Authors note: This chapter might not be as fast paced or is interesting as chapter one was and I apologize for that, but it's a necessary one. it's more of a set up chapter for a few of the things I have planned.
Also on a side note, whether you like sub or dub I originally saw HighSchool DxD dubbed. Therefore the voice I chose to give Ravel is that of her English VA, the extremely lovely and talented Brittany Karbowski. A English voice actor whose voice I must say I'm kind of in love with.
Now without further ado onward to chapter 2.

"You can't be serious! A rating game is what got me into this mess in the first place! What makes you think I would agree to another one?"
"Relax princess, I just wanna test out my new power as a king. I only challenged you because I don't have the numbers to fight a bigger peerage." It wasn't necessarily the true reason, but he wasn't going to let them know that.
"Considering that I'm risking Irina, should I agree. What do I get out of it should I win?"
"I will give myself to you and become part of your peerage."
Rias thinks for a few minutes and says. " Fine, I agree to your terms.
" However I'm not unreasonable, I will give you 4 month to train, and for the Dragon Empress to recover from her wounds."
Without saying another word Issei completely disappears from sight. Rias turns to her older brother. " I need your help, big brother. I want to win!"

In a small but cozy apartment a magic circle appears and out it steps Issei, as a rather gruff male voice is heard. "That was a rather interesting choice, master."
"Maybe but I plan to slowly break the will of the Gremory starting with Rias and working my way up." Issei says as his shadow begins moving on its own.
The shadow then separates from his body, like something you see in Peter Pan. However unlikely the never aging boy's shadow this one was completely loyal to its master." But should you win, do you really think the Red Dragon Empress will willingly follow you? She seems pretty loyal to her Mistress."
"Relax Shadow-kun, and trust in Issei. I mean his plan worked so far. I'm free and his Queen!" Kuroka says, grabbing onto his arm, hugging it between her glorious assets. She had ditched the party dress in exchange for a black kimono with an open-top that hung low enough she might as well have been topless. In addition to this it showed much of her well toned legs. A yellow sash connected around the back by large golden beads, completing the look.
"I told you not to use those honorifics with me, cat!" Shadow gripes, but Kuroka ignores his complaints as she continues talking to her new king.
" By the way Issei, we will eventually need to build our numbers; it can't just be you and I."
"I know my love, that's why we are here in Kuoh, a town ripe with the supernatural. Home to fallen angels, demons, but more importantly home of heiresses to two great devil Clans. The Gremory heiress Rias and Sona heiress to the house of Sitri. Plus don't forget we still have to claim Ravel."
"True the bird girl did offer herself."
"She gave herself to me as a token of peace between my house and hers, who am I to ignore such an offer. Besides I can't let beauty such as hers go to waste, in her own brother's peerage. We will go back to the underworld and claim her tomorrow. Right now we will explore Kouh and take in the sights."

"Mom, Mom I'm home!"
"I'm in the kitchen Haruko! " Comes a voice from the other room. The now named Haruko walks in to find her mother in front of the stove.
"How long till dinner is ready mom?" Haruko asks, catching a whiff of whatever her mother is cooking. Haruko's mouth water slightly in anticipation of dinner.
"Around 20 to 30 minutes!"
"Okay mom sounds good I'm gonna hop in the bathtub!" Haruko runs up the stairs of the two story house and directly to the bathroom. She slides open the door to the bathroom entryway.
She slowly starts stiping of her school uniform starting with her magenta skirt dropping it to her ankles before stepping out of it. Next she removes the black shoulder cape and matching button-down corset. She loosens the black ribbon of her collar before unbuttoning her white blouse.
She stands there a moment before removing her bright pink panties and matching bra, followed lastly by her white socks. The last thing she does is remove the two hair ties that kept her long brunette locks tied into two ponytails going down to her ass.
She looks up staring at herself in the mirror. The image staring back at her is that of an incredibly beautiful girl. Her bright golden eyes compliment her brown hair perfectly. Her measurements were bust 84cm, waist 70cm, hip 81cm or at least that's what she measured last time she had a medical checkup.
She turns and opens the door to the bathroom. She turns on the water to the tub, then proceeds to wash her hair with the shower head on the side, while the tub fills. She lets cool refreshing water pour down on her head before soaping up her hair.
She quickly rinses her hair then turns toward the tub, sticking a finger in to test the temperature. It is not incredibly hot but not straight lukewarm either, it is just right. She steps into the tub before slowly sinking into the water.
As she sits in the tub she thinks about the events of the day. School started off relatively normal. She had met up with her best friend Katase Sakura and walked to school. Upon getting in the classroom the Perverted Dou of Motohama and Matsuda, we're doing what they typically do and yapping on about their porn collection. In-between classes she tried to flirt with the school heartthrob Yuuto Kiba, but to no avail.
After classes she had gone to Kendo Club only to get spied on by Motohama and Matsuda, while she and the other girls of the Kendo Club changed their clothes. She and the other girls quickly got dressed once they realize they were being watched, then proceeded to go out and beat the fuck out of the perverts. That however was when the unusual happened.
After giving them the beating they deserved, she had wished that they would just burn up and die. Something she truly didn't mean but, she was just pissed in the moment. But as she and the other girls turned to go back to the locker room the weirdest thing happened. Motohama's pants randomly caught fire, Haruko looked behind her as she smelled the faint smell of smoke. After the initial shock of the random fire wore off and Motohama had been taken to the school infirmary, she had proceeded to head home.
As she soaks in the tub, she wonders if she had somehow caused the fire, because she had wished moments before for him to burn up. She shakes that thought out of her head, thinking the incident as pure coincidence. After soaking for a few more minutes she gets out of the tub. She grabs a towel from the towel ring on the wall, quickly drying herself off. After getting dressed, eating dinner, and doing her homework she settles off into bed quickly falling asleep.

Issei wakes up and stares at the ceiling for a few moments, before turning to the alarm clock on the table by the bed. "10:00" Issei reads before turning his gaze back to the ceiling. He and Kuroka had done some exploring last, and had run into a cute little nun girl named Asia Argento, after Issei helped her find the church they had promised to meet each other in the next day around 1pm.
" Kuroka my love it's time to wake up!"
Issei says, shaking the naked nekomata that is laying next to him in bed.
"Five more minutes!"
He quickly hops out of bed giving Kuroka a few more minutes to wake up. He quickly gets dressed and hears the sound of Kuroka lightly snoring. He quickly summons Shimo, as he waves his hand making a magic circle appear." If Kuroka wakes up, tell her I went to the devil's realm in order to claim Ravel."
"Of course master!" She says as Issei steps through the portal to appear at the front gate of Castle Phenex.
He approaches the gate only to be stopped by a guard. " Halt! State your business at Castle Phenex!"
"I'm Issei Hyouduo, heir to the house of Hyouduo. I'm here on official business with permission from Lord Riser."
" Give us a few minutes sir while we confirm this!"
"No need! " comes a voice that Issei recognized." Riser can confirm that this is indeed Issei Hyoudou! You will let him pass under Riser's direct orders. "
" Right away Riser-Sama!" The guards moved out of the way allowing Issei to pass. He walks past the guards and starts following Riser. " Riser takes it you here for his sister."
"Yes!"
Riser stops and turns to look at Issei. " Ravel is Riser's precious sister, so you better not hurt her. "
"Relax once she becomes part of my peerage, I promise I will keep her safe."
"Good, Riser expects nothing less from his champion." Riser says as he turns back towards the castle and keeps walking.
Issei follows him to the left as he walks up a set of stairs in the entrance hall. He makes a left at the top of the steps as Riser looks back, to make sure Issei was still following him. He then continues to make his way down the hall. He makes another left after about 200 ft. As Issei rounds the corner at the second left, he sees Riser standing there facing him.
"The whole north side of the west wing belongs to Riser. There is enough room for him and all 15 members of his peerage, as well as Rias and her peerage."
Issei just nods as an extremely mature looking woman walks up behind Riser.
She has long flowing hair around the color of red wine and eyes to match. Even her nail polish and lips matched her hair perfectly. She wears a navy blue tunic top, that shows off most of her very glorious assets. She wears a pale blue skirt that looks purple when the light hits it right, and knee high stocking connected to black garter belts, and the look is completed by a gold choker with red and blue gems embedded into it.
"Issei meet Riser's queen Yubelluna!"
Issei overtly stares at her, then looks down at her chest, then back at her face." I must say Riser you have excellent taste in women as she is a stunningly gorgeous sight to behold."
"Riser-sama I n-"
Yubelluna's words are cut off as Riser brings her in for a kiss, groping her voluptuous chest in the process. Her expression changes to that of pleasure, as Riser assaults her directly in front of Issei.
"ISSEI, YOUR HERE!" Comes a loud yet sweet feminine voice, that has just the slightest hint of rasp to it. A pair of arms wrap around Issei as the breasts of the voice's owner press against his back. "I was wondering when you would come to claim me!"
"Yes Ravel-chan I'm here to get you!"
"Well waste no time! Let's get this ritual over with!" She runs into a room to which Issei follows her.
The room was a large library with a large magic circle in the middle of the floor. As Issei walks in he sees Revel changing a few of the runes on the magic circle." Okay Issei you take the left side of the circle and you go to the right Big Brother. Once the two kings are in their place Issei takes one of his bishop pieces and hands it to Ravel. Both he and Rizer channel their magic power into the circle. At that moment Ravel and the evil piece begin to glow.
After what felt like almost an eternity Ravel was standing there with another bishop piece in her hand. She turns and hands the evil piece to her brother" Big Brother, I believe this is yours!"
"Thank you sister dearest!"
Issei looks at his watch, it was 12:30. "Ravel we need to go!" Issei says not wanting to miss his date with Asia.
"Right, Issei!"
Issei summons a magic circle and the two step into it. Issei appears in the back apartment bedroom to find Shimo waiting patiently by a sleeping Kuroka.
He had been gone for an hour and a half or so and Kuroka was still sleeping.
He quickly freshens up a little bit, before telling Ravel where he was going and giving her the same orders he had given Shimo for when Kuroka finally woke up. He creates a magic circle and teleports to the park where he had agreed to meet Asia.
He teleports in an alley near the park so that Asia wouldn't see him. He eventually planned to tell her what he really was but that would come in time. He walks into the park, and spots the blonde nun in the distance.
As he approaches he takes a moment to take in her beauty. She is a bit shorter than Issei, and built a bit smaller than someone like Kuroka. She has long silky blonde hair that pokes out from her headdress and beautiful vibrant green eyes that shine like emeralds. She was still wearing her nun attire which consisted of a dark teal dress with blue accents and a white headdress with matching accents.
"Issei! Good afternoon, how are you?"
I'm fine, especially now that I'm in the presence of such a beautiful maiden.
Asia turns bright red as puts her head down. " That's very kind of you to say Issei."
"You're welcome Asia, now as I promised I will show you around town."
" Thank you again for your help Issei, now let's go!"
