!"
"Wrap it up! Magic is getting impatient!"
The black knight groaned in dismay, "Fine."
Purple Sister, along with the other candidates were confused as to what was going on, but they didn't lower their guard. While everyone was paying attention to Judge, the White Sisters didn't notice the slithering appendage when it was too late.
"Kyaaa!"
Purple Sister and Uni turned their heads to the twins to see them wrapped in Trick's tongue. Then the White Sisters' transformation gave out and they groaned in pain.
"W-What is this?" Ram voiced. "M-My power… it's… it's being drained."
"I feel… weak…" Rom said.
"I can still catch little girls," Trick voiced.
"Rom! Ram!" Purple Sister was about to help them when Judge gripped onto her head. She cried out when Judge slammed her skull into the ground. He then grabbed her arm and tossed her around.
Purple Sister landed beside Uni and winced in pain. "Nepgear!" Uni cried out as she crawled over to the CPU candidate. "Nepgear! Say something!"
Purple Sister began to scream out as her body burned in an unpleasant way. It felt like her shares were being ripped out of her. She withered around as she clawed her own body. Then her transformation gave out and she was back to being Nepgear, but she was still jolting in agony.
"Nepgear! Nepgear, what's wrong?!" Uni looked around until her red eyes landed on a red stone in the shape of a cross around Nepgear's wrist. She reached down to touch it and felt the pain jolt through her body. She gasped and quickly retracted her arm. Uni then turned to Judge and shouted, "What did you do to her?!"
"Sorry, but I'm done playing. I need to take all of you back to the Graveyard," Judge announced.
Uni covered Nepgear with her body as she claimed, "You're not taking us anywhere!"
"That's right! You aren't taking our sisters anywhere!"
Everyone looked up to see two tall figures in the sky with angry looks. Uni felt her lips stretch into a smile as her savior came. "Noire!"
Purple Heart and Black Heart swooped down and slashed their swords against Trick's tongue causing him to release the twins. Rom and Ram landed on the ground, but they were withering in pain much like Nepgear. Uni noticed that they also had weird bracelets on their wrist.
Purple Heart and Black Heart landed before Uni with their weapons held out. Black Heart voiced to Uni, "Stay back, leave everything to your big sister."
"Thank you, big sis, but how did you find us?" Uni questioned.
"We saw the smoke," Purple Heart answered. "I trust you to take care of Nep Jr?"
"Of course," Uni sternly said.
Purple Heart smiled as she placed her attention back on the black knight. "Let's show him what happens when someone messes with our sisters."
Black Heart smirked, "Yes, let's."
Lowee, Gamindustri
Place: Amusement Park
Date: March 22, 2020
Time: 5:51 P.M.
Green Heart flew overhead as she evacuated the people from the park. "Stay calm and please exit through the entrance. This way, this way."
The green-haired CPU looked back to see more explosions and smoke in the distance. She wondered what was going on. She knew Purple Heart and Black Heart had already gone to check it out, but she couldn't get this weird feeling off her chest.
"I hope they'll be alright…"
