So some authors note before you read this chapter; Felicity will be in this book but there will be no Olicity, I'll try to make everything the same as the original episodes there might be similar lines from time to time. Kara also still works after CatCo as Cat Grant's assistant.

Chapter One: He's Back...
Starling City: Danvers Apartment
Kara was in the kitchen cleaning dishes from breakfast as she heard her children fussing over the remote.
"Hey! Hey! Play nicely!" Kara shouted from the kitchen.
"Mom! Robbie changed the channel!" Astra cried out.
Kara let out a sigh, this was a morning routine for the weekend, they would constantly argue of the remote.
Kara sat the dish she was washing in the soapy water drying off her hands making her way to the living area.
Ever since she found out she was pregnant and Oliver's passing Moira insisted that Kara lived with them, but Kara refused to live with the woman who treated her wrong throughout her entire relationship with her son, so Thea convinced Moira to just lend Kara some money and she had gotten a small apartment with three bedroom.
"Give me the remote, Robbie," Kara held out her hand, her voice firm laced with tiredness.
Robbie let out an angry huff placing the remote in Kara's hand, "How about we watch something that you both will enjoy?"
Kara went the change the TV when the news caught her eye.
"Oliver Queen is alive. The Starling City resident was found by fishermen in the North China sea 5 days ago, 5 years after he was missing and presumed dead following the accident at sea which claimed "The Queen's Gambit." Queen was a regular tabloid presence and a fixture at the Starling City club scene. Shortly before his disappearance, he was acquitted of assault charges stemming from a highly publicized drunken altercation with paparazzi. Queen is the son of Starling City billionaire Robert Queen, who was also on board but now officially confirmed as deceased."
"He's back..." Kara muttered, she had remembered that day Oliver was charged with assault charges, some guy was flirting with her in a bar.
"Mom!" the whines of both of her children snapped her out of that memory "The TV!"
"Right, sorry lovelies," she flashed them a smile before putting on SpongeBob SquarePants. It was a show that both of her kids loved, the only thing they could agree on.
Starling City: Starling General
Oliver stood in his hospital room staring out the window, he was freshly shaved and in fresh clothes, no emotion on his face.
Meanwhile outside his hospital room; Moira stood speaking with the doctor...
"20% of his body is covered in scar tissue. Second-degree burns on his back and arms. X-rays show at least 12 fractures that never properly healed," The doctor to Moira.
"Has he said anything about what happened?" Moira asked.
"No. He's barely said anything," the doctor replied "The Oliver you lost...might not be the one they found."
Moira moves to open the, "Oliver?" She says softly and Oliver turns to face her.
"Mom."
Oliver took a step towards her before they hugged. "Oh," Moira held Oliver tight "My beautiful boy," she closed her eyes.
Starling City: Danvers Apartment
Kara sat on the couch as her kids were still watching SpongeBob, she was on the phone with Winn.
"Did you see the news?" Winn asked her immediately.
"Yeah, I saw," Kara let out a breath looking down at her kids.
"How are you feeling?"
"I'm shocked, confused, hurt," she told him honestly "I mean he was dead for five years now he's alive..." she now whispered into the phone not wanting her kids to hear.
J'onn had made red sun jewelry, until they can control their powers.
"Understandable feelings."
"I mean how do I tell him...that we have kids...?"
"Do you want me to come over and watch them while you go see him?"
"No," Kara shook her head "You stay at CatCo, let's not give Ms. Grant a reason to fire you," she laughed dryly "Besides, I don't even know if I want to see him."
Starling City: Queen Mansion
The black sedan pulled into the driveway of the Queen Mansion, the driver stops the car.
Oliver and Moira got out the car as the driver made his way to the trunk pulling out Oliver's bag, "I got it," Oliver told him.
"Your room is exactly the same," Moira told Oliver as they entered the house.
Then a man walks up to them "Oliver," he smiles "It's good to see you," he tells him "Walter Steele," he held out hand.
Oliver stared at the familiar man, wondering what he was doing in his house.
"Oliver, you remember Walter," Moira looked at her son "He was friends with your father from the company."
Oliver looks down at Walter's hand then back at him before walking over to the maid. "It's good to see you, Raisa," he gave her a smile.
"It's good to see you again Mr. Oliver," Raisa spoke, "Mr. Merlyn called he would like to be over for dinner."
"Wonderful," Moira smiled as Oliver's eyes focused on the stairs "Did you hear that Oliver?"
Oliver's face lit up at the sight of his younger sister Thea, "Hey little sis."
Thea threw herself into Oliver's arms "I knew it!" she smiled "I knew you weren't dead!"
Danvers Apartment
"No Tommy," Kara let out a sigh moving around the apartment cleaning up after her kids, Tommy walked behind her helping.
Both Astra and Robbie were taking a nap before Tommy came over.
"Come on Kara."
"Tommy, no," Kara turned to face him only to bump into his chest "Sorry," she mumbled stepping back slightly.
"Kara, come on he's your fiancé!" Tommy told her "You have to come to dinner."
"Why Tommy?" Kara raised an eyebrow "He cheated on me with Sara, one of my closest friends! He may be the father of my children but that doesn't change anything else!" She snapped "I lost my fiancé when I found out he cheated then died."
"Okay fine don't do it because he's your fiancé," Tommy took the small basket out of her hands "Do if for your children," he told her sitting the basket down "You know they wonder where they dad is all the time."
Kara let out a frustrated groan, knowing he had a point "Fine!" she folded her arms.
Queen Mansion
Everyone sat at the dining table quietly eating, "I wonder what's taking Tommy so long to get here," Moira spoke braking the silence.
Not seconds later the doorbell rang and Raisa was making her way over to open the door, she soon returned with Tommy and Kara behind her, Robbie holding his mother's hand.
"Mr. Merlyn is here along with Ms. Danvers and the young ones," Raisa smiled.
Kara looked around the table smiling tightly her eyes landing on Oliver for a split second before moving to look at her kids as they ran off to Thea.
"Aunt Thea!" They both shouted in unison huge smiles on their faces.
Oliver's eyes met Kara's before they landed on the kids who were hugging Thea.
"What did I tell you? Yachts suck." Tommy laughed walking over to Oliver.
Oliver stood up giving Tommy a hug "Tommy."
Kara quietly walked over to table taking a seat not speaking to Oliver.
"I missed you man," Tommy told Oliver as he took a seat next to Kara.
"I missed you too," Oliver smiled "I missed everyone," his eyes landed on Kara.
Astra went away from Thea and over to Kara, "Mommy? Who's he?" Astra pointed to Oliver.
"That's my brother, Oliver" Thea answered, as she had Robbie in her lap.
"Oh?" Robbie looked at Oliver a curious look in his eyes "Does that mean he's uncle?"
The gained a few laughs "Not quite baby," Kara told Robbie as she lifted Astra into her arms "Well discuss it later."
"Okay," Tommy said his attention back to Oliver "We have to get you caught up."
Tommy went on about the things that Oliver had missed, but all he could look at was Kara with the little girl in her arms as Kara helped her eat.
"What was it like there?" Thea suddenly asked.
This made Oliver turn his attention to his sister, tension filled the air.
"Cold." He responded flatly.
"Tomorrow, you and me, we're going around the city," Tommy told Oliver.
"That sounds like a great idea," Moira spoke smiling.
"Can I go with you Uncle Tommy?" Robbie asked Tommy.
"That's up to your mom buddy," Tommy told him smiling.
"Sorry buddy, but you have that school trip tomorrow remember?" Kara answered.
"Oh," Robbie pouted.
"You have your mother's pout," Oliver chuckled at the younger boy.
"So what do you say? Me and you around the city?" Tommy asked.
"Sounds good," Oliver nodded "I was planning on stopping by the office."
Walter who was about to take a sip of his wine stops before he speaks, "There's plenty of time for you to do all that, Queen Consolidated isn't going anyone," Walter told Oliver.
Oliver stares at Walter, not liking him being here at all, Raisa soon enters with a bowl in her hand, she trips but Oliver caught her balancing her.
"I'm sorry Mr. Oliver," Raisa apologized setting the bowl in front of Oliver.

Everyone looked at him shocked. "Dude, you speak Russian?" Tommy asked.
"I didn't know you took Russian in college Oliver," Walter told him.
"I didn't know you wanted to sleep with my mother Walter," Oliver spoke back.
Everton looked around the table then at Oliver, Kara stood up "I'm going to take them to the restroom, let's go babies,"
She sat Astra on the ground as Thea did the same and Robbie who immediately ran to his mother's side before they headed upstairs.
"I didn't tell him," Thea immediately says after Kara and the twins were gone.
"She didn't have to." Oliver spoke staring at his mother the to Walter.

Kara made her way upstairs leading Robbie and Astra to the bathroom, "Astra you go in first," Kara told her daughter "Do you think you can do it by yourself while I stand out here with your brother?"
"I'm a big girl!" Astra nodded.
Kara chuckled nodding "Okay then."
While Astra used it Kara and Robbie stood in the hall, Kara listening to what was happening downstairs while Robbie went on about everything that was going to happen on their school trip.
"That sounds fun baby," Kara smiled at her son as she heard Walter speak.
"It isn't my intention to replace your father." Walter had told Oliver.
Then Oliver excused himself before heading for the stairs, he stopped when he saw Kara sitting there with Robbie.
Kara lifted her head up to see Oliver staring at her, he made his way over to them kneeling down looking at Kara then at Robbie.
"Hi, I'm Oliver, Thea's brother," Oliver introduced himself.
"I remember," Robbie told him "I have a good memory," he added "I'm Robert, but everyone calls me Robbie."
"Robert?" Oliver raises an eyebrow at Kara.
"Named after his grandfather," Kara spoke.
Oliver nodded turning back to Robbie "How old are you and your sister?"
"They're five years old, Oliver," Kara answered for Robbie "If you have questions ask me not them."
Oliver turned to look at her seeing the look in her eye, he saw anger and pain that he had caused, he nodded just as the bathroom door opens.
"I'm done mommy," Astra announced "Oh...hello," she spots Oliver.
Robbie gets out his spot going into the bathroom, Kara moves to stand but Robbie stops her. "I'm a big boy mom, I can pee by myself."
Kara laughed lightly "Okay Robbie."
Robbie went in the bathroom shutting the door as Astra took his spot next to Kara.
"Your aunt Thea's brother right?" Astra looked at Oliver who nodded "I'm Astra."
"That's a pretty name," Oliver commented a small smile on his face his smile grew more when he saw Astra smile "You have your mother's smile."
Astra looks over at Kara before turning back to Oliver "Did you two know each since high school like her and uncle Tommy?"
"Yes we did," Oliver nodded.
"Astra baby," Kara said softly "Oliver's your dad," she told her daughter just wanting to get this over with.
"He's...?" Astra looked up at her mother then turning to Oliver "Your our dad?"
Oliver looked at Kara, he could tell she was telling the truth. He had no reason to doubt her.
"Yeah, I am."
First chapter down! Sorry if it was too long, this is like the first half of the first episode of the Arrow, next chapter will be a mix, I'm also sorry if I got the Russian part incorrect, I used Google Translate.
