Tsunade sat at her desk looking at the blonde gaki she saw as a little brother or son. She couldn't believe that she was being forced to do this. That she was being forced to crush the blonde's dream. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to hold back her sorrow and prepare herself for what she was about to do, "Naruto, there is something important I have to tell you." Tsunade said, never breaking eye contact from her fellow blonde.

"What is it granny?" Naruto asked curiously. Once again Tsunade took a breath realizing she may never be called 'granny' again and had to regain control of her emotions.

"Naruto, I wish I didn't have to do this… I have been informed by the council to inform you that for using an A-rank assassination technique and severely injuring the last Uchiha, you are hereby banished from the leaf village by order of the Daimyo. You have twenty four hours to leave or you will be executed. You are not to step foot within the leaf village or surrounding areas which are associated until the end of your banishment in which the Daimyo decides. It is to last until further notice. I am so sorry. I really did try but I was out voted. There was nothing I could do." as Tsunade was speaking her voice was breaking and never did she break eye contact with the blonde boy. She watched as his eyes dulled from their usual sapphire blue that could make oceans jealous to a dull gray. She watched as he paled and his mask cracked. She could do nothing but watch as the wonderful bright child fell into nothingness. She suddenly heard a whisper of a broken soul and heart.

"Why?" A fair question spoken so softly you almost couldn't hear it. A voice that held so much yet was so very small. It was the voice of someone who's lost everything and it broke her heart. But could she tell him why in truth she knew that she didn't have to because he already knew. Yet she answered anyway knowing he needed to hear it out loud.

"I could say it was because you apparently could have killed the Uchiha like they said, but you and I know it's not true. It's because of Kyuubi. They felt the chakra when it was forced to heal you from the first Chidori. Some think the fox is breaking out. Others think it can take over your body and then there's the people who think you're the fox. In the end they just wanted to get rid of you and this was the perfect excuse." Said Tsunade wanting nothing more to hold the boy in her arms and say it was going to be okay. But she knew it was a lie and so would he.

"I guess I'm not taking the hat from you after all." Said Naruto breaking the silence that had built. However the pain in his voice made her wish he hadn't. He reached up to his head and removed his head band and placed it on the desk. He then moved his hands to his neck and removed the necklace of the First Hokage that she'd given him.

"You keep it. You won it fair and square, it's yours. Keep it for luck." Said Tsunade knowing that she could never take it back from him. He smiled a small smile and replaced it back around his neck. He then walked around the desk and hugged her. This time she couldn't stop her tears.

"Goodbye granny Tsunade." With that he broke the hug and left without another word. While Tsunade cried her heart out for the boy who just left her office.

Naruto disappeared after that, he simply left the village without a word to anyone that very day. The rookie 12 and their sensei's excluding Sakura and Sasuke were devastated. But that was nothing compared to Iruka's reaction who fell into a depression for several months and only came out of it when Anko got him drunk... they had twins the next year. When Jiraiya returned and discovered what happened it took over nine squads of ANBU, Tsunade and Shizune along with Gai using seven Gates, Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Anko to stop Jiraiya from killing the council.

Ever since Naruto left no one has ever heard so much as a whisper to where the favorite whiskered blonde was. He had simply disappeared and remained so for several more years.

~XxX-10 Years Later-XxX~

It's been nearly twenty years since Naruto was banished. Many celebrated the fact that the so-called Demon Brat was finally out of their hair, but with this banishment also came consequences. Many of the Leaf's allies had simply abandoned them. Wave, Spring, Moon, and Sand were among the first to do so. Now, the Fourth Shinobi World War is upon them, and they are in desperate need of help. While Tsunade was just thinking 'Stupid civilian fools.'

Currently, in the Council chambers, Tsunade is sitting at the head of the table. To her immediate left are the Clan Heads, who help with the Clan matters if need be and help dispense with the matters of the ninja. To her right, are the annoying civilians who were always trying to grab more power for themselves. Directly ahead were the Three elder Advisors... worthless politicians all three of them. The Hokage sat back in her chair and waved a hand, "Alright, seeing as the Elders wished to convene the council, let's hear what they have to say, and if I find it to be a waste of time, then penalties will be enacted." she stated.

"Lady Tsunade, surely you will find what the Elders have to say to be of importance?" a civilian questioned.

"No more than every time you pocket thieves cry about not having enough money in your already fat wallets." the blond grumbled, "Now are we going to get on with it or is this truly a waste of my time?" she demanded.

Danzo smirked as he stood up, the Old Warhawk was long past his prime at 75 years old, and his confidence was the only thing keeping him going, "I assure you Tsunade, that this is anything but a waste of time." he told her.

"Remember to whom you speak, Danzo Shimura." Tsunade warned him, "I am the Hokage, the second strongest person in the whole of Fire Country after the Daimyo himself, my word here in this village is law, refer to me by my given name again and I'll have your head." she growled.

"Apologies, Lady Hokage." Danzo grunted, but he didn't care, to him it was only a matter of time until he took the hat from the weak little girl, "But, to understand what I am saying, we must reveal our latest intelligence of what we have found." he said before snapping his fingers on his 'good' hand to have some Anbu bring him a remote. Clicking a button on the small device, a set of screens lowered from the ceiling and turned on, "This is the most recent update I have gotten from some of my guards I sometimes send on expeditions, as you can see, the map of the world is far more vast than what we believe."

Clicking another button, Danzo snorted, "It appears that another major landmass exists several dozen leagues to the east, we haven't begun extensive mapping of it yet, but from what I have gathered from what limited information I have received, there is in fact a kingdom of sorts that is built several hundred miles to the north of where my men landed first landed and begun exploring this continent, "The supposed ruler is said to be a bit of a tyrant but a good king. Strict and firm but fair much like a Daimyo would be. Still waiting on the information of who it is, I haven't gotten anything in the last three weeks, which is why I have brought this information to the council as of today."

"So, you bring us information of a new land and kingdom, but nothing major." Shikaku said with a yawn, "Troublesome, just be honest Danzo, you had your Root operatives there to try and garner you some more members to your little cult and he got caught and now you want us to make contact in the hopes we can get this kingdom on our side in the war."

Danzo bristled a bit. He had actually hit the nail right on the head, the Nara were smart like that, "In so many words, yes, I did have one of my operatives there, but not for what you think." he said, trying to deflect potential blame from himself, "I sent him there to gather information on the people and see if we could, as Nara-san said, gain a ally." he told them, "And surprisingly enough, we found out basic information." he gave a sigh here, "And none of you are going to like what I am about to reveal." he muttered.

"How bad is it?" Choza asked as he munched on some chips.

"These people, they are literally coming out of a form of dark ages. They live in clay abodes, following the movement of a large river, seeming to gather up their possessions and moving once every five years to keep crop production at its peak. They do this as the land is nearly all desert, small oasis' dot the land, but none of them are large enough to sustain any form of population like our own." he explained causing the entire council to actually raise brows in surprise.

It was bad, they couldn't think of living such a life.

"How do they pack up clay houses?" a civilian asked in confusion.

"They don't. They tear the clay apart, take the grass within they can salvage and move on. They gather vast amounts of the grass from the next spot they set up at and continue to rebuild. From what my agent sent to me in a personal note, the clay these people use, it's very rich in nutrients making the ground fertile along the banks of the river and it insulates just as good as any wood when mixed with the grass they pull up. Aside from the vast amount of crops they gather, the river is bountiful in fish, and from what I have come to understand, feeds the entire population which nearly doubles our own." he said before clicking the button again.

"Their ruler, whose name I have been unable to discover yet, lives in a large temple in the middle of the population with his wives and guards, and they are apparently very skilled, but not as skilled as their supposed king." Danzo said.

"Tch, I bet this guy isn't as skilled as an Uchiha Elite like myself." Sasuke sneered, "If I go to this landmass, I bet I can force this guy to admit defeat in an instant." he boasted.

Danzo shook his head, "I wouldn't go challenge him, I have a recording I was going to save for later, but I think it's best to reveal it here and now. My operative nearly died obtaining this information, and even I have a hard time believing what I witnessed myself." he said shakily.

"You look shaken, Danzo, is this guy that skilled?" Inoichi questioned.

"It's best to witness his unique abilities yourself." Danzo said before shutting the shudders to the Council Chambers, turning off the lights and pressing another button to bring up the video he had seen and paused it before it could truly start, "Now, before I begin this video, I will inform you that this king is apparently sparring with one of his wives in all out spar, but we could not gain anything due to the sound of the battle they were waging with one another. We barely managed to obtain the end of the bout, which from what I gather had lasted several days and nights before they grew tired."

"I don't believe it. No couple, much less a married one, would have a spar that would last so long. Not even the First Hokage and his death match against Madara Uchiha lasted that long, and they battled for nearly two days." Tsume spoke in disbelief.

"I don't believe it either, but the evidence is clear, they did fight for an unquantified time of several days. Whether they did it in such a way as to save energy and stamina or they are just that skilled is up for debate, observe." Danzo said while playing the recording.

It was dark, the sky illuminated only by the full moon overhead and the stars. The ground was a veritable war-zone, ripped apart and ravaged by two people and littered with various large rock formations around them, but they could see both combatants. One was obviously male, having red tattoo's along his sides, back, and arms. He wore what appeared to be golden armor on his legs and a gold glove on his right hand. Around his neck was a gold necklace and he also had two earrings of gold as well.

Ahead of him was a woman wearing nothing more than a large robe to conceal her modesty. However, if she was keeping up with her husband in such garb then she was of good breeding and strength.

Both were breathing hard from the drawn out fight, but they were excited to finally bring it to a close once again and see if they could break the draw they held with one another, and with a cry, the woman struck. Lightning struck off her fingers as she tried to hit her husband. However, the man had leapt into the air to avoid it. Seconds later, chains erupted from around the beauty as she tried to catch him, but in a shocking display, a series of golden disks appeared behind him, and what they witnessed was nothing short of astonishing. With a graceful back-flip, he activated them, and suddenly dozens of blades shot out of the disks, not holographic or fake swords, but actual legitimate blades of steel.

The woman coated her hand in bright energy and quickly began to swipe the blades that got too close to her away, literally deflecting them with her bare hand as she clashed with her husband once again. Seconds later, husband and wife were at each other's throats, blocking and parrying strikes in a rapid flurry of movement that the jonin level ninja found themselves hard pressed to follow. The two then clashed and locked together, grinning at their opposite with wide grins. Leaping away, the man held out his hand where a large object pressed into his hands, then with a twist, a large crimson pillar rose into the air in a series of jagged lines before something appeared in his hands.

It looked strange for a weapon, but even the Ninja could tell there was something dangerous about it. With a laugh, the man poured his remaining power into it, everything he had to break the tie between him and his wife. His love didn't have such a weapon on her side, but she did have another power to call upon, and seconds later, the clash blinded them as they could only watch the beginning unfold as the end denied everything in creation, but the recording immediately stopped.

"Ok, so he might be skilled..." a civilian muttered.

"It certainly seems he and his wife have some unique abilities. If we manage to acquire such abilities for Konoha we might just be unstoppable." a greedy civilian stated.

"No, we need to be careful with this man and his wife. Their unique abilities aside, if we go about this the wrong way then we risk pissing them off." another said.

"The woman will breed fine Uchiha children, with the Sharingan and the ability to block steel with a bare hand, it will make an unstoppable ninja." Sasuke salivated.

"Yea, no, how about that." Choza said, "I highly doubt her husband, much less her sister wives will go for such a thing much less herself." he told the boy, "This is a delicate situation, we need that kind of power on our side, yes, but we need to find a way to ensure we don't push them away. If they are as skilled as this, then there is no telling how skilled others from this land are going to be." he spoke, "I say we send a small team over to delegate with this man and see if he will be willing to go." he opted.

"I second this motion!"

"All who agree with this, say 'I' or withhold their judgment." Tsunade stated.

"I will volunteer to lead the delegation, personally, Lady Hokage." Sasuke sneered with greed in his eyes.

Oh dear...

XxX-xxXXxx-XxX

Snoring could be heard as the sun slowly rose up over the horizon, the sun slowly peeking up over the mountain's to illuminate the city. However, the snoring stops as crimson eyes unseal themselves and glimpse the world around him. He sees death, decay and worldly destruction, and in the distance, a massive creature with ten tails. And as soon as it begins, so too does it end. The man shakes his head to rid it of the images...it was time, the guests would be arriving soon. He needed to bathe, wake the kids and send them off to the master's and ensure his wives were ready to help delegate important matters of the city while he did the more heavy lifting.

He turned to his right, a blonde woman sleeping under the warm furs, "Ereshkigal, time to wake up, it's time to greet our guests." he softly said.

"Hrmm." the woman moaned as she snuggled into him more, causing the man to smile.

"Ok, guess you don't want any good morning sex then." he said offhandedly, and suddenly, she was upon him as he grunted when she pinned him.

"You deny your queen such a pleasure and I'll ensure that even the heavens themselves understand the meaning of the term suffering!" she said with a wild look in her eyes

Before Ereshkigal could say anything else, her beloved husband rolled them both over and pinned her down and gave her a deep kiss, as she moaned against him. She fucking loved her man; not just for the kids, and the comfort he gave her, but for this, this emotional, passionate, physical love. The fact that by marrying him allowed her to leave her realm in the underworld was just a bonus, the kids were a simple bribe, and securing the connections between heaven and earth was the final nail in the coffin she had to secure.

She moaned again as he spread her legs and pressed his sword against her as she bit her lip, beckoning him to come closer. He kissed her again as he entered her and she locked her thighs against his torso, locking him in place. The rocking of their hips now shaking the bed, the furs falling around them as they consummated their love for one another. As he moved inside of her, Ereshkigal moaned and mewled in joy, enjoying this intercourse. She could never imagine her life without this man. And her husband would always agree that he felt the same. Ereshkigal saved his life and filled him with joy. Not to mention that him simply fucking her was sheer fucking enjoyment for the both of them, apologies to her former love Nergal, but honesty was best policy here.

This was more than sex; this was an expression of their love and how they enjoyed dominating one another. And as her beloved pounded his wife, he could see their life with many, many kids, as his wife constantly expressed her love for him and wanting to grow old and die with him when that day came. Ereshkigal's jaw dropped from the way her husband was loving her. He continued to push past her cervix, delivering piston-like thrusts as he bottomed out inside of her with each thrust. Ereshkigal would never admit it, but in bed, she enjoyed surrendering to him.

The blond king growled as he held her close, with such tenderness. With a deep kiss, their bodies were intertwined well. He was preparing such a load for her, that it would be impossible for her tight stomach to escape being seeded. Ereshkigal continued to moan and mewl loudly as she was being deliciously dominated. She howled as her husband continued his slow domination of her body as her own pussy was being greedy, wanting his seed. She could not take this foreplay any more, and so, she spoke from her heart.

"No more teasing husband, go ahead and spill… I can handle anything when it is you. I want you to give me a baby… I want a son… To share something created from our union and not by the heavens decreeing it."

And so, with a guttural moan and the sharp, fierce tightening of her cunt, the man gave Ereshkigal what she wanted; an inhuman mass of chunky cum deep in her cunt. He held Ereshkigal in place as his cock broke loose, spilling thick globs of virility deep in her womb as she shed happy tears at being seeded. Naruto continued to groan and pump his seed inside her as she climaxed over and over on his shaft, not caring in the slightest.

For a good three hours, he continued to make love to her, filling her womb no less than three times as she surrendered herself to him. And after it was done, he kissed her deep and held her close. Ereshkigal loved her fucking man, and there was only three other women she shared him with. She would never tolerate any other's.

Of course… that can't be said about the other's of course.

Her husband rolled out from under the furs with a groan, "I guess I should cleanse myself before our guests arrive at noon. Wouldn't do for a king such as myself to be seen in such a manner now would it?" he joked with her, red eyes smiling down at the sweaty goddess in the bedding who merely rolled her own crimson eyes at him, throwing one of the many feathered pillows at him, only to miss… damn jelly arms, she hated it when that happened. With that said and done, the golden blond walked out of his room and into the sacred springs. Slowly walking into the calm waters of the brook that ran through the bathing area, he would proceed to properly cleanse himself to where upon finishing, his body, if not his own soul, glowed with a golden aura-as denoted by the divine energy he had absorbed from cleansing himself once more of his earthen woes.

With that little chore finished, he proceeded to dress himself. He combed his hair back, the usual spiked tresses sticking up like a regal lion's mane. He put his loose linen shirt on, followed by his briefs. He then proceeds to don the golden armor that makes a heavy first impression on those he encounters in either battle or in the field of politics, none of which stood out as much as his aura, but it definitely helped give him an authoritative aura. He places in a pair of thick golden earrings, and secures a crimson cape around his waist. With that done, he walks out of his chambers and towards his throne room. He bows in courtesy of the slaves that work for him, nods at the artisans painting the images of the forests and brooks along the walls, and smiles at the workers' children as they run by laughing, turning to avoid them as they flitter past.

As he enters the throne room, he sees a line of people, all holding onto clay tablets for him to look through so as to get on with their days, "Alright, I am here, let me see what troubles we have to deal with before I greet the incoming guests from across the vast sea." he demanded. Sitting down, his advisor gently handed him a tablet, allowing him to look over it to see what he had to work with, "Artoria, pull Genghis off the wall, three days of rest. The sight of his son shall bring him joy I believe. And send a midwife to help in the birthing. Shae, I believe, is free from her duties at the moment." he told the woman to his left, not looking away from the tablet.

"Of course, my king." she bowed and went to do as ordered.

"Now, it says here, that the crops we planted over the summer have been pulled prematurely, how can I believe this without the physical evidence of the theft aside from visiting the farm personally to check on your grain storage?" he asked calmly.

"Please, my King, I assure you that I have had no such participation in any such acts. My wife is helping me raise three children, and we have another on the way." pleaded the farmer.

"I understand your quandary, trust me, you are not to blame for crops being stolen." he said before snapping his fingers to summon a guard, "Pull some grain from the reserves for this man, and ensure he is paid for the stolen goods by the bandits, whom I believe are still giving us trouble even after we dispensed with them five years ago. Also, set up a patrol schedule for the next three months while the remaining crops are pulled, ensure that not a single one is missing when we distribute it to the populace." he ordered. With a bow, the man did as he was told, and allowed the farmer to follow him out the throne room.

"My king, I beseech the, please, it's my son." he pleaded as he handed the man the tablet.

"What about him?" the king asked as he leant back in his seat, not looking at the tablet as of yet.

"H-He's taken several women, against their wills, taken them to a place even we cannot follow him!" the man said, "W-We need to stop him before anyone else goes missing or worse." he pleaded.

"Very well, I shall look into the matter personally." he said as he looked at the tablet, "However, you personally must explain to the families of these young women why your son has abducted them, I will compensate you for the time you have given in an effort to bring a potential criminal to justice, so follow the farmer to the granary and take one bag of grain for your troubles." he told him as he set the tablet down, "And don't forget, if your son causes the kingdom any more trouble, your head will be the price I take for it." he said sternly.

The man nodded gratefully. "Once again, my king. You are too kind."

"Don't thank me yet, remember what I just told you and you shall be fine, fail me, and your son is the least of your worries." The king nodded as his wife approached him. "What should be done about this matter?" he said, passing her the tablet.

"You need to obviously find out what has happened and why it happened. If the man can be reasoned with, take him alive and dispense justice. If anyone has been harmed or killed, act accordingly. You can give someone a chance, but never be the fool, dear." Ereshkigal told him, advising him as any queen would when the advisor wasn't around to do so.

The king nodded as he pressed a kiss to her cheek as he went on his way. The king had an inkling as to where he may have taken these women. There was an unmarked area, full of dangerous wild animals, uncharted landmarks, and unknown resources. There was an unwritten rule that this place was to be avoided. Well, no time like the present for a good hunt, "Gather a platoon of the troops, I believe a hunt for some of the Demonic Beast's is under way, maybe I can secure Little Gil a souvenir from my explorations out into the forbidden desert." he smiled.

"Well, do not think you will be going by yourself out there. I too enjoy a good hunt as well." a new voice said drawing their attention, a woman with eyes as red as the two royal leaders and hair as dark as obsidian smiled as she walked over to them,

"Never in a thousand years my beloved." the King smiled to his second queen, and goddess of Venus.

His second queen also spoke in his ear gently. "On another note dear, you and Ereshkigal were quite loud. I am actually jealous. After this hunt, you owe me some tender love and care. I expect a child in my womb as well, by the next day." and with that declaration she walked away, sashaying her hips in a hypnotic manner.

The King could only blink a couple times before sighing, "She's always like that…"

The King and his second wife left their kingdom and marched to the forbidden desert, the troops followed behind them, the horses pushing as hard and fast as they could. They had made it to a large steel gate guarding the forbidden lands. Stopping, the king turned to address his men, "Now that we have arrived at our destination. It is time for the hunt. Stay close and do not make any sudden moves. Remember your training. You are the most elite of warriors and I expect your conduct to be as such."

"Yes Sir!"

"Our objective while here is thus, we will find and rescue the missing women, capture this unknown captor, and maybe even kill a few Demonic Beast's for the more useful items such as fur and bones while here. Do not try to get a cocky attitude or it will cost you. Demonic Beasts are not consumable by mortal bodies, it'll kill you if you ingest it. This is your only warning. Now open the gate." he commanded.

The guards at the gate nodded as they turned a device and opened the steel gates, the loud ominous steel wall creaking as it pulled apart in the middle. The king and queen could sense a foreboding presence lurking in the Forbidden Lands, but they had no fear. They had a mission to complete, and would see it through. The King and Queen walked slowly and powerfully as they entered these lands with the soldiers trailing right behind them, assuming formation.

Inside, the King noticed the land was still green and the water was flowing clear crystal colored. The king could see birds and the local wildlife and fauna and flora. They paid him no heed as he walked towards a flowing river. Holding a hand out, he brought everyone to a stop as he dipped a finger into the river, put it in his mouth, and spat it out, "Don't drink the waters here, it's poisoned." he informed them.

"My king, not to say you are a liar, but how can you tell it is poisoned?" a soldier asked.

"Aside from the fact I nearly threw up, there is also the fact that there is the peculiar taste of sulfur in the river, a commonly known way to poison a flowing river such as this, would be for a demonic beast to perish and slowly rot, their blood would seep from their orifices and contaminant the area around them. As such, it also leaves a foul odor which deters scavengers away from them. It's a two fold process of life and death. The body would replenish the desolate lands with a form of fertilizer way more potent than normal manure could try to be. It also kills lingering pests such as flies and other pesky creatures that try to eat it." he explained.

"How long before the water's are drinkable, we cannot afford to dehydrate in such a dangerous location, and you also have that envoy coming in as well." a different soldier said.

"Envoy's and diplomat's can always reschedule a meeting with their king. We can take our time and do this properly and survive, or we can rush ahead and bring disaster to the main assault element. I for one would rather take the spring from the top of the mountain ahead, and refill our dwindled supplies with the fresh fruits that are no doubt growing there, and we can also secure a new form of crop for the summer rotation of growth. And if we do this right, we might also have some excellent demonic beast supplies we can use to foster trade with the neighboring cities who use them for their own crafts." he told the man.

"We will put our faith in you sir."

The king smirked, "I know, it's why I am the king, and you are a soldier." the man remarked haughtily, only for his wife to smack him in the back of the head.

"Calm your ego, we have work to do." she said sternly. "And it is good you ask questions soldier. It makes me happy to see we do not have mindless fools who live in our kingdom." the queen smiled kindly, her dark hair waving in the cool breeze.

"Of course, Queen Ishtar, as you say." the soldier bowed his head gently to his queen as the king pouted slightly. They continued their trek through the forbidden lands as they continued to see all manner of flora and fauna and exotic wildlife. The king had his own plans for this place. Once the pollution and the beasts were gone, this land would be ripe for a great deal of things.

As they continued the trek, the king noticed how unique these unexplored lands were. It was like they were going downward from a staircase, descending down multiple levels. The road became more dangerous as they chose to exercise extreme caution. And then, calamity struck as the ground violently shook.

"Calm yourselves, it is only one of the many demonic beast's that inhabit this forbidden land." he said in a steel voice. Jumping off the horse he rode, the King walked ahead of the group and looked ahead as he narrowed his eyes, and stopped as he took notice of a large wave of sand approaching. Hardly his vision ever failed him, so he knew what manner of beast it was. It was a Sand Stalker. Essentially it was a massive scorpion that swam beneath the sands and ambushed its prey in silence. He was curious as to why it was making such a ruckus.

His answer was given as the massive black figure burst from the sand, a massive stinger poised to strike, only for the creature to wail as something captured the appendage and pull it back, then it bound the pincers, the legs, and pulled taught, effectively immobilizing the creature, showing that it was a series of chains that bound it, "Normally I would say this was where you messed up beast, but, I am thankful. Your shell will provide some useful material for our armaments." the king said as he raised a hand, a large golden ripple forming in the air by his side, a portal as it were, and a large blade was unveiled, "Die knowing you protected mankind with your body." he said, and then the weapon was shot like a bolt of lightning into the creatures head where it squealed but a second before it fell to the ground, large spurts of purple blood flowing out the death wound.

The soldiers cheered for their King as his Queen sighed and shook her head in amusement. However, the Queen knew her husband's expressions well. This was too easy. There was something else here, a different kind of demonic beast, something that was unfamiliar to her. She watched his eyes move left and right, waiting… watching. Ah… so the beast was on a lower level, slumbering, waiting for them. It made her smile. If there was something she loved more than fucking her husband, it was the thrill of a great fight. She took off into the sky, flying across the desert towards the direction where the massive scorpion came from.

The king shook his head and turned to his troops, "Make camp at the brook up on the mountain, Queen Ishtar and I shall join you in the evening. Take the remains of this beast with you and take what we need from it, we can't afford to waste good resources. We shall return by dusk at the latest." he told them as he leapt up and followed his wife through the air. Catching up as he flew next to her, the King sighed, "Something troubles you, my wife, speak to your king and explain your woes."

"You know what I'm upset about." she told him, "Three children with Ereshkigal, two with me, and yet you spoil our second eldest while denying the others any form of affection. I thought better of you when we wed one another, but you have yet to prove to me why you inherited the divinity from your predecessor in a formal manner, and not only that, you place your people before me and Ereshkigal." she told him.

"Aside from being a king who has to put his citizens before his own desires, I have no excuse as to why I do it, but you know my past. And it's not that I love Junior more than the others, he is the only one who actually interacts with me more than a moment before running off. It's why I plan on naming him heir if he continues to show such kingly dedication even if he isn't the eldest. He helps the people without asking for anything in return." he said, following Ishtar around a large rock outcropping, "He is kind, always trying to help those in need and willing to even lay down his life for those whom he holds dear. And yes, while I don't show as much affection to Iskandar, whom is the eldest, the boy has too many ambitions with forcing the world to heel. He loves his family, yes, but he aspires too much. He doesn't help those in need at the right time, though he is a good advisor, and he has expressed that he holds no want for the throne personally as he wishes to conquer the world in the name of his family, which I can actually respect." he told Ishtar.

"N-" Ishtar went to say, only for the man to growl, silencing Ishtar before she could finish his true name, "Gil, we cannot, will not, show more affection for any of the others and simply ignore the others." she told him.

"How can I ignore or show more affection for the others when mine and Ereshkigal's children are barely walking? The triplets are literally a year and a half old, our children are eight and six." he stated.

Ishtar sighed, "I know, and I'm sorry for saying it like that. Ereshkigal has had it rough, and I have seen how you handle the children, you try your best to show them the love you were denied on the other continent." she expressed, "It's just, what I'm trying to say is, I don't see it as often as I like." she tried to explain.

"No, you are perfectly fine with expressing such worries to me." the blond said as they landed on the ground, a field of lovely grass beneath them and a large open expanse that went on for miles, "I am not the best parent, I know, but that's why it is a learning experience, for all of us." he smiled as he grasps her hand gently, "Now, we just need to find this Demonic beast and kill it before the Sand Stalker's in the region are forced to expand beyond their usual spaces." he grumbled.

"It's probably an Ajanath, you know how the creatures behave in the summer, always going beyond the normal boundary to consume the excess numbers." she said.

"Most likely, I can smell the nearest Demonic Beast about a mile to the west, it seems to be slumbering from what I am sensing." the King stated, pointing in a direction.

"Down under the cliffs that look like a part of the large lake toward the east." Ishtar nodded her head. The King has never sensed something like this before, it was not an ordinary Demonic Beast. For one, it seemed abnormally large, and filled with a strange power. It was ancient as well, almost as ancient as possibly Gugalanna itself, and that was troubling. He himself had barely rid the world of the massive beast along with Enkidu helping him out to do the deed. Of course, Ishtar was less than pleased, but a good week of love in the bed was well worth the scornful looks she would send him every now and then for about a month after it was all said and done.

Those were the better years.

Now, if only he had a strong ally-aside form his dear Ishtar-to help him deal with this creature.

~XxX-xxXXxx-XxX~

The group of Konoha nin's had landed on the unnamed continent's shores, finally after a month of travels across the open ocean. Kakashi, as the leader of the delegation, was optimally in charge of the negotiations. Shikamaru was the second in command, Sakura handled the group's overall physical health, Ino the Mental. Choji of course was the cook-not that he minded, he was good at it-Kiba, Hinata and Shino were tracking and interrogators in case they needed to be a bit rough with those with less than good intentions. Gai, Lee, Neji were the close support, and Tenten-demolitions…somehow she had gotten a bit addicted to things that went boom. Sasuke was the main combative support, close or ranged. With his abilities it wasn't much of a surprise.

Kakashi smiled behind his mask as he looked at the group, "Alright, we have finally made it to the new continent." he stated, "Before we head to the main city marked on our maps given by Danzo, we need to understand the chain of command." he said, pointed a look to Sasuke, "The chain of command is as follows. It's me, Shikamaru, Guy, Sakura, Kiba, Hinata, Shino, Lee, Neji, Choji, Ino, Sakura, then Sasuke." he said, ignoring the angered Uchiha growling about how he should be in command under his breath, "If anyone acts out, expect heavy repercussions from the leaders of this land, as well as our own. To us, these people's King is equivalent to a Daimyo, you incur their anger, we will not bail you out. I cannot state this enough, but be on your best behavior while we are here everyone." he told them, "With that said, let's head out." he ordered.

The trek through the grassy land was peaceful enough, no major disturbances, but they were quick to come across the first signs of civilization, and not a very promising one at that. Ino was awed by the style of the standing homes, but she noticed something that stood out to her senses, "Kakashi-Sensei, these buildings are relatively new, but… I don't see or sense anyone around." she said.

"I was wondering when you would take notice of that. A small village like this, sitting on the banks of a river bank, crops growing without any cultivators certainly leaves much to interpret." the one eyed man commented.

"What could have caused a village this size to up and abandon such quality crops so close to harvest?" Choji asked, inspecting some of the crops.

"Contact, eight o'clock!" Neji called his Byakugan flaring to life.

"Wait, enemies to the five!" Hinata cried.

"I've spotted enemies towards the seven." Kiba growled, Akamaru snarling in perpetual anger, ready for battle.

""No, we're surrounded." Shino commented, "Why, because no one enemy would come across so many various tactical directions." he stated.

"Form up, circular formation, Sakura, Ino into the center!" Kakashi ordered, and finally they saw what had cornered them.

"What, I thought it was a bunch of humans, no lions." Neji said in confusion.

"Definitely not human." Kiba growled, the massive creatures circling them.

"There's so many of them, I do not think we can fight them all." Lee said.

"There's easily over a dozen, we can't fight to our strength's here or we;ll be overwhelmed." Sasuke said, his Sharingan flaring to its higher state.

"Look, the eastern area, it's less defended by these things." Shikamaru said.

"Move quickly to the higher ground, we'll defend from that large rock outcropping." Kakashi ordered.

As they ran, they soon realized there were far more than anticipated, several more running out to corner them in front of the pack forcing the ninja to stop, "Shit, not good." Kiba growled.

"We're surrounded. How do you wanna do this?" Choji asked.

"Well, the divide and conquer route is available if you wanna do it." Shino suggested.

"For once the bug user is right, we can't hope to survive such odds." Sasuke said.

"Well, it's not that alone, we can't fight and just hope they'll run off. For all we know these things could be sacred animals to the people." Shikamaru stated.

"We have plenty of numbers to fight them off, just tell us what to do?!" Sakura snarled.

"You want numbers?" an unknown voice asked, "If so, I might be able to help." the person said as they turned to see the female from the briefing envelope that had supposedly fought this king to a standstill. She placed a hand on the ground, and sparks of lightning erupted around her. And to their surprise, lines of golden energy flashed ahead, cutting through the ground, and then slicing apart the unknown creatures. Sprays of purple blood filling the air from the death of three of the beasts that cornered them.

This of course was a shock, but the animals were not too keen on sitting around to be slaughtered, and simply chose to run off. With a snort, the three that ran towards her fell, their heads sliced off with a bare hand before another four were sliced apart by the same golden bands of energy from before. Another five were crushed as she raised a hand, clenching it to a fist where the rocks burst up and smashed them in between two boulders. The final five were sliced apart with a wave of her hand without her even having to move so much as an inch.

The bodies of the last dead beasts collapsed with sprays of blood and gore, the body parts landing around in various piles of goo and purple blood. The green haired woman smiled as she walked towards them, calm and free as a bird, "It is an honor to officially meet you… Ninja of Konohagakure no Sato." she said, instantly putting them on guard, "My King foresaw your arrival and sent me to greet you. My name is Enkidu." she said, giving a polite bow.

"Amazing…" Ino said as she looked around, "Sh-She killed all of them."

"With my attack, I do believe I have nullified the Demonic Beasts that aimed to devour you." she said, "However, the blood of the dead will draw other packs here to feast, we wouldn't want to be caught in such a state." Enkidu told them, "Come, I will lead you to the King's city in Uruk, which I believe you have a meeting set for just past noon at the Ziggurat, correct?" she asked.

Kakashi and Shikamaru shared a look, the Nara shrugging his shoulders in uncertainty. Kakashi sighed, "You know much about us, and why we are here, but, how is that even possible?" he asked.

"My King has amazing capabilities. One such ability is the gift of Clairvoyance, he has seen your arrival for months and prepared for it. Not only that, he has also seen why you are here to make a treaty, but do not be fooled by the calm demeanor he excludes when you meet him, he is anything but a fool." she told them.

"That's new, never thought such a Kekkei Genkai would exist to actually see that far ahead." Neji muttered.

"No, not one of your people's unique bloodlines I'm afraid." Enkidu stated, "While all of you do have unique skills the King would be glad to have in his court, which I highly doubt he would ask for due to certain reasons of his own, he has no need of Telepathy, Shadow Manipulation, x-ray vision or such, or even movement predictability. His eyes allow him to gaze at someone, understand their intent, predict what they will do and how they will do it, and predict how to rationally react to any and all forms of counter. It's literal foresight. He has even gazed at the end of time itself." she said before grunting, "Though I wish he'd share what he saw aside from some ten tailed beast." she muttered, though Kakashi and Shikamaru were the only ones to hear.

"Sounds more like a divine gift if you ask me. Never believed such nonsense, but now I'm downright paranoid about it." Shikamaru said.

"You have nothing to fear so long as you mind your manners in the court. The King believes in passing punishment personally, though he tends to be creative about them. Last time someone crossed him personally, they had to survive three days and three nights in the demonic lands without help before they were forgiven." Enkidu explained, "He doesn't like physical confrontation as much as you would believe, or have seen if my hunch is correct." she told them.

"What about spies?" Neji asked in curiosity, "Just curious of course."

"Who do you think had to survive in the demonic lands?" Enkidu snorted, "That fool was spying on mine and the King's spar right as we were finishing. He had some skill, but against a man with the ability of foresight like King Gilgamesh, it wasn't much of a fight." she told them.

"Wait… you make it sound as if the King already knew he was there when he caught him." Ino said in shock.

"Yup, he most certainly did, such is the curse of his foresight he has no choice but to constantly be gazing into the future without pause. However we were too engrossed in our bout to really take care of him until he knocked me on my ass at the finish." she explained.

"Incredible, even after such a lengthy battle, he still had the strength to punish someone like that." Sakura muttered.

"While it may surprise you that he was capable of that, his true senses are vastly superior. However, I won't divulge everything. For now, what you need to know is that the Demonic Beasts you encountered here weren't even the strongest of the lot, which makes all of you lucky that King Gilgamesh sent me as an extra safety for you. The stronger ones are much bigger, and usually under the control of the Guardian of the Cedar Forest. Those are the ones that even King Gilgamesh has to take one of us with him to be cautious. Though he tends to show off, this is because the King enjoy's testing himself against opponents he deems worthy of the effort."

"I know you already probably know of his majesty's ability to shoot projectiles and all, but let me forewarn you, those weren't even his strongest weapons. In our fight, he threw every single treasure in his vault at me in the span of several days, and we fought nonstop until he decided to finish it on a serious note. Let me warn you now, the weapons you saw were mere drivel compared to the stronger ones. If you stay on the King's good side, you won't have to worry. Insult him, the Queens, or their children, and even my protection won't be able to save you from his anger. I doubt he would even spare your life in any fashion for such an insult. Not that I blame him, with his past it would most certainly warrant it." she sighed.

"What about his past makes him so protective?" Hinata asked.

"I can't say, I was forbidden to talk about it under the command of my King, even the Queens are unable to speak of it on his order's to anyone." she said as she led them up a large road to a flat mountaintop.

"This is incredible, it's almost like someone carved off the top of the mountain." Shikamaru said, running his hand across the smooth wall.

Enkidu chuckled, "You aren't wrong." She told him drawing his attention, "This mountain was carved out by the King himself to build his fortress." she stated.

"I thought you mongrel's lived in clay houses?" Sasuke questioned.

"Don't call the people of Uruk such things and you'll be fine. And as for your information, the houses in which the citizens live in are clay, as is the ziggurat temple in which the king conducts daily business. However, what you are about to see is the main reason why the King carved up a mountain to build his fortress out of stone."

And then, they were at the edge of a cliff, overlooking a large valley with a river running through it. The valley spanned the distance of 50 miles at the minimum, and 70 at the most. The walls that were built to cut the valley in two were roughly 250 feet in height and built from pure stone.

"What is this…" Tenten whispered breathlessly.

"I give you the hope of humanity." Enkidu stated happily, "The final and largest fortress to protect the four corners of the world… This, my friends, is the Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia." she stated, "The wall actually faces your continent to the east, though I don't know why you would travel all the way around the west side of the continent, and protects the rest of mankind from the vast hordes of Demonic Beasts which seek to destroy humanity. King Gilgamesh had it built over the last ten years to protect his people, and for every battle won, we can expand beyond our short borders to seek freedom from those who would oppress us." she said gladly.

"It's incredible, I have never seen such a large wall before!" Gai exclaimed.

"The wall is merely the first protection offered. I would go into further detail, but that was forbidden as well by command of my king." Enkidu smiled.

"You've mentioned these Demonic Beasts several times the last couple hours, what exactly are they?" Kiba asked, Akamaru barking in agreement.

"You encountered the weakest version, the Nemean Lion, the hides are thick and conventional weapons won't harm them. Steel shatters, wood is literally nothing. You need almost divine energy or extremely potent power to simply cut through the first layer of the beast's fur, then you have to worry about the already dense hide they have. They're quite bothersome if you ask me." Enkidu sighed.

"And yet you cut down more than twenty on the walk here." Shino pointed out.

"Of course, while I may disdain the animals, I have a duty to protect my King's guests after all."

"No, what Shino is trying to ask is, is how you managed to do it when you just told us what it took to merely scratch them." Shikamaru sighed, "What a drag."

"Oh that, pssh, that's nothing. I was born from clay crafted by the gods. My sole purpose was to ensure that their keystone obeyed their demands, and so far, he's done nothing wrong." Enkidu noted.

"Bullshit." Sasuke said, "If you are this so-called Clay doll, then prove it." he demanded.

"Sasuke Uchiha, I would normally question how you wanted proof, but if that is what you wish, then so be it." she told him, and she physically began to morph before their eyes, the men felt their eyes widen and cheeks redden, the girls felt somewhat angered… HOW DID SHE HAVE THOSE KINDS OF CURVES?!

"Sasuke, punch me if I'm wrong, but… is it a bad thing to find you attractive as a girl?" Kiba asked, his cheeks a very dark red.

Sasuke gulped and averted his eyes, "N-No, I take back what I said earlier, I believe you now." he stuttered, Enkidu's melodious laughter filling the air as she reverted to her normal form.

"Come, we have a few hours before the Demonic Beasts begin rushing the wall. We won't be able to hide during the night, that's when the Anguirus begin trying to cut through the stone, the Manda will follow soon after as they swim upriver to spit the acidic compounds on the wall to try and help, this would be followed by the Ajanath trying to burn away the already volatile liquid with explosive force. These are the main concerns though, the other's I wouldn't worry about while I'm here, the soldiers can easily take care of them in some cases with the weapons they have, but we're not exactly equipped for night time operations to rescue people." Enkidu stated.

"So, out of curiosity, these Demonic Beasts wouldn't be the main reason that the village we encountered you at was abandoned would it?" Gai asked curiously.

"Indeed they are." Enkidu said softly, "Used to, the hordes of Demonic Beasts vastly outnumbered any human village, they would sweep across the land in vast herds or gaggles, wiping out entire settlements which housed hundreds if not thousands in a matter of minutes. When King Gilgamesh came, he united the people, built the wall and established Uruk in the name of the Gods. For his deeds, he was granted Kingship to govern the people. It is thanks to his efforts that the hordes of the more powerful Demonic Beasts are much lower than the original numbers. He saw to it personally that those monster's were culled and wiped out to the last of their kind, and for that we are eternally grateful to him." Enkidu said.

"Were it not for King Gilgamesh, mankind would be wiped out, and this continent would be one of several major gathering points for the Demonic Beasts. There used to be three other Continents, but no more, the King had to personally erase them using his greatest of weapons, but I cannot divulge which weapons he used to do so." she expressed.

Kiba gulped nervously. Just what kind of weapons did this guy have to remove giant landmass from the face of the earth?!

XxX

Leading the group down a path, she took them to a gate and granted them entrance on account of Enkidu being a known member of the King's Court. She explained in detail why the wall was built, but not who commanded the armies and troops aside from the King being the highest commander of all forces. And finally they reached the Ziggurat temple where the King conducted his business. Leading them inside, Enkidu bowed her head to Ereshkigal who stood at the base of the throne, "This is Queen Ereshkigal, she is the more polite Queen of this kingdom and is more willing to talk with you about things than Queen Ishtar, her sister, would. I would highly recommend showing her absolute kindness unless you wish to incur the more vengeful of the two Queens' anger." Enkidu warned silently.

"He married sisters!? What the hell, how lucky is this guy?" Kiba whined, only to cry out as Hinata smacked him, "Ow, Hina…" he moaned.

"Don't you 'Hina' me, keep your mouth shut." she warned him.

"Yes dear…" the dog lover whined.

"I would have thought the less polite sister would be more rude." Kakashi muttered.

"Queen Ishtar is more likely to simply kill you for a simple slight… That's why I gave you my warning. Come, we will meet her majesty immediately to explain your quandary." Enkidu said as she led them forward, "Queen Ereshkigal, I have returned from my expedition as foreseen by the King. We would have an audience with him if you don't mind." she said.

"What do these envoys wish to talk about?" Ereshkigal asked.

"Well, we need some help, milady, and while it seems you have things well under control here, we would need to give this letter directly to the king to see so he can provide his personal response." Kakashi said as he held up a scroll.

Ereshkigal sighed in embarrassment as she sat on the throne of her husband, "Um… Uh, I apologize." she told the newly arrived guests to the kingdom, "My husband has ventured out on a personal quest to help the people." she informed them.

"And, if I may, your majesty, inquire as to what exactly this so-called mission of his is?" Shikamaru asked, not trying to impose.

Ereshkigal shrugged, "I see no issue, seeing as it truly has no significance of being hidden. He has gone on a rescue expedition for some of our missing citizens, they have been taken to a forbidden land here in Uruk known as the Demonic Desert-I believe you came here through its least dangerous sector before encountering Enkidu." she told him, "Most particular one is known as Huwawa, or Humbaba in your language." she said, ignoring the snickers from the males.

"What is so dangerous about an animal with a name like that?" Kiba asked with a few snorts.

"Other than the fact it stands roughly the same height as this ziggurat? It is a divine beast of incredible power, only two other creatures can pose any form of rivalry to it, and only one person can overpower the Guardian of the Cedar Forest in single combat." she told the snickering group, shutting them up effectively.

Ino shook her head and punched the boys in the back of the head and forced them to bow, "Apologies, your majesty, I believe they deemed the creature some form of humor due to the strange name, not because of being incapable of understanding the monster's true capabilities. We have several such foul beasts back in our own continent, though not named in such a fashion." the blond female bowed.

"Forgiven." Ereshkigal smiled kindly.

"So when shall your so-called king return, we have a very important meeting in which we must speak with him. And under no circumstance will I wait for longer than necessary." a certain Uchiha growled.

Ereshkigal narrowed her eyes, "You have no choice in the matter. I understand that as envoys you were meant to take precedence over the people for the duration of your visit, but the King, who is my husband, decides when he meets with those he deems important enough to garner his attention. So far, the people of our city take precedence with them in such a dangerous location filled with some of the most dangerous animals in the land, so you will wait, and you will be patient. If you have an issue with these declarations, feel free to go to the embassy or if you are that impudent you may simply just go ahead and exit our city. You are not a hostage, so we will not keep you." she said with a stern voice.

Ugh… why did her husband have to leave so suddenly, he could have left this issue to her and Ishtar, maybe even have Enkidu tag along and it'd be done in a few hours…

This was madness, utter insanity.

~XxX-xxXXxx-XxX~

The King, Ishtar, and the small platoon looked at the large cliff. The King grunts and keeps on high alert as they are in the beast's territory. "Let's keep moving." orders The King.

The group keeps moving and then when they get to a point around the base of the cliff, they hear thuds and the ground shakes a little bit. "Be on guard!" shouts Ishtar and the platoon gets their weapons ready. The King is also getting ready, his hand twitching, his eyes sweeping left to right. Then they see the beast.

The Guardian of Cedar Forest was known as Huwawa. She has eight highly developed limbs, sharp fangs and claws. She looks like a rust-colored quadrupedal monster with superficially lupine features, spider-like legs and a lion mane of metal spikes, covered in thick tree's, vines and stone's. Huwawa's four forelegs are extremely powerful and can kill prey in one brutal blow. Despite her hulking size, she is very agile and is able to perform many impressive aerial and land-based maneuvers. The spikes on her body mostly lie flat, but when they have built up an electric charge they stick out vertically into the air. Each step that Huwawa takes produces harsh, grating sounds. Incandescent light blazed in her eyes, and the groans that occasionally emanated from it sounded distorted, like a haunted specter bound to the physical world with no way of escaping, a haunting wail that would pull at one's soul until they perished from her mournful cry.

"It's HUWAWA!" a soldier exclaims in a panic.

"Fall back! Fall Back!" another command.

"No! Form your ranks, stick together!" Ishtar yells out.

"Hmph, to think you would harbor such rage that you would personally seek me out of your own violation, I must say, you are most entertaining to me Huwawa." the King snorted, a portal opening behind him, shooting out a large sword that struck with enough force to cause an explosion, the immortal beast crying in outrage, "Ishtar, pull the men back, ensure they maintain the defensive line." he commanded.

"On it!" she responded, "You heard him!" she called, "Fall back and form your defensive lines! We will not fail here!" she declared.

As the dust cleared, the red eyes of the King met the golden fury of Huwawa, "How unsightly. To think you would survive one of the most sacred attacks from my treasury Huwawa, to think I might have to take you even remotely serious." the King remarked, several more portals appearing behind his back, "How about this, what's say you and I fight a battle of legends, and the winner gains control over these lands!" he declared.

Witha roar, Huwawa arched her back-the numerous spikes across her form crackling with electricity that grew more and more ominous by the moment. With a snarl, the spikes across her back blasted off, shooting forward with incredible speed However, they were scattered, not aimed solely at the King himself. The King merely raised a brow as he opened up a variety of portals behind him, the projectiles crashing and exploding against the unknown protective field he had deployed. One soldier, having watched the short confrontation best he could, blinked when he noticed his view change in an instant.

In front of his eyes was a spike that was launched by Huwawa, but it hadn't pierced his head, from which it was stopped mere inches away. Embedded in a massive metallic shield of incredible construct was the spike from Huwawa herself. The king's laughter filled the air as the shield vanished in shimmering gold particles, "I see. If you are that obsessed with victory, then you would have usually made the correct choice in killing the men and my wife. In such circumstances I would do the same." the king noted, more portals opening behind his back while dispensing some of the more powerful swords from his vast treasury, the weapons glowing with incredible power.

"However, such acts are permissible due to you being the guardian of this realm, I am a polite King after all." he told her.

"Gilgamesh, quit playing around and kill her already!" Ishtar yelled out.

The aptly named Gilgamesh ignored her, "However, to strike at my beloved wife and trusted allies is not allowed! They will all die on their own terms, not by the likes of you!" he roared out as he unleashed a powerful barrage of swords at the monster. However, the divine creature's body glowed in an iridescent scheme and the weapons merely bounced off her spiked hide where the swords crashed around her, exploding from the initial force they were launched with.

Gilgamesh raised a brow in curiosity, "What?" he questioned. Those were pretty powerful blades, he would have thought they would have skewered the divine beast like a pincushion. Snarling, Huwawa swiped her tail through the air, the gust of wind ripping the blades up from the ground and pulling them into the air, before the beast spun around, launching them back at the King. The red eyed man merely snorted as his portals launched a counter attack, blocking the blades with immense ease where the swords clattered to the ground shortly after.

"I see. You predicted the strength and projection of my attack and used your power of prediction to fortify yourself from my attack. Then, using your divine powers to control the wind, you shot them back at me hoping to bring me down." Gilgamesh said in observation, "That was quite nimble of you to try, if I were anyone else I would have most certainly perished." he stated, "If this is the case, then how about this?"he questioned, opening up more than twice as many portals as before, surrounding the divine creature in an omnidirectional field of weapons, each more than twice as strong than the last barrage. And within a second, an explosion rocked the ground as the King of Uruk unleashed the massive barrage that caused the area to quake.

Seeing this, Ishtar grunted as the gale force winds forced her to cover herself, "Pull back further and maintain your lines, we are still too close to their confrontation." she ordered, "Do nothing but maintain the defensive posture!" she called out. The explosions of the various numbers of swords and countless attacks was still occurring as she said this, but, even still, she could see through the haze of fire and destruction where she could witness as the Divine beast was easily deflecting the powerful barrage of blades that could hurt some of the stronger Demonic Beasts. And judging from his face, even her husband knew it as well.

However, this didn't stop his barrage in the slightest, the countless explosions filling the air continued to go off without stop, blinding Huwawa as she was forced to solely defend against the attack. The men watched in shock and awe as their king fought utterly ruthless against the Guardian Deity of the Cedar Forest, unable to comprehend just how he could do it so effortlessly, "K-King Gilgamesh… H-Huwawa's surely dead!?"

However, the barrage didn't stop, blasting on without stop as the King shot blade after blade from his treasury. When he realized his attack wasn't going to force Huwawa to retreat, he simply stopped, dust filling the air around him and the beast as he stared at her. However, it was the sight of what hadn't happened that shocked the men. The men shook in terror at what they saw, "N-Now way…"

"I-It can't be!"

"Even after an attack as powerful as that?"

"There's not a single scratch on her… How will we defeat Huwawa if even the King can't harm her?"

Around Huwawa, the vast number of blades that King Gilgamesh had launched had created a circular pile about shoulder height, the blades themselves untouched except by one another to form their piles around Huwawa. The King snorted, "I see, it seems I must take this a bit more seriously than I initially intended to do so. You are one of the divine so I shouldn't have expected anything less from one such as you, Huwawa." he remarked. Another portal opened before him, the hilt of a mighty golden blade slowly rising up out of the confines of the more deeper recesses of the vault he commanded, "Very well then, I shall use one of the more powerful weapons at my command." he said as he grasped the hilt, "Sword of selection, Merdach, I command thee to do my bidding." he said, gripping the weapon by the hilt, "Destroy thine enemy and tear the Divine Beast apart from one more than worthy of your stature!" the king demanded.

With a spin, the King hurled the blade at Huwawa, the Beast snarling as she physically swiped her tail at it, the explosion of rock and dust blasting out as she struck, however, there was one slight problem in doing so…

She revealed her hand.

The King snorted, "So that's how it truly is." he said, removing his already summoned portals and reopening a vast new amount of them up behind them in an instant, "You can defend from normal mortal weapons imbued with basic power abilities, but against those meant for those of purpose, your divine attributions are forfeit." the king remarked, Huwawa growling at him as he spoke, "In that case, allow me to grant you a worthy death for one such as yourself, a divine monster who should grovel at the feet of her betters." he spoke, the points of many powerful weapons easing out of his portals, and then launching themselves at Huwawa.

Huwawa is unmoving as the blades stab into her flesh, unable to deflect all of them and unable to predict how they will react to her body. The explosion engulfs her body and quickly dies down, revealing the impaled Huwawa to not only the King, but his men as well, as they start cheering in victory, "He did it, he's vanquished Huwawa!"

"That's our king, undefeatable in battle!"

"Hail to the king!"

"Don't celebrate yet, there is more going on than you realize." the King interrupted them as he watched Huwawa push the blades out of her body, the wounds healing in seconds. He watched as some of her spikes fell off, but didn't regenerate after doing so, "I see your ability for what it is now." he commented, "You accept sacrificial offerings, and in turn gain a form of pseudo reincarnation through the souls of those you absorbed upon accepting the victims lives." he said, "I do so dislike enemies who refuse to fall when cut or burned, but I have never seen one who can truly return from the dead." he stated as he pulled out more blades, "It seems I am at a disadvantage." he commented almost too calmly, "I find this vexing, it seems only my finest treasures will suffice to bring you down Huwawa." he said in a irritated tone.

With that, the King unleashed another barrage at the creature. And he wasn't disappointed. Huwawa was forced to defend and block the various attacks, swiping her tail through the air, displacing the blades as she did so, but against such a large barrage from the King, even she was at a disadvantage, several of them stabbing into her once more and claiming more of her power. As more spikes fell from her body as she pushed out the blades, the King spoke condescendingly, "Huwawa, you were crafted by the gods to protect the life of the wilderness. A creature whose sole purpose was to uphold the beauty of nature. But you deviated from your original path crafted to you by the gods having ingested the soul of a young man who wanted acknowledgement from the heavens and was corrupted in the process."

"The body of the young man and your own merged into one being, but out of the two, his mindset took over as the dominant personality, thus leaving the real persona of the Guardian of the Cedar Forest as the subsequent secondary. With the ability to shift back and forth between the two forms, the human body will collect Sacrifices for your reincarnation ability, the bodies of the victims thus turned into Demonic Beasts of greater caliber than the normal Nemean Lions whom were the original monsters of these lands. However, now that I have discovered this, justice must be dispensed, and you must die. As King of Uruk, I pass this judgment upon you. Effectively immediately, your sentence is thus-immediate execution!"

With a growl of anger, outrage poured forth from Huwawa as she charged forward at her adversary, King Gilgamesh only responded in kind as he once more unleashed a barrage of blades from his vault at Huwawa. The various weapons struck the ground around her, but still the beast was impaled by several, the force of them impaling her body more than enough to push the beast's body back and away from the King in the process, "Your defeat is as certain as sunrise." the king commented, "You're going to die anyway, so how about this. If you actually use your true strength and fight me in earnest, you might just take me down." he stated.

Huwawa rose up, using the blades from her body once more, and glared at the king's defiance. With a growl, magic energy surged through her and formed a dark aura around her, "RARGH~" as her eyes turned crimson showing her divine spirit now coursing through her body.

"I see." King Gilgamesh stated curiously, "If that's how you wish things to be, then die in vain for not showing common courtesy!" the king said, another set of portals opening up on his command. And with but a mental command, the barrage once more commenced, Huwawa was immediately forced to block and defend from dozens of blades, her tail swiping through the air with loud crashes of dust filling the air as she deflected dozens of attacks. A snarl, and she dug a foot into the ground and swiped several blades away at the same time, portals opening to her side forced her to spin and continue to block to the best of her ability, but even still, the Divine beast was overwhelmed and impaled countless times, forcing more of the lives she was given in sacrifice to be used to keep her alive.

Swiping her tail through the air and deflecting those she could with expulsions of electricity, she held up against the relentless barrage quite well, but even Huwawa knew she was at a major disadvantage, more blades shooting out from behind and forcing her to concentrate on them and thus leaving herself open to the last attacks from the original attack from before. The beast growled as she was impaled from behind, and pushed the weapons out, now more desperate than ever to survive, "Come on, Huwawa, surely you can do more than defend?!" the King declared.

And upon saying so, Huwawa was now fully succumbed to her rage, and she let out a roar that shook the heavens and ripped the earth apart. Her battle cry was quickly followed by a grinning King Gilgamesh, "So be it!" he declared in excitement, "I'LL GIVE THE GREATEST OF REINCARNATION'S!" he boldly cried out, shooting out even greater attacks that immediately stabbed into Huwawa, staggering her, just as one stabbed into her forehead, which was quickly pushed out, her remaining spikes falling from her body, "And that is the last of them! You're on the ropes now, aren't you Huwawa?!" he asked in excitement, the divine creature unleashing a primal snarl as she glared at the defiant king before her, and charged ahead, however, even though blinded by rage, she should have kept a calmer facade, and as such she left her back open to more attacks, thus destroying her chances of survival.

Huwawa was slammed into the ground, her aura of divinity wavering as she was snared by the throes of death, the King walking forward and certain of his victory now that he understood what had happened, "Had you just forsaken the young man and killed him, you might not be in this position you are." he said as he banished his portals, walking up to Huwawa's downed body, "In the end, you became nothing more than some lowly beast who lived to fight." he commented, "I expected better from a fellow divine being such as yourself." he told her as he came upon her, but he was somewhat surprised that Huwawa still drew breath.

With a roar, Huwawa rose to her hind legs, pushing the blades impaled upon her back out, swiping her four other limbs down at the red eyed man. However, even he wasn't truly scared by this. His calm demeanor allowed him to predict such an inevitable attack, and he responded in kind. As she almost smashed her limbs into the King, Huwawa gained enough sense to understand the King wasn't quite taken aback, and she pushed away with all her strength, but to no avail. Chains of golden steel flashed through the air, catching Huwawa by surprise, the soldiers themselves shocked by such actions themselves as they never thought he had such a weapon.

Huwawa was quickly pulled back as a chain wrapped around her neck, snapping tightly as it slammed her into the ground with enough force to cause an eruption of stone and dust. At the same time, more portals opened, and more golden chains spouted out of them, quickly swinging into the cloud of dust by the dozens. When he finished, the dust settled to reveal the incredibly restrained Divine Guardian. Her front arms pulled out to her sides, her secondary arms pulled behind her tightly, her legs wrapped together and pulled outwards, her neck bound and unable to move as it was pulled downwards into a submissive posture by the king's chains.

"And so ends, the tale of Huwawa the Divine Guardian of the Cedar Forest." the King glared as he opened a portal, a large spear appearing out of it, "Next time a human comes up to you trying to ask for divine acknowledgement, ignore him, for it only brings pain and misery." he said, launching the weapon where it impaled Huwawa through her skull, tearing her head off in the process, a spew of golden purple blood filling the air as it crashed to the ground, her body going slack soon after, the chains dissolving as her body collapsed, "Gather her body. We will give her a proper burial back in Uruk, pray for divine forgiveness for the slaughter of one of the guardian beasts." he commanded.
