Madrid Settlement, Area 24 (Spain), Holy Empire of Britannia 8:16 PM

The thirty-eight-year-old intern working for Interior Cabinet Ministry Samuel Fernández with a black mullet hairstyle walked through the sidewalk, walking pass the people and children. He wore a green sweater, blue jeans and wearing a toboggan hat. He swing his pocket watch as he walked with a cane due to an injury in battle. Furthermore, he had fought with his Spanish compatriots during the first days of the conflict with Britannia and ended up in the hospital afterward. When the declaration of surrender have been declared by the Mayor and the Parliament he likewise surrendered as well but later was provided the opportunity to join the new colonial government and become an Honorary Britannian. Which he unquestionably accepted.

Local Café

Samuel Fernandez whistled as he sated down at the table.

"Hey Frenz," Exclaimed the young waitress with a smile, "What can I get you the usual?"

The mustached man made a chuckled, "You know me, Noel."

"Coming right up! Hey Jester, get him the usual!" She said as she went to the kitchen. The whole Café is crowed today in light of Marrybell's speech about the establishment of Area 24 and the 'Holy War' that was declared ageints the EU. Some are anxious about the new set of laws that involve manual labor for the lower Spanish population and of the settlers of the Britannian Homeland.

"Hey dad," a cute young, energetic fair – skinned school girl walked up to him with a wave and sat at the opposite end of the table. Her school uniform is the similar to the Ashford academy, but with a black and red color scheme. Her Hair color is brown and shoulder-length and has green eyes like her father.

"Manuela," Samuel nodded, "How was school?"

"Boring, but the new History sessions about the Saxons and King Arthur in the British Isles is interesting..."

"You don't say," He chuckled, "Well at lest you're learning something at this new school."

"Yeaaa... I thought it was going to be bad, but then again, I am the daughter of the best interns in Spain," Manuela snickered, "I mean 'Area 24!"

"Well, that great to know..."

Samuel and his Daughter discussed their day as the customers were watching the Britannian Princess deliver her address on TV.

"So dad, I was considering joining the steel sector..."

Samuel raised his brow, "Steel sector?"

"After I finish this semester, I'm considering joining the steel engineers."

"Will see, but I don't think there are higher positions for-"

"Actually, I was thinking about going to the nitty and gritty stuff." Samuel sighed, "I don't know about that little angel. There are currently no positions for Honorary on steel works. Plus, the new authorities tend to ask questions."

"But you work for them, don't you?"

"Yes, but they expect me to keep my head down... before they eventually terminate my employment," Samuel laughed.

"I don't think they're going to get rid of you, you work hard." Manuela said cheerfully.

"I don't know..." Samuel starts to notice two men, one wearing a bandana and the other a red cap sideways, arriving at the café. Samuel will have to give credit to his friends when it comes to blending in, they dress like street dancers, which they were before joining the Bianca Allincace. "Tell you what mami I'll send the word in they might give you a statable job at the steel works."

Manuela huffed, "Aye Padre."

"Well, at lest it's better than nothing, right?"

"I suppose... thanks dad!" She smiled.

After a couple of minutes, both father and daughter said their goodbyes and hugged as she left to meet with her classmates outside.

Samuel looked at his comrades and nodded to them to join him as he eats his dinner.

"Anyone following?" Samuel crossed his arms. A Twenty-Year-Old Spanish rebel, calling himself Bailey, shook his head, "Nope, we are in the clear."

"Yea man, no one following us," Said the other rebel, calling himself Luchador.

"Good," Samuel is also secretly a member of the Bianca Alliance, an organization that was branded a Criminal enterprise by the Holy Empire, "I've been hearing what's been happening in Eastern Europe, which is a concern for the higher ups."

"Yea man," Luchador said, "It's like they're gobbling'em up but not with bullets." Bailey sighed, "Now that Viceroy chick is coming down hard on us."

Samuel raised his brow, "What do you mean? Are you talking about Marrybell?" Luchador laughed heartily, "Yea, she is the most eye candy on the news but man she's ruthless."

Bailey, "I did tell you that we should get out of town before the Britannians started to clamp down. Now they're targeting us." he gestured to his partner.

"How did I soupose to know, I thought we can bribe our way out of these messes."

"Hey," Samuel spoke up, "There's no point in auguring. We may be the only members here in Area 24, but we have a job to do." he said, shrugging off their concerns.

"Amigo, buddy," Luchador, "Haven't you've heard what we've been saying? We have to get out of here."

Meanwhile, outside the café.

"Yea, they're inside," Manuela said on her cellphone.

"Good. Return to HQ, will take it from here." said the other party on the line.

"Yes, My Lord." and with that, Manuela turned on her heel and walked away with a frown in her face. "Sorry, dad, but I'm not going to let our people suffer any longer here..."

West Beach Promenade, Area 24 (Spain), Holy Empire of Britannia

A squadron of Britannian F-35's & Su-57s fired at the shadowy UFO's that. Bullets fly inside the clouds as they tried to hit the unknown target, dogged and rolled.

The drone forward swept aircraft dived, well above the sea level, as it maneuvered left and right. Its design is sleek, but something out of Sci-fi. Its size is similar to a Cessna 1825, but the design is similar to an X-02 and its color is of a purple raven with gold outlines. It is nearing approach to the shores with it to take snapshot from its visual camera.

AA guns from the beaches started firing at the drone, while the deadly Britannian Elyos Rocket launcher started locking on to the intruder. The Raven Drone did a U-turn back to the sea and flew up. As soon as the SAM locked on to the enemy drone, they fired the rocket as it screech towards it.

The Drone started lunching flairs to ward off the missile, but to no avail. It then activated a blaze-lminist type shield around it.

The missile hit, but it was a negative impact. The Su-57's & the F-35's caught up to the drone.

Madrid Settlement Central Air Command Center

"This is Swordfish one. We have to lock one to the target and are awaiting orders."

General Johann Schwarzer, "Negative, our navel forces are on site targeting the EU drone with Electro Jammers."

"Copy that."

Schwarzer looked at the operator to his left and nodded to him. The Operator nodded back. "Wait, sir, the target disappeared."

"What!?" The Britannian General shouted in disbelieve. He looked at the big radar screen of the map of Area 24 and the target had vanished without a trace.

"Sir, this is Swordfish One, we've lost visual!"

"It's a jet-powered aircraft, find it through the radar heat detectors!" Schwarzer is now livid.

"I'm sorry, sir, our target systems cannot find it anyware."

Schwarzer cursed as he clenched his fist, "Communist Scum! How dare they try to embarrass our Hero Princess, they'll pay for this." This is a provocation from the EU's special unit, the W-0. A logical conclusion based on the IFF originating from France. Most of the enemy military technology has been vested into the W-0, and using non-EU Citizens as cannon fodder.

Pathetic. They may be skilled in war, but they are no match for Lady Marrybell!

Viceroy Palace (Formally The Royal Palace of Madrid), Madrid Settlement, Area 24 (Spain), Holy Empire of Britannia 8:48 PM

Fireworks light up the night sky-high above the Palace's Main Facade, as many rich guests watch in amazement with whistles, claps, and cheers. The structure of the Facade was well decorated with the colors of the Imperial flag and florals. A crowed of aristocrats from the Empire and foreign dignitaries were escorted by Palace workers as the Knightmare Frames lined up next to the entrance.

Royal Banquet

The orchestra was in a middle of a song playing as many nobles who were dancing in the middle of the ballroom. Marrybell who was sitting at her thrown held her phone while she was briefed by her General. Oldrin Zevon and Orpheus Zevon stood in attention by their Princess's side. Members of her Cabinet stood on the right side of their Mistress's throne.

Oldrin Zevon wore a unique uniform that consists of a buttoned sleeveless shirt, a long-sleeved jacket, and a black and red corset and skirt combination worn over a short white skirt and a military officer-style cap.

As for her brother, Orhpeus Zevon, he wore a uniform that was akin to the dark ages of mid-evil Europe but modern with a forehead headband. A white tunic with brown and yellow trimmings, with a blue vest and brown leather sash belt and gray armored shoulder pads. Black pants and brown leather boots and brown gloves.

The Reddish Pink Haired Princess talked to her subordinate through the line. Although it's a minor thing for Schwarzer to handle, it is however disappointing that her opponents in Brussels are escalating. She'll have to prove that she has dominance in that field and that nothing in their hegemonic neuron can do about it.

Marrybell, hung up the phone and handed it to her faithful Knight Oldrin which the said Knight was happily to oblige. General Johann Schwarzer is wise to inform his Princess while an Air Raid is going on in her west beach territory.

She would not tolerate it otherwise.

On the other hand, it matches with her speech and that means that if things go south with her forces in west beach, she is entitled to launch brutal retaliatory countermeasures deep into EU territory. Brussels may have thought that they can annoy her with this provocation and get away with it, but they will learn the hard way, as she has demonstrated before.

What is it that they hope to gain by poking at the lion & snake at this point is none of her business, but one thing is certain; they think nothing of the consequences of their action and what will become of their citizens.

"Cowards, Bigots... Play stupid games, win stupid prizes."

The Princess then darted her eyes to her right at her Cabinet.

"Well, any problems?" She inquired firmly. The Cabinet officials cautiously shook their heads. "Good because I don't want it," She waved them off with one glove hand and that was enough to get them to leave. She then signaled the two aids, carrying a throne chair, to carefully place it next to her and bowed their heads and walked away.

"Dang, you're leaning this gig very heavily. Aren't you?" Oldrin chirped to her best friend since childhood. "Humph," Marrybell simply shrugged as she smiled at Oldrin, "Well, I am the boss and future Empress."

Oldrin giggled, "I wonder how that will happen?" Orpheus rolled his eyes in response.

Marrybell also giggled and signaled her best friend to come close. Oldrin nodded and kneeled to her friend's level. Her brother, Orpheus, raised his eyebrow at the two girls. Oldrin's hands were on the armchair as her friend started to whisper close.

"So, anyway, that was Schwarzer."

Oldrin blinked, "Let me guess… it's an EU Stealth Drone," she said quietly, her brother can hear but chose not to say anything.

"Yea," Marrybell, "Apparently it got away, but Schwarzer isn't leaving to chances."

"You want us to take care of it? I would like to do some damage," Oldrin asked with a smile. "I'm sure you do," Marry rolled her eyes and giggled, "But I think we should spend more time together than tracking down a fly."

"Whatever you say, Marry," Oldrin rolled her eyes as she smiled and she stood up.

Marrybell's face started to brighten, "Oh, I should give you a tour around the Palace, it is really spectacular. You're not going to believe-"

Orpheus cleared his throat, "My Lady. We have guest incoming." Both Marrybell & Oldrin blinked in surprise while they looked at Orpheus.

He pointed to the loud trumpets can be heard in the ballroom, causing everyone, including members of the Britannian Nobility, representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church and Foreign Dignitaries to stop.

And on cue, the Ceremonial Guards, who are standing beside the entrance, goose stomp to the double doors. They open the door to reveal-

"Presenting Guinevere de Britannia, Princess of the Britannian Imperial Family and First Hair To The Throne!" shouted the announcer. The pal brown haired woman wearing an extravagant purple and white dress.

The Ceremonial Guards saluted while the guests in the room bowed their heads, with the trumpeters playing the pride of the Britannia in the background. The older Princess's expression was of indifference as she approached her younger half sister, who sits on the throne, and her two of her Knights, standing in attention. Followed by three members of the Knights of the Round, Gino Windberg, Anya Alstreim and Rio Salvo who they have been instructed by Marrybell to escort. They are at a respectable distance as to not annoy the older first Princess.

"Its still weird to think that this is Mel's sis, she looks old enough to be her Crazy Aunt. I mean, she looks crazy with that get up and that tattoo," Oldrin tried not to laugh & shudder at the same time, that might embarrass her best friend. She and Orpheus are well aware of the older woman's highly regarded position in the Imperial Court, which makes her a force to be reckoned with. Guinevere is known for here strictness and determination to put the Natives in their place and to ensure productivity in the Holy Empire's industrial industry, especially when it came to war.

And is very unforgiving to those who insulted her.

Marrybell mel Britannia signaled her trumpeters to stop, and she and Guinevere exchanged greetings as per custom. The older Princess had explained to the New Viceroy that she had volunteered to assist in governance of Area 24 and to inspect the military. Of course, according to Guinevere, it was temporary as it was a symbolic gesture for her and her collages at the Court.

Marrybell tends to visit the Tokyo Settlement for a meeting with Cornelia, and Guinevere is snooping around the place, where she would undoubtably nitpick to her younger sibling in her report.

Hopefully, after the Tokyo visit, Marrybell can kick that woman out.

She nodded to her older half sister and raised her hand and snapped her fingers, signaling to everyone to resume the festivities. The pal brown haired woman walked up the steps and sat down on the throne next to her youngest sister.

Marrybell can't recall ever speaking to Guinevere when she was young, in fact, she hadn't interacted with any other older half sibling apart from Schneizel and Cornelia. The only time that she has spoken to Guinevere is right after she regained her position back to the Imperial Family.

"Oldrin, why don't you have a chat with the Knights of the Rounds? You can bring Orpheus along with you," Marrybell glacé at her Knights. Oldrin made the imperial salute, "yes, my lady."

Orpheus was surprised when his younger twin grabbed his arm, "Come on bro, you with me." he would like to protest, but that would be inappropriate for the role that he was bestowed upon him, so he relented.

Guinevere chuckled. Marrybell darted her eyes at her older half sibling, "What?"

"What? It that all you have to say to me after a forever ago? How rude."

"My apology, sister," The Viceroy rolled her eyes. The prominent female member of the Court made a devious smirk, "That's quite alright, young-ling. You should be proud of yourself for your victory against those heretics in Brussels."

"Yet I'm still standing."

A female aid rushed in to Marrybell side and whispered to her about something, which she replied, "Very well, have them up here."

"Yes, your Highness," The aid instructed the members of the Russian Orthodox Church, the Spanish Catholic Church and Honorary Britannians, who are top members of Cortes Generales, to present their offerings, i.e., gifts to the Hero Princess. Unknown to which, will be direct those 'gifts' to the hazard storage and be through examined by specialist. Granted, she highly appreciated and accepted the offerings from her faithful Patrons, but basic Imperial protocol comes first and Marrybell is no fool.

...

Meanwhile, at the ball, Gino, Anya, and Rio sate at the table. Both Anya and the Brazilian girl kept quite as he found the time to talk about a story about a female officer. Apparently, he tried asking the woman in the office out on a date, but Monica, a fellow Rounds member, scolded him.

Rio Salvo tried not to laugh, "Did she grab you by the ear?"

"Yea, she did," Gino admitted. Rio started laughing, "Oh lord. Anyway, is Monica actually here in Area 24?"

The blonde Knight nodded, "It would seem that she's on a private vacation here."

"Private vacation?" Rio blinked in surprise.

"Well, I don't pertain to know about her too well, but she does like sit seeing. This is her first time being in Madrid."

"Oh, I see," Rio said as she thinks, "It's hard to tell what Monica likes to do in her spare time sometimes."

"Probably like to go on a date, that not Gino," Anya stated. Gino burst out laughing, "Ouch, I'm wounded."

"Hey, guys," Oldrin, holding her brother's arm as they walked up to their fellow Knights.

"Ah, little miss Oldrin and her big bro," Gino cheered. Orpheus rolled his eyes at the idiot. Rio Salvo waved at the other two Knights.

"We're just talking about Monica," Anya said. "Monica? As in Monica Krushevsky?" Oldrin asked as she and Orpheus sat down at the table, joining their fellow Knights.

"Yea," Anya nodded as she was texting on her cell phone, "She's on break before she is expected to go on a trip to Moscow."

"Oh..." Oldrin blinked, she then faced her brother, "Orphie did yo-"

"I thought we agreed not to call me 'Orphie," Her bother said as he crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. Oldrin huffed, "Okay, how about big bro?"

"Sure, just don't call me-"

"I know, I know, sheesh... So anyway, BIG BRO just met Lady Monica earlier. They have been chatting it up, me think."

"I've only spoken to her when after she was brawling with four idiots in our military," Orpheus explained.

Rio Salvo looked both left and right before facing her fellow Knight, "What were they doing and why did she fight them?"

"They were picking on a native couple, she couldn't stand idly by. They failed to know whom they were dealing with, but that didn't stop Lady Monica from displaying a high level of close quarters combat.

I've jumped in before the situation escalated. It was then they realized the misjudgment of their actions after I had a group of our Knight Police deal with them."

"What happened to them?" Rio asked.

Orpheus shrugged, "I have them executed and as for the native couple, I gave them compensation. Which Lady Marrybell didn't mine after I reported it to her."

Gino whistled, "Man, sounds like you saved Monica's life."

Orpheus sighed, "Well, I didn't join the Knighthood for nothing."

Rio Salvo thinking before speaking, "So how did you become a Knight?" The Knight of Honor looked at her sharply.

"Every Britannian has a sense of duty to the homeland. I am a fighter, so I fight. How did I come to be Princess Marrybell's Knight of Honor? That's another tail."

That's weird. Do some Britannians acted liked this? Rio was about to say something.

"Eh, don't bother, his past is complicated," Oldrin said. Rio, "Oh, um, I didn't really- I'm sorry!" she bowed her head.

"No, you're cool," The blond girl chirped. "R-Right," The Burnett girl laughed heartily as she rubbed the back of her neck, "I tend to get a little bit worked up, I don't really get out much."

"Really?"

"Well, I've trained a lot, have been ever since I've enlisted in his Majesty's Army. I've wanted to become a Knight so that I can serve under Princess Euphemia. She saved my life when I was little, and I owe a dept to her Highness."

"Oh yea! You guys are going to the Knighting Ceremony at Area 11, right?" Gino asked cheerfully.

"Yup, Marry wouldn't go anyway without me and my bro," Oldrin turned her attention to her emo of a brother, "Right bro?"

Orpheus closed his eyes, "Like I have any other chose," he shrugged, arms still crossed.

"He's exited," his sister affirmed.

"That's great because I don't think we be able to tag along with Rio this time."

"We have an assignment with his Majesty," Anya explained, "Sadly we cannot disclose."

The Viceroy eyed the five Knights continued to chat about their day. Oldrin, Gino and Rio laughed while Anya and Orpheus seemly unimpressed with the lot.

"I've just assigned to someone whom I trust to take my place while I go to Tokyo." She returned her focus to the guest who brought her more 'gifts'.

"So I've heard," Guinvere scoffed, "I'm only here to inspect the military forces in the colony."

"Buy the way, have you made your review?"

"If you mean in the direction of the local government, then yes, I have. You've done well in accordance to the doctrine. However..."

"However?"

"I do have my concerns about this 'Cortes Generales'. Would you allow a Native Relic to play a part of your local government? I find it very distasteful."

Marrybell huffed, "It is part of the transition, which is part of the doctrine," she hissed as she waved off the other guest.

"But do you trust those Honorary Bitannians?" Guinvere glanced to her left at the Viceroy.

"They have voted unanimously on my proposal that supports the Imperial doctrine, so they haven't betrayed me yet," Marrybell watched the monks of the Orthodox Church made their holy blessing to her Highness. She thanked the monks, and they bowed in return and took their leave.

"But if it makes you feel better, it will be dissolved after the doctrine is fully integrated in the local government."

"Good, I was starting to worry," Guinvere said sarcastically. What is she even doing here, anyway? Marrybell thought. I mean, I know why, but it's not like I can handle things in Area 24. I hope Schnelzel's plan in helping me out with pleasing my father is worth it.

P-1112 Aigaion (Great Shadow) 11:57 PM

Images of the late biological mother of the secant and third Princess appeared.

Then the death of the consort two years after she gave birth to the third Princess.

The funeral was known throughout the Empire, with the right hand claiming the title of Li Britannia and becoming stepmother of the two heiresses.

The right-hand, now the wicked stepmother, leveraged of the late Li Britannia to form a faction of anti-native mystics similar to the purist faction.

And erased the memory of the late Biological mother.

The Littlest of the Li Britannia line is childish and likes to play outside… she meets a strange but grumpy boy around her age, but turns out to be sweet in the end and his little sister who likes to play as well.

They spend most of their time together at the imperial villa, with the Vi Britannia consort at their side.

The Eldest of the Li Britannia looks up to the consort of the Vi Britannia, so do the little Li Britannia.

The Littlest Li Britannia has many half brothers and half sisters. Some of them are nice, but most of them are mean. Youngest Li Britannia still more time with her family, but most of all, wants to be with the Vi Britannia, she wants to spend more time with her favorite grumpy, adorable and sweet half brother and her favorite half young sister. Going outside and playing together, looking at the stars at nights and listening to the adorable boy tell stories about planets and stars.

Euphie is found of Lelouch talking about outer space and about planets. He is an open book about science. He also likes to play chess games, Euphie is not so good at chess games. Nannuly likes to play around the villa with her mother Marianne, and sometimes Euphie and Cornelia would join.

Euphie would purpose to Lelouch and Nannuly would counter purpose.

She wanted this moment to last forever.

Until that day.

The day of Lady Marianne's murder and Nannuly's injuries.

Lelouch was upset, he confronted his father, denounced him publicly.

Emperor Charles sent Lelouch and Nannuly away.

You were dead the moment that you were born, you are dead.

Euphie desperately tried to reach out to them, but it was too late.

Buy the time right after the end of the Secant Pacific War it has reported that the Vi Britannia siblings were presumed dead.

Your existent is a mistake, one that should be erased from the face of the earth! I will take care of Nannuly!

Suzaku!

Lelouch!

BIG BROTHER! Don't go, please come back! Don't leave me!

"…!" Euphemia Li Britannia gasped as she got up from her bed. The young woman breathed heavily, she placed her hand on her chest as her heart was racing.

"P-Princess Euphemia..."

She blinked and looked to her right, only to see her new appointed maid, Jenny. Admittedly, the Princess could tell that her maid feels panicked for her misstriss.

"A-a-are you alright, milady?" Euphemia Li Britannia looked down and thought about it for a moment before facing her maid, "I'm alright, Jenny. I just had a nightmare, that's all."

"Thank goodness...! Your forehead, it's drench in sweat," The maid took out her handkerchief, "Here." her mistress couldn't help but to make a sheepish smile as she took the handkerchief and wiped her forehead and gave it back to her.

"I should give you a warm wet washcloth and some tea," Jenny said and turned on around and headed to the refresher. Euphemia sighed, she pushed herself out of the bed, put on her low – heel pump night sandals and stood up and walked to.

"Jenny." the maid stopped herself at the sound of her mistress voice. "Did something happen?" The Third Princess asked with concern in her voice. Jenny looked down and felt visibly shaken for a moment before she turned around and faced her Princess once more with a deep breath, "We were just under attack."

"Attack?"

"Two planes, apparently they're called 'Bandits' attack the fleet.

"Bandits? Are they Japanese?"

"They did not say, Milady. I'm sorry, but I'm not a military person. I was sent by his Highness Prince Schnelzel. Th-hey want you to be on the commanded deck, right away."

"I see," Euphemia did not want to deal with a man who is her brother, but it's best not to raise suspicion. She was so found of her Brother Schnelzel since she was little, she knew he had a devious side to him, but she never thought he would turn out to be a twisted inhuman monster. He even nearly killed Cornelia and tried to kill Lelouch, Nunnaly and everyone.

"Could you get me my coat?"

"Of course Milady. B-But let me g-groom you first before you go out." The third Princess cracked a smile and giggled, "Well, if you insist." She wouldn't want Jenny to get into deep trouble if she refuses.

...

Princess Euphemia Li Britannia, wearing a white fur coat over her nightgown, walked to the command deck with Jenny at her side and a security detail flanking them.

Everyone on deck, who is not of high ranking, saluted to the Third Princess before the Commander older them to be at ease. Schnelzel, Kanon and Nina are here as well, talking to each other while Nina stayed slight.

"Ah, Euphie," Schnelzel chuckled, "I'm sorry it was on short notice. At lest, you look well rested today."

She frowned at her brother's comment as she approached her brother with her maid following her closely, "I was told about us being under attack."

The Prime Minister, "You are correct, I'm afraid. We lost one anti-air frigate to the enemy aircraft. Fortunately, the Strigon Team was quick to react and chased those two fighters away."

"Did anyone get hurt?" Euphemia was surprised at the fact that two jet fighters were able to get close to the base and cause damage.

"There are some casualties, Milady," Kanon said, "But it is nothing to worry about. They will not hinder us from our destination." The Commander muttered something under his breath.

Prime Minister Schnelzel has briefed his younger half sister more about the incident. Two jet fighters are identified to be an X-02 Wyvern and an Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut managed to maneuver past the helicopter's gun fire and the anti-air frigates. They did not know what their motives were, but they were heading towards the Great Shadow and flew close to the mother ship without firing a shot but managed to destroy the frigate.

The two jets then took a U-turn and fired at the engaging Helicopters and took them out fast before they can react. A dogfight pursues between the Bandits and the elite Imperial Air force Guard which lasted for two hours, though unfortunately they were all taken out before the reapers Emblem were able to get their bearings and chased them off. That and the Avalon have arrived to join the action.

Euphemia tensed a little at the mention of the Avalon, but it's best not to be distracted by them. Schnelzel explains that they were here under his supervision and because of Nina being present. She was not surprised to hear about the Avalon joining the fleet, but she was surprise about the timing. What was Lloyd, her former Knight, and Cecil have been doing all this time?

Sigh…

I think I've already known the answer.

"Brother, I would like to arrange an immediately meeting with Suzaku Kururugi," Euphemia said, she is not crazy about meeting her former lover, but she hast to know if he is now allied with her older brother and the rationale behind it. Schnelzel begins to smirk at Euphie, "Of course, Princess."

24 minutes later
The Office of the Commander

Euphie waited for what it felt like an hour and a half. Standing behind the desk as, she was staring at the automatic entrance. She looked down, making a mental note to not give anything away.

She heard a knock on the door and with a deep breath, "Enter." the automatic door slid open to reveal...

"Cecil?" The blue-haired female officer from the Avalon entered the room and kneeled before her Princess. Euphie was shocked, she was not expecting her to show up instead of Suzaku.

As if Cecil could tell by the look of her Monarch's surprised expression, "Forgive me, your Royal Highness. Y-you must be wondering why I'm here? Instead of the Private Kururugi."

The Pink Haired Princess shocked off her dismay and cleared her throat, "Rise," she raised her hand. Cecil indeed rose.

"He's not here, is he?" The blue-haired officer closed her eyes and sighed, "He had to respectfully decline, my Lady."

You mean he refused. Euphemia clenched her fist, on the one hand, she was relfed but on the other hand, it was absolutely unacceptable that he would refuse her after what she's been through. It's bad enough that she has a trust deficit with him, this could only make it worst.

Cecil opened her eyes, "He did, however, wanted to give you this," she grabbed what appeared to be a medal from her pocket. Euphemia for her part, was not surprised about this at all.

My medal... it's a predicable outcome, but at least he hasn't forgotten about it. The Princess thought as Cecil handed back her trinket. Cecil now started to feel awkward about her Holy Monarch.

"You've taken care of it, by the looks of things," Euphie said as she examined her medal. "Of course, your Highness," Cecil was about to say more.

"You can be sure to thank him for me," The third Princess said without a hint of emotion in her voice. It is only a polite thing to say when you have something as an old memento.

"If… If I may, your Highness. Are you mad at Private Kururugi?" Euphemia shook her head, "No, I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed."

"Oh... I see," Cecil bowed, "Forgive me, my lady."

"Its quite alright, I know what you're trying to do, but it cannot be helped. Is there anything else?" The Princess put her medal into her fur coat pocket.

Cecil shook her head, "No, my lady."

"Then you are free to go." Cecil did the Imperial Salute and turned on her heel and headed out the door.

Jenny entered the room as the door automatic closed shut. "H-How did it go, Milady?"

"As per custom. How about you?"

"I'm alright... I was waiting outside the room and I overheard something."

Euphie made an apologetic smile, "Did I give something away during my conversation?" The sixteen-year-old maid, "No, at lest I don't think so. You do seem to hold that eleven in high regard, though. Your words are as formal and authoritative, nothing substantial that compromising."

"Good," Euphie giggled, "I was starting to worry." Jenny giggled as well, "You did trust him. Did you?"

The third Princess brows frowns, "I did once… but I'm not sure anymore. It's complicated." The word 'Complicated' is an overstatement, 'Betrayal' is more accurate.

"I understand, Milady. I won't pry any further," Jenny said with a bow.

"You don't have to bow, you know, we're friends now." The Pink Haired Princess smiled. The Maid blinked, "Friends?"

"Yes were friends."

"B-b-but you have so many friends, Milady," Jenny was flustered.

"Many Nobles in the Holy Empire view me as an object of desire. You and Nina, on the other hand, are different, I feel like I can trust both of you."

Jenny took a deep breath, "I am honored to serve you as your faithful compatriot."

Euphemia smiled, "So Nina, are you listing?" Nina gasped from outside, "I-I'm not there!"

Euphie laughed while Jenny made muffed her laughter with her right hand.

Shinjuku Ghetto, Tokyo Settlement, Area 11(Japan), Holy Empire of Britannia 6:45 AM

A ghetto is a part of a city in which members of a minority group live, especially as a result of political, social, legal, environmental or economic pressure. Ghettos are often known for being more impoverished than other areas of the city.

In the case of Area 11, the Japanese People, most of them, are forced to live in destroyed impoverished areas of the city left behind from the previous war.

Residential Apartment

Tomo Nigma heard the alarm clock go off. She felt groggy as she reached the alarm clock and turned it off. The Young Rebel Commander got up from her sleeping bag and stretched her arms and yawned. She rubbed her eyes as she looked out the window.

The Lilac Haired girl got up from her sleeping bag, wore a white tank-top and shorts. She has done her morning excursive as she always does before walking out of the guest room with her extra clothes.

Time to hit the showers. She was very fortunate that the showers still work, the water supply is harder to come by thanks to the bombing and the like.

...

Nigma got out of the bathroom, she's now wearing a white t-shirt and dress pants. She spotted the owner of the apartment, a Japanese army veteran who fought during the first pacific war, the said army veteran returned with a smile.

"Ah, morning Nigma," The Old Army Veteran said with a smile.

Nigma set her hair in a ponytail and smiled back, "Morning, Mr. Ono."

"I've just started making breakfast, so if you want to stay a little longer for that, you're welcome."

"Thank you sir, I would love that."

Nigma helped herself with some orange juice as the young Freedom Fighter sat on the floor at the square table. Ono-Sensei provided her with a bowl of rice, eggs, and bacon. The old Veteran explained to the girl that the shrimp and salmon was is unavailable at this time.

The Lilac Haired girl was disappointed that the ingredients are harder to come by thanks to the Britannians. But enough about that...

"So what brings news on the front?" Ono asked, as he drank his coffee.

Nigma chewed and swallowed her meal, "We're holding the line for what I hear. Whether the enemy would send substantial reinforcements is another matter."

"I wonder what the Empire is planing..." Ono wondered around.

Nigma frowned, "I wish I knew, but those giant air cruisers they have are no laughing matter."

"I'm sure the Black Knights will have a solution for them," Ono chucked. Nigma rolled her eyes, "Zero isn't the man of miracles for nothing."

Ono chuckled, "Anyway, have you heard about the recent murder last night in the Ghetto?"

Nigma blinked, "Murder?"

"Ai, I've apparently someone stabbed two of our people with a kitchen knife. Seems like Ohgi's resistance group didn't know who did it."

Nigma grimed, "Must be those Britannians."

"Actually, it's one of our own, as it turned out," Ono crossed his arms, "An adult female lass. Old enough to be your mother."

The Lilac haired resistance fighter paused for a moment, trying to process what she just learned from Ono-Sensei, and then proceeded to eat her breakfast without saying more on the subject.

How did it actually happen? Nigma understands the plight befell on her people, but killing each other is not the way, especially when they are fighting for their nation's freedom.

...

Tomo Nigma walked outside, saying her goodbyes to Ono-Sensei. She decided to were an office women suit with a short straight skirt, wrap wade to order blazer jacket and dress shoes.

The impoverished area is seemingly quite peaceful outside. The People here have gone about their lives, despite the recent murder. She waved at the older woman who was hanging out the wet laundry. The said woman waved back. A little girl played fetch with her dog. A couple of old guys playing cards outside their residence and the resistance group members are on their daily patrol around the ghetto.

Nigma smiled at the five kids that she had the time to hang out with and waved as she jogged.

The kids waved back at her. Tamaki have described those kids as little rascals for trying to swindle him.

She then spotted a scene of the supposed murder, followed by arguments by the fellow rebel members. One chubby dud, and a muscular dude. They both were their bandanas as part of Ohgi's group.

They set up the yellow tap with a sign called caution around the crime scene.

"I'm telling you it's the Nurse," The chubby young man, Geomon, said. The muscular dud, Yukamori, dismissed it outright.

"Dud, if you keep saying that it's Kyoko Sano, then I'm going to die from laughter."

"Oh, so you think I'm crazy, huh?" Geomon accused.

"I would believe you if it was a Britannian, but the resident Nurse? Come on man," Yukamori suppressed his laughter. Geomon frowned at his friend in respounce.

"What's going on here?" Nigma walked up to the scene. Both Rebels looked surpsied to see a newcomer walking up to them, "Who are you?"

Nigma showed her badge to the two idiots, "As you can see, I am Tomo Nigma of the Japanese Liberation Front. What appears to be the problem with these murders?"

Yukamori, "Nothing we can't solve, ma'am. We're professionals in figuring out crimes." Geomon scoffed at his friend.

"Well, you're off to a good start," Nigma remarked as she crossed her arms, "Do you have any leads?"

"Leads?" Yukamori was about to retort, but then started to recall a certen intel about this lilac haired girl, "Wait, your Tamaki's friend aernt you?"

"And Ohgi-Sensei's former student, yes."

"Sorry about that, ma'am. We didn't recognize you," Yukamori and Geomon bowed their heads to their superior officer. Nigma narrowed her eyes at the two of her fellow rebels.

"As you were. Now, then; do you have any leads on who killed those poor people?"

"We don't but this gentleman right here," Yukamori pointed his accusing finger at Geomon, "Thinks Kyoko Sano is the murderer."

"Sano-San?" Nigma raised her brow, "What makes you think the Resident Nurse of the Shinkuku Ghetto is the perpetrator?"

"That's what I said, but everything about her seems very off," Geomon said, "I mean, how does someone manage to survive the war and care for the Children all the while appearing as a total bombshell and find a place in our Ghetto. In fact, I've heard rumors-" He then paused and the color of his face drain while Yukamori tensed.

Nigma put her hands on her hips and shook her head at these two gawking fools, she then since someone approaching from behind. She turned around only to see an older young woman with long, waist length red hair. The woman's skin is fair with well complexion and has a mole on the bottom-left side of her purple eyes. The woman wore a pink long sleeved dress with a white blanket sheet tied over her shoulders with a cute bow.

The Woman held what appeared to be a white package lunch box in a white bag with a sigh of relief, as if she were looking for Nigma.

"Hey Sano-San," Nigma grinned, "We were just talking about you!"

"I've come over to Mr. Ono to give you your lunch, but you wernt home, so I've tracked you down and here you are," Kyoko Sano smile was radiant and warm as she haneded the lunchbox to Nigma.

"Thanks Sano-San," Nigma exclaimed. Kyoko Sano, "It is my pleasure, darling," the woman then refocus sharply at the two rebels, "So have you found the killer yet?"

"No ma'am," Said Yukamori, shaking off the strange feeling he just had earlier. That was strange.

Geomon, for his part, tried not to say a word.

"Any leads, Gentleman?"

"Well, he thinks that-"

"DON'T SAY A WORD!" Geomon panicked. Nigma, "Yea, otherwise people will think you're crazy." she then faces the Nurse in question, "Mine we have a little walk around the Ghetto?"

Kyoko Sano giggled, "Of course, but sadly, I'm going to be busy with my task."

"Ah, right," Nigma said, "I could help though."

"Thank you, but we are fully staffed. However, I do have the time to tutor you on your studies."

"Okay, that sounds good," Nigma made a toothy grin. Both Yukamori and Geomon exchange glaces.

Viceroy's Palace, Tokyo Settlement, Area 11(Japan), Holy Empire of Britannia 8:57 AM

By the time Euphemia Li Britannia arrived and walked out of the Hover Jet Cruiser, she was greeted by her elder sister. Cornelia hugged her dear little sister, she never wanted to let go of her again. Of course, she did, since Cornelia would rather not suffocate her younger sibling. Euphemia had assumed Cornelia to be angry at her, but she was not. In fact, all it really mattered to her older sister was her well-being.

Euphemia suspected that her sister Cornelia had done some horrible things while she was away, like interrogation and executions, just to get anything about her whereabouts. She dared not think about it, what mattered was Cornelia's happiness. Schnelzel was present as well, though it was hard to read what on his mine, Euphie assumed that he was, at least, glad that he found her for Cornelia.

Another Hover Jet Cruiser has arrived and landed next to the first. Guilford reached his com-link and nodded. The Knight ordered the Imperial guards to help assist their new guests. Princess Marrybell had dismissed the guards as she got out, followed by two of her Knights, Oldrin and Orpheus.

Euphemia's eyes widened when she saw her half sister arrived, "Marry!" She was delighted to see her come all this way to see her. Euphie ran up to a bewildered Marry.

"I'm so glad to see you," The Pink Haired Princess held her half sister's hands, "And you look so great too, it's almost similar to what I'm wearing!" Marrybell's eyes merely blinked as she was bewildered by her sibling… happier expression, filled with life and hope.

Wasn't, that idiot got stranded on an Island with a Masked Terrorist weeks ago and which he got away.

Marrybell's current attire is almost comparable to Euphie's. She wore a white headwear, her Reddish Pink Hair remains tied in a ponytail but with a solid gold cuff holder. She wore a red dress with a gold design, a traditional white Jacket with a white collar with gold trimmings and a pink rose with a golden sash pined on the right side of the jacket. And she also wore a pantyhoses and red high heels.

"I am... not going to comment on that..." The Viceroy of Area 24 said, "But it's good to see you too and safe from harm as well," She said with a warm smile, she doesn't hate her sister, but she has the strangest feeling that Euphie wasn't supposed to be alive.

The Sub-Viceroy of Area 11 started to laugh in respounce to her half-sibling's comment, "I should be the one to tell you this, silly~"

"That's funny coming from you," Marrybell laughed as well. "Marrybell, it has been awhile," Cornelia walked up to her younger siblings, "I must congratulate you on your victory. It is an impressive feat," the Older Princess, the Goddess of Victory, nodded in approval to her younger half sibling.

"Thank you, sister. It means a lot of coming from you," Marrybell said sweetly.

"Of course you do have a long way to go," Cornelia crossed her arms, "The Europeans will try to commit acts of terrorism in our new territory."

"Agreed, no time for complacency," Marry then turned to her two Knights, who had been flanking her, "I believe you meet Oldrin she is from the academy And this is her twin Brother Orpheus Zevon."

"Ah, yes, house Zevon. Their reputation perceives them well," Cornelia nodded in approval of Oldrin Zevon and Orpheus Zevon. The twins in return saluted to the Older Princess.

"So, how about we bring this conversation inside," Schnezel suggested, "We do have a lot more to dissuces during breakfast."

"It is best to head inside on this special occasion," Cornelia said formally, all the while glaring at her Brother. Euphemia was about to say some thing-

"Rio Salvo will appear at the ceremony," The Prime Minister assured to Euphie, "She is currently in contact with the Knight of One Lord Bismark."

"O-Oh, um, okay," Euphemia felt tenses at the thought of her father's right hand talking to her soon-to-be Knight of Honor from the former Brazilian Empire. She knows that there is no going back from this, if her father finds that she is a traitor… she doesn't want to think about it. But she's hoping that appointing Rio wouldn't backfire on her plan.

Marrybell looked at her half sister, hidden behind her calmed and collected demeanor, she is disappointed at her. Why did she choose another Number to be her Personal Knight is beyond her.

A/N: I've added a little side plot for Tomo Nigma [OC] which is a crime thriller based on a dark psychological Hentai Lore about a Female Serial Killer (Kyoko Sano). The side quest has no relation to the progression of the main story, but I thought it would be a fun little bonus.

That said, do not look it up, unless you are 18 or older. There are no plans for adding more cameos nor references to any Hentai content for this story, with that in mine the 'Shadow's of the White Dove' is meet for everyone to enjoy.
