Bulma decides to go on a trip, but she doesn't want to go alone, she drags along Chichi, 18 and Launch with her and all is well, until a familiar face side tracks their vacation. How will these Strong Lovely ladies manage to escape from impending doom and warn their loved ones of danger ahead?

1. Road Trip

Chapter 1 – Road Trip

Rain poured of the city. The streets were empty and clouds of thunder were coming from every direction. In a small café sitting on the main street of Satan city, sat Bulma, Chichi, Launch and 18. All out for ladies lunch and chattering amongst themselves.

'You know I'm right!' 18 smirked

'You're really not' Bulma laughed

'She has a point Bulma' chichi smiled

'Well how come you're so sure?'

'Because all they ever do is fight and eat! It's in their nature!'

'Well it's not the only thing' Launch winked at Bulma and Chichi 'Right ladies?' she giggled as Bulma and Chichi blushed

'Can we change the subject please!?' Chichi blushed

'Yes we can because I have an announcement!' Bulma grinned

'This should be good'

'So I got this letter from a scientist over down west side, he writes that he's a huge fan of my work and has admired my beauty from afar, but mostly stuff about my work and has requested I join him for a banquet in my honour, all organised for the 15th of July. Three weeks from now'

'Any idea who the guy is?' 18 asked curiously

'A Doctor M.t is all he wrote.'

'Sounds a little shifty don't you think?' Chichi asked

'No it's not! He's a scientist like me and obviously admires me! Plus to invite me to a banquet in my name! who can refuse?'

'Your Not refusing?' Launch asked

'Not when its gonna take place on the Iguana islands!' she grinned as the girls perked

'THE iguana Islands! That's like the place to go when going gets tough!' Launch squealed

'One week on the Sunny shores of Iguana island. AII expenses paid too.' Bulma grinned

'You're kidding!' 18 gasped

'I'm really not! I mean I gotta transport there myself but It'll be worth it'

'You know I've always been fascinated by the Tropical islands. You know. Beach walks...swimming in crystal clear waters. Cocktails.' Launch cheered as the others laughed

'It is defiantly exciting. When are you gonna go?' Chichi asked

Hmmmm… I don't know. Launch, 18, when can you both be free?' She smirked as the other 2 looked up at her in surprise and smiling 'What? You didn't think I was going without my gaIs.' She smirked

'I'm sorry…..What?!' Launch squealed

'Well I toId the Guy I'd go on one condition: I'd get to bring my best girlfriends' Bulma smiled

'Not that I'm complaining, but what about Vegeta and the kids? Surely they'd wanna go?' 18 asked

'Well Vegeta is at Berrus's world with Goku so god knows when he'll be back and the kids are gonna be with my parents for a vacation and these 3 tickets are going spare and I thought of you 2' Bulma Grinned

'Awesome.' 18 smiled

'My point exactly. When we get there, we will be greeted by tropical cocktails and a complimentary spa treatment of our choice followed by a delicious 3 course meal at their signature restaurant'

'Holy Dende!' Launch squealed

'And you get your own individual suite overlooking the entire island beach'

'Oh. My. God.' Launch cheered

'AII expenses paid for...everything for all of us. AII we have to do is show up. And let the 5 star customer service do the talking' Bulma squealed excitedly

'Let me just check my work schedule.' 18 glanced at her phone 'Yeah. AII clear.' She grinned

'I gotta check with the old ball and chain. but I'm good to go. Bring on Tropical Island Baby!' Launch giggled

'Wait! What about chichi?' 18 asked as they turned to Chichi

'Oh, well uhhhhh…'

'Its okay. That sorta place isn't my scenery anyway' she softly smiled

'Oh come on, Bulma surely we can add one extra guest!' 18 asked

'Well i….'

'Bulma come on it won't be the same if chichi isn't there!'

'Yeah! What's the harm?' 18 asked as Bulma looked to 18 who was looking between the three as she sighed and smiled

'I'm sure it'll be fine. Chi. how's three weeks from now?' Bulma asked

'Oh. I don't know I…..'

'Well We have to go this month. Next gets so hot. you burst into flames.' Bulma joked

'I bet that's not on their website.' 18 laughed

'I mean. I don't know if I can go at all. I have two children and a grandchild…. I mean, I appreciate the offer bulma…'

'No. No excuses! You're doing this. Live a little chichi' 18 ordered

'Come on chichi! You know you'll have fun! It's with us after all' Launch smiled as chichi looked to 18 who was nodding encouragingly as chichi smiled and rolled her eyes

'Okay.' She smiled as the girls cheered

'Look at us. Going on vacation.'

…..

They had selected the week to go and finally the day came to leave. 18 was packing her stuff as Marron was jumping on the bed excitedly

'You gonna bring me a present mommy?' she asked as 18 smiled

'Yes sugar I will, you gonna help mommy with her checklist?' she asked

'Okay!' Marron grabbed the checklist 'Bathing suit?'

'Check! The black one and the purple one' 18 answered

'Sunglasses?'

'Check'

'Money?'

'Check'

'passport?'

'Check' 18 smiled as they went through all the rest, she was ready to go. They headed down to the kitchen where Krillin was waiting and handed her a bag of money

'It isn't much but I thought you could buy yourself something nice when your there' He blushed as she looked at him and smiled, and kissed him sweetly

'You'll miss having me around' she grinned

'I already miss you'

'You be a good girl for your daddy okay?' she hugged her daughter sweetly

'I will mommy, have fun' she said as 18 handed her to Krillin

'Bye honey, we love you' Krillin waved as 18 gave them a soft smile

'I love you too' and blew a kiss and took off into the sky to capsule corp

Launch was placing all her stuff in her capsule and stuffed in her pocket and was ready to hop on her motorcycle to capsule corp. Chioautzu came to her room smiling

'You sure you don't want me or Tien to fly you to capsule corp?' he asked

'I'll be okay, besides you and Tien have training to do, I'll be fine. But I'll call when I get there safely okay?' she answered as chiaoutzu smiled 'Would you like me to bring you present?' she asked

'As long as you have fun, and you come back safe' he answered as she smiled at him, she gave chioautzu a small kiss on the cheek as he blushed

'Don't worry about me, I don't pack lightly' she smirked referring to her firearms, she made her way to her bike and looked in the distance to see Tien meditating on top of a mountain, she smiled and turned to chioutzu

'Let him know I got there safely too'

'You're not gonna say bye?' Chiautzu asked

'I don't want to disturb him'

'You're not' Launch turned to see Tien already there

'Oh hey, you didn't have to stop training' she smiled

'Well I thought I'd see you get off safely. You sure you're gonna be okay?'

'I'll be fine. I won't be alone. And you and chioautzu will have enough time to train without me interrupting' Launch smiled

'Well regardless, just let us know if we can do anything for you'

'Tien, I'll be okay. I gotta go' she said as she was about to hop on her bike, Tien pulled her back into his arms as she giggled 'Tien! What are you…' She giggled as he leaned in to kiss her sweetly as she wrapped her arms around him, Chiouatzu blushed and looked away, Launch had really brought Tien out of his shell since they met, he was more confident and comfortable around people and cared deeply for Launch. It made chiauotzu happy to see his best friend so happy.

'I love you' Tien whispered, not too loudly as he blushed as Launch giggled and stroked his face.

'I love you too' she smiled and kissed once more before jumping on her bike and took off

'Tropical islands…here I come!' she grinned and sped up

Chichi had one suitcase full of her clothes packed ready to go as she wore a casual short red cheongsam and her hair down and sunglasses sitting on her head. She was a little Sad that Goku hadn't come back from training with Whis yet but she knew he wouldn't be gone forever. She had just dropped off Goten at Gohan's and was going through everything.

'Make sure he gets all his maths homework done and if you need me I left the number of the hotel on the table and i….'

'Mom stop worrying, I'm a parent too you know? I can take care of Goten for a week' Gohan laughed as Chichi sighed

'I know you can'

'I still can't believe you managed to get a space to go to Iguana island! That place is so expensive' Videl giggled

'You sure you don't wanna go in my place Videl?'

'Nah I'm happy here, besides I don't wanna be too far away from Pan, and Goten is great company to have around' Videl smiled

'Well if anything happens, call me' Chichi gave her eldest a kiss and hugged Videl and kissed baby Pan on the forehead and looked to her youngest 'You behave for your brother okay?'

'I will mom, have fun on your vacation' he smiled as she nodded and took off to capsule corp

'You think you should try and let your dad know she's going away?' Videl asked

'Nah… what's the worst that can happen?' Gohan asked

Bulma was finishing packing her car as 18 landed down with her stuff and placed in the car.

'You sure you packed enough?' 18 asked as Bulma struggled to close the trunk

'You…can't…..be…..too…careful!' Bulma panted trying to close the overloaded trunk as Launch showed up

'Hey I'm ready to go, where should I put my stuff?' launch asked

'I'd keep it in the capsule if I was you, by the way Bulma why don't you just put your stuff in the capsule! Then the trunk would be empty!' 18 asked as Bulma was sitting on the trunk to close it

'I have 3 capsule full already!'

'How much stuff do you need?!' Launch laughed as the trunk finally closed as Bulma cheered!

'There! See? Perfect! now all we need is Chichi and we are good to go!' Bulma smiled as her mother walked out holding bulla with Trunks next to her. That's when chichi arrived!

'Hey girls! I'm here! Let's get going!' Chichi grinned

'Yes iguana island here we come!' Launch cheered as Bulma walked to her mother, daughter and son.

'Thanks for taking care of them mom, I know they can be a handful'

'Not at all sweetie! We're gonna have so much fun aren't we kids?' she smiled as Bulma gave her baby girl a kiss, receiving a giggle from her

'You be a good girl Bulla. And mommy will miss you' Bulma smiled as She looked to trunks

'You look after your sister while me and your dad are gone okay?'

'Sure mom! You don't want me to try and get dad here do you?'

'Trust me sweetie, nothing will stop your dad from training until he surpasses Goku. I'll only be gone for a week. He may still be while yet. But you behave for your grandma and grandpa for me okay?'

'Sure I will' he nodded as she kissed his cheek

'Good boy. Well we better get going!'

'Finally' 18 smirked as the all hopped in the car, Bulma on the steering wheel, 18 in the passenger seat and chichi and launch sat in the back, the roof was off on top of the car so they could enjoy the open air, all wore their sunglasses and turned up the music!

'Let's hit the road ladies!' Bulma cheered as they all whopped and took off in the car. Ready to enjoy their relaxing vacation, what they didn't know…. It was gonna be from relaxing….. or a vacation!
