A/N: Back with chapter 12! I want to take the time to address something. I don't write harems, it's not my cup of tea. Secondly I know chapter's 1-9 are a bit crazy. Like I said, I wrote those years ago, and was starting out my hobby as a writer. I do want to go back and eventually refine them to be better, but as of now I only edited grammatical mistakes. If it's not your cup of tea, I can't force you to like it lol. Anyways enjoy!
The sun was high over Magnolia as Naruto leaned against the stone pillar of the guild hall, a grin tugging at the corners of his lips. Today, his new team was coming together. It felt good—exciting even—to be building something from scratch with people he trusted. He had seen teams like Erza's, Natsu's, and Lucy's, how they worked together so seamlessly. He wanted that for himself, for the people he was pulling together.
As he waited, Naruto's eyes scanned the bustling street in front of the guild. He soon spotted Laki approaching with her usual calm and collected demeanor, a small notebook clutched in her hands, likely filled with strategies and ideas. Right behind her came Elfman, towering over everyone else, walking with Max, who was gesturing animatedly about something. Naruto chuckled, shaking his head—those two were bound to be an interesting pair.
"Yo!" Naruto called out with his usual enthusiasm as the group gathered in front of him. "Glad you guys could make it!"
Laki offered a small smile, nodding. "Wouldn't miss it. I'm curious to see how this team is going to come together."
Elfman's grin was wide and eager. "This is gonna be awesome, Naruto! A team full of real men and woman, ready to kick some serious butt!"
Max, though still looking a bit unsure, smiled nervously and scratched the back of his head. "Yeah, I'm still kind of surprised you asked me to join. Not sure I'm on your level, but I'm ready to give it my best."
Naruto grinned and clapped Max on the shoulder. "Trust me, man. You're more than good enough. This team's gonna be something special."
Naruto led them around the side of the guild hall, finding a quiet spot under the shade of an oak tree, where they could sit and talk without the usual chaos of the guild hall in the background. Once they were settled, Naruto leaned back against the tree, arms crossed as he surveyed his new team.
"Alright," he began, his tone shifting slightly as he got serious, "now that we're a team, I want us to get to know each other better. Not just the usual stuff, but what drives you, what your goals and dreams are. I think it's important we trust each other completely."
Laki nodded in agreement. "That makes sense. We need to know each other's strengths and motivations if we're going to work well as a unit."
Elfman's eyes lit up, always excited to share his personal mission. "I'll go first! I'm Elfman Strauss, and my goal is to be the manliest man in all of Fiore!" His voice boomed, and he slammed his fist into his palm. "More than that, though, I want to protect my family—Mira, my guild, and now, this team. I've been through a lot, and I'll give everything to make sure you guys are safe."
Naruto smiled warmly, appreciating Elfman's sincerity. "That's the kind of passion I like to hear. Family's everything."
Next up, Max cleared his throat, looking a little more self-conscious than Elfman. "I'm Max Alors. I… well, my goal is pretty simple. I want to become the best mage I can be. My sand magic isn't flashy like some of the others, but I think I can make a difference, even if it's in smaller ways."
Laki gave a small, approving nod. "You're more valuable than you give yourself credit for, Max. Your magic can adapt to almost any situation."
Max gave a sheepish grin at the praise. "Thanks. I guess being part of this team will help me push myself more."
Naruto grinned at Max's modesty. "That's what I'm hoping for. We're all going to help each other grow."
Laki, ever calm and strategic, spoke next. "I'm Laki Olietta. My goal is to continue refining my Wood-Make Magic and improve my ability to think tactically in difficult situations. I may not have raw power like Elfman, but I believe strategy can overcome brute strength. I want to bring that mindset to this team."
Naruto nodded, impressed. "That's exactly why I wanted you on board, Laki. We need someone who can think ahead and keep a cool head."
The others turned their attention to Naruto, expecting him to share his goals. But Naruto's expression grew more thoughtful. This was the moment he had been preparing for—the moment when he would tell them the truth, not just about his abilities, but about his past, about the fact that he wasn't just from another place, but from another world entirely.
"Well," Naruto began, exhaling slowly, "you guys all know me as Naruto, the guy who came out of nowhere, became a member of Fairy Tail, and somehow managed to make S-Class. But the truth is… there's a lot more to it than that. I didn't just come from another town. I came from a whole different world. A different life."
Laki, always composed, raised an eyebrow. "A different world?"
Max blinked in disbelief. "Wait, are you serious?"
Naruto nodded. "Yeah. And that's not even the craziest part." He paused, gathering his thoughts before continuing. "Before I came here, I… I died. In my old world, I lived as a ninja, fighting in wars, trying to protect my village and the people I cared about. I became strong, but it wasn't enough. I lost my life. But for some reason, I was given a second chance—here, in this world."
A stunned silence settled over the group as Naruto let his words sink in. Elfman's eyes widened, while Max stared at Naruto, mouth slightly agape. Laki, though her expression remained composed, had a glint of surprise in her eyes. None of them had expected this.
"You… died?" Elfman finally spoke, his voice quieter than usual.
"Yeah," Naruto confirmed, his gaze distant for a moment as he recalled the final battle in his old life. "I gave everything I had to protect my world. And somehow, I was brought here. I don't know why, but I feel like I've been given a second chance to keep fighting, to keep protecting people." He knew why he was sent here, but he didn't think it was necessary to explain that. It didn't matter currently.
Max swallowed hard, trying to wrap his head around it. "That… sounds insane. But with the kind of power you showed against Phantom Lord, it… it makes sense. That wasn't magic, was it? The things you did…"
Naruto smiled slightly, but there was a seriousness in his eyes. "No, it wasn't magic. Not like what you guys use. I use something called chakra. It's the spiritual and physical energy of a person from my world. The powers you seen me use, were different abilities that I have. However I have a lot of different powers, ones I have yet to show."
Laki leaned forward, clearly intrigued by what Naruto was saying. "You have control over multiple powers from your old world? That's… incredible."
Elfman, ever the supporter of strength, nodded with a newfound respect. "I knew you were strong, Naruto, but this… this is something else. You've been through more than any of us realized."
Naruto chuckled softly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah, I guess you could say that. But I didn't want to keep it a secret from you guys. We're a team now, and I want you to know what you're dealing with."
Max let out a low whistle, shaking his head. "Man, Fairy Tail's crazy enough as it is, but this… This takes things to a whole new level."
Naruto grinned, feeling the weight of the truth lifting from his shoulders. "Yeah, it's a lot to take in, but I promise I'm still the same Naruto. I'm here to protect this guild, just like I did back in my old life."
Laki nodded, her usual composure returning. "We believe you, Naruto. It's hard to believe, but after everything we've seen you do, it makes sense. Your power is unlike anything in this world, but you've used it to protect us. That's all that matters."
Elfman grinned, slapping Naruto on the back. "Damn right, Naruto! You've got some serious power, but you've also got a heart of a real man. You're not in this alone anymore. We've got your back."
Max, still looking a little shocked, nodded in agreement. "Yeah… I guess this explains a lot. But like Elfman said, we've got your back. We're in this together."
Naruto felt a warmth spread through him at their acceptance. It had been a risk sharing something so personal, but now that they knew the truth, he felt even closer to his team. These weren't just his teammates. They were becoming his new family.

Naruto grinned as he held up the flier for their first job, waving it in front of the team with enthusiasm. The mood had lightened after his heavy revelation, and now the air was charged with excitement as they prepared for their first official mission as a team.
"Alright," Naruto said, his voice brimming with energy, "enough of the serious stuff. I've got our first job lined up, and trust me—it's going to be awesome."
Elfman leaned forward, eager as always for action. "What kind of job is it, Naruto? Something we can really sink our teeth into?"
Naruto nodded, grinning wide. "You bet. It's a monster-hunting job. There's a town about a day's journey from here that's being terrorized by a huge beast. The bounty on it is massive, and I figured this would be the perfect way for us to test out our teamwork."
Laki, ever the tactical one, raised an eyebrow. "A monster-hunting job? What kind of monster are we dealing with?"
Naruto glanced down at the flier, reading off the details. "It's called a Gargantuan Lizard. Apparently, it's been wreaking havoc on the town's farmland, destroying crops and scaring off travelers. They've posted a big jewel bounty on it to anyone who can take it down."
Max, still adjusting to the idea of being on Naruto's team, whistled softly. "That sounds pretty dangerous. You sure we're ready for something that big right out of the gate?"
Naruto nodded confidently. "Yeah. We've got the right mix of skills to handle this. Laki's strategy, Elfman's strength, your adaptability, and my… well, everything," he added with a playful grin.
Elfman pounded his fists together, his excitement palpable. "A real fight with a giant beast? Now that's what I'm talking about! This'll be a great way for us to show what we can do!"
Laki looked thoughtful, already considering how they would approach the battle. "We'll need to plan our strategy carefully. Taking down a large monster requires coordination. Elfman, you'll likely be on the front lines, drawing its attention. Max, you can support us with your sand magic, slowing it down and disrupting its movement. Naruto, you'll be our main offensive power, and I'll provide cover from the sides with Wood-Make Magic to keep us protected."
Max, though still a bit hesitant, nodded as he processed the plan. "I like it. That way, we don't get overwhelmed."
Naruto grinned, impressed with how quickly Laki had mapped out a strategy. "See? This is why I wanted you on the team, Laki. You think of everything."
Laki gave a small smile, appreciating the compliment. "It's important to be prepared. That's how we'll stay alive."
Naruto glanced around at his team, feeling a sense of pride welling up inside him. This was his team, and they were already coming together in a way that made him excited for what lay ahead. They weren't just a random group of mages thrown together—they were a team with purpose, with each member bringing something unique to the table.
"Alright then," Naruto said, pushing himself to his feet, "let's do this. We'll head out first thing tomorrow morning. Make sure you're ready—this is our first mission as a team, and we're going to make it count."
Elfman stood up as well, pumping his fist in the air. "Yeah! This monster's going down!"
Max smiled, the nerves fading as excitement began to take over. "Guess we better get prepared, huh?"
Laki nodded, standing up alongside the others. "I'll make sure we've got all the supplies we need."
Naruto gave a thumbs-up to his team, the fire of determination burning bright in his eyes. "Tomorrow, Team Naruto is officially in action!"
The next morning, Naruto and his team gathered at the entrance to Magnolia, ready to embark on their journey to the town where the monster was wreaking havoc. The sun was just beginning to rise, casting a golden light over the quiet streets. It was the perfect time to start their adventure.
Elfman arrived first, carrying a large bag over his shoulder, filled with supplies for the mission. He looked eager, his usual enthusiasm radiating off him like an aura. Laki arrived shortly after, her calm expression in place as she adjusted the straps of her own pack, filled with maps, notes, and other essentials she had prepared the night before. Max showed up a few minutes later, looking a bit more nervous but ready nonetheless, his bag slung over his shoulder.
Naruto grinned as he looked at his team, feeling a sense of pride and excitement. "You guys ready for this?"
Elfman thumped his chest proudly. "Born ready! Let's go show that monster what we're made of!"
Max gave a small nod, his nerves still present but his determination growing. "I'm ready too. Just… no burning me to a crisp, okay?"
Naruto chuckled. "Don't worry, Max. I'll keep the flames away from you."
Laki smiled slightly as she glanced around at her teammates. "Let's not forget—coordination is key. We can't just rush in."
Naruto nodded, his expression turning serious for a moment. "Right. We'll follow your plan, Laki. Let's head out."
The team set off down the road, the journey ahead of them. The walk was peaceful at first, the road winding through the countryside, with rolling hills and scattered trees lining the way. Birds chirped in the distance, and the early morning air was crisp and refreshing.
As they walked, the team began to chat, getting more comfortable with each other. Elfman shared stories about his early days in the guild, his voice booming with excitement as he recounted some of his more reckless adventures. Max, surprisingly, had plenty of stories of his own, many of them involving the more social aspects of guild life—guild parties, competitions, and the occasional argument over trivial things, like his spat with Natsu the day before.
Laki, though more reserved, chimed in from time to time with her thoughts on various topics, but mostly kept her focus on the task ahead. She had spent the night studying maps of the area, ensuring they wouldn't run into any unexpected surprises on their way to the town.
After several hours of walking, the team finally reached the outskirts of the town where their mission awaited. As they approached, Naruto's senses heightened. Something felt off.
The town was eerily quiet. The streets, which should have been bustling with activity, were empty. Windows were boarded up, and signs of damage could be seen on the buildings—claw marks, broken fences, and trampled gardens. It was clear that the monster had left its mark on this place.
Laki's eyes scanned the area, her tactical mind already at work. "It looks like the town has been evacuated. We'll need to be careful—if the monster is still nearby, it could attack at any moment."
Elfman's fists clenched in anticipation. "Good. We'll take it down and make sure it doesn't hurt anyone else."
Max, though nervous, took a deep breath, trying to steady himself. "We've got a good plan. We'll be fine."
Naruto, always confident, grinned. "Yeah, we've got this. Stick to the plan, and we'll take that thing down together."
As they moved deeper into the town, the tension grew. The air was thick with the sense of impending danger. And then, they heard it—a low, rumbling growl that seemed to shake the ground beneath their feet.
Naruto's eyes sharpened, his body tensing as he readied himself for battle. "Looks like we found it."
Laki raised her hand, signaling for the team to stop. "Stay close. We'll approach slowly."
They followed Laki's lead, moving carefully through the deserted streets, their senses on high alert. And then, as they turned a corner, they saw it—the Gargantuan Lizard.
It was massive, towering over the buildings with its thick, scaly hide and powerful, clawed limbs. Its eyes gleamed with feral intelligence, and its tail swayed back and forth like a battering ram. The ground trembled beneath its weight as it stalked through the town, searching for its next target.
Elfman grinned, his fists already crackling with energy. "That's one big lizard. Let's show it who's boss!"
Naruto's eyes gleamed with excitement, his body practically vibrating with energy as he prepared to fight. "Alright, team. Let's take this thing down!"

The Gargantuan Lizard stood tall, its massive body looming over the town as it let out a guttural roar that echoed across the empty streets. Its thick scales shimmered in the sunlight, almost like armor, and its long tail whipped back and forth, carving deep gouges in the ground. The sheer size of the creature made it clear that this would be no easy fight.
Naruto, Laki, Elfman, and Max stood at the ready, each of them mentally preparing for the battle ahead. This wasn't just about taking down a monster—this was their first test as a team. Naruto could feel the anticipation in the air, but more than that, he could sense the trust they had in each other. This was what being a team was all about.
"Alright, guys," Naruto said, his voice steady but full of energy. "Remember the plan. We work together, watch each other's backs, and take this thing down as a team."
Laki nodded, her sharp eyes already analyzing the creature's movements. "Its scales are going to be tough to break through, but if we can slow it down and control its movements, we'll have a better chance of finding weak spots."
Elfman pounded his fist into his palm, grinning with excitement. "I'll distract it up close! Let's see how it handles a real man!"
Max swallowed nervously but gave a determined nod. "I'll support with my sand magic. I can slow it down and try to trap it if we need to."
Naruto grinned at his team's readiness. "Perfect. Let's move!"
With that, the team sprang into action. Elfman, true to his word, charged forward with a roar, his Beast Soul transformation activating in an instant. His body grew larger, his muscles bulging as his hands turned into massive claws. The ground shook as he closed the distance between himself and the Gargantuan Lizard, drawing the monster's attention.
"Beast Soul: Iron Bull!" Elfman shouted, slamming his fists into the ground as his body took on the form of a powerful iron-coated beast. He rammed into the lizard's leg, causing the massive creature to stumble slightly.
The Gargantuan Lizard roared in irritation, its massive tail swinging toward Elfman like a battering ram. But Elfman, now in his transformed state, took the hit head-on, his iron body absorbing most of the impact.
"Is that all you got?" Elfman growled, standing his ground.
Meanwhile, Max stayed back, his hands moving in precise gestures as he summoned waves of sand from beneath the ground. "Sand-Make: Shifting Dunes!" he called out, his magic causing the ground beneath the Gargantuan Lizard to become unstable. The lizard's feet began to sink slightly into the sand, slowing its movements and keeping it off balance.
Laki, who had been observing the monster's movements carefully, saw her opportunity. "Now!" she called out. "Wood-Make: Vines!"
In an instant, long, thick vines shot up from the ground, wrapping around the lizard's legs and tail. The monster roared in frustration as it struggled to free itself from the vines, but Laki's Wood-Make Magic held firm, keeping it in place for the moment.
Naruto, watching his team work in perfect sync, couldn't help but smile. This was exactly what he had hoped for—a team that could work together, each member contributing their unique abilities to bring down a powerful enemy.
"Alright, time to finish this!" Naruto shouted, his body flaring with energy as he prepared to launch an attack.
But instead of going straight for the monster's weak point himself, Naruto turned to his team. "Elfman, keep distracting it! Max, reinforce the sand trap! Laki, keep those vines tight!"
Elfman grinned, slamming his fists into the lizard's leg once more. "Got it! Come on, you oversized gecko, let's see what you're made of!"
Max, his confidence growing as the battle progressed, dug his hands into the sand and focused his magic. "Sand-Make: Quicksand Pit!" he shouted, causing the ground beneath the lizard to sink even further, making it harder for the creature to move.
Laki's brow furrowed with concentration as she sent even more vines to wrap around the lizard's body, binding its limbs tighter. "Wood-Make: Binding Thorns!" The vines glowed with magical energy, tightening their grip around the creature's legs and tail, cutting off its movement almost entirely.
The Gargantuan Lizard roared in fury, but it was trapped—its legs stuck in Max's quicksand, its body held fast by Laki's vines, and Elfman keeping it distracted with his unrelenting attacks.
Naruto nodded in approval, his energy surging. "Time to end this! Rasengan!"
With a burst of speed, Naruto leapt into the air, his hand glowing with the spiraling chakra of the Rasengan. He aimed directly for the exposed side of the lizard's body, where its tough scales were thinner.
The Rasengan struck the Gargantuan Lizard with a devastating force, the swirling energy drilling into its side. The creature let out one final roar of pain before collapsing, its massive body crashing to the ground with a thunderous impact that shook the town.
For a moment, there was silence. The only sound was the wind rustling through the damaged buildings. Then, as the dust settled, Naruto landed gracefully beside his team, his grin wide.
"We did it," Naruto said, looking around at his teammates. "That was awesome! Great job, everyone!"
Elfman let out a triumphant roar, still in his Beast Soul form. "That's what a real man does! We took that thing down as a team!"
Max, his hands still trembling from the effort of maintaining the quicksand, let out a breath of relief. "That was… intense. But it worked."
Laki, though calm as always, allowed herself a small smile of satisfaction. "It was a well-executed plan. We worked together perfectly."
Naruto clapped his hands together, his excitement contagious. "That's exactly what I wanted to see. We didn't just rely on one person's strength—we worked as a team, and that's what makes us strong."
As the team took a moment to catch their breath, Naruto glanced down at the now-defeated Gargantuan Lizard, feeling a sense of pride. This was just the beginning. They were going to become something great together—something even more powerful than they realized.

With the battle over and the Gargantuan Lizard dealt with, the team made their way back to the guild to claim the bounty. The walk back was filled with lighthearted banter, everyone feeling accomplished after their first successful mission.
As they neared the outskirts of Magnolia, Laki, who had been quietly walking beside Naruto, glanced at him with a curious expression. "You know, Naruto… I've been thinking."
Naruto raised an eyebrow, grinning. "Oh yeah? About what?"
Laki smiled, a rare bit of playfulness creeping into her voice. "We called ourselves 'Team Naruto,' but that feels a bit… predictable, don't you think?"
Elfman, walking a few paces ahead, looked over his shoulder with interest. "You're saying we should have a different name?"
Laki nodded, glancing at Naruto's whisker-like marks on his cheeks. "Yeah. How about 'Team Fox'? It suits you."
Naruto blinked, surprised. Then, he laughed, running a hand over his cheek. "Team Fox, huh? I guess that would make sense, considering…" He trailed off, thinking of Kurama, the Nine-Tails sealed within him.
Deep inside Naruto, Kurama, the great Nine-Tails fox, stirred, a smug grin spreading across his face as he overheard the conversation. "Team Fox, huh? I like it. Smart girl."
Naruto grinned to himself but didn't elaborate to the others. Instead, he nodded to Laki. "I like it too. It's fitting."
Inside his mind, however, another voice grumbled. Shukaku, the One-Tail, clearly wasn't as impressed. "Tch. Of course, the team gets named after you, you smug fox. Typical."
Kurama chuckled darkly. "Jealous, raccoon? I don't see anyone suggesting 'Team Tanuki.'"
"Don't start, you two," Gyūki, the Eight-Tails, interrupted, his deep voice rumbling through Naruto's mind. "We're supposed to be beyond these petty arguments."
The other Bijuu chimed in, some laughing, some groaning as they bickered lightly amongst themselves. Naruto, suppressing a grin at their banter, shook his head. Even after everything, the Bijuu still had their playful rivalries.
Max, unaware of the internal conversation going on, glanced at Naruto with a raised eyebrow. "Team Fox, huh? I guess that fits. It's… kinda cute, actually."
Elfman grinned broadly, clearly liking the sound of their new team name. "Team Fox! I like it. It's strong, just like us. We're gonna be unstoppable!"
Max chuckled, still adjusting to the idea but warming up to it. "Yeah, I guess it suits us. Plus, it's better than calling ourselves 'Team Naruto'—makes us sound more like a unit."
Naruto, still suppressing laughter at the internal bickering between the Bijuu, gave a thumbs-up. "Alright then, Team Fox it is! We'll make this name known across all of Fiore."
As the group continued walking, Laki turned to Naruto, her gaze curious. "You seem awfully amused by the name, Naruto. Something you're not telling us?"
Naruto rubbed the back of his head, flashing a sheepish grin. "Well, I guess you could say the name fits in more ways than one. But… that's a story for another time." He winked, leaving them with a sense of intrigue.
Kurama, still listening in, puffed out his chest proudly. "This girl's got taste. Foxes are revered creatures, after all."
In the depths of Naruto's consciousness, Shukaku grumbled again. "Hmph. Don't get too full of yourself, Kurama. You're still the loudmouth who got himself sealed inside a brat."
Kurama let out a low growl, but before he could respond, Gyūki, the Eight-Tails, spoke up once more. "Enough, both of you. We all agreed to support Naruto. Bickering over who gets recognition is beneath us."
The other Bijuu chimed in with light laughter and snarky comments, their voices fading into the background as Naruto refocused on his team, who were none the wiser to the conversation happening in his mind. Despite the grumbling and banter of the Bijuu, Naruto felt a sense of comfort knowing they were always there with him. His life had taken some wild turns, but this new chapter was one he was ready to embrace fully.
The rest of the journey back to Magnolia was filled with laughter and conversation, the group reveling in the success of their first mission. By the time they reached the guild hall, the sun was beginning to set, casting long shadows across the street. Inside, the usual raucous atmosphere of Fairy Tail greeted them—members laughing, drinking, and celebrating their own victories.
Naruto led the way into the guild, grinning as he pushed open the large doors. "Alright, Team Fox! Let's report in and get that bounty!"
The team approached the bounty board, where Mirajane was working behind the bar, as always, with her bright, welcoming smile. She spotted them immediately and waved them over.
"You're back! How did the mission go?" Mirajane asked, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
Elfman, always quick to boast, puffed out his chest. "We took down the monster, no problem! Team Fox handled it like champions!"
"Team Fox?" Mirajane tilted her head, looking amused.
Laki smiled softly. "It's our new team name. It fits, don't you think?"
Mirajane's smile widened as she glanced at Naruto, clearly amused by the choice. "Team Fox, huh? I like it! It suits you, Naruto."
Naruto laughed, rubbing his whisker-like marks for emphasis. "Yeah, I guess it does. But it's not just about me—it's about all of us."
Max, still adjusting to the praise, nodded with a shy grin. "We worked well together. It wasn't easy, but we made it through."
Mirajane handed them their reward, a hefty bag of jewels, and clapped her hands together. "Well done, everyone! I'm glad to see you're already gelling as a team."
As they accepted the bounty and shared in the congratulations, Naruto took a moment to look around at his team. This was only the beginning, but already he could feel the bond between them growing stronger. They weren't just a group of individuals anymore—they were a team with a name, with shared goals, and with a future ahead of them.
Naruto's gaze lingered on Mirajane for a moment longer than usual, catching the brief, proud smile she gave him. His heart warmed, knowing that she was happy to see him taking charge and creating something meaningful within the guild. There was something special between them, something that he was still figuring out, but he could feel it growing with every interaction.
"Hey, Mira," Naruto called out as the team started to settle in for the evening, "maybe we could talk later? I've got some things I wanted to share."
Mirajane's smile softened, a hint of curiosity in her eyes. "I'd like that. Anytime, Naruto."
Later that night, after the guild hall had begun to quiet down, Naruto sat at one of the tables, staring out the window at the stars. His mind was buzzing with thoughts about the future—about his new team, about Fairy Tail, and about the path he was on. It felt good to be here, surrounded by people who cared about him, who trusted him. He hadn't felt this sense of belonging in a long time, not since his days in Konoha.
A faint smile touched his lips as he thought about the team name—Team Fox. It was simple, but it was more than just a name. It was a symbol of everything that had brought him here—his connection to Kurama, his past, and the new life he was building.
Inside his mind, the Bijuu's voices had quieted down. But Kurama, ever present, spoke up with a gruff but affectionate tone. "You've done well, Naruto. This team of yours… it's a good fit."
Naruto smiled to himself, feeling the warmth of Kurama's words. "Thanks, Kurama. I think so too."
There was a pause, and then Kurama added, with a smug chuckle, "And Team Fox is the perfect name. Smart girl, that Laki."
Naruto let out a quiet laugh. "Yeah, she nailed it. But you can't let it go to your head, alright?"
Kurama rumbled with amusement. "I'm just saying… it's nice to get some recognition every now and then."
As the Bijuu faded back into the depths of his consciousness, Naruto leaned back in his chair, feeling a sense of peace wash over him. This was only the beginning, but he knew that with his new team, his new family, and the strength of the Bijuu by his side, he was ready for whatever challenges lay ahead.
Tomorrow would bring new adventures, new trials, and new growth for Team Fox. But tonight, Naruto allowed himself to enjoy the quiet moment of victory. For the first time in a long while, everything felt right.
