Fighting Against the Jazzy Music
Sun is seen sitting between Yang and Blake watching the next match of the Double Round day along with their friends and team, and they appear to be enjoying this fight a lot more than the other ones for some reason.
"Do you girls remember how you told me about Cardin being a bully?" Sun asked.
"Yeah, picking on any Faunus he sees even the ones who are his upperclassmen." Yang nodded.
"And the jerk doesn't care about getting himself into trouble like getting four detentions this year." Blake added.
"Well, good news for you girls because today is the day that you'll get to see the bully's team getting beaten." Sun gestured to today's match.
True to Sun's words, two of Cardien's teammates are getting their butt handed to them by none other than Penny as she uses her flying swords to carry two large rocks they were trying to hide behind and slams them down so hard that the boys were knocked out and their Auras being gone.
"And victory goes to Penny and Ciel of Atlas!" Oobleck announced.
"Thank you for a wonderful time." Penny thanked with a respectful bow before she and her partner turn around and walked away from the battle.
"You're right, it was worth it to watch." Yang smiled.
"Penny did great." Sage nodded, nice to see Penny has been doing well in the tournament.
"Come Ruby, we should go see Penny and graduate her on a job well done on that fight." Elena said to Ruby.
"Just what I was thinking! Are you coming, Sage?" Ruby asked.
"Go on without me, tell her I said hi." Sage turned down the offer, he has to go somewhere with Scarlet and Neptune for a while.
"Tell Penny we should hang out some more, that girl is awesome." Sun said.
"We'll do that." Elena nodded and gave Sun a quick kiss on the lips before they leave to meet up with Penny.
Elena and Ruby caught up to Penny and her partner as they enter the hallway between the audience seats.
"Penny!" Ruby called out.
"Hello, dear friend!" Elena smiled.
"Ruby! Elena!" Penny smiled excitedly and jump right at them so hard that she tackled them down to the ground.
"Why…" Ruby groaned.
"We're happy to see you too." Elena smiled despite the pain from that tackle, then Penny gets back up on her feet.
"Ruby, Elena, this is my teammate." Penny gestured to her teammate.
"Ciel Soleil." Ciel introduced herself with a bow.
Ciel has dark skin, short, dark teal hair and blue eyes. She also has a gold marking consisting of an oval shape surrounded by four smaller circles in the center of her forehead. She wears a blue beret, a plain off white golden button-down shirt with an asymmetrical collar, a blue combat skirt with black waistband and fingerless, elbow-length black gloves with a wristwatch on her left hand and black shoes alongside white, golden buttoned boot chaps. Breasts size: C-cup.
"It is very nice to meet you." Elena greeted with a bow of her own.
"Hi, I'm Ru" Ruby was about to introduce herself, but Ciel cut off her.
"Ruby Rose. 15. Hails from Patch. Leader of Team RWBY. Status: Questionable." Ciel raised an eyebrow at Ruby before moving to Elena.
"Elena. 17. Hails from Vacuo. Member of Team MEMI. Status: Peaceful but curious." Ciel said.
"Wow, you are very well informed." Elena commented.
"It's what I do." Ciel said.
"Sooo... Penny! You two were incredible out there. How do you keep control of all those swords? It's so cool!" Ruby complimented.
"Yes, it was like you were having so much fun." Elena nodded.
"Penny? I believe it is best if we move on to our next location." Ciel looked at her watch points at it.
"Could we have just a minute to talk?" Penny asked as she wants to spend a little more time with Ruby and Elena. Ciel allows them and she walks away for a bit.
"It is nice that you have made a new friend, Penny. She seems have cooperative." Elena said.
"Yeah, but… is she... your friend or...?" Ruby asked what this girl is to Penny.
"Well, in a way. She's like Blake, but if Blake was ordered to spend time with you." Penny explained about Ciel's personality a bit.
"Oh. So, Weiss." Ruby realized, comparing the two together.
"Precisely." Penny nodded.
"But it's still nice that you've gotten yourself a new friend, being close together as a team is about having friends like any other." Elena believed.
"I believe so too, which is why I'm hoping to have Ciel feel a little less strict with timing and orders and just have fun." Penny nodded.
"Wait! Does she know about... y'know... beep boop bop, does not compute?" Ruby asked, acting like a robot with the tone whispering, wondering if Ciel knows about Penny being a robot.
"Oh no. General Ironwood doesn't really want anyone to know. There was an incident with a magnet, but I was able to play it off." Penny explained.
(Moments Ago)
Penny and Ciel are standing together at the fair ground with the former wearing a large sun hat until the wind picks up making the hat fly a little to reveal the magnet stuck on her head. Penny quickly pulls it back down before Ciel turns to Penny with a small smile as she does the same.
(Present)
The three girls laugh together at how silly that moment was, Elena is also curious about if any other magnets would stick onto her body like her arms, legs, or even her butt that causes Elena to laugh a little more but holds it in.
"So Penny, have you been enjoying your first Vytal Festival?" Elena asked.
"Oh yes, it is the most wonderful event I have ever experienced and it's even better that I get to enjoy it with my friends!" Penny answered with a smile, pulling them into a tight hug.
"There's something I've been wanting to talk to you two about." Penny said. She leans over to see Ciel isn't listening to their conversation before going back to her friends.
"I want to stay at Beacon." Penny revealed her plan, surprising the two friends.
"Penny, they'll never let you do that." Ruby said, looking sad that Penny's plan may not work.
"Yes, didn't you mention that you're very important to Atlas and the military?" Elena asked, remembering the talk they had had when her secret was revealed to them.
"Do not worry, I have a plan." Penny said with a mischief grin.
"It's been precisely one minute, ma'am." Ciel informed, walking up to Penny and tapping on her watch.
"I'll talk to you more soon, Ruby, Elena. Be seeing you real soon." Penny waved goodbye as she walks away with Ciel.
"Our next match will begin in 15 minutes!" Port informed.
"Oh my, we better get going if we're going to see the fight!" Elena said.
"Oh my gosh, that's right! It's time for—"
(With Yang and Weiss)
Yang and Weiss, being the duo for the Double Round, are standing together on the fighting stage with the former stretching her arms.
"Well, now it's our turn!" Yang excitedly.
"Just remember to keep proper form." Weiss advised.
"Alright." Yang rolled her eyes and look over to see her family and boyfriend are cheering for her and Weiss.
"Show them your strength, Yang!" Raven shouted.
"Give them a big "Yang" in this fight!" Sun cheered with a pun.
"Too bad your better puns can't do anything to make hers better." Summer chuckled.
"Hey, her puns are funny." Sun believed.
"Yes, even I find them to be quite entertaining." Cammy said.
"Only you would find something lame or bad as funny." Chun-Li sighed.
"You're from Atlas. What could we expect?" Yang asked, curious about the kind of opponents who are from the same kingdom as Weiss.
"Well, seeing as their Kingdom, academy and armed forces are all merged as one, I think we can expect strict, militant fighters with advanced technology and carefully rehearsed strategies." Weiss listed the stuff she believes the students of Atlas would be like.
Suddenly a rainbow zooms past both Yang and Weiss catching them by surprise and look over to the opposite end of the stage to see one girl with a cat tail and the other is a guy with a trumpet and shades.
"... Or whatever they are." Weiss said, having no idea on what these guys are bringing to the fight.
The guy is Flynt Coal, a young, dark-skinned man with dark brown eyes. He wears rectangular sunglasses and a dark fedora with a blue trim on his head as well as an earring on his right ear. He wears a dark vest over an untucked white dress shirt, with a loose tie wrapped around the collar. Completing his attire is a pair of dark dress pants, silver dress shoes and a dark glove on his left hand.
The girl is Neon Katt, a young girl with a light complexion. She has sea green eyes and moderate red-orange hair with light blue streaks in her bangs. As a feline Faunus, Neon's physical trait is that of a cat tail covered with pink fur that becomes lighter toward the tip. She wears a large range of bright colors and is lighter and more revealing than that of most other characters. She wears a light blue cropped tank top over a dark purple bra, showing her upper cleavage. She also wears dark purple short shorts under a pink combat mini-skirt and white belt with a yellow winking smiley face on the buckle. Two buttons are fixed to her tank top over her right breast, one purple with a cat design and another green one with a heart. Her hair was done up in two pig tails. She also has a white cat bell collar around her neck, a pair of bracers on her arms and pads on her shins and knees. She wears red trick roller blades, which she also uses to quickly move around. The roller blades each only have two wheels to assist her in her tricks. A tattoo of a shooting star with a red, green and yellow trail winds around her right arm. Neon wears two small gold earrings in her left ear and one in her right. Breasts size: FF-cup.
"Mom, I thought Atlas Academy was all the strict and serious stuff. Those two looks more like they're from a music nightclub." Sun surprised.
"You'd be surprised to see how there are things that doesn't always fit with most things, there also kids like them back in my school days." Cammy revealed.
"Didn't we know a guy who was always strict with the rules?" Qrow asked Raven and Summer, trying to remember the guy and his name.
"Oh, I think his name was Guile." Summer recalled.
"Isn't he the one with the stupid flat top hairstyle that is bigger than his head?" Raven recalled that hairstyle, finding that to be the stupidest thing she has ever seen in her life.
"Yeah, yeah, Flat Top Guile! Now I remember, I did a prank on his hair that one time for birds to make their nest." Qrow laughed at the memories of that time.
"Now that is something I wanna see!" Sun interested in this Guile guy to see this hairstyle.
"Hey!" Flynt called out to Weiss, getting her attention.
"You Weiss Schnee, right? The heiress." Flynt asked.
"I am." Weiss answered with a confident smile.
"I take it you're pretty good with Dust, then?" Flynt asked as well, in a friendly tone though Sun can tell that he is just an act.
"I do my best." Weiss said humbly with her hands on her hips.
"Yeah, my dad was good too. Owned a little Dust shop of his own. Till your father's company ran him out of business." Flynt said with his tone being a little bit dark and his eyes hiding behind the shades.
This got Weiss to feel sad upon realizing that this guy's father was one of the victims that were brushed away by her cruel father, and this guy has a grudge against her just because she's related to that mean man.
"I'm sorry to hear that." Weiss apologized.
"Sure you are." Flynt looked away sarcastically, not buying that apology crap from the rich bitch.
"Hey! Why don't you—"
"Hey! Why don't you?" Neon cut off Yang by imitating her words and using a mocking tone. "That's what you sound like!" She giggled.
Yang was caught off guard from how that girl talk to her like that and has no idea on how to react to that.
"Hey! Where'd you get your hair extensions?" Neon asked.
"This is just my normal hair, which I inherited from my mom." Yang revealed while stroking her long hair.
"Ooh, really?" Neon surprised with a mocking smirk. This only makes Yang feel annoyed from this girl.
"Yeah! Is that a prob—" Yang was gonna ask, but Neon cut her off again.
"You should try rollerblading sometime! It's super fun! It'd probably take you a while, though, since you're so... you know, top-heavy." Neon insulted as she spins around and sways her hips.
Yang looks down at her large breasts getting the worse feeling that this cat girl just called her fat because of her chest, she was about to shout at the girl in anger but then stop herself and remember something important as she looks over to where her mom-Raven is. She can sense that she is watching over her daughter, and hoping she doesn't let her emotions get the best of her.
"(Easy there, Yang. Remember not to let your opponents use your anger against you.)" Raven thought hoped Yang remember that advice.
Yang closes her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath then out, open her eyes again with a grinned mouth.
"Rollerblading sounds fun, maybe you and I can do that together after me and Weiss win this match." Yang pounded her fists together with a calm and confident look in her eyes.
Neon is surprised that her taunting didn't work on this girl somehow since she looks more like the kind of girl who would get angry from her words, but she didn't and look at Flynt who shrugs in confusion.
Then the fighting stage started to change into four new areas around the four combatants, the volcanic area, sandy desert, steaming geysers, and ruined buildings.
"You're actually keeping your cool." Weiss surprised.
"Thank my mom, she taught me how to control myself and know when to use my Semblance." Yang smiled.
"Looks like Yang is able to control herself better." Summer noticed that her little Sun Dragon isn't falling for that cat girl's mean words.
"We'll see when the fighting starts." Raven said.
"Go get them, Yang!" Ruby cheered for her big sister.
"Three! Two! One!" Port started the countdown.
Neon bends down and gets ready as she grins at her opponents who are confused of what she is grinning about, but they will find out soon.

"BEGIN!"
Flynt plays his trumpet with a powerful soundwave that nearly blows Yang and Weiss back as they try their best to hold their ground, and Neon goes into the soundwave with the rainbow trail behind her.
Yang saw this and quickly spoke to her teammate.
"Weiss! I'll fight the cat girl; trumpet boy is all yours." Yang called out.
"Got it!" Weiss said with a nod and a thumbs up.
Weiss forms a glyph to keep herself in place while Yang tries to jump out of the soundwave, but Neon came in with a strike from her nun-chuck that knocks her into the ruined city area.
Weiss and Flynt stare at each other for a second and the latter unleashes another soundwave to knock the heiress away, but Weiss conjures black glyphs to keep herself from being blown away and to move forward slowly toward Flynt.
Flynt saw this and stop his sound to force Weiss into moving forward fast losing her balance, this also left an opening for Flynt to throw a kick on her back to knock her through a fire crystal and into the lava area.
Yang is chasing Neon around trying to shoot her, but it's not easy when the girl is traveling fast on her rollerblades and the rainbow trail must also be her Semblance.
"That cat knows how to roll with it." Sun punned.

The next fight is Yang and Weiss vs Flynt and Neon, looks like the duo of Team RWBY have found themselves in a beat they might have difficulty beating but that doesn't mean they're gonna give up the fight and will find the way to pull through!
