It has been two days sense Issei's training and Esdeath was currently in the ORC looking out the window with binoculars at Ichigo.

"Ah, Ichigo I wish we can always be together but alas you have this time consuming thing called school that is keeping us apart." Esdeath says to her self as she continues to watch Ichigo.

"I still remember when we first met." Esdeath thinks as she closes her eyes to reminisces about when Ichigo and her first met.

Esdeaths Memories

Esdeath had just set up a tournament to find and recruit Jaegers and while she was at, hopefully find love.

As she sat on her throne in the arena she watched the fights with boredom that was until the final match.

It was a match between two teens one with brown hair who was called Tatsumi the Black Smith and the other with bright orange hair named Ichigo Kurosaki no fancy title, that in itself is what cought her interest in Ichigo in the first place.

As the match began the two circled each other until Tatsumi charged foward and threw a straight punch with his right fist only for Ichigo to grab his fist with his left hand and shot his right foot straight up kicking Tatsumi in the chin.

This caused Tatsumi to stumble backward only to be met with a flurry of punches from Ichigo until Ichigo swept Tatsumi's legs and stomped down on his head and when Tatsumi tried to get vack up Ichigo stomped on his head again two more times breaking the concrete beneath Tatsumi's head when Ichigo lifted his foot Tatsumi was knocked out.

The crowd erupted in cheers causing Ichigo to smile awkwardly and rubbed the back of his head causing Esdeath to blush at how cute he looked.

After the match was called and Tatsumi's friends got him Esdeath stood up and decided that Ichigo was the one.

She walked down the stairs that lead from the arena to the throne she was sitting on.

When she arrived in front of Ichigo, Ichigo looked confused and Esdeath said, "Ichigo right, if I'm correct that means he who protects, you put on an impressive show, now as for your reward."

She reached into her breast pocket and pulled out a collar with a chain attached to it and clipped it around Ichigo"s neck.

"Wha-what are you doing!?" Ichigo shouted as he grabbed the chain and pulled it, stopping Esdeath from dragging him to god knows where.

"I have decided you will be my lover." Esdeath said with a small blush causing Ichigo to blush and start stammering.

"Ichigo!" a high pitched voice yelled out and when Esdeath looked she saw three girls approaching.

The Jaegers blocked the three girls path that was when one of them who was dressed weird and had brown hair started sparking, another with white hair and red eyes got into a fighting stance, and the last that had a dark orange hair and clothes from a fantasy novel jumped back and started chanting something.

"Tell me Ichigo are those three you girlfriends or wives?" Esdeath asked as she narrowed her eyes and the temperature dropped.

This caused Ichigo blushing face to become completely red at the thought and the girls blushed and started denying what she had said although the orange haired girl looked like she wasn't embarrassed but liked the idea.

"They are my friends okay jeez don't go saying embarrassing things like that with a straight face!" Ichigo shouted calming Esdeath's nerves.

"I see, they also seem to know how to fight how would you girls like to join the Jaegers?" Esdeath asked with narrowed eyes still not liking that they are closer to Ichigo then she is but didn't want her new lover to hate her.

"Jaegers, what's that?" the white haired girl asked with narrowed eyes.

One Explanation Later as They Traveled to the Castle

"So you guys are a special police force that just got put together?" The brown haired girl known as Misaka Mikoto asked for confirmation.

"Yes, but I'm more interested in your abilities." one of the Jaegers known as Rin stated.

"Before that can I ask something?" Ichigo asked as he got a response from Esdeath saying, " Go ahead."

"Okay, I just wanted to know why am I still wearing this collar!?" Ichigo shouted annoyed that him asking nicely several times to take the collar off didn't make Esdeath budge.

"I don't know, I find it ironic someone like you are in such a situation." the white haired girl named Moka said chuckling a little.

"Yeah, I didn't know you had such a fetish Ichigo!" the orange haired girl named Lina said laughing loudly at her own comment.

"Shut up!" Ichigo shouted as he sat behind Esdeath on a horse as everyone else walked.

"I want to know about your adventures and why there are three girls following you?" Esdeath asked since judging by his and his friends clothes they must have come from afar.

"Um, maybe we can talk about it tomorrow, I'm pretty tired." Ichigo said as he gave an awkward smile and rubbed the back of his head with his right hand.

Esdeath looked back and blushed a little at Ichigo's smile before facing foward and deciding to hold off on the question and said, "Very well."

The rest of the way to the castle was rather quiet.

In the Castle at Night

"Um, why do I have to sleep in your room?" Ichigo asked with a blush on his face as Esdeath came out of the shower wearing nothing but a shirt showing off her generous cleavage.

"Because you are my lover silly, plus I can't let tour friends get further ahead of me." Eadeath said whispering the last part to herself.

"What?" "Nothing." Esdeath replied quickly to Ichigo's question.

"So, Esdeath you like me?" Ichigo asked scratching his cheek with his right index finger only for Esdeath to kiss him.

"I don't like you I love you." Esdeath said causing Ichigo's mind to go blank for a second and ask, "Why?"

This made Esseath stop to think but before Esdeath could say anything Ichigo said, "Esdeath I don't know you and you don't know me, so how about we start off as friends and go from there?"

Esdeath didn't like this but there was something she just learned about Ichigo and that was he was honest about his feelings.

This caused Esdeath to smile and agree to be friends for now and suggested to Ichigo that the both of them should ask each other some questions in order to get to know one another better.

"Esdeath what's with the tattoo on your chest?" Ichigo asked wondering why he felt more spiritual energy coming from the place off her tattoo then anywhere else on here body.

Esdeath smiled and said, "It appeared when I took my Imperial Arms."

This got a confused look from Ichigo making ask, "Imperial Arms?" which made Esdeaths eyes go wide since Ichigo didn't know what an Imperial Arms was.

"I thought you and your friends had Imperial Arms, but if you don't then what do you have?" Esdeath asked only for Ichigo said he would explain tomorrow since it was late.

Esdeath was curious but agreed and laid next to Ichigo pressing her breasts against his arm and fell asleep.

Few Weeks Pass

It had been a few weeks since Ichigo and his friends arrived and in that time it was explained that Ichigo and his friends are from different worlds and there power doesn't come from Imperial Arms.

Moka had asked Esdeath to help tutor Ichigo on how to properly act in front of royalty which Esdeath agreed to.

Even though everything was going fine it didn't last when Ichigo asked Esdeath privately, "Why is there a Rebal Army and why does Night Raid only target Nobles?"

Esdeath was slightly shocked because she didn't want Ichigo or his friends to worry about why they were doing what they were doing but simply help destroy them.

"Esdeath are you okay it looks like you've seen a ghost?" Ichigo asked with a worried look in his eye causing Esdeath chest to feel light.

She smiled before adopting a serious face and said, "It doesn't matter we are to dispose of them and that's all that matters." this led to a argument for a while.

"Look, Esdeath, I don't like how things are run around here and I'll be leaving soon so can you please help me talk to the king?" Ichgo asked as he aighed trying to calm down.

This of course made Esdeath's world she had built in her head with her memories of Ichigo to start crumbling.

"Why are you leaving, don't you like me, no I won't let you go!" Esdeath whispered the first part as she screamed the last then she jumped on Ichigo choking him with both hands not to kill him but to make him pass out.

"E-Es-death." Ichigo managed to get out before he smiled and lifted his left hand and wiped something wet from her eye, he then closed his eyes as he passed out.

This of course shocked Esdeath as she let go only to see ice around Ichigo's throat, she looked at her hands and tears fell onto them, she then felt a pain she hasn't felt before it was in her chest and it hurt a lot causing her to scream in agony.

That was when her Jaegers and Ichigo's friends rushed into the room to see what was going on only to be shocked at what the saw.

"Ichigo!" screamed Moka, Mikoto, and Lina as they rushed to his side and Lina chanted something and a green light surrounded her hands that went to Ichigo's throat as her Jaegers at seeing Esdeath crying.

Half an Hour Later

It was night out and Esdeath was in her room having felt a couple of things she has never felt before in the past half an hour and those were (According to Rin) guilt, hope, sadness, and depressed.

Rin also said there is no cure for the pain you feel that's caused by your feelings you just have to tough it out though if she wanted to talk about it he would listen.

As she laid on her bed in depression there was a knock on the door and Ichigo"s voice came through asking, "Can I come in?"

Esdeath shot up and went to her door and opened it to see Ichigo who gave her a genuine smile and said, "How are you doing?" causing Esdeath to hug him tight and to start crying.

After that Ichigo went into Esdeath's room and sat on her bed and said, "It was never my intention to hurt you Esdeath but seeing as me saying I was leaving had such a big effect on you I guess I can give you your surprise I was planning to give you. before I left."

Ichigo stretched out his right hand and opened it palm upward as two knight pieces from a chess game formed in his hand.

"What are these?" Esdeath asked poking one of them sensing some sort of energy from the chess pieces.

"These are known as evil pieces..." Ichigo then went on to explain about evil pieces and peerages and the supernatural of his world and what it ment for him to give her the evil pieces.

Esdeath realized that Ichigo wasn't going to leave her behind but take her to his world this got her to blush as she thought that accepting the pieces was like a marriage proposal, so she accepted the pieces.

The next day Ichigo got to meet the king and managed to talk him into talking to the rebal army promising to protect him with his life.

After a while there was no more war between the rebal army and the imperial knights and the prime minister was executed for his crimes and also used as an example for the corrupt nobles.

Then the time came to leave and with Night Raid and some of the Jaegers joining forces for a new special unit they came to say goodbye as thefive people went through the portal.
