"Is everything set for the summoning? Are the preparations ready?" a man cloaked with a dark robe and a priest's hat asked another man in a somewhat anxious way, they were in a barely lit room with grey stones all around the room with a leaking ceiling to the upmost left of the room
"Yes they are... but I'm still reluctant that we should summon the shield to our country, we already are going to summon the other three holy heroes, so why take risks with the fourth one?" the other man replied and complained, he didn't like the idea of summoning the shield hero to the center of their country, it felt too much like a gamble and the resources they would spend on him could be used on the other three heroes
"I understand that doubt my brother, however it is best to have the shield hero in our country instead of Siltvelt, we can manage the shield and make sure he isn't a nuisance to our people but if he is brought to those unholy beasts, we would certainly have a problem at our hands" the cloaked priest said as although the thought of letting the shield hero live here in their country was grinding his teeth, it was a order of their great pope and he had already made a plan to ensure that the shield wouldn't bring problems for them, if they can keep the shield hero from growing stronger than the other three, they would be safe from his mischievous ways and more importantly they could make the three holy heroes stronger than the possibly devilish man that the shield would bring to their world
"You're right, bring them here" the cloaked man said as three other cloaked individuals came to the room with stone sculptures of a sword, a bow, a spear and finally a shield that compared to the others seemed less detailed and rushed in it's making. each of them had a black gem engraved onto them, they were each placed inside a seal draw with chalk in the middle of the room, the cloaked men with a bishop hat came close to the artefacts and dropped on them different colored liquids in the gems, who seemly absorbed the liquid and began emitting a dark light from themselves
"We call upon you! heroes of legend! Warriors from lands beyond our own!" the leader of the cloaked men began chanting while motioning his hands with a faint glow coming once he said the chant
"We call upon you to rid our realm of these Waves of Calamity! We beseech thee for guidance through these dark times! we ask of you, Legendary Heroes of lands beyond,come forth! come forth and bring us salvation!" The other cloaked men join in as the circle begins to shine stronger. The four weapons rose into the air as the seal on the ground began to shine with a white glow, the sword was the first to have its gem change color as it started to glow green, followed by the spear that had it's gem turn red, the third was the bow with the gem glowing in a bright yellow and lastly was the shield as it had the gem glow in between red and blue before finally settling on a blue color reminisce of the sky. the stone weapons began to crack as light came from inside them before the stone exploded as from the fading glow revealed weapons made of steel with black and gold details now stood with only the gems remaining like they were. As white human silhouettes began to form, all the robed man grew a smile in their face
"Yes! it's working!" the front priest said as the figures fall to the ground and their glow begins to stop
"The Summoning was a success!" the robed priest overjoyed by this prospect, they had been able to summon the four heroes without a small single problem and this would mean great things for the country but more importantly the church
"O Brave heroes please save our world" the voice of the leader amongst the robed men called out as the shield hero opened his eyes, he saw that instead of being in Metropolis he was now in some sort of dungeon with a fading white glow below him and six cloaked figures in the front looking down on him
'What is this place? Shouldn't I be dead?...' the man of steel thought for a moment as his head was dizzy, he got up before looking at his arm and seeing a silver shield of sorts with a blue gem on it
"What is all of th-"
"You can forget it" a blond boy with a ponytail and red eyes, on one hand he held a long spear with a red jewel that seemed to glimmer under the dull rays of the sun that barely illuminated the room they were in.
"I also refuse myself." spoke the one with the intricately crafted bow with a yellow gem, he was another young blonde haired kid and seemed to be wearing a fancy school uniform
"You brought us here without our consent, don't you feel the least guilty about that?" The other one but now with a sleek sword said, he looked to be a teenager with black hair and a cold look on his face while his clothes seemed to be casual but its color scheme gave it a more intense look.
"Not to mention, if you throw us out as soon as we restore peace we would've done all that work for nothing" the bow wielder added as he seemed to want a reward of sorts for helping those people, most would be spilling out desperate questions about their situation but no one the three seemed worried about it in the slightest
"How willing are you going to accommodate our requests?" The spear wielder asked while pointing his spear at the cloaked figures. Clark looked at them for a moment, all three looked like normal teenagers to him, analysing the little details in one of the kids clothes he could tell that the writing was asian, most likely japanese from the looks of it
"Who are you three?" Clark asked confused as to how the three had gotten into this, he didn't understand why these seemingly normal kids got wrapped up in this strange and worrying situation, as he said that the three looked at him even more confused at his choice of clothes
"Are you wearing your underwear above your pants? That's really weird..." The spear wielder said, to him it was bizarre for someone to put under wear above their pants like a kid doing it to play pretend as super hero was fine but a grow ass man doing it was freak behavior
"What's with the costume?" The sword wielder asked while raising an eyebrow, all of the three teens had normal attire but this guy was... cosplaying?
"You look familiar" the boy with the bow says, Clark thought that he must have heard of him as he had saved the world numerous times as superman when in reality the boy was thinking of a completely different super individual from his world
"Uh *cough* I'm sure all of you have questions about the meaning of this. The king of this great country will be more than happy to explain the details further" the man in the robes said as he then gestured for them to follow him to the throne room of the castle.
"I guess" the sword wielder murmured seemingly satisfied with the answer, putting his sword down to his waist and crossing his arms
"Well, we can at least see what they offer" the bow hero said having also calmed down, but he was ready to begin another set of threats if necessary
"That's fine by me" the spear hero responded while flipping his spear and putting it on his shoulders, a somewhat flashy thing that none of the other heroes seemed to be impressed by
"If the king can explain this situation better, then I will be more than happy to help" Clark said as he really needs someone to explain why he was summoned here. As they got up the stairs of the tower Clark thought about this whole deal, trying to rationalize the situation
'I died during my fight with Doomsday and these men have done some sort of ritual to bring heroes to save their world from catastrophe, it is not my first time dealing with magic like this and being summoned to an unknown location has happened to me before... I should get a look around the planet, maybe analysing the stars and solar system could give me a hint to where I am' the man of steel thought as many of his adventurers had at times had magic involved and the possibility of him being on another earth was possible too, it had happened before so he just had to understand how he got here and work backwards from that. When passing through a window he gets a good look on the city and plains from the window, all looked like medieval buildings and knights patrolling the street, he could feel the sunlight going through the window power him up a bit with a golden bar in his vision slowly filling up
'What is this?' Clark thought while extending his finger to go and click it to-
"Let's keep moving" said the sword hero, wanting to get to meet this king and discuss their rewards as fast as possible so that they didn't waste time, either he was inpatient or he was just as desperate for answers as the shield hero
"Ah sorry I got distracted by the view" he said looking down before resuming the walk, the golden bar had disappeared as well. As the four heroes made and their guide approached a set of large doors leading to the largest section of the castle, they all knew what was ahead. The robed man turned to them
"Beyond this door is our king, please try to show some respect to him great heroes" he said before knocking at the door three times and as the doors opened, the four heroes began to enter, the four looked around the room with Clark focusing on the balcony above them it was filled with people in extravagant clothes and jewels whispering about something, with his super hearing Clark quickly found out it was about him
"Is that the shield hero? What ridiculous suit is that? what does that thing in his chest mean?"
"He seems much older than the other three, more muscular too"
"Don't tell me he is wearing his underwear above his pants, how stupid is he?"
"I expected someone more elegant, he doesn't scream legendary savior"
"Why is he wearing a cape? why is he wearing that entire thing at all?"
Clark couldn't judge all of this comments about him as for nobles like them his appearance would seem bizarre and out of this place, their sense of fashion not only clashed with his but they most likely saw the suit in a bad taste considering how comical it was compared to the more down to earth style of the other three
"So... These are to be the four cardinal heroes?" the voice of an older man in the other side of the room speaks as he analyzed the shielder with a slight hint of curiosity if his raised eyebrow was anything to go by, he then looked at the other three heroes with a more stoic expression and that caught the attention of the three as they looked at the direction of the throne
"Very well, I am King Aultcray Melromarc XXXII." he said in a booming voice as he adjusted his posture to be more straight and commanding. The king was donned in robes of navy blue with detailing and trim of gold. Over that was an elegant cloak of a rich purple, his grey hair reached down to his shoulders with a trimmed grey beard, each of his fingers except for the pointer fingers was a gold ring with only the right index finger sporting a gem, purple in color. Upon his head was a gold crown with a lone purple gem in the center of it. The heroes looked on
"Now state your names to the court" He spoke while looking at them from his throne, his tone was very dominant and commanding as a king of a nation would be
"I am Ren Amaki, age 17, a high school student" The first to speak was the sword hero as he held his sword with his left hand, he was short and blunt with his introduction as he seemed to be in a rush for this to end, the way he stood to the court gave of a confident but cold demeanor to the onlookers.
"I'm Motoyasu Kitamura, 21 years old, college student" The spear hero went next. Taking a step forward and placing his spear on his shoulders while placing a thumb on his heart as he made his introduction, once again going for something flashy
"Guess I should go next, huh? Itsuki Kawasumi, 16 and a high schooler as well" The bow hero went next as he raised his bow to inspect the object, some people of the court seemed surprised by this as the bow hero looked much younger than that
From their names it was clear to Clark that the three teens were from Japan, he went to introduce himself "I am-"
"Very well Motoyasu, Ren and itsuki" Aultcray interrupted Clark while shutting him out, the man of steel didn't know if it was intentional or not but he was going to give the king the benefit of doubt
"You skipped over me, your majesty" the man of steel said, the king gave a slight look of anger into his direction for this call out but Clark ignored it for the time
"Sorry sir shield hero, please introduce yourself" Aultcray said in his serious tone and with his emotionless face, it felt like there was a animosity against the shield in particular but that was something none of the heroes picked up on
"My name is Kal-El from the house of El, from the planet Krypton" he declared which caused confused looks from everyone in the room, the king raised an eyebrow at this but didn't pay too much mind into it
'Why is he dressed like that? is he actually an alien?' Motoyasu started thinking as it was the most likely thing, after, who is to say Isekai couldn't also include aliens in their summoning process, but it also felt like a really dumb thing for him to think about as his knowledge of science said that aliens don't exist, granted it was mostly superficial knowledge but if aliens existed then why hadn't humans made contact with them yet?
'What type of name is that? he can't be serious' Ren thought as he never heard of someone being named like that, it honestly felt more like a sci-fi naming convention than anything, was this guy really roleplaying?
'I'm still confused' Itsuki felt that he hadn't explained enough, he could have explained what was with the costume or the weird name of his. In fact he had more questions now as he never heard of a place named krypton aside from an old tv show his father forced him to watch
""I see... I suppose the minimum I can do is to explain why we have summoned you four, as I am sure that you were informed, my country of Melromarc is in grave danger of a threat known as the Waves." the king began explaining what the waves were. They could happen anywhere at any time, lasting for multiple hours or until the boss is killed. During that time monsters would continue to pour out of the wave and even after it stopped, any monster already here would remain until slain
"The waves are said to become stronger over time. They last longer, and the wave bosses and all under them will be stronger. There are even written accounts of waves with more than one wave boss..." Aultcray said as these accounts were rather rare but no unheard of, two wave bosses are a bigger problem than that of a normal wave and it would require too much strength of his army to beat it, strength they didn't have
"It is best to summon you now when the waves are weak to give you time to strengthen yourselves to stay ahead of the waves growing threat" The king finished and Clark was thinking over everything said, these waves truly sound devastating and he was sure it wouldn't be the easiest task but he wouldn't give up for a moment, Clark wanted to go home but he knew this people would need his help fighting of this immense threat
"Strengthen ourselves? Are we not legendary heroes? are these not legendary weapons?" Ren spoke, on one hand it was reasonable to believe these legendary weapons were very powerful but their true power was likely sealed away or linked to their wielder's own strength
"Ah, yes" The king responded "You are legendary heroes and those weapons are the 4 greatest weapons in this world..., but not right now" They all looked at him confused, Clark was sure that he still had his powers and with them he could probably be able to handle the waves by himself but he also knew that he couldn't get over confident as something as dangerous as Doomsday could be in those waves as well
"Each weapon has its own strengthening method. It gains strength alongside their heroes, as for you yourselves, could you activate your status magic?" The king asked, bringing more confusion to the group
"What? Status magic?" Motoyasu asked, Clark was curious about that himself wanting to ask the king about it
"Could you explain ho-"
"You guys are serious? It should be the first thing you would notice" Ren spoke very much annoyed that the other three hadn't seen it yet, it was disappointing to see that they didn't know the most basic thing
"There's an icon in the corner of your vision, focus on it and a menu should appear" the sword hero explained it although he felt it shouldn't even be needed for him to say that, Clark looked to the corner of his eye, finally noticing the little icon and focusing on it opening his status window

This all felt like he was looking in a monitor in the Watchtower, this status magic was very different from the magic he was used to seeing, much more technological in appearance but now he knew what that golden bar was from before it being how the status magic reacted to his power's 'It must be because of this shield that I can access such thing' Clark thought
"This is worse than I thought..." Ren was thinking out loud. He didn't like how he was at level one and how his stats were this low, he had hoped to be stronger right at the start but it seems he wasn't in that type of Isekai
"I know right? Level 1? That's gonna be a lot of grinding...and there's already a wave coming up..." Motoyasu said very pessimistically, they had like a month to prepare? if his game knowledge was anything to go by then he needed to be level 35 to fight off this wave and that would take a lot of his free time
"This will be a lot of work and we've confirmed no rewards still..." Itsuki commented, Clark thought it was selfish to ask for rewards when the end of the world was at their hands but he couldn't blame a kid for wanting to get such a thing
"Of course, you will be rewarded handsomely, and not just at the end, but after every wave, we will reward you heroes. Every step of the way." A man in purple by the side of the throne said, probably the king's advisor
"Well There's four of us, so we just need to form a party-"
"Excuse me, but that won't do at all." the advisor said cutting off Motoyasu, he had a purple mantle covering most of his body but underneath it there was a luxurious suit fitting for someone in his possession, it seemed much more akin to something from the 1800's rather than the medieval garment that was used by the rest of the court present
"Due to the unique qualities of the holy weapons, none of you can gain experience while near one another." he explained and a notification appeared in the view of the four heroes

"You must form parties separately. Gather strength then fight the waves together" The king responded, it was told in the old texts that the heroes would get stronger individually so that we together against the wave, their inability to gain levels together wouldn't matter
"Would that not mean that we won't receive any experience during waves?" Ren asked, that was a bummer for him as these waves would be filled with strong monsters, which meant tons of experience to obtain from them
"Unfortunately, yes... the waves will have numerous enemies that you can't receive experience for slaying, but you can harvest your prey to still gain power" the king once again responded in a somewhat enigmatic way
"Could you elaborate." Clark asked, harvesting the dead monsters to gather strength sounded... off putting to say the least but maybe he was misunderstanding what the king was trying to say
"You should see this within your status magic, but it is said that the holy weapons can feed upon the fallen to gain new powers and forms" as the king said that another notification appeared on the status magic

"Heroes you can ask us questions all day; however, your status magic should be a great aid. Please refer to it tonight." The king motioned to several servants with his hand
"For now, please rest and adjust to these trying circumstances. Tomorrow I will introduce you to adventures who have agreed to aid you in your difficult quest. Between your status magic and seasoned adventures by your side, most questions you have will be answered soon enough" The king dismissed them and the servants motioned to the heroes to follow. They were first taken to a dining hall, where they eat some of the local cuisine and afterwards they were escorted to a private room where they would pass the night, after they entered and the maid accompanying them had gone out the four heroes relaxed a bit
"The maids were kind of cute" Motoyasu said while laying on the bed relaxed, happy to see so many beauties in his first day in another world although he would have liked to interact more with them
"And the food had quite the taste to it" Itsuki says while sitting in a chair, he had never eaten such fancy food like that in his entire life but also such weird looking dishes, he wasn't sure if he ate a fish or a very funny looking chicken
"I agree, It was good" Clark added, he didn't need to eat as long as he had sunlight energy on him but having grown on earth gave him that habit
"I'm embarrassed of what I'm going to ask but what's with the suit?" Ren said as curiosity got the better of him, he just couldn't ignore it any longer
"Yeah that's been bugging me too" Itsuki didn't know why he was wearing such a thing but he also felt like he saw it somewhere before
"Are you cosplaying?" Motoyasu asked as he needed to know if he was doing cosplay, if he was just being weird or if he was an alien
"This is just the outfit I usually use, never go out of home without it" Clark responded, he always kept his uniform under his clothing in case of a emergency arriving and he needed to do a quick change
"Really? who goes out like that? it is such a weird style" Motoyasu confusedly asked, was it supposed to be like a big famous mascot character that he didn't know but he rationalized that it was some nerd stuff
"Are you truly an alien?" Ren asked and got a nod out of Clark, the three heroes look at each other as they were still unsure whether he was saying the truth or if he was really committed to his roleplaying
"That costume does remind me of Astounding Man, he is a old comic book character but I only know him because of the movie they were making of him" Itsuki said, the colors were different and it had a S symbol on it but other than that it was identical to one old time superhero character very popular in the America, granted he wasn't a big fan of the character but he remembers the movie being decent even if it was very melodramatic and hopeless
'This is very odd I wonder how they could-' the man of steel stops for a moment as he hears another heart beat in the wall and he uses his x-ray vision to see the maid with cat ears that lead them to the room 'is she spying on us?' he thought as he stepped closer to the door
"I am gonna get some water" he says while opening the door, the cat maid runs out scared of being caught and superman considers following her but decides it's probably better not to
"Don't need there is a jug with water here" Ren said as he points to it, he could understand wanting to drink something after the dinner considering how spice some of the dishes seemed to be, although it could be just Ren's tongue being more sensitive to this otherworldly condiments
"Right" superman said as he closed the door, with his x-ray vision showing that the maid was now long gone
"Could it be that we are from different Earths? and I am not referring to different planets, but different universes" Clark asked while putting a hand on his chin, he knew he was in another universe or planet and he knew that alternative earth existed because of Earth 2 but he was now wondering if the three boys came from a world where superman not only doesn't exist but also all the other super beings from his earth
"What that's crazy! It makes more sense that we are in Emerald online than that" motoyasu exclaimed as not knowing some comic book character didn't mean that they were from different worlds, being Isekai into a videogame made more sense as it was literally happening right now
"Yeah... Wait Emerald online?" Itsuki spoke confused at the name Motoyasu had said
"Don't tell me you haven't heard of Emerald online, it is the most popular PC game of all!" motoyasu proclaimed, how could they not know that was a mystery to him, as everyone in the world had at least heard of the game
"Is that anything like Dimension Wave?" Itsuki asked, as this world only resembled that game, so either motoyasu had played some sort of weird localized version where the name was different or he had played a similar but different game which also didn't make sense
"I thought this was Brave Star online" Ren said which only agraveted more confusion between the teens
"That doesn't make sense!" Itsuki was confused and irritated by this, nothing they were saying matched what he knew about this game
"Unless we are from different universes," Clark once again says with the three teens going silent for a moment at the thought of that
"It does explain this inconsistency" Itsuki said as he wasn't an expert in the concept of the multiverse but he knew enough from pop culture
"Let's figure this out, you sit this down "Mr Alien", who is the prime minister of Japan?" Ren asked and all with the exception of Clark answered, they answered more questions with everyone giving different answers including how they ended up in this situation uncovering that all four of them had died before getting summoning, after about an hour they had concluded that all of them were from different Earth's
"So we are all from different versions of Earth" motoyasu said in disbelief, although it made complete sense as he was also in a different world
"The only thing in common is that we all died to get here" Ren added as it made sense that all of them got here the same way, it would have been weird if one of them got transported here because of a book or something
"You got shot, I got ran over, Motoyasu was stabbed twice and Kal-El died because of a fight he was in" Itsuki recaps still surprised to hear about how the shield hero got here, whatever he got himself to be beaten to death had gotta be pretty bad since that must have been a slow and brutal death compared to theirs
"And now you got the shield too, you have really bad luck" Motoyasu joked with a bit of smugness to it, which the other heroes found that unfounded while Clark was a bit confused
"What's wrong with the shield?" Clark asked as he inspected the shield in his arm, it didn't look like much but it seemed strong enough to handle the job, especially as he saw with his microscopic vision that the thing had a molecular and atomic structure so incredibly complex and aligned that the shield was nearly indestructible in a scientific sense
"What? You don't know?" Motoyasu said surprised, maybe he hadn't played anything with the shielder class and thus didn't know it's flaws
"Know what?" Clark responded, wondering what was it about the shield that he was not picking up
"The Shield sucks man. To put it simply, it's the worst class in the whole game. It is literally defense with no offense. Dead weight in the large scale fights" Motoyasu explained to Clark what was the shield's biggest problem in the game he played, even after many updates to Emerald Online, it was still absolute thrash
"Same here, even after many updates, it was still the worst since none of the builds were good" Ren added, it was harsh but since Motoyasu already decided to rip open the bandaid it was better that Ka-el knew sooner rather than later that he was stuck as the worst class
"You three shouldn't compare reality to a video game, that's a dangerous mentality to have" Clark warned the three young heroes, believing that the world was like a game was not a healthy mentality for someone to possess since it can lead to them making bad decisions without considering the consequences of the actions taken
"You can deny it, but it is the True" Itsuki said and the other heroes nodded in agreement, as they didn't care to listen to what Clark had said
"Well it is getting late I am going to go to sleep" Motoyasu says while extending his arms out and getting up off the bed and walking towards the door
"Good idea, see you guys tomorrow" Itsuki agreed also getting out of the chair and also exiting the room, with Ren following quietly the two
"Goodnight everyone" Clark says before he closes the door, walking to the balcony and taking in the view before leaping high in the sky, flying through the atmosphere and as he took in the sun while floating in space
He turns around and analyzes the planet, while the atmosphere and flora looked very similar to his earth, the geography of the planet was completely different having continents with different formations and shapes
"Now I know that this is definitely a different earth" he says before turning his attention to the stars, using his telescopic vision Clark is unable to recognize a single star system much less the one he was in, serving as the nail in the coffin that he was in a completely different universe
"Help *cough* me" the voice of what seemed to be a child was picked up by his super hearing
Hearing this the man of steel turns back to the earth and flies off into it
Somewhere in Siltvelt
"We need to evacuate everyone!" a ruff voice shouts in a collapsing building, that being of a guard amongst the flames
"Damn that bastard! He set a whole building on fire just to escape" a bear in armor says as he carries three people in his back
"We worry about the criminal later we need to get all those people out" his partner with wolf ears and tail says while carrying a elderly woman on his arms
"We are not gonna make it in time to save anyone in the upper floor" the Bear says
In the second floor of the burning building a small sheep girl walks desperate amongst the place "I need *cough* help *cough*" she says while trying to reach a door barely able to breathe as the smoke covered the entire room and her lungs
"I don't *cough* want to..." The sheep girl falls into the crumbling ground covered in ashes, she is barely conscious when she sees the pillar above her crumble and starts to fall, all she could do is close her eyes accepting her death
"It's gonna be alright" a comforting voice says and as she opens her eyes the girl sees a man in blue with a red cape holding the pilar above his head like it was nothing, he takes a deep breathe and uses his ice breath to put out the fire, the last thing she sees before blacking out is the small silver shield he carried filling the girl with enough hope for her to smile
"Everyone here?" the wolf guard asked as they were counting the number of people, the duo was able to save around 7 people but they couldn't be sure if that was everyone inside the place
"My daughter is still there!" a sheep woman says desperate as she tries to go back inside but is stopped by two other demi humans
"Shit do you think we can make it?" the bear said, maybe if they rushed in they could find the girl still alive, she would be burned badly but still would be able to live another day
"We better try our-"
"The fire is disappearing" a frog man with burned clothes shouts as he points at the flames diminishing
"No... The building is...freezing?" another demi human says as the flames disappear entirely and ice starts to form in the windows
"Did anyone there knew how to use ice magic?" the wolf guard asked, it was the only way for this to happen but so far they only knew that a girl was stuck in the second floor
"There was no one that could-" the rabbit man stopped as he looked up in disbelief with others following soon, they saw a man descending in the sky carrying a small girl
"Emily!" The Mother screams as she goes closer to the man in red and blue
"She passed out from the smoke but she should wake up in a couple of hours" the mysterious savior says while handing the girl to her mother
"Thank you! Thank you so much!" The woman said while hugging her child, the man just watched with a smile
"Who the hell is that guy?! Is he human!?" the bear asked in anger and confusion, not only had a human got into Siltvelt but had also saved a demi human from dying, that was very uncommon to see or hear about
"I have no idea but we better..." The wolf demi human stops completely as he noticed the shield in the arm of the man in blue
"What are you looking at..." The guard bear is also left speechless at the sight with many more joining him as the people of the burned building and the people from nearby watching the event all looked shocked beyond belief as they saw the Shield hero of legend
"I can't thank enough mister..." she looks at him and is at first surprised to see that he is human but then she is even more shocked to see the shield in his arm
"Y-you're... our God?" The Mother said almost trembling at the revelation, putting a hand in her mouth in disbelief before tears flow through her eyes once more 'our god has come to our world...just to save the life of my daughter'
"No" he says to the woman before turning around and starts to hover above the ground, looking into the sky while the entire audience around him seemed confused and shocked
"I'm Superman" the man of steel said before flying in the air at incredible speed disappearing in the night leaving all of the citizens to look into the sky amazed and with a warm feeling... of hope

I hope you guys like it, I have been writing this along with the next chapter of the motherly hero and the cardinal turtles, I will try my best to update this one but I also feel like i should be focusing on the others a lot more
Decided to update this fanfic due to recent developments in the superman myths, mainly his weakness/inability to use magic. It means that Superman won't be able to use healing or support magic so in the case of a wave, he will have to prioritize saving people quickly to ensure their health and safety. Also Magic tolerance only reduces damage from magical attacks by the same amount as what he has, example being 15 magic tolerance makes a 20 damage magic attack deal 5 (but the lowest it can make go is 1)
I like the idea of superman going around the planet helping people, it will definitely change politics in the world of shield hero because of his impact as once rumors around the other countries of the shield hero saving people spread there will most definitely have a big debate (sorry Mirella)
so I tried to adapt superman's powers the best way I could, so he basically has a extra bar that is his solar charge and every time he uses one of his powers the bar is drained by the amount of solar energy it requires, a example is that super hearing costs 1 while heat vision is a 10 also depending on the scope of the ability it can also use more bar (using super hearing on a room costs less than to hear the voices of a entire planet)
