Just who the hell are you? And why would I invite some random woman into my house?"
"Please Sir! I only need a place to stay for a little bit. I will be out of your hair as soon as the sun goes down."
Issei looks up to see the sun peeking over the horizon, about half way up. The girl lets out a small hiss as the sun hits her, she quickly shifts into the fleeting amount of shadow.
"I see now what you are! You are a vampire!"
"Yes but I promise I won't try to drink your blood. Just give me a place to stay, that's all I ask."
"It just so happens that I do have a spare room you can use, however I have one stipulation before I agree."
"Anything! Name your price and I will pay it. I just don't want to die in the sun."
"Become mine!" Issei replies, getting a puzzle look from the vampire girl.
"What do you mean to become yours? You mean like your girlfriend or something? I don't date humans!"
"Good thing I'm not human then." Issei flares up his magical aura, causing the girl to stumble into the sunlight out of fear. Her flesh begins to burn almost immediately, and she quickly jumps back into the shadows. "I'm a very powerful devil, and by mine I want you to join my peerage and harem."
"Your harem?! Haha you are a bold one. But I like it, let me have a place to stay tonight and I will consider it"
"Welcome to my home vampire." Issei grabs her hand, causing her to blush just slightly… she quickly puts her head down hoping he wouldn't see as she gets pulled into the apartment living room.
"I suppose I should introduce myself, I am Issei Hyoudou, heir to the house of Hyoudou."
"Saya Akazawa, last surviving member of the Akazawa vampire clan." her voice filled with sorrow.
"Last surviving member? Your turn of voice makes it sound like something happened recently."
"Ah yes, up until a couple of weeks ago we were a thriving vampire clan. I understand if you haven't heard of us because we typically tended to keep to the shadows. To satiate our thirst we only targeted people no one would miss, homeless people, prostitutes, lawyers."
"Lawyers?"
"Yes, my father had a particular hatred of them. But anyway everything changed when we were attacked by a psychopath dressed as a priest, he called himself Freed Sellzen." At the mention of the pathetic excuse for a priest Issei couldn't help but laugh. Earning a rather angry look from Saya. "My family was killed and you're laughing about it? How dare you!"

"Correction master," Levina's voice interrupts Issei. " You did nothing! I am the one that burnt that pathetic human to a crisp." Issei turns to see her now wearing a pair of pink panties, and one of his t-shirts.
"Yes I suppose you did! Levina meet Saya she is a vampire. You indirectly avenged her family by killing Freed Sellzen."
Saya can barely contain herself, as she runs at Levina. "Thank you! Thank you! You have no idea what a relief it is that families spirits can finally rest in peace."
She attempts to hug Levina but is promptly pushed away. "You are welcome! However, that does not give you the right to touch me, you leach!"
Issei gives the dragon girl a look of disappointment. "Be nice Levina!"
Levina begrudgingly accepts the hug, but then quickly pushes saya away after a few seconds. " Sorry for Levina's behavior, she is my familiar. She can be a bit of a spoiled brat at times, but she has a good heart. Levina, go back to bed and I will be there shortly."
Levina nods and disappears into the hallway. "I assume that she is one of your harem members on top of being a familiar? I definitely want to be part of your Harem now because I want to find a way to pay back Levina for avenging my family."
"Very well then repeat after me, just replace my name with yours." Issei conjures one of his Pawn pieces." I Issei Hyoudou hereby devote my life to serving as a pawn in service to the house of Hyoudou."
"I Saya Akazawa hereby devote my life to serving as a pawn in service to the house of Hyoudou."
As the pawn piece disappears into her chest, Issei summons the other dragon girl of his harem. "Shimo please help Saya pick out a room. I'm going back to Levina before she has a conniption."
Shimo nods, "of course master! Have fun with Levina!"
Issei disappears into his room, as Shimo turns to Saya. "Welcome to the family Saya!"
"Are you a peerage member as well?" Saya asks
"Oh Kami no! I'm a familiar as well! And I know master already said it, but don't take Levina's actions too harshly. She never really shows affection for anyone but master, lightning dragons tend to be that way."
"I understand and honestly I can't be mad at her. She did kill my family's murderer after all. By the way if Levina is a lightning dragon then what are you?"
"I'm an ice dragon and here we are!" She stops in front of the door with a blank nameplate. "Once you take possession of the room just think how you want to decorate it, and the magic will do the rest."
As Saya walks into the room, into the room she thinks to herself and the room responds. The lighting in the room dim, a large fireplace appears on the far side of the room, with a dimly lit fire crackling in it. Two large armchairs appear in front of the fire, and on the opposite side is a large full size bed with a dark canopy over it.
She looks around the room, "wow this magic is really something. It was able to effortlessly recreate my room from my old family estate."
"I'm glad it is to your liking!" Shimo says with a curtsy.
"Issei must really be something if he has two powerful dragons serving as his familiars."
"Actually he has four familiars. Levina and I, as well as a shadow person named Shadow and a phoenix named Azar."
"Seriously, just how powerful is he to have four familiars?"
"Master is definitely powerful, but he is not one to abuse that power. Anyway you should probably get some sleep. Should you need anything, do not hesitate to call me."
Saya nods as she sits down on the edge of the bed. "Thank you, Shimo-san!"

A few hours later the rest of Issei's peerage began to awaken . Being that today was a Sunday they could afford to sleep in a couple extra hours.
As Issei makes breakfast in the kitchen Kuroka is the first to walk in. "Nyaa! Issei I that another one of the rooms is occupied!"
"Yes Kuroka, that would be Saya! I imagine she is probably sleeping. She is the newest member of our family, she is a vampire. She showed up early this morning, just as the sun was coming up. She was seeking shelter for the day."
"And you managed to charm her into becoming a devil? Nyaa!"
"Well not exactly, I asked her and she said she'd consider it. But Levina is the real hero, remember that psychopath priest from Raynare's church."
Kuroka nods as Issei puts a plate of pancakes in front of her." Well it turns out he killed her family shortly before our little raid on the church."
"I heard my name!" Raynare says as she walks out and sits down.
"Yes nyaa! Issei was just talking about our newest family member. Her biological family was murdered by that psychopathic priest you worked with! Nyaa!"
"And she shows up at our door? Wow, talk about a coincidence."
"Do I smell pancakes? I could get used to being a devil." Xenovia says as she sits at the table. Xenovia suddenly yelps as she holds her head. This causes everyone to look at her with concern. "Sorry I tried praying for the food and I suddenly felt a sharp pain."
"Well that was dumb church girl!" Ingvild's voice comes as she enters the dining room. "Think you are a devil now, essentially the mortal enemy of christian god that you pray to."
"Right! That is going to take some getting used to." She says taking a bite out of the pancakes in front of her.
Soon Ravel and Xuelan come to dinner, followed shortly by Haruko and her mother. The latter taking the news that her daughter is now a devil surprisingly well, even accepting that her daughter is essentially part of their savior's harem.
"Oh! What are you cooking, husband?" Leina says as she lazily sinks down into a chair
Issei simply set pancakes in front of her. She looks at it hungrily as she drenches them in an ungodly amount of Syrup.
The next ones to show up are all four of Issei's familiars, Shimo, Levina, Azar and Shadow. The very last to arrive at the dinner table is Hecate.
"Fuck my head hurts! I had too much to drink last night!"
"Didn't some guy summon you last night, Hecate?" Xuelan asks, turning to the succubus.
"Yes, but my client and I got drunk last night before did the deed! Issei as much as I like your cooking I'll just have some coffee!"
Issei nods as he starts using the coffee machine to brew her a cup of coffee.
Issei turns to address his peerage. " summer vacation starts and our rating game with the Gremory heiress is in a week and a half. We are going to spend the next week and a half training. We are going to make sure that everyone is ready to take on the Gremory bitch. We will leave as soon as everyone is awake."
Ravel looks around at the table, "but Issei this is everyone."
Issei shakes his head, and informs Ravel and everyone else that wasn't privy to the knowledge already about their newest vampire edition to the peerage.
It's just then that said vampire girl hallway entrance." Is this ths rest of the family?"
Issei nods as everyone introduces themself. Haruko's mother Kaede noting that she is not part of a harem nor a actual member of the peerage.
"It nice to meet all of you! I'm Saya Akazawa! Thank you for welcoming me into your family!"
"Good Saya you are awake! We actually have a combat competition planned against another devil house and we are going to train for that. So as soon as everyone is done breakfast we're going to spend the next week training"
