Ever since Elkstar recieved his nine something is... off about him. He's constantly paranoid about the other Clans attacking him, and it's like his paranoia is rubbing off on the other leaders and his Clanmates. Shimmerpaw, Sleekpaw, Rootpaw and Finchpaw are all aware something isn't right and are trying to get to the bottom of this while dealing with their own problems.

6. Announcement

Hello, dear readers.

I started writing this fanfiction months ago, and at first I really enjoyed it. However, lately I haven't found motivation to continue writing this story. Also, I really just jumped into writing this story when I got the idea for it, without really thinking about the smaller details (who's related to who, how old characters are, etc.). So, I will no longer continue writing this fanfiction. However, "Red Stars Book 1: A rising threat" will be recieving a rewrite called "Beneath the Starless Sky" which will pretty much be the same, except for new characters, different plot, and generally be more thought out. I also will be moving to a new account (if I can actually figure out how to) under the name "LoulusGrove"

Thank you to everyone who supported me and/or read this little fanfiction and liked it. I'm sorry if you're sad this will never recieve a proper ending, however the story of Shimmerkit, Sleekkit, Rootkit, and Finchkit (who never got her own chapter because I lost motivation. Sorry Finch.) aren't over, like I said I will rewrite this. However keep in mind the rewrite is nowhere near complete, and will likely take me multiple months to write due to the fact it will most likely be 50 chapters long.
