30. Dark Agon Energy Controller

[LOG FILE #030 – DARK AGON WASTES, DARK AETHER]

I entered the chamber housing the Dark Temple's Energy Controller. The twisted mockery of Aether's equivalent showed no signs of life, except for a giant well of pure energy above the Controller. All things considered, this would be pretty straight-forward.

I approached the terminal for the controller and examined it. The interface looked like it would fit my arm cannon perfectly. Bracing myself for whatever might happen I placed my weapon into the terminal.

Immediately the Energy Transfer Module in my suit came to life, surging with power as it drained the energy from the Dark Temple. The energy well above slowly got smaller as the process happened. Eventually the transfer completed, the collection of energy in the Controller was no more. My work in this sector was complete, and now it was time to return back to Aether…
