Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here and I am back with another chapter! Before you all start, let's begin with the usual.

First off, the answer to the first 'Who's that Pokemon' of the 2nd Volume is Kyogre 'Sea Basin Pokemon'. And when I first looked it up, I noticed that Kyogre could literally fly when there isn't any water.

I guess that's a legendary Pokemon for you.

Second, the start of this chapter will slightly be different. Since a certain someone in the original story had gone wild at a certain meeting. He'll somehow be significant to Mew and all other characters influenced by it.

Lastly, expect new OC Characters or Character Development because that's what I want to focus on for the time being. Mew will appear here and there, but not too much.

That is all and enjoy the chapter!

City - A

Walking alone and proud was a young man with long silver hair that spiked upward and yellow eyes, wearing a tight black shirt, white martial arts pants, a yellow sash around his waist, and tai chi slippers.

This man was Silverfang's Former Top Pupil turned Hero Hunter, Garou.

After recently declaring war with the Heroes Association by beating three Class A Heroes and a room full of convicts. He would go on a hunting spree against any hero he'd come across in every city he wanders into.

Whether they're Class C, Class B, Class A, or Class S, he's determined to defeat them all and return in six months stronger than when he first started.

However, out of all the heroes he wants to meet and beat in the city. Two specific heroes came to mind.

'Class-B Rank 14, Kombu, and Class-B Rank 15, Seaweed' Garou muttered, 'Their names aren't as special as their rank but they've picked up a lot of notoriety since the latter is rumored to be a strong psychic like Class - S, Tatsumaki, and the former is a monster turned human. What's more, they happened to have connections with some alien that was said to be the strongest creature known to the world,'

Garou grins to himself, and sets a second objective in mind, 'If I could find and beat them, I'll undoubtedly find that creature as well. And when it comes, I'll find out which one of us is the stronger monster,'

"I can't wait," Garou admitted,

Thus, the Hero Hunter is now on the prowl...

City - Z

Since it was a weekend, Kombu and Seaweed spent the time indoors than anywhere else. What they're currently playing is a board game they've bought called 'Battleships' and the scores were a tie as Kombu strictly prohibits Seaweed from using her psychic powers to cheat.

Even without her powers, Seaweed possesses an insightful mind despite her age and Kombu acknowledges that fact about her.

But just as Seaweed was about to play her turn, she perked her head up and turn towards the door.

"What is it?" Kombu asked,

"Someone's out there, but it isn't Bang-sensei," Seaweed admitted,

Deoxys responds with a radio-like voice, and the two turn to them.

"You want to go out there, Deo-san?" Seaweed inquired,

Deoxys nods in affirmation, and the two girls just agree to its request before turning back to it, "Alright, but try not to hurt yourself or draw too much attention,"

With their permission, Deoxys leaves via the balcony and scans the area via its psychic powers. It senses the individual in question, but also senses Genos' power levels rising.

What soon followed is a full-on bout against these two, and Deoxys monitors their fight as it occurs across City - Z's Ghost Town.

A Few Minutes Later...

The next activity they did was Kombu brushing Seaweed's hair, but she kept brushing she heard a question from her, "When will Mew-sensei come back?"

"Still on about it, huh? Didn't Deo just tell us that it was here last night," Kombu said, "Also, their bowl was empty the next morning,"

"I know, but I would like to see Mew-sensei than know they were here," Seaweed admitted, "It sounds selfish, but I want to hold Mew-sensei in my arms again,"

Kombu just blinked at her words, then she formed a smile before pulling her into a comforting hug, "I'm sure Mew will come back. If not, we'll find them together,"

Seaweed rests her head on one side of Kombu's arms and feels grateful for her reassurance. But their tender moment was soon disturbed by a shout outside their room, "Class B Rank 7, Saitama! Come out here, Class B Rank 1 Hellish Blizzard would like a word!"

'Class B's Top Hero?' Kombu and Seaweed would open the door quietly, and peek next door,

"Oh, I've already got a subscription to the newspaper," Saitama said as he opened his door,

"We are not salesmen! We're heroes who outrank you!" The man yelled,

"Outrank?" Seaweed repeated as she glanced at Kombu,

"It means their rank is higher than ours," Kombu revealed, "More importantly, these people are part of the Top 3 Heroes of Class B and part of an group called Blizzard Bunch,"

"What are they here for?" Seaweed inquired,

"They're probably here to get Saitama to join their group, given his current position," Kombu assumed, "But let's keep watching, see how this will turn out,"

The conversation between them revolved around Class - B Heroes paying respect to Fubuki and the latter explained that in the Heroes Association afterward. There were various factions of heroes. If one isn't part of a hero group, they'll undoubtedly fail in the industry.

"Is that true?" Seaweed whispered,

"It isn't... For some people," Kombu admitted, and the two of them were prime examples

In hindsight, rising through the Hero ranks alone is impossible due to certain obstacles like rivals. Though Saitama doesn't get it, Fubuki would go straight to the point by offering him to join the Blizzard Bunch in return, he won't fall out of the top ranks of Class - B.

'Figures... She's one of those people,' Kombu remarked,

After a while, Saitama refuses Fubuki's offer and the latter turns things around, "Eyelashes! Wild Monkey! Rough him up so bad he never works as a hero again!"

As her top underlings charged forth, Saitama swatted them away with a controlled punch and both were knocked unconscious. Then Fubuki decided to take things personally by unleashing her psychic powers and causing a whirl of dust around their area.

'Great,' Kombu muttered, then turned to Seaweed, "Let's get inside, Seaweed,"

"Shouldn't we be stopping them?" Seaweed inquired,

"Nah, Baldy can take it. Also, I want to finish our game," Kombu said,

"Okay!" Seaweed replied, and the door was shut,

What followed is the ruckus as Fubuki supposedly engaged Saitama into a fight via her psychic powers. To ensure that their door and windows aren't broken, Seaweed shrouds the entire room with psychic energy,

They continued with their game for a couple more minutes, then heard an explosion that momentarily diverted their attention.

"What was that?" Seaweed inquired,

"It's probably that cyborg disciple of his," Kombu said, "Just ignore it,"

Seaweed turns back to her sister and plays onward with their game.

Outside the Apartment

With Genos and Sonic's fight still ongoing, Deoxys watched whilst standing on top of a highway lamp post. The cyborg's speed was a bit on par with the ninja's as he always managed to get behind the latter.

Sonic barely had time to attack and often resorts to dodging the cyborg's attack. As soon as the topknot of his hair is taken off by the cyborg, he then resorts to his next tactic by making afterimages through speed alone, 'Fourfold Funeral'.

Given how far Sonic was, Genos plans on incinerating the entire area. But what stopped him was Saitama as he didn't want his cyborg disciple to mess up his apartment again. What comes next is Saitama stepping forward and blatantly insisting that Sonic take him on.

Sonic would sheathe his sword, then draw its blade after making ten after-images through speed, 'Tenfold Funeral'. Deoxys was quite intrigued that a human like Sonic would create ten after-images than four. But it would turn to Saitama and bear witness to his own tactic, "Killer Move: Serious Series... Serious Sideway Jumps!"

With a wall of after-images, more than Sonic's afterimages, the latter was beaten and his after-images dissipated in the process. Soon, the ninja was rendered unconscious.

Since the battle was over, Deoxys levitated off the lamppost and hovered towards Kombu and Seaweed's apartment room. With a quick knock on the door, it opens and Deoxys enters the room.

However, this did not go unnoticed as Fubuki had sensed Seaweed's psychic energy signature and recognized it, 'That energy just now, could it be...'

Minutes Later...

Kombu and Seaweed were reading another book with the latter's legs raised against the former's back and Deoxys was in its core form to pass the time.

Just then, Seaweed senses another person entering the area alone and pulls her legs from Kombu's back.

"What is it?" Kombu asked,

"Someone's coming near the apartment, alone this time," Seaweed said,

"Who is it?" Kombu inquired,

"That guy with three scars in on his eye," Seaweed clarified, "One of those Class-S Heroes from the meeting,"

Kombu slightly widened her eyes as there was only one hero who has a scar on their eyes. That was Class-S Rank 7, King, the Strongest Man in the World. With that in mind, Kombu closed her book and stood up from her bed, "Let's go see him, Seaweed,"

"Why?" Seaweed asked,

"The Association has stated that King's activity on the field is constant, and rarely reports to the executives of his doings," Kombu said, "Also, I kinda want to talk to the Strongest Man in the World in person,"

"Can I come too?" Seaweed requested,

"Sure, he's already in this part of the city. So it wouldn't hurt to have you meet him as well," Kombu agreed, and the two walked out the door,

After walking down some stairs, they meet the Class-S Hero just outside the apartment and he stops right in front of them.

"It's an honor to meet you, King," Kombu greeted, "What brings you to this part of the city?"

'Eh? Does Saitama have neighbors in his apartment? I thought he lived alone, also...' King gazed towards Seaweed then back at Kombu, 'They look rather familiar...'

"King-san?" Seaweed called out, and the Class - S Hero snapped out of his trance, "She asked what you're doing here? Are you here to visit someone?"

"Actually, I came here to get something from Saitama," King said, "Do you happen to know where he sleeps in?"

"We can take you there if you'd like," Kombu said, "Just follow us there,"

King strangely followed them, but soon recognized the two from the Heroes Association Headquarters after the aliens wiped City - A. But as they walked to the first set of stairs, the two girls suddenly heard rapid heartbeats from behind.

When the two turned, they saw King with an intimidating look on his face and sweat pouring down his face. If looks could kill, King would've become the prime example of the notion.

'This sound, isn't this signature move 'King Engine'? Just why is he doing it in front of us? It's not like we're trying to hurt him or anything,' Kombu remarked rather calmly,

Seaweed, on the other hand, just blinked at him while reading his thoughts at the same time.

'D-Damn, to think that I'd be this tired after one set of stairs. I guess I'm literally putting myself to my limits today,' King complained while hanging his head down and chest clutched with one hand,

It took some time to process his thoughts together, then she got a clear idea based on what she knew of him...

...

...

...

Or rather, misunderstood what he meant.

Without warning, Seaweed conjured a psychic bubble around King's body and carefully lifted him off the stairs. Much to his surprise, Kombu would express it for him, "Seaweed, what are you doing?"

"King said he's been pushing himself towards his limit since he got here," Seaweed explained, "And since this part of the city is inhabited with strong monsters, he must be cautious by whatever pops up around here,"

'Eh? What in the world is she talking about? Why is she mentioning my limits,' King wondered, 'More importantly, how could... Shit! I just remembered!'

Based on memory and the list of Class-B Heroes, Seaweed is rumored to possess psychic powers on par with Tornado of Terror, Tatsumaki. If she could read his mind, his secret may as well be revealed to both of them.

Though he wasn't against the idea since he admitted that he was a fraud, he was afraid of the circumstances. With this psychic bubble that trapped him, she may as well crush him like a bug...

Before he stuttered a word, Kombu wrapped her arms together and shot a frown at Seaweed, "Seaweed, how many times have I told you to not peer through the minds of others? It's an invasion of one's privacy,"

"Oh, I'm sorry, Kombu-Onee-chan," Seaweed apologized, then turned to King, "I'm also sorry to you, King-san. I promise that I won't peer through anyone's thoughts again,"

'Eh? just like that? I thought she was going to see through me,' King assumed, "Um... Sure, just don't do it again. Also, can you get me out of this bubble though?"

"I'll do it after we get to Saitama's floor," Seaweed promised, "He is at his limit for getting here,"

"Hm... In that case, I'll allow it," Kombu permitted, "Just be careful, okay?"

"I will!" Seaweed agreed and the three made their way to their designated floor.

She then popped her psychic bubble and continued to escort King to Saitama's door. Once they all stood in front of the door, Kombu knocks and the one who answers is Genos, "What is it?"

"Your master has an important guest here," Kombu said, and gestured her head to King,

"Oi, Saitama-shi," King called out, and walked right into the room, "Did you take my game home with you?"

Kombu and Seaweed follow suit and Genos shuts the door.

"Sorry, I did take it," Saitama apologized,

"I knew it, Hand it over," King politely asked with hand stretched out,

"No, I'm really sorry," Saitama apologized,

"No big deal, as long as you give it back," King assured,

"I erased your data," Saitama blurted out,

"Huh? What'd you say?" King inquired and Saitama just went and found the game he brought back with him,

While those two are occupied with them, Kombu turns to Fubuki, who appears to be dumbstruck by King's appearance in the room.

"It's been a while since we've seen each other," Kombu greeted, and Fubuki turned to her, "How was your day today?"

"I-It's fine, thank you for asking," Fubuki thanked, 'Just as the paper said, these two live here. But why? Why are these four so close to him... I wonder,'

"My bad," Saitama apologized, and handed King's gamepad back,

"Nah, don't worry about it. Oh, the button's smooshed in," King remarked,

"May I see it?" Seaweed asked, and those two turned to her,

King just stretched his gamepad to Seaweed, and she uses her psychic powers to restore the gamepad to it's proper condition. To which King would examine it, "Oh... Now that button isn't smooshed in, that's some power, Um..."

"Seaweed, My name is Seaweed," Seaweed revealed,

"I see... Well, thanks for fixing it," King thanked,

"You also mentioned a game in it as well, can you tell me what is it?" Seaweed asked,

"Eh, you don't know any video games?" King inquired,

"What are video games?" Seaweed inquired,

The room was deathly silent even after Kombu and Fubuki just finished talking. Then King formed quite a serious look on his face, "I normally don't teach people about this stuff, but next time I come around, I'll bring some to teach you,"

"I don't know what any of that means, but thanks anyway," Seaweed thanked,

With that, the day ends with King going home, Kombu and Seaweed returning to their room, and Fubuki returning to her people with her men.

Heroes Association Headquarters...

The Executives have gathered together for a meeting, but the topic in question revolves little about the incident Garou had caused and were more focused on providing Hero Names to their newest additions.

Genos, who aggressively attacks numerous monsters with dauntless courage, was titled 'Demon Cyborg'.

Saitama, whose outward appearance stands out above all else, was titled 'Caped Baldy'.

Kombu, whose hair is strong as weapons and tough as armor, was titled 'Emerald Seamstress'.

and finally, Seaweed, whose pink psychic powers put her on par with Tatsumaki, was titled 'Pink Psycher'.

Sitch, who was gritting his teeth in frustration, marched his way down the hallway after the Executives were focused on giving heroes nicknames rather than the incident with Garou. Stating that Silverfang volunteered to handle Garou himself.

After he entered his office, Sitch sighed and sat down on the nearby couch while placing his arms on the table and fingers clasped onto each other. Though Garou may not be part of the prophecy foreseen by the late Madame Shibabawa, he may become a problem in the future.

As he grumbled to himself...

...

...

...

He receives an unexpected visit, "Mew?"

Sitch raised his head up and saw Mew floating before him. There was silence, then came one certain thought in his mind, 'How is this creature here? Even if it's benevolent, it should've trigger Metal Knight's Security System. How could it have passed through it all?'

He wasn't alarmed in the slightest, just dumbfounded that Mew managed to infiltrate the Association's Headquarters so easily. But before he raised a question, Mew momentarily changed their surroundings to a space-like environment,

'Our surroundings have changed, yet I can breathe within this place and feel the couch I'm sitting on,' Sitch muttered, and gazed upon Mew, 'Just what are its intentions,'

Mew then conjures a projection of a human, and Sitch soon widens his eyes at the man sitting before him, "Yo, Sitch. Have you been well?"

"Blast..." Sitch mouthed,

"If you ever have any questions for me, don't bother. I only asked this creature to relay my message as I'm busy with my current mission," Blast explained, "The first order of business is that this creature, Mew as it's called, has decided to partake in my mission in finding more cubes to this 'God' I'm investigating. If possible, I would like you to inform the heads that Mew is on our side,"

"We're all aware of that, even if you've vouched for it. This creature may as well be treated as one of our most valuable heroes," Sitch remarked,

"Second, As usual, progress regarding this monster is slow. But progress is still progress as people call it," Blast stated, and Sitch just nodded his head,

"Lastly, be aware that Mew would constantly appear at your office. With it's abilities, communication between us has never been easy. But be wary of who you trust with this information," Blast advised, "It's not like I don't trust you, or anyone in the Association. It's that we can't risk any of this leaking outside our walls,"

"Understood," Sitch replied,

"That will be all," Blast stated, "Until our next discussion,"

Blast's projection soon dissipated and so did their surroundings. Just as Mew was about to left, Sitch called out on it, "Wait for a moment,"

"Mew?" Mew mouthed in confusion,

"I would like to thank you for relaying Blast's message to me, but there's also an important favor I'd like to ask of you," Sitch requested, "You see, there was an incident in one of the meeting rooms. A man named Garou had defeated three Class-A Heroes as well as a room of criminals. If you can, may I ask that you handle it?"

Mew just stared at Sitch as he was silent towards it. Then it gives a simple response, "Mew!"

Mew soon teleports out of the room, and Sitch feels some relief in the end. With Mew aboard the problem with Blast's mission and Garou, he could only hope for whatever good results it gives for the world...

That's the end of this chapter, but before you all go. I've received a question from the other websites. It revolves around the possibility of monsters wanting to become humans much like Kombu.

Here's my answer, depends on whether it's possible or not. I've already made plans for another OC on this fanfic and they ain't a monster looking to be human.

With that aside, it's time for the second 'Who's that Pokemon'. Here is the only hint you'll need: Alien

That is all I have to say and I'll see you guys in the next chapter!
