Hello sorry this is my first story and my English isn't great so I do apologize for that but I hope you enjoy the story Chapter 1

Things changed for Ben since he was 10 but now he was in highschool no Omnitirix or so he Thought.

He slowly moved towards the window of his room, with moonlight shining in.

He took his phone and looked at the number he was going to call and sighed.

the Omnitrix glowed in his hand wanting to be used once more like it was waiting for him.

He winced and pressed the call button, ... {Yes?}

Ben: Hey Grandpa Max I kinda need your advice I'm not doing too good at the moment.

sounding soft but controlled.

Max: of course Ben what can I do for you.

He said with a hint of worry.

Ben: Remember when we spent summer fighting doing amazing things, Well I've chosen a path that I believe is the right one for me, I'm going to be a plumber like you.

"I know it sounds stupid right now but I truly believe this is what I am supposed to be, you know me I've always wanted to be a hero."

He said with joy and chuckles with only a hint of sadness that he wasn't sure grandpa max could hear.

Max: Ben you are a hero, your my grandson after all. He said laughing.

Max: Plus I'll support you I have some friends who can get you started. But Ben only do it after school okay?

Ben could feel it even though he couldn't see it but there was a small smile between the both of them.

Ben: of Course Grandpa I've always looked up to you I won't disappoint. Thanks I needed that Good night gramps.

Max: Good night Ben take care.

Ben hung up now with a sense of motivation and fell on his bed and fell asleep.

Unknown: Gwen, Gwen, Gwen, Wake up I need you with me I care about you too much to let you go.

Gwen woke up with a jerk getting out of bed with a groggy expression wondering what her dream was all about all she could think was how it sounded so familiar.

Natalie: GWEN WAKE UP TIME FOR SCHOOL I MADE YOU BREAKFAST!

She Shouted

Gwen as quick as she could got ready and ate gearing up for school something she loved.

Natalie gave Gwen a kiss on her forehead.

Natalie: Remember good grades good gains.

Gwen smiles at something her Mother always said

Gwen walked out the door to see what she always saw a constant in her life something that would always be there for her.

Ben: Hey Dweeb Ready for school?

He held out his hand for her to take with a grin on his face.

Gwen: When do you ever get up Early?

She took his hand smiling and gave him a hug that was a bit closer than most people would do

Ben: I wanted to walk you to school, why something wrong with that?

They separated with a small linger

Gwen: No I just wanted to know, I like that your here.

She blushed a little and punched him in the shoulder

Ben smiled and Scratched the back of his head with a embarrassed look.

Ben: well I decided what I'm going to do after school.

He said both walking. Gwen looked at him with curiosity.

Ben: I'm going to be a Plumber, At least then I can save people be a hero in my own little way and not always be in Omnitrix kinda Danger.

He said with a triumphant grin

Gwen Looked at him with a bit of sadness but quickly changed to a grin.

Gwen: As long as you are safe that's all that matters to me Ben, Plus now you can get me out of trouble when you get that badge.

she said with a laugh

Ben: I could always arrest you, since you are always giving me trouble.

Gwen smacked him lightly.

Going to school wasn't easy at least not completely people never liked how close Ben and Gwen were sometimes mostly a girl named Julie.

Julie ran up to Ben while he was getting his books out his locker for the next class.

Julie: Hey Ben I wanna know if you are doing anything on Sunday.

She asked twirling her hair trying to drop hints. But this is Ben.

Ben: Nope nothing so far I was thinking of doing my usual Boxing and then smoothy.

He said nonchalantly with a shrug.

Julie: well I was hoping if you would like to watch a movie with me?

Gwen was walking down the hallway and saw Julie talking to Ben and strode with a quick pace and interjected herself into the conversation

Gwen: I'm sorry but Ben has plans!

She said a bit annoyed Jabbing Ben in the side.

Ben: I must of forgotten some plan she told me weeks ago.

He said with a hint of annoyance

Julie Seethed with anger and pulled Gwen aside away from Ben

Julie: Gwen I know you care for your cousin and he's been hurt before but you can't keep doing this I want to date him and you keep hurting me by taking him each time!

She quietly shouted at Gwen. Gwen looked embarrassed and sighed.

Gwen: Fine the next time you ask him I promise I won't interfere okay, But this sunday we did actually have plans.

Gwen wasn't a good liar but Julie seemed to believe her. Gwen never made a plan for sunday something deep down in her told her not to let Ben go.

Julie smiled

Julie: OKAY!

She turned to Ben with a broad smile

Julie: Ben please be free next sunday okay I want to hang out.

Ben looked confused but agreed she walked off smiling.

He turned to Gwen.

Ben: Hey Gwen we never made plans? But I won't complain I'll see you then.

Gwen was annoyed unsure why but saw ben in front of her holding his hand out a sign that was there since Xenon.
