DISCLAIMER: there are gonna be some non-canon shipping like BendyStraw. Because I like that ship way too much :)
[Anonymous said: "IS MUGMAN OKAY?!"]
The scene opens with Cuphead, Felix, and Boris tumbling through the dark waters, their eyes scanning the area for any sign of Mugman. Suddenly, they see a flash of Mugman's head, and then he disappears from view.
Felix: concerned "Mugman! Where's Mugman?"
Boris: panicked "We have to find him! He was just here!"
As they continue to fall, they see Cala Maria, the shore mermaid, plummeting towards them. Cuphead quickly reacts, catching her in mid-air.
Cuphead: gritting his teeth "Got her!"
Felix: looking around "Where's Mugman?"
Just then, Mugman comes into view, and Felix quickly grabs him, holding him close.
Felix: relieved "We've got you, Mugman! You're safe!"
As they all catch their breath, Bendy looks around, still disoriented.
Bendy: confused "What... what just happened? Did I... did I dream that?"
Cuphead: teasingly "Dream what, shorty? You mean the part where you turned into a giant, ink-covered monster and saved the day?"
Bendy: defensively "I did not! You're just messing with me, Cuphead!"
Felix: calmly "Bendy, we saw it. You... changed. You were tall and strong, and you—"
Bendy: interrupting, looking at Felix like he's crazy "Felix, what are you talking about? I don't know what you're seeing, but I'm just me!"
Cala Maria, who's been watching the exchange, speaks up.
Cala Maria: weakly "I... I think I know what might have happened to Mugman... He was trying to save me, and then... and then we fell..."
Mugman: smiling weakly at Cala Maria "I'm just glad you're okay, Cala Maria..."
As the group continues to catch their breath, Cuphead glances at Bendy, a hint of a smirk on his face.
Cuphead: teasingly "Don't worry, shorty. We'll get you to the Ink Machine, and maybe it'll fix that... interesting... condition of yours."
Bendy: rolling his eyes "Shut up, Cuphead."
The group floating in the dark waters, unsure of what lies ahead, but determined to press on.
[InkDrop22 said: "I'm so worried about Mugman! Is he okay?!"]
The scene opens with the group floating in the dark waters, trying to catch their breath. Mugman is still shaken but seems to be recovering.
Felix: examining Mugman "He's going to be okay, but we need to get him to safety. We can't stay here."
Cuphead: looking around "I don't see any way out of here. We're stuck."
Boris: calmly "Don't worry, we'll figure something out. We always do."
Bendy: skeptically "Yeah, because being stuck in a dark, underwater cave with a giant mermaid's lair is exactly what I wanted to do with my day."
Cala Maria: weakly "I... I can help you. I know these waters. There's a hidden passage... not far from here."
Mugman: smiling at Cala Maria "Thanks, Cala Maria. We owe you one."
As they follow Cala Maria through the winding passage, they come across a small, glowing crystal nestled in the rocks.
[MermaidLover3000 said: "Omg, is that a magical crystal?! Can Cala Maria use it to heal herself?!"]
Cala Maria: smiling "It's a fragment of the ancient sea goddess's crystal. It can heal me, but it's not enough to cure me completely."
Felix: examining the crystal "This might be useful for our journey. We can use it to heal anyone who gets injured."
Bendy: sarcastically "Oh, great. Maybe it can make me tall and strong. You know, for once."
Cuphead: smirking "Ha! You think a little crystal can fix your height problem, shorty? I think you'll always be stuck in the kiddie pool."
Bendy: defensively "Hey, I'm not that short! And I didn't really... you know, turn into a giant ink monster or anything. That was just a dream, right?"
Felix: calmly "Bendy, we saw what happened. You changed. We're not sure what it means, but we'll figure it out together."
Bendy: confused "What are you talking about? I don't know what you're seeing, but I'm just me..."
The group continues on, the crystal's glow lighting their way through the dark passage. As they swim, they can't help but wonder what other secrets and dangers lie ahead.
