Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here and I am back with another chapter! But before you all continue, here are some things I'd like to share with you.
First off, The Prologue of this story was finished within a single night before I slept.
Second, I appreciate the reviews I've received as well as some that carry information.
Third, People asked if Neo would remember everything when she was on Remnant. If you want an answer, you'll find it at the end of the chapter.
Fourth, I took a closer look at Neo's Semblance, from simple illusions to complex ones such as perfectly mimicking people from their physical appearance to their very voice and unique weapons.
The reason why I brought this up is that I'm slightly rushing Neo's progress in her Quirk. There are a couple of questions that I'd like to ask such as: If Neo could mimic certain firearms can they be used similarly to the real thing?
And lastly is something off-topic. A few days ago, before the creation of this story, I was in the middle of making an original story that I have yet to publish.
The reason why I'm mentioning this is because I want to make something out of it.

Neo's Home
After Neo's Kindergarten, Neo had to express her goodbyes to her friends as some were transferred to different schools. Her mother plans on having her enroll in a particular school and spent some time examining each and every potential school for her daughter's education as well as managing her current budget.
With her working two jobs, she tries to manage their financial income in both their home and Neo's allowance in elementary school. She often sighs every few minutes and rubbed her forehead.
Throughout the silence, she somehow hears the sound of clinking noises in the living room.
Due to her newfound curiosity, she went to see what it was and was stunned by the she sees before her.
Apparently, Neo had set up a small round table with a tea set and five small chairs. Four of those chairs were occupied by a stuffed bear, a stuffed rabbit, a stuffed cat, and a small red-haired ragdoll. As for the last chair, Neo was playing the host of a tea party.
What stunned her mother was that the toys were somehow animated as they pretended to drink the tea in a gentle manner.
She never bought Neo these things since she didn't ask for them nor need them for self-entertainment. Thus, she assumed that Neo may have made these things with her quirk and decided to find out for herself,
"Neo," Neo's Mother called out, and her daughter turns to her, "What is all this?"
Neo was a bit stunned, then she seemed dejected as she assumed that she did something wrong. Thus, she undoes it all as she stood from her chair and everything used for the tea party vanishes into particles.
Her mother picked up on what she was doing, and tries to clear the misunderstood, "N-No! I'm not mad at you, I'm just... I never knew you could do these things with your quirk. For a second, I thought you'd received something that was sent here by accident,"
Neo's expression returns to normal, and her mother goes down to her level, "You can play as much as you want, Neo. But remember to clean everything up after you've done playing, okay?"
Neo smiles and nods once, which made her mother smile and give her a peck on the forehead, "That's my girl,"
She then stood upstraight, and placed her hands on her hips, "Now why don't we go outside and get some ice cream?"
Neo happily nods and goes to wear some clothes for an outing while her Mother decided to put the enrollment plans aside and focus on her daughter for today.
Later...
As soon as they left their home, Neo and her mother went out and made their way to the nearest ice cream truck. There, her mother bought two separate ice creams.
The first cone had three scoops of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry while the second cone had strawberry only. The first cone was for Neo while the second cone was for herself.
With cones in hands, they made their way to the park and enjoy the rest of the afternoon there whilst eating their ice creams. As soon as they arrived, they had already finished their ice cream and Neo's mother wiped off a few specks of ice cream that remained on Neo's lips.
Once cleaned, she allows Neo to play in the playground while sitting by the park bench.
As Neo played around on the swing, she soon heard a small commotion and turns to the general direction of the source. Before she goes to check it out, she glanced at her mother and wondered whether she'd stay in the playground or go to where her curiosity led her.
After some thought about it, she decided to go for the third option. Which involves the usage of her Quirk to conjure a perfect copy of herself and let it do whatever it wants in the playground while the original goes to check out the commotion she had heard.
Neo's mother wasn't paying attention at that time. When she does, she stands up from the bench and approaches the copy, "Come on Neo. It's time to go home,"
The Copy just nodded and takes her hand. As they left the park, the mother doesn't suspect the difference.
Meanwhile...
Neo arrives at the scene and spots a car with a popped tire. But this wasn't just any regular car, rather it was an expensive one. Something that rich people can afford with money alone.
This also includes a personal driver as he went to the back of the car and prepared a spare tire as well as a lug wrench and a car jack.
While the car's tire is being replaced, a pair of parents and their daughter were standing out of the open. The parents were wearing clothes that befit a rich family yet don't stand out, and their daughter wears a dress for the outdoors.
But what stands out from her was her spiky black ponytail.
Neo watched in a distance as the family waited for the tire to be replaced, but watching them for a prolonged period of time had somehow caused the young girl to sense something peculiar and turns her head around.
That's where they make eye contact and stare at each other for a brief period.
By the time the driver finished replacing the tire, he hauls the popped tire into the trunk and shuts it as he turns to the girl's parents.
"All done, Yaoyorozu-san," The Driver said, and the father nods,
"Let's go back inside, Momo-chan," The Mother said and lightly tugged onto her daughter's arm,
The girl's trance was soon cut as she glanced at her mother, then back at Neo. Though the latter was nowhere to be seen and confusion sets in as her mother gets her back into the car.
When the doors shut, the car drives off to its usual route while Neo randomly appeared on the sidewalk. She stares at the back of the car for a period of time, then she turns away as she went back to the park.
Meanwhile
As the Yaoyorozu Family went home by car, Momo stood in the middle of the back seat and scans at the back window, something that her mother took notice of, "Did you drop something back there?"
"N-No, It's just that... I thought I saw someone by the park earlier," Momo admitted,
"Oh... Well, I'm sure it's just a child," Her mother assured, and Momo sits back down in her seat,
But despite her mother's assurance, she couldn't help but feel curious about the girl she had seen earlier. The one with pink and brown eyes...
Back at the Park
As soon as Neo arrived at the playground, she noticed that her mother was gone and the same goes for the afterimage she left behind.
Normally, kids her age would be scared of being left alone by their parents. But Neo wasn't one of those kids as she retraced her steps and find her way home all on her own.
The first place she went was the ice cream shop, then she crossed at least three crosswalks. She used certain signs and buildings as milestones that she passed not too long ago and used her quirk to create a few afterimages of herself and navigate through every possible route.
She also used her quirk to disappear as she didn't want to attract the attention of the adults. Should they see her, they would suspect her as some lost child and it may lead her into trouble with her mother.
This was something she didn't want as she navigate her way around the area for her home.
For the past hour, Neo manages to find her home and sneaked her way to the door. Next, she creates a small chair to stand on and twist the doorknob to see if it was locked or not.
Fortunately, it wasn't locked as Neo twists all the way around and carefully pulled it back to make a small gap for her to enter.
Once she walked inside, she carefully closes it and sighs in relief. Knowing that her mother hasn't suspected her sudden disappearance...
...
...
...
But it soon turned sour as she heard a particular tone from behind, "Neo..."
Neo stiffens as soon as her name was called. She then slowly turns her head and sees her mother looking down at her with arms crossed and a stern look in her eyes.
At that moment, Neo knew she had made a mistake.
A Few Moments Later...
Neo is now sitting on a couch with her head down while her mother paces around the living room. Apparently, the afterimage that the latter brought home had broken, and realized that her daughter was still outside.
The reason why she had gone out looking for her is that her mother had a particular quirk that allowed her to talk to animals and a couple of birds and cats that frequently come to their home.
As they monitored Neo across the neighborhood, she would listen to every report she could gather and attempt to have them guide Neo back home should she get herself lost for too long.
In other words, she had eyes everywhere...
"I can't believe you, Neo. Wandering off all by yourself without my attention," The Mother stated, "Are you aware of how worried you could have gotten me?"
Neo looks down as if she was at fault, though the mother doesn't put it against her as she sighed and scratch the back of her head a few times.
"But I'll admit," The Mother sits next to Neo, "Finding your way home all by yourself? That was quite the task you've pulled,"
Neo snaps out of her guilt trip and stares into her mother's eyes, "And for that, your punishment will be minor than what I've planned,"
Neo was genuinely surprised that her mother would praise her instead of thoroughly scolding her. In fact, she was aware that her mother would be mad for going off alone as well as trick her with her quirk.
Now, she is generally confused about whether she should feel guilty or happy with her mother's response. What comes next is the latter pressing her forehead against hers and noticing closed eyes smile, "My little girl..."
With just three words, Neo emits the same expression as her mother and the two hugged it out before settling the punishment. It wasn't harsh nor was it minimal as the mother strictly prohibits Neo's use of her quirk for an entire day.
If she catches her, she will extend the duration as well as state that she will feed the birds with her deserts. Something that Neo doesn't want to have as her mother's homemade muffins were a delight she can't afford to lose.
A Few Days Later...
Neo was now wearing a school uniform and her mother brushes her hair a few times. After she finished brushing her hair, they proceed to leave the house and make their way to Neo's Elementary School.
In a matter of minutes, they soon arrive and Neo was a bit tad nervous as they were other children walking their way to the school doors.
But her mother comforts her by bending down on one knee and giving a comforting look to her, "You'll be fine Neo. Just behave yourself, okay?"
Neo nods and gives her mother one last hug, which the latter return as well as a small kiss on her head. Once they part, Neo makes her way to the door while her mother watched her.
As soon as she was in, the mother leaves for work today...
Classroom
Neo makes her way to her assigned classroom but took the time to look around and familiarize herself with the place. Once she spots her classroom, she stops and takes a breath to steel herself for her new classmates.
As soon as she walked in, she saw her classmates conversing with one another as well as showing off their quirks to make an impression of themselves.
Neo would pass by, place her bag on a small shelf, and find a seat for her to sit on. Though the moment she sat down, she was soon approached by one of her newest classmates, "Hello!"
Neo turns to the voice and widens her eyes as this particular student...
...
...
...
Was entirely invisible, and the only thing visible was her school uniform. Neo was nervous at first, but her first response was a small smile and a hand raise.
"Not much of a talker, are you?" The Invisible Girl inquired,
Neo proceeds to gesture her throat with two fingers and lightly cleared her throat as a sign that she's mute. Unable to clarify her classmate's expression, she can't tell what kind of reaction she would get from her.
"Oh...! I get it, you can't talk at all," The Invisible Girl presumed, which earns her a few nods from Neo, "In that case, I should introduce myself. My name is Hagukure, nice to meet you,"
As for Neo's introduction, she taps her finger on her table a few times and traces three letters with her finger instead of writing them on her paper. In addition, she used her Quirk to conjure an illuminating line for Hagakure to read.
Once finished, Hagakure learns of Neo's name, "Neo? That's a neat Quirk you have,"
Neo just giggled, then swipes the name off as if it were never there.
A couple of minutes later, their homeroom teacher comes in and instructs everyone to sit down as he introduces himself to them. There was a welcoming speech, then instructed them to walk up to the front and introduce themselves to the rest of the class.
Not only did Neo's classmates introduce themselves to the rest of the class, they also showed their quirk as expressed their desires to become great heroes such as the No. 1 Hero, All Might.
When it was Neo's turn, she stood up and walks up to the front of the class. But not after hearing Hagakure's words, "Do your best!"
The Homeroom teacher doesn't mind the comment and focuses on Neo as she now stands in front of the class, "Alright, introduce yourself to them,"
Neo glances at him for a while, then proceeds to use her quirk to create a wooden wand before her classmate's eyes. While they were a bit awestruck with Neo's quirk, she waves her wand around and the chalkboard soon revealed Neo's introduction.
"My Name is Neo, Neo Valentino"
The name soon disappear and was replaced with another line.
"In case you're all wondering why I'm talking like this. It's because I was born a mute"
Her classmates were now in awe as the line disappears with a short wave of a wand and replaced with another. Even the Teacher was in awe over Neo's introduction.
"Even though I can't talk, I was taught to use alternative methods to communicate with people and my Quirk is one of those methods"
With one last wave, the last line of Neo's introduction appears on the board
"I hope to get along with all of you..."
Once her introduction was finished, everyone in class proceeded to clap for Neo's introduction as she bowed to all of them. Even the teacher was impressed as he clapped along with his students, "That was quite an introduction, Mrs. Valentino. Truly incredible. You may be seated,"
Neo turns to the teacher and bowed before walking back to her seat. As she sat down, she got to know the other classmates, especially Hagakure as she told everyone about her quirk.
By the time roll call was finished, The Homeroom teacher begins with the first lesson and Neo prepares herself for the first day of Elementary School...
That is it for this chapter, everyone. I hope I did everything right, and any mistakes I make here. I will try to fix them.
Now before you all go, it's time I give everyone the answer about Neo recovering all her memories in the Remnant.
And my answer is...

No, she will not recover all of her memories in Remnant. Instead, she will see figments of her past life in Remnant but will not recall the names or incidents she got herself involved.
One of these examples is the Tea Party I made at the beginning of the chapter. The toys that acted as her guests signify Team RWBY. Stuff Bear - Yang, Stuff Rabbit - Weiss, Stuff Cat - Blake, and a Red-Haired Ragdoll - Ruby.
I could have added Jaune or Roman in that Tea Party, decided not to since it didn't fit well in my opinion.
