SweGerNed: Scary
"So anyway," America said as he walked into the lunchroom, followed by France, England and Canada, "I was standing in line at McDonalds and…"
"Wait, hold up," England said, staring into the lunchroom. "What are Germany, Sweden and Netherlands doing together?"
America whipped his head towards the direction that England was staring at, and indeed, three of the most intimidating nations were sitting at the same lunch table. The atmosphere around them was scary, and the other nations that were already in the lunchroom gave the area a wide berth.
"I wonder what's going on," America said.
"You don't think they're planning to start another war?" Francis asked worriedly.
"Now, let's not jump to conclusions," England said nervously.
"Um, actually…" Canada said, but he went ignored.
"Let's ask Italy, Prussia or the Nordics," England said. "I'm sure one of them would know."
As it so happened, all of the aforementioned nations were sitting at the same table, eyeing the trio nervously. They also seemed to be discussing the odd event, and other nations had also gathered around them.
"What's going on?" America asked, indicating the intimidating trio.
"We don't know," Denmark said. "But whenever we go to try to ask them, they snap at us and tell us to leave."
"It's not like Sweden," Finland said. "He's been so secretive lately. I don't like it."
"I'm kind of surprised that Russia's not there," America said.
"Please," Francis said, "the atmosphere is already scary," France said. "Don't bring that mental image to mind."
"Germany didn't even tell me," Italy said. "He doesn't even want me around anymore…"
"This isn't the first time this has happened," Prussia said. "Sweden and Netherlands have been coming for meetings pretty often lately. And West kicks me out of the house every time they come. Not to mention the times when he went to a meeting at one of their places."
"I'm telling you," Romano said, "those scary bastards are planning to start another war. They're going to conquer us all."
"What's going on?" Belgium asked, joining with Luxembourg.
"You wouldn't happen to know what your brother is doing with Sweden and Germany?" England asked.
"No… But it's so weird. They've been visiting each other for meetings a lot recently, but whenever I ask, Lars just says that it's none of my business."
"I'm actually pretty worried," Luxembourg added.
While the nations had been discussing their theories, Canada frantically tried to ease their worries, but he went ignored every time. Eventually he just shook his head, before going over towards the trio's table.
Netherlands was the first to notice him, followed by Sweden and eventually Germany. Netherlands raised an eyebrow, and Canada sighed.
"You might want to tell someone else that you're dating," Canada said. "They all think that you're planning World War Three."
The three merely stared at him, before simultaneously sighing. Netherlands had told Canada because he trusted his friend not to tell anyone else, and because no one else ever paid attention to Canada. He had, of course, informed the other two about telling Canada.
The only reason they hadn't told anyone was because of potential teasing (Prussia, Denmark), abandonment issues (Italy), knowing smirks (Belgium) or other potential problems from nations.
"Thanks for telling us," Germany said. "I'm not sure we're ready to tell everyone…"
"We'll take it slow," Netherlands said. "With the people that would make less of a fuss."
"Norway," Sweden said.
"Austria," Germany said.
"Luxembourg," Netherlands said. "Do they really think we're planning something?"
Canada nodded his head, and the three shook their heads.
"Idiots," Germany muttered.
I wasn't sure what to do, then I thought of this scenario of the three spending time together and other nations thinking they're plotting world domination.
Feel free to ask for more pairings.
