"HOMURA-Chan!" Madoka bolted out of bed with a fragmented memory, she looked at her finger for her ring and found it, she had been reduced to a normal magical girl
She remembers fighting Homura, but then something happened, there was screaming, something about chaos, something far from her understanding even in her god form and two names... Tzeentch and Khorne
She got out of bed and got ready for school
"hey madoka, What's wrong" Sayaka asked Madoka
"No... its nothing, Just a bit moody" She lied, she couldn't tell her the truth, not now, she had to get to the place she found Kyubey for the first time in the timeline when she became a goddess once school was finished
She still had her memories and could restore them when the time was right, not now, but she was afraid
What if witches we're being born again due to magical girls succumbing to despair? what if it was all for nothing?
But she couldn't let that cloud her mind, she had to focus until the time was right, and that was soon...
The day went on, and then she once again at the mall, ready to reveal the truth
"Madoka? Why are we here exactly?" Sayaka aske after Madoka dragged her to this derelict part of the mall
"I need to show you something" Madoka said as she put her hand on Sayakas head, causing her to remember
"No... DAMMIT HOMURA!" Sayaka said with anger and disdain
She turned around "Idiot... why did she let this happen!"
"Sayaka calm down, i know what happened"
"Huh?"
"When we fought, something happened, a rift of some form was torn open, revealing something horrific, abominations we're spilling into the law of cycles, the names Khorne and Tzeentch we're being screamed and... then i just woke up in my room"
Sayaka then looked at her finger, she was still a magical girl
"And how are we magical girls then?" Sayaka asked, only to be interrupted by rumbling in the ground
"What was that?!" Then suddenly, a rift was torn open, revealing the same horrible colors she saw before, but something was different with this one
Then she saw her, Homura
"Madoka stay back" Sayaka said, getting in front of Madoka
"No, I'll go"
"Huh, w-wait!" She couldn't stop her, and then Homura revealed herself from the rift, but something was different with her, she was wearing some form of Medieval armor, along with a weapon of some sort she didn't recognize, but before she could register anything else, Homura rushed towards her and... kissed her
Madoka was shocked, Homura had suddenly kissed her, but she saw tears in her eyes as she looked at her wide eyed and blushing, she eventually let go of the kiss, and Sayaka was also blushing and confused at what she was witnessing
"Madoka... 10000 years of sorrow... thats how much i had to wait to see... you... again" She said slowly whilst crying over seeing Madoka again
"10000 what?"
"I... i will explain, now come with me" She said, grabbing Madoka's arm, only for Sayaka to follow them into the rift, but what they didn't know, was Kyubey watching them from afar
Madoka couldn't believe where she was, she was once again in space, but on a literal spaceship of some form, it was gritty and there where skulls imprinted almost everywhere, and she saw a symbol, it was an I with a skull in the middle but at the bottom was a shape of a soulgem
She felt scared, even with Homura, who had just kissed her
"Wait Homura, explain!" She said as she broke free of Homura's grip
"What do you mean by you haven't seen me in 10000 years, where are we and why are you in such armor?!"
"Fine... I will explain, First, this is my new magical girl armor, try activating yours by transforming"
She and Sayaka, who was overhearing things from behind, transformed, revealing their new magical girl armor
Madoka's was similar to her old magical girl outfit mixed with her goddess outfit, except it had skull markings and her pauldrons had the mark she saw earlier on it
Sayakas was similar to, with skulls and chains, and of course the pauldrons with the markings, but her sword was some form sword combinded with a chainsaw now, by the looks of the spikes
Madoka's weapon was her bow, but it was now metallic with some accessories and she had another weapon shaped like a small assault rifle
"Uh what is this?"
"A bolter, or as we call it a boltgun" Homura answered to Madoka
"Next, we are in a different universe, in the 42nd millenium" Homura said, shocking madoka
"There is only war, witches are now born from the warp when magical girls fall into despair and we are facing aliens threats and traitors worshipping the chaos gods inside the imperium of man, but we are resisting them, from the astra militarium, to the sisters of battle, to the elite space marine chapters, but we are the inquisition, we fight a secret war for mankind, we are the judges... and the executors"
Madoka had a hard time taking in this information, she was in a different universe, Plagued by war and chaos, she was now forced to fight some secret war for mankind, like she did when she was a goddess
"Last, yes... its true, i ended up 10000 years before this moment, before our reunion" this shocked Madoka even more, making her Wide eyed
"It's been to long... since that day... i am so sorry things had to end this way" She said with tears in her eyes
"Homura-chan..." she said, going forward and hugging her girlfriend
"Listen, i will be there for you, no matter what" Madoka said to comfort Homura, who eventually let go of the hug
"Inquisitor Homura, i see you have recruited a new magium to our ranks" said another inquisitor from behind, who turned out to be Oriko
"Oriko? How are you here?"
"How do you know my name?"
She couldn't tell her the truth, not like this
"I-i am sorry, I just want to know how i can help"
"Follow me" Oriko said and Madoka went along with Homura and Sayaka following them
"We are currently onboard the Magium hovering over the Planet Chuo Prime, a Hive world, which has been invaded by chaos forces and a Plague witch known as Gertrud, you and your squad will get down there, purge the witch and the chaos forces, you will be assisted by the space marines"
"Space marines? Who are they?"
"Supersoldiers and defenders of humanity, thou there are ones who are traitors, these ones who are working with the witch are known as the death guard, who worship the chaos god Nurgle, the ones you are fighting alongside with are the ultramarines" Oriko explained to Madoka, Homura and Sayaka
"So there are people who forsaked their humanity to serve some evil god?" Sayaka asked Oriko
"Yes"
"So what are we supposed to do with them?"
"Purge them, rid their filth from humanity" said a voice from behind, it was Oriko's girlfriend, Kirika Kure
"Who are you?" Sayaka asked, not recognizing Kirika
"Kirika Kure, Assassin of the blood angels, reporting in"
"I am sayaka Miki, and what did you say before?"
"We kill those who forsake their humanity to worship the false gods"
"Huh? You what???"
"They are Heretics, those who betrayed and strayed from the light of the god emperor of mankind"
Sayaka decided not to question Kirika further, instead she thought about it, maybe it was moral in this world to kill bad people
They went with Oriko to the strategium, there some of those space marines where waiting, some in blue and some in red
"Are these the space marines you where talking about earlier?" Madoka asked Oriko
"Yes, the ones in blue are Ultramarines and the ones in red are blood angels, they are of different chapters"
One of them looked at her strangley, frightening her a bit
"New recruits?" The marine asked Oriko,
"Other than Homura and Kirika, yes, these are new, we are going to deploy onto Macragge and purge the witch, you will return to your companies once this is done"
"Understood" The marines said to Oriko
"We are deploying now, get ready" She said, and so they got ready to deploy onto Chuo Prime
Madoka was worried she would have to hurt people, she was a caring person for everyone, and this doesnt seem like her character, but it might be a cruel universe, she would have to adapt

They used the teleporters to get onto Chuo Prime, it was a massive city with a sci fi and medieval feeling to it, but what felt wrong, was the green gooey stuff that was reaching up to the roofs
"The civilians have been evacuated, we can proceed" a yellow drill haired girl said, who Madoka immediately recognized to be Mami
"Mami?"
"How do you know my name?"
"I... " She couldn't tell her the truth
"I just happened to know"
"Ok, but as i was saying, the civilians are safe, but some got trapped or lured into the witch labyrinth, its now surrounded by chaos daemons and cultists"
"Thats horrible!" Madoka said with horror
"We have to help them"
"First we purge the daemons, then the civilians and the witch" said a redhead girl who Sayaka recognized as her lover Kyoko, she immediately rushed and hugged her
"Kyoko!" She sad joyously
"Hey! Let me go!" The redhead said and Sayaka let go
"You can't just tackle someone like that!"
"Sorry i just happened to recognize you"
"Huh?! How do you know me?"
"I... i will explain once we are onboard the Magium"
"You damn well be"
And so they went down to the chaos infested site with the space marines behind them, now joined by two other factions known as the dark angels and the salamanders, and they eventually reached a place infested with chaos and cultists
"Look out! Magium scum!"
"Kill them!" They started shooting and the nurglings rushed forward
Sayaka, wirh instinct, rushed forwars and cut a cultist in half, blood splattering her armor and face
"Sayaka, wait!" She said, but she was tackled by a chaos cultist, she had no choice but to impale them with her bow's sharp edge
She knew these we're bad people, but she would have a hard time killing them if thats what she had to do, as long as they aren't civilians
"Don't feel bad, these people forsaked their humanity and strayed from the emperor's light, trust me you get used to it" Kirika said to Madoka as she helped her get up after she removed the cultists body
"Fine..." she said as she the went ahead and fired a swarm of arrows into the nurglings, causing them to burst
Homura and the others where purging the area of chaos quite quickly, homura fired relentlessly at the cultists, killing them one by one, and then Kirika cut her way like a sickle through a field through the daemons, Oriko and Mami fired their weapons at the death guard which had just arrived, Mami then dodged their shots using her ribbon decoys, Kyoko then impaled them using her spears
Then the Plague Helbrute appeared and Madoka readied her bow and fired a huge arrow into it, killing the helbrute
"Now that this part is taken care off, we head into the labyrinth" the portal showed up, it seemed familiar to Madoka, she went in first, and then the rest of the magium went inside
