Sorry about the hiatus, but I'm back now. And I also started posting The World Meets Canada.

AustraRus: Conversational Lull
"And then I told him: 'Either you give me a raise, or I pack my bags'," Jett said. "And then the bastard made me leave!"
"How rude," Ivan said. "Do you want me to pay him a little visit?"
"Nah. He'll come 'round soon. I'm the only one in this city that has the guts to feed the gators."
Ivan nodded.
"Well, at least you told him your position," Ivan said. "It's good. You didn't let him get away with an injustice."
"Yeah," Jett said, smiling.
The two fell into a lull. They were sitting at a café, and Ivan was taking the time to admire the scenery. He took pleasure in seeing the many people nearby.
Jett, on the other hand, was fidgeting. He didn't like silences. Silences were always uncomfortable for him, and he was desperately looking for some way to break it.
"So…" Jett said, and Ivan turned to him. "Do you want to go to a movie or something?"
Ivan smiled, recognising that his boyfriend was a little awkward. He nodded his head, and the two payed for their coffees and left for the movies.
The prompt is: 'Your OTP has reached a silence in the conversation (of whatever). Person B finds this silence comforting and looks around but doesn't notice A, who is fidgeting and sweating, trying to think of something to say.'
