Idea 5.
I'm open to people suggesting things like ships but remember I write Fem!Izuku (Izumi) x other girls and I'm more interested in some pairs than others. Rare pairs are very welcome, you all know me.
Relationships such as potential friends, mentors, or family members (adoption is fine)
Miscellaneous stuff like what school Izumi may attend or if she didn't, whether she's a hero student, criminal, or villain, key parts of her personality, hero and quirk names and story titles, what type of story it is, hell you can all even suggest where OFA goes, etc.
Instead of just putting out ideas, I also did a little writing for each one but that DOESN'T mean this beta writing would be in the story if said idea takes off.
Anyways, feel free to leave suggestions in the reviews and of course which idea they pertain to.

*Shouto POV*
Watching the girl use her quirk so freely was grating on Shouto's nerves.
Midoriya Izumi, his classmate, had a quirk that on appearance hadn't bothered him but as aways such looks could be deceiving. The green haired girl had long hair that was held into a ponytail by a pastel yellow ribbon, freckled cheeks, and round green eyes. On her back was a set of wings, one black and the other white, and a smooth, black, draconic tail with a matching yellow ribbon swung behind her.
The part that had forced such a reaction in Shouto was the fact that her wings transformed into humanoid upper bodies and the white wing could wield ice while the black one used fire. She had no way of knowing his circumstances and she used her quirk to its full potential but the sight of it frustrated Shouto. Everything his family had gone through and there was someone else with his own abilities and more.
The strength of her ice could probably match his and her fire power was likely better since she'd actually trained it. The girl was friendly and caring and got along with the rest of the class but Shouto still found her presence frustrating by no fault of her own.
He wasn't sure how to handle this.

It's Dizzy from the Guilty Gear series, I'm really on that Guilty Gear stuff huh? However! The idea originally came from me thinking about giving Izumi a similar quirk to Todoroki's so it doesn't have to be Dizzy, she just fit the bill. I didn't want them to be directly related though, perhaps distant cousins through Todoroki's Mom since Izumi's dad has a fire quirk. I wanted Izumi to interact with Shouto for sure and to be kind and caring.
No clues on pairings though, and if I did go with the quirk being based on Dizzy I wasn't sure how I wanted to design Izumi's wings since I wasn't thinking of directly using Necro and Undine. As always you can look up a Dizzy combo video to see her abilities.
