notice: the plot of the story is loosely based on the manga Pokemon Adventures:red and the MC in the story is Beat from Super Dragon ball heroes, Note is his best friend/rival/ Childhood crush.
like red in the manga beat will meet a wild fighter this fighter will be his first team member however hr will get a fighter from professor Oak who is Note's grandfather and note has her own starter fighter as well and one more thing since the fighters are mostly humanoid they can use human speech.
now onto the story
Dalia was in the kitchen washing the dishes after lunch; she was worried about her son Beat he was 6 and still had yet to make any friends.
of course it was due to Beat's father he was once a great man but now- no its best not to think about it after all she had nothing to do with that man after 'that' day.
" Beat sweetie why don't you go out and play," said dalia.
" okay mom!" he said with his ever energetic attitude.
Beat went around his home of Pallet town trying to find somebody to play with fortunately he managed to befriend the prettiest girl in school Note Evergreen Oak or just Note as kids didn't use full names.
however Note was at her grandpa's right now so Beat was Out of luck.
he sat at a river bed wondering what he should do whenever he came upon a small boy the boy had dark tanned skin and a black Mohawk, he was wearing a red shirt that appeared to be one of the robes of a monk/hermit, and white baggy pants and he was hurt.
"hold on!" said beat and he grabbed a potion from his backpack and used it to hal him.
" thank you master!" he said.
" no my name isn't master; it's Beat," said thr energetic six-year-old boy.
" but you are my master; see i am a fighter," said the dark skinned lad, " my name is Uub," he said.
" wow a fighter," said Beat in amazement.
" hold on; I'll go ask my mom if I can keep you," said Beat.
( Four years later)
Four years had passed since that day and both Beat and Uub had grown.
Beat's friend Note had also received her own Fighter it was of the same line as Uub its name was Majin Buu; however one wouldn't be able to tell if they were related since Uub was a Healthy-Tanned island boy type of fighter, and Buu was a large round pink blob that was dressed like some sort of boxing champion he had on a black vest with yellow tufts, a matching cape, Golden Boxing Gloves, Black stockings, and a Golden pair of Boots.
Buu also had the personality of a child.
" Hey Beat, do you want to go on a journey to become a Master of Fighters," asked Note.
" Sure I do, but your grandfather has to give me an official starter, and that means I need to Travel through the forest outside of Pallet Town," Beat replied.
" let's make a promise: we'll Both Go on a journey, and we'll build the Strongest teams of fighters in the world, then we'll both challenge the Fighter's League and then we'll face each other for the crown of regional champion." suggested Note.
" you're On," said Beat.
" meet me at my grandpa's ab tomorrow!" said Note.
(the next day)
Note had to leave early due to her parents not being happy that she wanted to be a Fighter trainer.
Beat's mom was more lenient. After all, she was happy about it and said it was natural since it was in his blood.
Beat went out into the forest and found himself running through the grass until he came to a clearing; however, he accidentally ran into a man in black with a red R on his shirt.
" hey you give me your fighter!" he shouted.
" make me you pompous S.O.B," said Beat.
" fine then, I didn't want to use force on a kid but you've left me with no alternative," he said.
Beat turned his cap backward and sent Uub to fight.
The man pulled out a power capsule and pressed the button before tossing it up.
The capsule Exploded, and standing before them was a large Brown Bear In A Blue Breastplate of armor wielding a Large Scimitar.
" Bandit, Destroy That Island, Monkey!!!" he shouted.
" with pleasure, master!" he growled.
"He did not just make this a race thing," said Uub.
Bandit cut At Uub with a swipe of his sword, aiming to take the boy's Head Off.
However, Uub caught the sword one-handed and shattered it with an elbow Smash.
" What!?" the bandit said in utter shock.
" Now take this!" Shouted Uub before punching the large bear with a seiken to the Gut.
The bear was dealt a critical Blow to his core his armor shattered under the punch.
" waaan!" cried Bandit, " Papaya Punch!" Uub Shouted letting out a Huge Spinning Uppercut
The bear was sent flying with sonic force into the air.
he landed a moment later and was covered in bruises and burns.
" know this you punk; the man you defeated is Max a member Of Team Rocket and we shall rule the world with the Fighters in our grasp," said the team rocket Grunt and he scurried away.
" You Just Got Beat," Quipped Beat sure it was cheesy but his momma used to say if you can make someone laugh its easier to make them your friend; besides, note liked it.
beat made his way to the Labratory up the mountain side where he would begin his journey.

this may be a bit of a short chaoter due to it being a prologue but anyway this is the first chapter in Pokemon:DBZ team training yes Beat's first Fighter is Uub because i'm using the pokemon adventures red manga as plotline and Red starts off with a poliwhirl however the part you sae here is from the fan game of the same name.
yes beat and note are rivals but they have brenden and may kinda relationship its also to be noted that they will botj receive starters from professor Oak I'm thinking of giving them different starters than In Game.
