A idea came to me when I was playing Mass Effect, then I seen some old Star Wars scenes on Youtube and even a couple Transformer scenes and finally I re-watched Naruto the Last and this is what inspired me to write potentially the most crazy Naruto/Transformers/Mass Effect/Star Wars crossover in my life; I don't know if I will include any Star Trek species/aliens but if I do, don't be surprised if you see them. If this works, this will be the greatest Idea I have ever thought up in my writing career as a Fanfiction writer. This will start about roughly in the middle of Mass Effect 2 as they get ready to go to the Mass Relay to the Collector Home or whatever.
Now, it also occurred to me that here are roughly 30 species of aliens in the Mas Effect Original Trilogy (Prothean's and other ancient species included) so I figured, if there were hundreds of worlds that were habitable for these various species, why not include other universal species (Yoda, Transformer, Star Trek and others) to make one hell of a story, and maybe create a bit of depth for the Lore to dive into and explore besides what we already know and see in various stories and DLC's from he internet, it's gonna be a start but let's hope I don't botch this one.
The Normandy had crashed onto a unknown planet, the air was breathable, the planet hospitable, and surprisingly held a population at some point. However, initial scans showed that a civil war had broken out and was still carrying on even to the current date. From what both Javik and Liara both said, the planet's population were nigh godly-Javik admitting so as he mentioned a forgotten planet not bothered by the Reaper invasion somehow by masking the planet and using some form of technology to hide the entire system from any form of sighting or scans-but it was a myth until now.
Currently, Commander Jane Shepard and Miranda Lawson of the SR-3 Normandy (who was a hidden ally of the Citadel space station born from the Autonomous Robotic Organisms of the planet Cybertron-most called them transformers and the ones they called allies were known as the Autobobt's as they took on the aspects of various vehicles and stuff; but his real identity was known as Jetfire) were searching the area for anything they could use or anyone they could find to help tip the balance from the Reapers leading the victory to having the allied species of the Citadel to winning-so far it wasn't easy.
Loud explosions sounded through the air as they quickly turned to see a shadow falling from the sky and crashing down where dust filled the air before being literally swiped away to reveal a man with blond hair as bright as gold and as spiky as a porcupine, it was long enough to be placed into a braided ponytail; the sides being braided and brought together to form the pony tail, his bangs long enough to reach his chin. He has red tribal marking tattooed on his face, the markings shown to be around and under his eyes as well in the middle of his forehead. There are a couple markings that intersect on his cheeks before vanishing into his hairline. He wears a white robe, white shirt, black jeans and boots.
Not even losing a step on their fight, the fallen elder who was across the way from them leaps at the man and tackles him with everything he has in his being, the two rolling over one another as they crash through the destroyed buildings around them. The man was named Setrakus Ra-the leader of the Fallen Elder's and his opponent was the new incarnation of Pittacus Lore who was said to be the mightiest of their race; however he hadn't given up his old name to embrace his identity of Pittacus Lore and thus embraced his birth name of Naruto. Setrakus wears a black robe, black shirt, black pants, black boots and a pair of black gauntlets.
Setrakus snarls as he punches Naruto in the face causing him to stumble away form him. Cracking his neck Setrakus snarls at the blond, "This galaxy and it's people don't deserve to live!" he growled.
Naruto grunts he spits out a tooth, "They deserve to choose for themselves!" he retorts condescendingly to his enemy as the two grappled for a moment with one another trying to overpower their opponent.
Setrakus snarls and tackles his opponent and rolls across the ground, "Then you will die with them!" he roars as he throws Naruto away and suddenly his arms transform-made them curious if he was a Transformer; but this was proven wrong as the sleeves of his coat was made from a highly advanced form of living Nanotechnology and he primes a extremely powerful looking energy cannon, "JOIN THEM IN EXTINCTION!" he snarls as Naruto's own hand pulls out a large pistol where he turns and pulls the trigger, a powerful bolt of energy ripping through the air and smashing into Setrakus' shoulder causing he man to spin away and then unleashing a greater bolt of energy that throws Naruto away.
Jane and Miranda duck as the cliff neck to them explodes seconds before Naruto crashes on the ground several meters away from him groaning as he shakes his head. Regaining himself and pushing himself up, the one named Naruto gets into a low stance, "It's you and me, Setrakus..."
Setrakus growls, "No, it's just ME, Pittacus!"
"At the end of this day, one shall stand, one shall fall!" Naruto declares.
Setrakus growls in anger, his hand grabbing Naruto by the throat, "You still fight for the weak Pittacus! That is why you lose!" and then throws him over his shoulder and bashes him into a tree that collapses under the force.
Naruto rises up and trained his eyes onto his enemy, "I am Naruto Uzumaki, the reincarnation of the Great Elder; Pittacus Lore!" Naruto declared, growling as he swung his fist into the jaw of the man with everything he had in him, a spray of blood filling the air with a couple teeth following immediately after showed just how much force he used to hit the man with. Stopping himself from falling on his back, Naruto plants his feet and jumps into the air as Setrakus recovers slightly before he was able to and leaps at him instead, Naruto grunting as he is struck by the mans full weight of his jump before the two roll over one another as their bout continues without interruptions.
As they come to a stop, the two combatants climb to their feet and once more re-engage, Naruto quite literally ripping a tree-roots and all-up out of the ground and slamming it down on the man, "Weak!" he snarls as the tree snaps in half as Setrakus stumbles back from the blow, the tree breaks in half and a part of it flies off, the ground tearing up as the remains impact the ground causing both Jane and Miranda to cry out as they cower down from the intense battling between the two giants, Naruto stepping back as Setrakus throws a punch, but retaliates with a powerful blow to the mans spine that instantly bruises him.
Naruto snarls out as he ducks under a backhand and smashes a uppercut into the fallen Elder's lower jaw, "Waste of space!" he roars out as the man stumbles back and trips over his feet before he falls to the ground. Drawing a dagger, Naruto spins it in his grasp and stabs it into Setrakus's shoulder, "And Loric power!" he snarled as he spins around the right hook and elbows the dark lord in the face only for him to immediately spin back around and give a powerful clothesline that levels the man to the ground with a explosion of sand and stone, dust filling the air from the strength of Naruto's blows of anger.
Stepping back as he rolled to his feet, Setrakus snarls, "Brothers!" as several crashes fill the air as more of the Fallen Elder's jumped into the fray with him. Loridas, a man dressed in tattered red robes and a red shirt and black pants and boots. Solon, a man in grey robes with intricate designs on its body, he wore a grey shirt and boots and also had thick scars across his face. Thales, a massive man of ten feet wearing a brown robe and pants, a golden shirt and black boots.
As Loridas lands, he rips up several large chunks of earth and tosses them aside, uncaring of the two women as they cry out while he snarls at Naruto, "Come here boy!" and rushes at him. Ignoring the men, Naruto tackled Setrakus from behind as they both rolled away. Getting to their feet, Naruto grabs the kick Setrakus tries to snap at him, and slams his elbow down on the mans leg, bruising the limb as he spins around the stumbling elder and smashes his foot into his chest causing him to fall back with a roll that trips Loridas where said man quite literally eats dirt as he face plants on the ground with enough force to shake the earth from his fall.
As he tries to run past Naruto, the blond reaches his arm out and grabs Thales by the shoulder and pulls roughly before his other hand grips his throat and lifts him into the air and slams him onto the ground and craters it under him. Naruto turns back around and grabs Setrakus where he spins him under his arm and lifts him up overhead and throws him away and lashes a foot out that slams into his face brutally drawing more blood as the man flips over himself before he crashes back down to the dirt, the Fallen Elder crying out as he rolls over himself trying to stop his movement.
Naruto spins around and slams his fist into Loridas before he drops to a knee and punches low on Solon and takes his knees out from under him as Setrakus recovers and once more enters the fray of combat. Naruto, trying to keep pace with the powerful enemies he is exerting himself to beat down is unable to evade as Setrakus grabs his skull and lifts him up, but slams his elbow into the mans face once more taking his teeth and blood as he strikes his left jaw. However, this gives Loridas the time to grab his other arm and spin him around and strikes him in the jaw.
Naruto grunts as he spins and ducks under a swipe from Thales, but is grabbed by Setrakus and shoulder tossed over his head where he quickly rises, only for the Elder to slam his foot into his face with a powerful roundhouse kick that throws him through the air where he hits the ground hard. Climbing back to his feet, a blast of energy impacts his clothes-ripping chunks off cloth off as red blood fills the air, but at a superficial level. Setrakus snarls as he returns the favor and elbows Naruto in the face causing him to stumble away and fall to a knee breathing heavily from the intense fighting he pushes himself through.
"Is the survival of our race not worth the life of one cycle?" Setrakus snarled, his patience running thin.
"You'll never stop at one!" Naruto declared, "I'll take you all on!" he declared defiantly as he begun his battle anew. Turning his right arm into a sword from the ruined sleeve, Naruto pulls another knife out and once more charges into the fray as he snarls at the group of enemies. Stabbing the knife into Solon's shoulder, he spins around with the man forced to follow his direction, slamming him into Loridas as he slices up, cutting several finger's off Setrakus's right hand-the digits falling to the ground as blood shoots through the air. Spinning around, he hurls the dagger into Thale's shoulder causing the man to stumble back and fall to a knee from the force of the strike.
Spinning around, he rips the knife out of the man and slices Solon across the face as he also lashes out and blocks a strike from Setrakus's bladed staff with his sword. Stabbing down once again, Naruto rolls over Solon's back and pulls the knife out as he slashes up across his stomach and spills the mans blood as he strikes out with a kick that hit's Setrakus in his testicles causing the man to cry out in agony, Miranda and Jane both stood in silence while watching in astonishment as the lone man fights the group of four unlike anything they had ever seen before.
It was amazing, beautiful even. Truly there were no words that could have described the spectacle of the fighting as Naruto threw himself into mortal combat against Setrakus, Loridas, Thales, and Solon all on his own. There were no energy blasts or elemental blasts of energy that tore apart the earth. There were no biotics being slammed around, no large caliber bullets; it was all skill of hand to hand, blade to blade, one versus four in a all out war that would only end when one side ended up defeated and laying on the ground at the victor's mercy and forced into pure submission from the power overcoming them. Indescribable in all it's profound glory. That was what this battle truly was.
Snarling as he spun around, Naruto slammed a fist into Solon and slashed up across Thales' face causing the two to withdraw. Stabbing his dagger down, Naruto impaled Setrakus in the knee and spins around as Naruto snaps his leg while ripping the blade out and thrusting into his gut before punching Setrakus in the face where he fell to his knees, only to receive more blows that literally threw him through the air where he slams into Loridas where the two then crash and roll over themselves. Snarling as he spins around, Naruto slices downward, amputating Solon's hand, Naruto spins the man around and jumps onto his back and stabs down, impaling the man in the head with his knife before he brutally rips it out and drags it across the Elder's throat, killing him.
Solon was dead.
Naruto jumps to the ground and throws the body down, "Putrid filth." he snarls as he body fell to the ground.
Snarling, Naruto leapt at his adversaries intent on tearing them apart limb from limb. Naruto slams into Loridas, the man reeling back from the strike as he clumsily throws a punch, but Naruto grabs his arm and twists it to where it breaks out of its socket before jumping up and performing a roundhouse to his face where he causes Loridas to grunt as Naruto pulls him in and lashes a fist up and into his lower jaw as he turns Loridas around and spins him to the point his own arm smashes into Setrakus with enough force to throw the man away.
Thales leaps into the fray, a fist raining down on the blond causing him to stumble from the blow which allows Loridas some reprieve to heal his wounds. However, Thales is immediately overwhelmed even as Setrakus jumps back in to help his brother in arms. Naruto grabs Setrakus and smashes his face into the dirt as he rolls around and unleashes a brutal kick to Thales' gut as he rises up and steps over a swipe of Setrakus' sword made from his clothing. Naruto snarls as Loridas leaps at him, but Naruto catches his sword and throws him off before kicking him in the chin and then stabbing him through the chest and pinning him to the earth, a blast of lightning ripping through his body and frying him without warning.
Loridas was now deceased...
Two down, two to go.
~XxX-Play: Prime vs Fallen Theme-XxX~
"Die like your brothers!" Setrakus shouts in rage as Naruto raises his arm and unleashes a bolt of energy that slams him back and into a nearby wall.
"They were your brothers too!" Naruto responds heatedly as he wraps his arm around Setrakus' neck and spins him around only to stumble back as the Dark Elder smashes a fist up into his chin forcing the blond back. This allows Thales to leap on Naruto from behind, Setrakus leaping up and tackling Naruto around the waist as a concussive blast echoes out as they shatter the sound barrier and crash into a nearby building. Kicking out, Naruto shoves Setrakus off of his body where a portion of the building crumbles down and pins him as Naruto and Thales roll away from the carnage throwing fists and snarls the whole way.
Spinning to a stop, the two men step away, and Thales slashes out with a nano-sword from his arm, a blast of plasma following soon after as it slams into the blond's chest. Naruto brushes the attack off and reaches out and twists Thales' arm as he unleashes a bolt of energy that misses him, and then rips the nano-tech off and turns it to face towards Thales head before he unleashes a third blast from the failing nanites that rips Thale's face in two as he cries out in a warped panic, "Whar-Gua-Hargh~" as half his face is vaporized, eyes wide in shock and panic as his blood flies through the air.
Still Thales was determined to at least try and kill he most powerful of the Elder's, spinning clumsily around, he aims his still intact arm at Naruto, but he spins around deflecting the bolt with a swipe and slicing the arm off at the elbow with a blade of energy causing Thales to grunt out in pain as Naruto steps away, his clothes shifting and changing to what looked like a set of twin barrels placed on his shoulders. A sound of charging energy is heard before a detonation of powerful blaster's fills the air as Thales is hurled away, half of his torso ripped away in a incredible spray of blood and gore, slamming into a wall, crashing through the rubble and out the back of the building and falling to the ground while the rubble crashes around him as he cries out, "MASTER!~" pleading for help to survive.
Thales was dead whether he wanted to be or not.
By now, Setrakus had recovered and hurled a massive building at Naruto via telekinesis, only for Naruto to slice it in half with a energy sword as he charged forward. Raising up his other fist, several bursts of plasma blast out, impacting against the incredible defense of Setrakus, but this was a ploy to cause him to defend, one Naruto quickly capitalized on and sliced at him with the sword, slicing a couple of Setrakus' fingers off before ripping through his cheek and nose. Setrakus wasn't deterred and reached out and grabbed Naruto by the arm and wrenched it around before shoving him away, and then reaching out to grab his cloak, and tore the remaining tatters off as he lashed out with a spin that slammed his staff into the mans face.
Naruto turns around and grunts as he grabs a hold of the polearm and snarls, "You picked he wrong fight!" he called out as he ripped it away from Setrakus, spun around the mans back and stabbing it through his shoulder and slamming him into a wall, "Give me that!" he says as he surges a red energy through the polearm before tearing it out of the mans flesh before he threw it to the ground. Whatever it was surely frightened Setrakus, as his powers quickly fled him as he tried to turn and physically escape, but Naruto wasn't having it as he grabbed him by the shoulder and to Miranda's and Jane's shock, punched his fist through the back of his chest and ripped out his heart, "I rise!" he declared loudly, "You fall!" he growled out lowly as he shoved the hacking corpse away and off his arm.
Reaching to his hip, the blond pulled off a purple glistening blade and swiped the blade to the right, decapitating his foe; ending the threat once and for all for the Loric people. Sighing heavily as his wounds slowly vanished as his healing kicked in, Naruto turned around and begun to walk off, only to pause as he sighed and spoke up, "I know you are there, you need not hide from me, I will not harm you." he stated calmly as he sheathed the blade.
Jane and Miranda shared a look, unsure if they should proceed, but seeing as he had called them out they couldn't consider a retreat now. Shrugging Jane and Miranda stepped around the destruction, ignoring the bodies of the former Elder's whom the man had defeated in single combat; they knew if he so wished he could defeat them in combat alone, probably the entirety of the Normandy Crew if he wished, "Alright, you caught us, now what?" Jane quipped.
"Humans?" Naruto questioned as he gazed at them, "Your kind is young, eager to learn. How did you come across the planet?" he asked them calmly.
Jane and Miranda looked at one another in confusion, "Aren't you a human?" Miranda asked him.
"No, in appearance yes, but our species differs past that. My people have a triple-strand DNA strand, yours have a double. What is it you need?" he asked calmly.
"Well, besides living; seeing as you single-handedly defeated a superior force on your own, we need help. Our ship crashed due to a unknown means and we need help returning to space to continue our mission. Maybe you could help us, seeing as you seem to be a highly advanced species yourself." Jane requested.
Naruto shook his head, "At the moment I have other priorities, my wife is expecting, and I cannot leave her side as of yet, and if you have crashed here, then you passed through the planet's defensive system which cloaks us from other races to prevent unneeded problems, we stay to ourselves due to the constant conflicts of the galaxy, we are teachers and shepard's of growth, not warriors; at least not until the last fifty years. The only reason this fight took place was because my people were at war amongst themselves, and sad to say, if you wish for us to fight in the current cycle against the Reaper invasion, you will have a easier time bringing all the species together rather than a dying species. Our population was never large to begin with, and sad to say our numbers aren't sufficient to sustain a population like we used to, only a few thousand of us remain." he explained.
"How do you know of the Reapers?" Miranda and Jane asked in shock.
"My people have remained hidden and developed technologies powerful enough to hide us from the Reaper's for many a cycle, roughly 15 or so now. Our advancement in science, technology and space exploration have yielded quite a many advancement. We created many technologies based off Reaper equipment from the former bodies left behind in previous cycles before we destroyed them when we got we needed, even a way to prevent the Indoctrination from taking hold, if you want I can give such schematics and a new ship to help you leave, but beyond that I am unable to help you." he answered them.
"Well, our ship isn't exactly normal, I mean, not unless you have a Energon source lying around." Miranda said.
"Energon, your ship is a Cybertronian, a Transformer. We haven't encountered one such being in several cycles. We thought that they went extinct, but seeing as the Reapers only harvest organics it makes sense as to why they still live." Naruto hummed, "We have ways of helping out, it's they are extremely outdated to what we used to have to help them." he said shrugging, "You'll have to go to the Thessex Sea, there you'll find a large tower pointing to the sky, it's a Matter to Energy conversion Station, much like a Energy to Matter forge but in reverse. I will not bore you death with details, just know that the tower will save your friend." he said before pausing and turning around, "You should leave quickly, Setrakus' final followers are coming quick, and if you get caught in the fight you will perish." he said.
With that said he pushed them away with a gentle Telekinetic push, "What about you, you can't possibly keep fighting them in your condition." Jane said.
"I'm a lot stronger than any of my people can hope to be." Naruto said as he closed his eyes and slowly raised his arms up.

Suddenly the earth beneath their feet shook and before they could ask what was happening, a crack appeared between the three, "You need to leave now!" Naruto commanded. And once again the earth shook, but this was followed by a clap of thunder from overhead and the two women felt their jaws dropping as they watched the once seemingly clear sky filled with dark ebony clouds, thunder and lightning crackling with enough force to produce earthquake level explosions. Slowly, Naruto begun to raise his arms higher, and the land beneath his feet shifted and begun to rise up from its foundations.
Buildings...
Tree's...
Boulder's...
the very ground itself...
With powerful mental commands from his telekinesis, Naruto was literally pulling the crust up from the planet's surface in a five mile radius, it was unlike anything they had ever before witnessed. Just what kind of Biotics allowed for such power?!
"People of Lorien, I am Naruto the new Incarnation of our great Elder Pittacus Lore, I have ended the civil war that has plagued our people for these last cycles. For those of you who still follow the fanatic regime of Setrakus Ra and his fallen Elder's, I say this; surrender now and I will show you mercy. If not, then you leave me no choice but to destroy each of you." Naruto challenged.

Note: Voron grows as a tree*. It is described as very rare, being "deep purple in color and glistening." A incredible thing about the Voron tree is that besides being malleable enough to be turned into a sword is that the wounds caused by Voron can not be healed by Legacies or any form of technology. The material can also be charged with energy-based Legacies, such as the power cancellation Legacy; Dreynen.
Note: The Loric species are near identical to humans to the point that if one walked side by side the two cannot be distinguished. The Loric population had remained hidden from the Galactic community for around 15 cycles (approx 750,000 human years) making it the oldest of all galactic species (Aside from the Leviathan Species) and also the most advanced. The Loric have a lifespan of around two hundred years, possibly due to a healthier environment and highly utilized organs, Elders live for thousands of years as their gifts collectively gather all of Lorien's power in their bodies making them stronger than a normal Garde could ever be. The Loric are a highly advanced and sophisticated humanoid alien race originating from Lorien, a planet that was located 907.1 light years away from Earth in a hidden star system. They are a race all but extinct, having a handful of survivors after their planets destruction, most notably Naruto/Pittacus. The Loric language is an alien language filled with hieroglyphics and shapes that can be read by its people. Thousands of years ago during the era of expansion, Lorien sent out thousands of space faring fleets to begin colonizing worlds and even educate various planets inhabited with a developing species, humans being one such species before the Loric went back into hiding, in fact some legendary figures in Earths History were in fact Loric people; Zeus and his family, Odin and his people, Amun Ra and his family and many others. However, when the modern cycle came about, many of the Elder's saw a opportunity to subjugate the various species in the Galaxy and pronounce themselves as the Overlords of the Milky Way Galaxy due to their hyper-advanced civilization and Legacies granted through birth. This failed when the new Reincarnation of Pittacus Lore was brought into the Elder's circle four years before the destruction of a major portion of the Loric population and discovery of planet Lorien by the Normandy Crew upon crash landing and spectating the end of the civil was between the peaceful faction and destructive faction with the death of Setrakus Ra and his three Fallen Elder supporters.
