Chapter 8
It is now Friday, August 12th, X783. Warrod will arrive tomorrow.
I woke up with Levy sleeping right next to me. A smile formed on my face the moment I saw her, but my nose scrunched up. We might've cleaned ourselves at the end there, but the sheets needed washing as well. Which reminded me that I needed to buy more than a single pair since it would take some time for them to dry up.
After gently pecking her on the forehead, I slowly got up as I planned what to do today. Though… I looked back at her. Maybe I could even spend another few hours just hugging this incredible woman.
'Why can't I do two things at once. I can just stay in bed with Levy while also reading a book!'
With my mind made up, I quickly cleaned up and returned back to bed, Levy instantly seeking me out even in her sleep. While she nestled against me, I took out my Physics book and glasses to do some reading.
Levy stirred in her sleep, her eyes blinking open as she looked around before stopping at my face.
"Good morning," I said cheerily, placing a kiss on her forehead.
She blinked her eyes a few more times, taking everything in, before she snorted. "Is this what you usually do when you wake up so early?"
"This or I practice something while waiting for everyone to catch up," I said with a grin while storing my book.
Levy rolled her eyes before stretching, releasing a soft moan before looking at herself. "Ouh… my legs are sore and feel like jelly."
"Happy to hear that." I told her with a cheeky grin.
"You know… that was my first time," Levy whispered as she stared at me in the eyes. "And I was saving my first time for someone special, someone I'd spend a long time with."
My heart skipped a beat, and I hugged her tighter, staring her right in the eyes. "And I plan on spending a long time with you."
We stayed like that for a good while, just enjoying the presence and warmth. I was at peace with her in my arms, feeling like I was at the top of the world with her beside me. Smiling gently, I pecked her again and asked. "Would you like some breakfast? And then we can maybe do some reading together?"
"Ohh," Levy moaned and bit her lips. "That will be amazing!"
I didn't even need to get up since I had some already prepared dishes in my Inventory, so we enjoyed something quick to eat before I took out the Magic Theory book we loaned from the library. I handed Levy her own glasses as she crawled up to sit against me, and we opened the book.
While we read through the book, I utilized my Telepathy to mentally connect with Levy, allowing us to bounce ideas off each other while we studied. It was mostly for her benefit–as much as I didn't want to say that–since I absorbed information like a sponge, to the point where the book that was complicated and hard to understand before now looked… simple.
Levy said that my learning speed wasn't fair, but I just brought up my Status, showing her that I was a Magical Genius and a Sage of the Mystical Arts, proving that this was natural for me.
"I'm still not convinced that your Magic isn't just based on your own thoughts," Levy muttered before looking at my Seduction Skill and the listed abilities under it. "Maybe it isn't…"
"Glad you agree with me." I nodded with a smirk, though I really did wonder if my Magic wasn't just based on my thoughts. The Magical Genius thing appeared after I copied Laxus' Spell and thought I was an actual genius, so maybe there was some correlation between the two.
Levy rolled her eyes and stuck her tongue at me before she continued reading, asking me what I thought about certain topics every now and then while I did my best to answer her. While she was focused on that, my attention was on her, and how perfectly she fit in my arms.
Levy had to pause her reading after her head began hurting due to using the glasses for too long, so we ended up just cuddling for a while and idly talking about random topics.
"Hey, would you mind if I left some of my books in the room you want to turn into a library?" Levy asked.
"Not at all." I shook my head. "As I told you, I want to fill it up with a lot of books. I'd like for a lot of them to be ones we've translated together, but I won't mind having even more."
"I'll bring some with me later today then." She nodded with a happy smile.
"I can't wait to hear you moan again," I teased her after hearing she'd be back later today.
"Hey!" Levy slapped my shoulder. "You were moaning as well when I was on my knees! Or when you were inside me! Don't think I didn't hear that!"
"Of course, I did," I said without shame. "Because it felt amazing."
"Yeah, well… it felt amazing for me as well," Levy mumbled, hiding her face by pushing it against my chest.
We stayed like that for a bit longer before she got up on wobbly legs. "I'll return to Fairy Hills for a few hours and return later."
"That's fine with me." I nodded. She already got a key for the house, so I didn't have to worry about that.
"I'll check up on the Guild, maybe cook something for them, less they end up starving," I said with a chuckle, receiving a snort in response from Levy while she put on her clothes.
"Yeah, I can see that happening," she said and finished dressing herself.
We left the house afterward, and I made a few stops on the way to the Guild, grabbing a few more sheets and covers to replace my current ones. We separated on the way there, sharing a quick kiss, before I entered the building.
I happily greeted everyone there, sharing a few words with the members of the Guild. They cheered once I told them I planned to cook lunch, and I chuckled as I walked over to Mira.
"Hey, Mira," I greeted her, the same smile that I woke up with still on my face.
"Someone's happy today," Mira replied, cutely tilting her head. "I wonder why?"
"Oh, you know…" I trailed off with a teasing smirk.
"Hmm?" Mira leaned towards me in interest with a hand cupping her chin. Her eyes then widened in surprise as if she had sensed something. "Oh, my. I definitely didn't expect that."
"Expect what?" I asked, now being the one confused
"Oh, you know…" Mira trailed off, just like I did earlier.
"Fine, be that way," I rolled my eyes at her. "Though, would you like to help me with the cooking?"
"Hmm, maybe…" Mira replied with a teasing look. 'If you ask nicely, I will."
"Will you please help me with the food?" I decided to play along.
"Oh, my! Well, I can't say no when you say "please" now can I?" Mira replied with a chuckle as we began walking towards the kitchen.
"Oh, and," I said as I paused. "Would you mind if we talked using Telepathy? I want to get used to the Spell more so I can confidently use it while in battle."
"Of course!" Mira giggled. "Though I wasn't aware you wanted to connect with me on such a deep level."
"Mira!" I pouted at her, causing her to laugh at me.
"Come now," Mira said as she tugged on my arm. "Let's spend some time together before you get whisked away."
I noticed Mavis staring longingly at the food while I was delivering with Mira to the present Guild members. After storing some in my Inventory, I excused myself and silently sneaked off to the library. I made sure Mavis saw me and gestured for her to follow me.
"Is the big bad wolf luring the little girl into a trap?" Mavis asked, poking her head out from behind a shelf.
"No, the big bad wolf is luring the little girl to a feast." I chuckled and checked up on my own pack to make sure they were okay. Two of them were slightly injured, so I quickly re-summoned them next to the healthy one while taking out some dishes from my Inventory.
"Is the little girl the main meal?" Mavis asked, not moving from her spot.
"I don't think a ghost will taste good," I replied back.
"Bah! Shows what you know." She jumped out of her hiding spot and ran over to the food.
I infused it with my Mana, and she began devouring it, all while making pleased sounds with each bite. "'S so good!"
"I'm happy you like it," I said, taking out some more food for her to enjoy.
"Hey, Mavis," I said after she finished eating. "Why did you create Fairy Tail?"
"Oh! Because I made three incredible friends that I wanted to spend my life with! Precht, Yuri, and Warrod!" Mavis declared happily while clasping her hands.
I recognized Precht as he was the second Guild Master–Levy informed me of that–and the one that wrote the last Magic Theory book we read. I was interested to hear more about him, but the third name caught my attention even more.
"Warrod?" I asked, and she nodded. "He will be visiting in a few days. Would you be interested in meeting with him?"
"I…" A complicated expression formed on her face as she looked away in thought.
"I will think about it," she muttered quietly, not really answering my question. I wanted to ask more about him, but I figured it wouldn't be wise to push it here.
"Oh, and why did you name the Guild "Fairy Tail?" I asked, trying to change the topic.
"Because I heard a fairy tale about fairies when I was little, and I always wondered if fairies had tails!" Mavis explained with a look of wonder.
"And did you find out if they have tails?" I questioned with interest.
"Nope!" Mavis instantly replied with a giggle. "It's an adventure I never got to finish!"
"Well then, I will make sure to find that out for you," I promised with a smile and watched as she froze in place.
"Bah! Evil man! Don't make such promises! I might take it the wrong way!" Mavis yelled while running around in circles.
"What's there to misunderstand?" I tilted my head. "If I ever find a fairy, I will make sure to remember its appearance and show it to you after with Archive."
"Evil, bad, bad man!" Mavis pointed at me with pursed lips.
"Would a bad man give you free food?" I asked her with a teasing smile.
"The worst!" Mavis jumped and hid underneath the desk.
"You are the worst!" That voice came from behind me, and I turned to see another Mavis standing there.
"Huh?" I narrowed my eyes as the new Mavis pointed at me with a pout and looked under the desk, to see her there as well, glaring at me with pursed lips.
"Oh?" I tilted my head. "Is that an illusion?"
"So what if it is?" Both asked at the same time.
"I can also do something similar," I told her and transformered into my Incubus form before using its Clone Spell, forming an illusion of myself.
Both Mavis froze on the spot, audibly gulping as they stared at me and my clone. Then they both began running around in circles while saying. "Bad man! Evil! The absolute worst!"
I laughed at her antics, which made her yell those words ever louder. She calmed down after a few minutes, and I asked in interest. "What other types of Magic do you know?"
I didn't know much about Yuri–her other friend–but both Precht and Warrod were amazing Mages in my mind. One was the writer of those Magic Theory books while the other was one of the Ten Wizard Saints. I thought Mavis was just as capable as them considering she was the one that formed the Guild in the first place.
"I use the strongest of Magics! Friendship Magic!" Mavis declared proudly while I stared in confusion.
"No, really, what other kind of Magic do you know?" I asked with a tilt of my head.
"I just told you, you bad man!" Mavis stomped her bare feet and pouted. "Friendship Magic! Love Magic! The Magic of the fairies!"
"Oh, is that like the Slayer types?" I asked, still confused about what she was saying.
"No, no, no!" She wiggled her finger at me. "Anyone can use the power of love because we all have it!"
"I don't understand,"I told her truthfully since this was completely foreign and against everything I had learned about Magic.
"Don't worry," Mavis hopped over and jumped on the desk before patting my head. "You will understand soon enough."
"Boop!" She then poked my nose and scurried away while laughing, leaving me alone and confused.
I shook my head, forgetting about that for the moment and took out the Wind Magic book Gran Doma gave me as a reward for the lecture Job.
'I should do more of those Jobs if the rewards would be like this.' I thought to myself as I opened the first page and dived right into it.
I returned home after leaning how to use everything described in the book. I didn't get to try them out since I was in the library, but I felt confident enough I could use them without any real issue.
Levy was waiting for me inside the house, and we shared a quick dinner before we got to experimenting, ruining another pair of sheets in the process. It was for a good cause, however. Having sex with Levy was worth the sacrifice of some sheets that could easily be replaced.
It is now Saturday, August 13th, X783. Warrod will arrive today.
'I could get used to this.' I thought as I woke up with a naked Levy drooling on my chest. I quietly snorted, saving that image of her to show it to her later with Archive before I gently cleaned her, doing my best to not wake her up.
While laying for a bit longer, I made a mental note to check the Guild later, just in case Warrod arrived today. Other than that, I had no particular plans, though I could always arrange to go on a Job with Natsu or Cana in the near future. Both did seem interested in partnering with me, after all.
While still laying in bed, I took out the Scrolls I earned from the training trip. I had plenty of them, and I took a moment to decide which one to start with. I already knew a few Wind Spells–even I had yet to use them–so I stored that one and looked at the rest. I could use Earth Magic as long as I transformed into the Earth Shaker, so that left me only with Fire and Water. Fire was a destructive type of Magic, and I already had Lightning and even Wind for that, so that left me with the Water Scroll.
I looked at its content before smiling. This shouldn't take me that long.
The Spell was simple enough. At least I thought as much after reading through the Scroll once. I had to stop myself from attempting to use it right then since I was still in bed. I was just considering going to the backyard to try it out when I felt Levy's hand slowly trail down my body.
"You have no idea how attractive you are when focusing like that," Levy whispered as she began stroking me. "And how aroused I get from seeing you like that first thing in the morning."
I was about to store my Scroll to focus on her, but she stopped me. "No, no. Keep reading and allow me to have some fun."
Levy slid down and took my erection in her hot mouth, her gaze never leaving my face the entire time. Slurping sounds followed as she took my entire length, my erection pushing against her throat.
"Oh, fuck," I said with a heavy breath while doing my best to keep my focus on the Scroll, trying to understand its contents while she gave me a blowjob.
Surprisingly, I found out that I understood it better, and I told her as much. That made her increase her pace, and she even began gently fondling my balls. I could resist only for so long and ended up shooting my seeds down her throat.
"We should do this more often," I told her as I wrapped my arms around her. "And next time, I will be doing the pleasing while you do your best at studying."
"Oh…" Levy's entire body shivered. "That just sounds amazing…"
We ended up cuddling for a while before having a quick breakfast. I then told her about my idea of trying to create Devil Slayer Magic on my own with the assistance of my Demon. That got her interested, and we briefly discussed how I should go about doing that.
In the end, I ended up transforming into my Incubus form just so I could discuss it with Lord'oran and see what he thought about it.
"I'm not sure if that's possible," he said at first. "Devil Slayer, or just Devil Magic is something we naturally develop as we grow older and stronger. It's something unique to our species, and we can only teach it to others by sacrificing a small part of our power."
"Can you do that?" I asked while cupping my chin. "Sacrifice part of your power to let me learn it?"
"No." He chuckled. "I haven't developed my own Devil Magic since I'm still far too weak. Honestly, I'm hoping I could grow stronger like that Metal Mole by relying on your power and end up developing my Devil Magic."
"That's disappointing," I said with a sigh since that eliminated the easy way. I also couldn't use one of those pills on him since they were specifically meant to be used on Beasts. Plus, I didn't want to risk making him too strong, in case he tried to fight back against my control.
"That means I'll have to do it the hard way," I said after, determined to make this work.
"Oh, I can't wait to see this," Lord'oran sounded excited. "It might give me ideas of how to improve or direct my improvement once I grow stronger."
"Well, let's see what I can do," I muttered and tried to figure out how Demons exactly worked while Levy stared at me in interest.
For the first time in a long while, I began doubting my Magic knowledge. So far, it hadn't taken me more than a few hours of learning a Spell or even an entire Magic School. Archive was the hardest one I had learned, and it took me just a few hours to get it down.
However, this Devil Slayer business was far harder than that, and even after spending a few hours of trying to figure it out, I hadn't managed to even come close to understanding it. Lord'oran tried to help, but as he said, he was still too weak and didn't have his own brand of Devil Magic, so he could only give me a few tips here and there.
That was still better than nothing. Though I was still disappointed at how lost I felt when trying to recreate this.
"Don't feel down." Levy pulled me in for a hug. "I'm sure you will get it down eventually."
"Thanks." I cupped her cheeks, gently kissing her lips before pulling back. "I already feel better."
"Oh, I will make you feel better alright," Levy said with a grin and raised herself on her toes to reach my ear. "You have no idea what I have planned for you tonight."
"I can't wait to find out," I replied, already imaging various scenarios in my mind.
"Later, big boy." Levy grinned as she tugged on my pants, rubbing her hand over my bulge. I pouted in return which only made her grin grow larger.
"Let's go check out what's happening at the Guild." Levy wrapped her fingers with mine, and we walked out of my home, slowly making our way over to the Guild.
Makarov greeted us the moment we entered, quickly hopping over. "My boy! We have a special visitor today, and he's currently with the tree."
"So Warrod is here?" I asked excitedly.
"He is, he is." Makarov nodded before he took out a Job request from his pocket. "This also arrived for you today. They want you to do another lecture at the Magic School in Crocus."
I took the request, noticing that the reward for it was five hundred Jewels for one lecture or another Magic Book if I ended up doing as good as the last time.
"You don't have to rush to do it since they didn't specify when they want you to complete it," Makarov said as I pocketed the request.
"I'll see what I can do," I told him as he waddled over to sit next to Macao and Wakaba.
"You gave a lecture at that school?" Levy asked after he left.
"I did," I confirmed with a nod. "It was a nice experience, and Gran Doma even gave me a Magic Book as a reward."
"Guess you had a better time than me," Levy scoffed.
"What happened?" I asked, wondering if I should refuse this Job now despite how well it went last time.
"Some professor tried to push his luck," Levy replied with a smirk. "I ended up pushing him out of the building."
"You'll have to tell me more about this later," I said, and she promised she would.
Then I left her to catch up with her team while I went to the library in search of Mavis to see if she wanted to meet with Warrod. However, no matter how much I looked and called for her, she refused to show herself.
I thought she was perhaps already with Warrod, but when I entered the kitchen, I only saw a… human that looked like a tree? Like, the man was more tree than human from what I could see.
The man was hunched over the chocolate tree–it looked slightly bigger than yesterday–his body was wiggling left and right as he whispered to it. "Oh, what a wonderful specimen you are. You will grow big and strong. Oh, yes, you will. Mhm, you will grow into a beautiful tree."
"Hello there," I greeted the man/tree.
"Oh, ho ho, you must be the young man that Makarov told me about." He turned around, swooning left and right like a plant being blown by the wind. "The one that found this one of a kind tree."
"That's right." I nodded, hoping that would make him like me more since even though he looked weird, he was still one of the Ten Wizard Saints.
"Bravo, bravo!" He clapped his hands. "I have traveled all around Ishgar, and I have never found anything as amazing as this specimen."
"Glad you like it, sir," I replied.
"You will have to inform me if you ever find anything like this in the future," Warrod smile gently as he tiptoed around me in a little dance.
"Well, the only other thing I have are two seeds that were given to me by someone named Idunma," I said since I did want to learn how to speed the growth of those seeds. In fact, I even considered to ask him to it for me.
"Idunma?" Warrod paused his dance and stared at me in surprise. "Why, that's a name that's as beautiful as it is frightening."
"Do you know her?" I had to ask since this was the first person that seemed to know her. Though… "Why do you think she's frightening?"
"I do, I do," Warrod replied while stroking his chin. "As for why I think she's frightening. Well, the day I met her was the day I had to run the fastest in my life."
"What happened?" I couldn't help but ask. Sure, Idunma's energy was frightening when I felt it first, but she had generally been nice to me. And she somehow made a Wizard Saint run away in fear? How strong was she?
"Well, I saw this incredible specimen of an apple tree. So I thought to myself, "well, I ought to provide it with some good nutrition," ho ho ho." Warrod paused as if waiting for me.
"And then what happened?" I asked, urging him to go on.
"I pissed on it," he told me with a grin.
"You pissed on it?" I asked with a gaping mouth.
"I pissed on it." Warrod nodded with a bright smile. "And before I knew it, I was sent flying kilometers away after being hit by a single branch. Ho ho ho."
I was left speechless, just staring at this weird man while trying to comprehend what he just told me. For one, he had survived being hit by an attack that sent him flying kilometers away. For two… Idunma could send someone flying kilometers away with a single attack.
Right… if I ever met Idunma, I should try to avoid mentioning Warrod to her. In fact, it might be wiser to avoid bringing up the topic of him helping with the seeds she gave me. However, that didn't mean I couldn't ask for him to teach me a thing or two about Green Magic.
"I wanted to ask if you would be willing to teach me about Green Magic?" I asked, changing the topic.
"Why, of course! I would love to share my Magic with someone else," Warrod agreed, clapping his hands in excitement.
"That's great," I said and offered. "There is a nice little farm near Magnolia. I usually help the farmer there by using Growth on his crops. We can go there to practice."
"Oh, what a lovely idea!" Warrod exclaimed and grabbed me, pulling me out of the building. Once outside, he dropped a seed on the ground, and before I knew it, we were already right above the farm.
'What just happened?' I thought, looking back to see a giant stalk slowly disintegrating behind us. I couldn't believe my eyes. Warrod just made a plant grow big enough to carry us from Magnolia over to the farm in a split second.
I turned back watching the cackling man. He definitely had earned his position as a Wizard Saint. That much I was sure off after witnessing this.
Before we landed, he dropped another seed, and another stalk erupted from the ground, catching and safely placing us down.
The farmer came rushing to see what was going on, but I explained that I was here to help with his crops, and that one of the Wizard Saints would also be doing the same. He was more than happy to allows to help and left us to our devices.
I learned a lot from Warrod, both about Green Magic and Farming. I truly did. However, the man was a weird one, and there was no doubt about that. I supposed that came with his age, but Warrod was weirdly insisted on using manure and urine to improve the growth of plants.
I got that both things had a lot of nutrients and were beneficial for the plants. I really understood it. However, we were Mages and could replicate the effect with Spells like Growth, and I did tell him about my thoughts.
"You are not wrong," Warrod said, stroking his chin. "However, you are also not right."
"What do you mean?" I asked, trying to understand what was wrong with my reasoning.
"Using only our Magic sounds like an easy solution, but we will end up making the plants reliant on it. Then the moment we leave and stop using it, they will wither and die as they wouldn't be able to continue living without our Magic," he explained, making me rethink my previous thoughts. "Just throwing Magic around could work, however, that's not a permanent solution to most of our problems."
We spent a good amount of time working the plants on the farm, and Warrod constantly kept praising me, telling me how happy he was to see someone with such potential for Green Magic. I felt proud hearing that from one of the Wizard Saints, and I had to stop myself from boasting how I was just as good with all the other types of Magic I knew.
Nevertheless, my pride was crushed when Warrod used Growth himself. I thought I was doing pretty well myself after the various crops visibly grew from my Spell. However, he made the entire farm bloom with a single cast of Growth. I stood there for a good while just staring with an open mouth, trying to understand how he just did that.
"Ho ho ho." Warrod stroked his chin before doing one of his weird little dances. "Shall we return back to the Guild?"
"Yes." I nodded absentmindedly, my mind still on that scene from earlier.
"I heard some people call you the Cooking Wizard, and I admit I'm a bit interested in tasting your food," Warrod said, staring at me with a glint in his eyes. "Would you perhaps be willing to cook for this old man?"
"Oh, yeah, i don't mind," I replied, not really minding the request. "I tend to cook a feast for the Guild every time I'm around so it's no trouble at all."
"Amazing!" Warrod exclaimed and before I knew it, we were already standing in front of the Guild. "I can't wait to taste your food!"
The rest of the Guild heard his words and erupted in a cheer since they knew I would be hanging out free food. I mechanically walked towards the kitchen and only paused for a moment as I realized there were a lot more people than usual here. Looking around, I noticed that there were people that weren't part of the Guild, but I shrugged my shoulders. I had so much monsters bodies and meat in my Inventory that I didn't even know what to do with them.
"Hey, Mira," I greeted the white-haired beauty as I entered the kitchen.
"Hello to you too," Mira replied as she bumped me with her hip.
"Would you like to prepare a large feast for dinner with me?" I asked, wondering if this could somehow get Mavis to come out of her hiding spot. I mean, I thought she'd be happier to see Warrod as she said he was a dear friend of hers. Maybe there was something else that happened between the two considering Warrod wasn't even part of the Guild now. I'd try to gently bring up that topic when I saw her.
"I wouldn't mind at all." Mira spun around and ended up giving me a hug from behind and whispered in my ear. "Because as much as I enjoy watching you cook, I enjoy doing it with you just as much."
"Mhm." I nodded mutely, trying to ignore how hot her breath was.
I always had an easy time working with Mira in the kitchen. However, it was different when we did it while communicating through Telepathy. Everything happened so smoothly as we moved around, perfectly synchronized with each other.
It reminded me of my reading time with Levy as we would both bounce ideas off each other, perfectly understanding what the other meant.
Part of my thoughts might've bled through our mental connection, and Mira clicked her tongue with a grin. "Thinking of someone else while you're with me? A girl can get jealous, you know?"
"You have nothing to be jealous about." I rolled my eyes before sending her my thoughts about her and how much I enjoyed spending time with her.
Mira froze on the spot before a warm smile formed on her face. She stopped whatever she was doing and walked over before gently pulling me in for a hug. I hugged her back, basking in her warmth for a bit and just enjoying the moment.
"I'm glad you enjoy our time just as much as I do," Mira whispered as she tightened her arms around me. "And I'm just as glad that you joined the Guild."
We stayed like that for a while, and I coughed when I was starting to feel a bit awkward. Mira chuckled and raised herself a bit to place a gentle kiss on my cheek before pulling back, a wide smile on her face.
We returned to cooking after and quickly finished with all the dishes before we began carrying them out one by one. Like I saw earlier, there were a few people that weren't part of the Guild, but I dropped off some food for them as well.
However, I was anxious to see how Warrod would react to my cooking. He took one bite before closing his eyes, releasing a pleased sound.
"Marvelous!" Warrod clapped his hands in joy.
"Of course, it is," Makarov said from beside him, all while stuffing food in his mouth. "All the food Leon makes is marvelous!"
"Ho ho ho." Warrod chuckled with his weird old man laugh before taking a few more bites. "The warmth from this food makes me feel like I'm basking under the sun!"
He turned to me with a peaceful expression on his face. "If there is anything that you'd like to request from me, just say the word, I would gladly accept!"
"Well," I said while cupping my chin, thinking for a moment what I'd like to request from someone like Warrod. More training was the first thing that came to my mind as he was one of the Wizard Saints, after all. Green Magic didn't seem that strong at first, but the things that he was capable of with it were just mind boggling. It wasn't as flashy as Laxus' Lightning Magic, but it definitely had just as much potential if not even more due to how versatile it was.
However, I didn't want to take too much of his time. Makarov did tell me that Warrod usually traveled around and rejuvenated entire forests on his own. That seemed like important work, and I didn't want to bother him too much with that.
Then I was reminded of the time Idunma made those seeds for the Apples of Peace, and I just had to ask. "Would it be possible to make seeds from these fruit? They don't have any themselves, and finding them isn't an easy task."
I showed him a Peach of Strength, and Warrod's jaw dropped at the sight of it. "You truly have the most wondrous of specimens just lying around, don't you?"
He gently picked the fruit as he inspected it from all sides. His hand caressed the peach as he looked back at me. "This little thing is so full of energy, but… I can't guarantee that I could turn it into seeds."
"What if you had another one or two?" I asked, taking out two more of the fruits.
"Yes, three will do." Warrod said with shining eyes. "Ho ho ho. This old man can't wait to see the lovely tree that will sprout from those perfectly shaped peaches."
While I watched him use his Magic to turn the fruits into seeds, I couldn't help but compare him to Idunma. She needed only one apple to create two seeds, while Warrod, one of the Ten Wizard Saints needed three of the fruits to create just a single seed. How strong was she really?
"Here you go," Warrod said as he handed me the seed. "I do hope I will get to see something wondrous when I visit again. I think I will be back in a month or two at most."
"I promise I will do my best to take care of it," I said, meaning what I said. After all, those fruits were important for my future. As long as I figured out how to make them work again, that is, as they couldn't raise my Stats any further at the moment. I did figure that out after eating a few during the training trip.
Earned 1x magical seed for a Peach Tree.
Warrod left after the dinner since he was a busy man and couldn't stay for much longer. I was slightly disappointed he was already gone, but at the same time, I earned a lot just from the few hours I got to spend with him. Not to mention that he even used his Magic on the chocolate tree and made it bigger, so it produced even more of its sweet sap.
I would make sure to cast my Spell every time I was in the kitchen once I got better with Green Magic. Though… Warrod did mention that it wasn't a great idea to make something entirely reliant on my Magic. Hmm, I would figure out a solution for that issue, I was sure of that.
Levy gave me a kiss before she left, stating she'd be waiting for me in my house, while I tried to find Mavis again. I walked around the Guild, calling out to her in a low voice since I didn't want to sound like a crazy weirdo.
"Mavis?" I called out as I entered the library and began looking around.
"Is he gone?" I heard her voice from behind one of the bookshelves.
"He left," I replied and walked over, only to find her sitting on the floor and hugging her legs while quietly sniffling. I didn't know what to say, so I sat down next to her and put my arm around her shoulders.
Mavis stayed still for a moment before shuffling over, pushing her face against my chest. I hugged her with both arms while wondering what I was supposed to even say. As much as I wanted to comfort her, I didn't know what had happened between them and why she was so afraid of even seeing him.
"Would you like some of the food? I made sure to save some for you," I asked while rubbing her back.
"Mhm." Mavis nodded against my chest. "Please."
I took some of the dishes from earlier, and I had to feed her myself since her tiny hands didn't let go of my shirt even for a moment. We ended up staying like that for a long time, with her snuggling against me while I slowly fed her the food.
"Thank you," Mavis whispered quietly.
"There's nothing to thank me for," I replied back. "It's my job to take care of the First Guild Master since I am a member of Fairy Tail, after all."
"That's right." Mavis nodded before looking up at me. "You are one of my little fairies! You have to take care of me!"
"I will, you don't have to worry about that," I said while pinching and pulling her cheeks. She slapped my hands away before puffing her cheeks.
"Bad man!" Mavis hopped up, regaining some of her usual cheerfulness as she pointed at me.
"The worst!" I agreed with her.
"The most evil man!" Mavis nodded along, and we chuckled after. She then dashed in, giving me a quick hug before running away with a joyful laughter.
"Good night, Mavis," I said as I left the library and heard her respond back just as I exited the room.
"Good night, my little fairy."
On the way back, I kept thinking of how I could possibly cheer up Mavis in the future. However, I couldn't come up with anything other than spending more time with her and feeding her more of my food. All of those thoughts were thrown in the back of my mind and left for future me to deal with once Levy caught me and threw me in the bedroom.
"Just enjoy yourself," Levy said with a tone that made my body shiver. She pushed me on the bed and began slowly removing my clothes. "And let me do all the work."
I did as I was told, laying on the bed and allowing her to do all the work. I let out a low moan as Levy removed my underwear and wrapped her tongue around my erection. I spread my arms on the bed and closed my eyes, just enjoying this as she told me to. Levy was getting better at this, and she was learning exactly what I enjoyed, so it didn't take her long to make me climax.
She pushed me down with a shake of her head just as I was about to get up to return the favor. "I told you, let me do all the work."
Levy threw away her clothes and climbed on top of me, aligning my erection with her slit before dropping down with a loud moan.
"Oh, God, this feels so good," Levy moaned after she started bouncing up and down, and I couldn't help but agree. Her insides were just so hot and kept clenching around my erection.
"You are so beautiful," I said as I reached out, cupping her breasts and giving her nipples a pinch.
"Fuck!" Levy cursed loudly, and I felt her spasm while clenching ever harder.
"Damn!" I moaned as pleasure filled my being.
Levy dropped on top of me, pausing for a second before she continued bouncing on me. I grabbed her butt, slapping it once that made her moan even louder.
The night continued with her testing out all kinds of positions while on top of me, doing all the work herself while I got to enjoy it all. By the end of it, she was so tired, she could barely keep her eyes open.
"So, you think I'm beautiful?" Levy asked as I hugged her from behind.
"I think you are beautiful, intelligent, and one of the most incredible women I've ever met," I said without hesitation.
She turned her head around, staring at me through sleepy eyes. "You don't think my breasts are too small?"
"I think they are perfect," I replied and cupped them, giving them a gentle squeeze.
"You're perfect," Levy mumbled and quickly pecked me on the lips before turning around, snuggling against me as she found the perfect spot. "Good night, Leo."
"Good night," I replied, kissing her on the neck while hugging her closer to me.
It is now Sunday, August 14th, X783. Our equipment should arrive in about four days.
I woke up in a funny position as I was lying sideways on the bed with Levy on top of me. I had to slowly wiggle out to, all while making sure I didn't wake her up as well before I managed to get up.
I quickly passed through the bathroom, cleaning up a bit and even washing some of the sheets since I didn't want to continue buying new ones over and over again. With that done, I was ready to start my day.
I left through the backdoor and looked around my garden. Levy would be asleep for a while, so I had a few hours to make this place better. It was, however, still dark, so I transformed my eyes into the panther's, and I opened my book about farming as I sat down on the ground. As I began reading and absorbing the information, I raised my hand, idly using my Growth Spell on the various seeds I had planted.
There wasn't that much of a difference between mundane and magical plants. Sure, the latter had some specific requirements most of the time, but so did the former. There were some plants that needed more light, others didn't need it at all, only requiring a bit of water and a rich soil to flourish. Magical plants were basically the same, they just grew far slower.
I closed the book and stored it along with my glasses, feeling like I learned a lot about farming. My eyes then scanned my little garden, seeing that the mundane plants had already sprouted a little. However, the magical ones were nowhere to be seen.
'I'll have to improve my Spell,' I thought as I observed this while planting my peach tree seeds a distance away from the apple ones. I could do that later if I had some time, though now I wanted to try my hand at creating the unique Magic of Demons again. I might've failed last time, but I knew I could figure it out with enough time and effort.
Lord'oran could only help me so much with this, so I had to figure out this on my own by first trying to replicate his unique Magical Power before greatly improving its quality. That was far harder to do than it sounded since his energy was so different than my own.
In fact, I had noticed that no one else had Mana like me. They all seemed to have Ethernano as described in the Magical Theory books, and everyone had three different containers in their bodies for it. They also had to breathe in to regain their Magic Power, something which I didn't have to do at all. And if I was to believe my Status–which I had no reason not to–all of my Mana was produced by my Soul.
I entered the kitchen while thinking what made me so different from everyone else. Quickly taking out some ingredients, I began preparing a breakfast for me and Levy since I was expecting her to wake up any moment now. I wanted to surprise and show her how much I cared for her. With a smile on my face, I finished preparing the food, using some of the chocolate from the tree that I had in my Inventory to guarantee that this would be one of the best breakfasts ever made.
"Good morning~" I called out as I entered the bedroom, seeing Levy still lying on the bed.
"Morning," she replied back, just raising her hands in the air without even moving from her spot.
I chuckled as I walked over, pecking her on the lips before I huddled next to her. I took out the food after, laying it out in front of us. The sheets had to be cleaned either way, so I didn't care if we ended up dirtying them.
"Oh… I can really get used to this," Levy said with a breathy moan as she took small bites.
"I will make sure to make you something every single morning," I said with a smile that stretched from ear to ear.
Levy looked at me with an intense look in her eyes. "Then I will have to make sure you have a reason to wake me up like this."
"You don't need to do anything," I replied, wrapping an arm around her. "I do it because I want to."
"If my legs didn't feel like jelly…" Levy whispered under her breath.
"Though… I wouldn't mind if you help me with my studies," I said after thinking about it.
"Oh, maybe I can force them to move…" She continued mumbling.
"I want to focus some more on Physics," I explained, pretending I didn't hear her.
"Give me a moment," Levy said, quickly finishing with her breakfast before we began our little lesson.
Levy had an interesting method of teaching, but I was all for it. Especially because it was a clear upgrade to the time when she taught me Mathematics since instead of getting kisses, I was getting something even better whenever I answered her questions correctly.
'Yeah…' I looked down, seeing her bob her head up and down while staring back at me. 'Way better.'
I turned back on the book, my focus on the way storms naturally formed in nature. There was a lot to unpack there, but this gave me ideas of how I could potentially combine three of my current Magic Schools into one that encompass them all and even more. Though I didn't need to do that and could just leave them as they were, using some of my newfound knowledge to make them a bit stronger.
'Oh, fuck!' I moaned, sending my thoughts over to Levy.
She sent me back a feeling of smugness as she increased her pace. 'You aren't allowed to finish before getting done with the lesson.'
Despite how much hardships I had to face, I did succeed in completely learning everything from the book. I'd need to find a better one if I wanted to continue my studies about Physics from here, or I'd have to try figuring it out on my own.
"Hey, I'm going to grab some more books and a few extra clothes to bring over," Levy idly said as we got dressed.
"That's fine with me," I replied with a shrug. "I carry my clothes with me all the time, so you can have the wardrobes for yourself."
"You and your endless Inventory." Levy shook her head. "I really don't understand how you have so much space."
"Because my Magic is awesome like that?" I asked back with a feeling of pride.
"It is." She nodded before cupping her chin. "And I wonder if I can figure out a way to replicate it somehow."
"I'm sure that if anyone can figure it out, it will be you," I said as I grabbed her hand, receiving a large smile in response.
We left the house after that, and she made her way over to Fairy Hills while I visited the Guild. After quickly greeting everyone, I entered the kitchen, giving Mira a hug.
Without even thinking about it, I used my Telepathy, and she immediately accepted the mental connection before we began working together as if we had done this thousands of times before. You know, I really loved this feeling and the way we just clicked with Mira.
'I feel the same.' I heard Mira's voice in my head that came along with a warm feeling. I smiled at her as we continued preparing a feast for the Guild to enjoy.
"Hey, pretty boy," Cana called out while I was serving the food with Mira.
"Hey, to you too," I said as I placed some in front of her and took a seat.
"Oh, this is great," she said after taking a bite, and I grinned in pride. "You should definitely try to make some alcohol. Bet it will be just as good as this."
"I can try," I said, cupping my chin in thought. "I don't know much about it, but it wouldn't hurt to make an attempt or two."
"Well, you've come to the right girl." Cana tapped her chest, making those large breasts bounce up and down. I resisted with all my might and kept my gaze on her eyes. "I can tell you all about how to make the best kind of alcohol."
"Go ahead," I said and filled a glass with some of her alcohol, deciding to spend some time with her, especially after seeing she was in a better mood today. Not that I wouldn't have enjoyed talking with her if she wasn't. I would've still done it and tried my best to cheer her up.
Cana went into detail about all the various ways on how to make alcohol. Beer was her preferred drink since she could buy large barrels for it. However, she would much prefer something stronger if she could get her hands on it. Unfortunately, there really wasn't a type of alcohol that could actually get her drunk.
"I wonder if I can figure out a way to make it with magical ingredients to make it strong enough to affect you," I mused after hearing about her problem.
"Pretty boy, you just know exactly what to tell a girl, don't you?" Cana asked with a chuckle before shaking her head. "About that Job we talked about. I'm thinking of taking one in a few days. Wanna join me?"
"Do you think it could in be about four days?" I asked before adding. "I'm waiting for an order from Crocus to arrive with my equipment."
"I can wait," Cana replied with a shrug. "I've done plenty of Jobs already, so I have all the time in the world. Especially since you will be coming along."
"Yeah, you don't have to worry about it." I smiled at her. "I did promise to go on a Job with you, after all."
"You did, pretty boy!" Cana replied loudly, raising her glass to clink it with mine. "Cheers!"
"Cheers."
We spent some more time talking, just having a good time together. However, I was interrupted by Makarov who called me to his office.
"Do you need help with this, Master?" I asked, staring at the stack of papers on his desk.
"This?" He looked at it as well before pushing it all down on the ground. "No need, I have it handled! There's something else I needed to ask you."
"What is it?" I asked, sitting down in front of him.
"Well, the chocolate from the tree has been selling really well, and I got some offers to sell it in bulk to a few merchant companies," Makarov explained, looking nervous for some reason.
"I hadn't agreed to any of those offers since you are the one that brought the tree here, but they made some really good offers for the chocolate. I wonder if you will be okay with selling it in bulk to them? Of course, you will still get your share, but the Guild will get the other half of it. What do you think about that?" Makarov asked with a gulp.
"I don't see what's the problem," I replied, tilting my head. "I did agree that the Guild could just sell the chocolate instead of me."
"Hallelujah!" Makarov yelled, throwing paper in the air. "Fairy Tail will finally make some money!"
"Is everything alright with the Guild, Master?" I asked in concern since I knew that we barely had enough money to sustain ourselves.
"It is now!" Makarov cheered as he hopped over, giving me a quick hug. "All thanks to you!"
"I'm glad I could help," I said, patting him on the back.
"Money, money, money~" Makarov sang as he danced around the room. "Must be funny, in the rich man's world~"
I left Makarov to his own as he was clearly lost in his own imagination. I really didn't mind him getting a cut from the chocolate since I wasn't really selling it myself. Plus, I was getting Jewels for that, so I wasn't losing on much.
I checked the time, finding out I had a few more hours left today and wondered what to do.
Since I had some time, I figured I could try to work on improving my Growth Spell since I wanted to make it usable on magical plants as well. So, I made my way over to my home, using my Flight to keep myself afloat while also keeping a partial transformation for my eyes. I gently floated down in my backyard and sat on the ground, staring at the magical plants I had planted.
It took me quite a few tries before I managed to get my Spell to work on the magical plants in my garden, but I succeeded in the end, and it was wonderful.
"You will grow to be big and strong, oh yes, you will," I cooed at the sprouts that formed from the apple and peach seeds. I saw Warrod doing this, so I figured it was important and copied him. He did make the chocolate tree bigger, after all.
I stayed for a bit in my garden, making sure that all of the magical plants got some love from my Growth Spell, watching them all visibly grow up in front of my eyes. Soon, I would have a steady supply of ingredients to practice my Alchemy if I so desired, though I did already have plenty of ingredients in my Inventory.
After making sure I didn't hurt any of the plants with my Magic, I entered inside, finding Levy in my kitchen.
"Hi," she said while preparing something on the stove. "You always cook for me, so I wanted to surprise you today."
"And I'm pleasantly surprised," I replied, hugging her from behind and assisting her with the food she was grilling. Not that she needed much help with that.
We shared a nice meal together, and I praised Levy for how good it tasted, We then returned to the bedroom and cuddled for a bit before falling asleep.
