Rouge was abducted by Luigi Lucheni, when Luigi Lucheni traveled forward time after discovering a time machine in the room where elisabeth was assassinated.

Knuckles discovered a note by Luigi Lucheni saying he took Rouge, his girlfriend, however Death knew Luigi Lucheni tried to kill Elisabeth, but Elisabeth in this timeline also stabbed, by an assassin, but we Don't know which one.

2 hours before

Rouge was doing her makeup in the mirror, but when Knuckles came into the house, knuckles mistakenly left the door open. "Welcome home knuckles" said rouge, while practicing for the role of Elisabeth in Elisabeth the musical, later that night, rouge left the house, feeling a sense of dread when Luigi grabbed rouge by the arm and put his hand on her, rouge bit down on his arm, and tried calling knuckles, "hello?! Oh its to voicemail, i fucking HATE VOICEMAIL. Luigi grabbed rouge by the arm and put a clothe on her mouth so she won't scream.

10:00 PM, September 10th 2024, knuckles paced back and forth worrying his girlfriend will get murdered, trying to call for help, he called sonic and he picked up. "hey knuckles? What's going on?", said the blue hedgehog. "SONIC, ROUGE GOT KIDNAPPED BY SOME DUDE NAMED LUIGI".

September 11th, 2024

Missing poster of rouge the bat, which was her portrait painted by knuckles, who protects the master emerald and does art, mostly portraits of famous women, including rouge, pops up as a hologram in town, however a photo of Luigi Luchemi pops up in town.

Death knew where Luigi was taking rouge: to the time machine, that always pops up in town.

August 21st , 1898

Rouge was taken to a cottage, where Luigi tied up the bat and put a gag in her mouth (yikes)

meanwhile, Elisabeth discovered a time machine and goes to Mobius, her curiosity got the better of when she chose the day September 11th, 2024 and was in a town in green hill zone, when she exits the machine and found a missing poster of Rouge the bat. "What happened to Rouge?", said Elisabeth. "she was kidnapped by a dude named luigi" Sonic said, as knuckles walked up to the empress of Austria and asked her about Rouge and Elisabeth didn't know, as Dr. Robotnik entered town to terrorize the townsfolk, however Eggman saw Elisabeth's face as he tried to attack her, Elisabeth ripped off her Victorian dress, Elisabeth drew her sword and attacked Eggman's mech. Silver came in and used his telekinesis to attack Eggman, when silver got Elisabeth, knuckles and sonic to the year 1898, the 60 year old empress found some of rouge's gloves, while her lady in waiting and death came with her to save rouge, however, Luigi was almost caught and put rouge into a sack and brings her to another cottage in Vienna, then rouge got herself free, but Luigi stabbed her and used her gag as a bandage, she realized the year was 1898. Later rouge discovered knuckles, sonic and silver time traveled to this timeline, sonic, knuckles, silver and rouge warped back into the 21st century mobius, knuckles brought rouge back to green hill zone and later put up the security camera incase of Luigi coming back to mobius. Later in tails's lab rouge was getting the right treatment when Elisabeth came in "rouge! I never thought you'd made it alive", said Elisabeth rouge told her that they never met. Rouge saw that Luigi Luchemi ended up in custody back in 1898 as Elisabeth showed her a history back that changed the empress's assassination to old age and Luigi's arrest was mentioned (in this alternate universe timeline). Rouge was in shock when she saw the page in the book had changed. Shadow brought rouge back to her house and knuckles was worried about her "Rouge, I am glad you are safe, please drop the role of Elisabeth as this alternate version is still happening".
