Chapter 12
It is now Tuesday, August 23rd, X783.
I should've expected as much, but I was still slightly surprised when I felt so much energy coursing through my body, to the point where I didn't feel like sleeping at all. This happened the last time I ate the Peaches, making me wonder if this would now be permanent. I would find out soon enough, though I had to figure out what to do now.
First, I summoned my wolves and sent them to the nearby forest, just in case they had missed some monsters there. To make this a bit more entertaining for me, I began manually controlling them, finding out just how easier it was now after I had some experience with Archive. In fact, I felt like I could perfectly control them while doing something else at the same time.
To test how good my control was, I decided to work on one of my Spells through them while I went to my garden to take care of my plants and plant the new seeds.
The new seeds sprouted into small saplings after using my Spell on them a few times, and I spent some time praising and telling them they'd grow big and strong. Then I moved onto my older trees, which were now twice as tall as me. Soon they would begin producing fruits, and I could barely wait for that as I used up all the Peaches when I made the cobbler. I had a few Apples left, which I could make into something like a pie later today, but they were enough for just one meal.
The rest of the plants I had to pick and replant since they were all fully grown, storing quite a bit of herbs and vegetables in my Inventory. A good thing since I did run out of most of them due to the cooking spree I went on. If I improved my Growth Spell a bit more, I might even be able to make them fully grown in less than day. I expected to be capable of doing that soon enough.
With my garden taken care of, it was time to improve my Conjure Clone as it wasn't up to my standards.
Cooking Wizard title has been updated.
Cooking God: All types of food taste supernaturally good. +100 to all Cooking rolls, including EXP ones.
I decided to push the Clone in a different direction than what I initially planned for. Instead of making it more powerful, I figured it would be better to make it smarter, at least until it was as intelligent as a normal adult. Though that didn't mean I couldn't focus on improving its abilities later on, I just figured that being smarter would be more useful for the time being.
I could have the Clone doing basic housework in my home, or I could even send it to help Makarov with his paperwork. There were even a few more options available to me with it being as intelligent as an adult.
I could have my wolves run around the kingdom and summon my Clone to speak on my behalf if they were mistaken for monsters or if they were doing a Job instead of me. In fact, I could even start my own delivery company now due to this like how that butcher in Clover Town recommended. Right, there were more things I wished to do with the Clone, but it was good enough for now.
I checked the time, seeing that it was a few more hours until everyone began waking up. There wasn't much I could do at this time of the day, but I figured I could do a quick Job, so I went over to the Guild to check up on the available requests on the Job Board.
While I was checking those out, I remembered that I still had that Job for the lecture over at Crocus. Perhaps I could do that since I could fly there really quickly with Lord'oran and my Storm Devil Magic. It would take me just a few hours to go from there and back, and I would need a few more to do the lecture itself.
The lecture Job seemed the best to me at the moment, so I quickly took to the skies and flew towards Crocus. My flying speed with Lord'oran was even faster than I had imagined, and I reached my destination in no time at all. That turned into a problem since I got there too early, and the school wasn't open yet, leaving me to awkwardly stand at the front gate.
"Leon?" I turned around as I heard my name, seeing Gran Doma walking over.
"Mister Doma," I replied with a wave. "Good morning "
"Good morning to you too, young man," he greeted me back with a kind smile. "I don't suppose you are here for that Job I sent to you."
"I am, sir," I answered with a smile of my own. "I also wanted to thank you for the Magic Book since it was really helpful."
"Don't tell me you already learned everything it had to offer?" Doma asked in surprise.
"I did." I nodded my head as I activated Flight and effortlessly raised myself from the ground.
"Marvelous, simply marvelous!" Doma clapped his hands.
"Thank you," I replied as I dropped down.
"Now, there is still an hour before the start of the school day, and I'd like to make one additional request from you," Doma said as his eyes lit up. "I heard tales of your cooking, and I wish to personally taste exactly how good your food is."
"Sure, I can prepare a nice breakfast for the two of us," I accepted without thinking about it too much.
"Thank you for humoring this old man," he said before leading me to the cafeteria inside the school, and I couldn't help but notice how much better their equipment was. It seemed I might have to purchase something similar for my own home, perhaps even for the Guild as well.
"This truly is the best breakfast I've had the pleasure of eating," Doma praised me after taking a bite from the pancakes I quickly made.
"Thank you," I replied in kind, taking small bites from my own food.
"And there wasn't a hint of Magic used, though I admit you deserve your title of a Cooking Wizard despite that."
I held back a chuckle as I noticed earlier that my title has improved, and it was now Cooking God. I wasn't sure if I really deserved it, but I'd take it, especially after learning that the Wind Mage I easily beat was referred to as the Death God. If he deserved that title, then I deserved being called the Cooking God.
"Well, I do enjoy cooking," I replied with a chuckle.
"And you even do it for free," Doma said before sighing. "We really need more young people like you."
I wasn't sure what to say to that, so I just thanked him as we continued eating our breakfast.
"I also heard about you recently capturing multiple Dark Mages, including an entire Dark Guild," Doma continued after a moment. "I applaud your actions, I truly do, but…"
"But?" I asked, wondering what was the issue.
"This shouldn't be said over such a pleasant meal, but it would be better to just permanently put down those dregs of society," Doma said with a righteous flame burning in his eyes. "They are nothing more than a waste of space. In fact, that might be an overstatement as they return back to their old selves the moment they are released from prison."
"You mean to kill them?" I asked, not entirely sure how I felt about that. I had thought about it before, and I would do it if the situation called for it, but… "I haven't… really killed anyone before."
"You are a better person than all of them combined," Doma replied with a kind tone. "I apologize for bringing this up. I do admit I get a bit heated when it comes to people of that ilk."
"It's fine, sir," I replied and shook my head. "You did make me think of how I could deal with them in the future. I mean, I remember capturing one in Bosco, but he ended up escaping and… well, he's causing havoc across the kingdom there."
"Ah, Daylight," Doma said with a frown. "Annoying and slippery creatures. Anytime anyone even comes close to their base of operation, they end up escaping to the other side of the nation."
"How do they do that? An artifact of some kind? Or do they have a skilled Space Mage working with them?" I questioned, wondering how they managed to escape every time and what I could do to prevent them from running away. I was, after all, thinking about going to Bosco to try and stop them if I had the chance.
"The only thing we know is that it is the doing of a woman who can open… gates from one location to another. We don't know whether it's her Magic or an artifact, but we will surely deal with them soon enough. It is only a matter of time," Doma declared with confidence.
"I might personally go to Bosco to help with that in the near future," I said after thinking it over. I was sure we could locate them If I teamed up with Cana. Then I'd have to sneak in and take out the woman or even use Boss Battle on her to prevent them from escaping. Though my plan was based on finding them, which was why Cana would be extremely helpful.
"Ah, I'm not sure if I'd recommend that. They are not weak, and I'd rather not see you get hurt fighting them," Doma tried dissuading me from that.
"I'm not that weak sir," I said with a little frown. Sure, I needed to improve my attacking Spells some more–that became apparent during the Lullaby fight–but I wasn't weak. "I even recreated a powerful Lost Magic recently."
Doma froze, his eyes wide open as he stared at me. "I'm sorry, what? You recreated a Lost Magic on your own? From scratch?"
"Yes." I proudly nodded. "I first combined Lighting, Water, and Wind into Storm Magic before turning that into Storm Devil Slayer."
It was called just Storm Devil on my Status, but most people seemed to refer to it as Devil Slayer, so I figured he would understand it better this way.
"A Slayer Magic?" Doma's jaw was hanging loose as he stared in astonishment. "Just creating Storm Magic would've been an achievement, but this…"
"Yes," I replied with a grin.
"Would you please share a bit of how you achieved that?" Doma asked with a tremble in his voice. "I admit I have tried doing something similar in the past, and I even had a book to study from, but I still ended up failing. The only thing I learned from that was that one needed to be personally taught Slayer Magic from that particular species, or they needed to implant a Lacrima formed from the death of being from that species."
"Well, I know how to use Satan Soul and have a… friendly Demon Soul," I started with that since that was somewhat important.
"A friendly Demon? There are a few civilized Demon tribes. Did one of them teach you?" He asked.
"No." I shook my head. "He couldn't use it back then, so it was mostly a trial and error on my part until I figured out how to mimic his Demonic energy."
"How astounding!" Doma clapped. "Truly… wait, you said he couldn't use it back then?"
"He was a bit too weak for that, but he did gain his own Devil Slayer Magic after I Took Over a Zeref Demon and sacrificed it, using its energy to make my own Demon Soul stronger," I explained to him.
"A Zeref Demon? Which one?" Doma asked in great interest before he narrowed his eyes. "And you sacrificed to increase the power of your own Demon Soul. Ohh, how remarkable! They are normally considered as unkillable creatures, but it seems you have found a way around that."
"It worked, I can tell you that much at least since Lullaby has permanently been put down," I replied in confidence before telling him a bit about how it all went down.
Doma checked his watch, staring at it for a good while before he looked back at me. "Leon… have you considered joining the Magic Council? I'm sure that you can do plenty of good by working with us. In fact, I can see you becoming one of our main members and chairman in just a couple of years. No, maybe you will need only one year with your capabilities."
"I… I don't know, sir," I replied, biting my lip as I thought it over. "Would I have to leave Fairy Tail?"
"Yes." Doma nodded his head. "Those that are part of the Council have to sever their ties with their Guilds."
"This… I'm not sure I'm ready to do something like that at this moment," I answered, and the more I thought about it, the more sure I was that I didn't want to leave Fairy Tail. "Is there another way? One that won't require me to leave Fairy Tail."
Doma looked pained after hearing my question, and he sighed. He cupped his chin and stoked his beard for a moment before saying, "Perhaps there is another way. If you continue accomplishing such great feats, I would recommend you to become one of the Ten Wizard Saints."
My eyes opened wide at that. I knew I was progressing fast, but I wasn't sure I was anywhere close to being as strong as one of the Wizard Saints. Those guys were all supposed to be true monsters, and I was sure of that after seeing Warrod. Plus, even the Master was one of them, and he was far more powerful than his diminutive form would suggest.
"Don't think about it too much," Doma said as he stood up. "Just keep doing what you are doing, and I will do my best to grant you a spot among the strongest Mages in all of Ishgar."
"Thank you, sir," I replied, bowing my head to him.
"None of that, young man," Doma said with a cheerful tone. "Now, I do believe classes are about to start, so how about we get to that?"
"Alright then," I said and got up, following him to one of the classrooms in the building.
Doma sighed as he watched Leon capture the attention of all the students the moment he started speaking. Perhaps he was a bit too hasty with his offer earlier, but he could always try again in the future. Worst case scenario, he'd do his best to get Leon recognized as one of the Saints. Doma was sure the young man would earn his spot soon enough.
His attention returned to the lecture, and he almost found it hard to believe how all the kids listened to Leon. The teachers usually had a hard time getting them to pay attention when they weren't speaking about powerful types of Magic.
However, Leon's charisma ensured that they all listened as he went on about how important general knowledge was and how it could be used to improve one's own Magic. He even gave examples of that, stating how biology helped him push the limits of his body with his Spells, how mathematics greatly improved his Archive, and most importantly, how Physics helped him grasp and learn something like Storm Magic.
The last one made them all exclaim in surprise, and he took them all outside where he showed off some of his abilities. Leon held back on his Spells when he displayed them–Doma was sure of that–but he awed everyone, including him, when he literally changed the weather by making it rain only on the school and nowhere else. Then with a wave of his hand, he dispersed the clouds as if that was just a simple feat.
Doma wasn't even sure what to offer to Leon as payment after this. Obviously, he didn't need any more Magic, not to mention that he was clearly capable of creating his own in a ridiculously short amount of time. It hadn't even been a month since he gave him the Wind Magic Book, and Leon turned it into Storm Magic. Storm Devil Slayer Magic, in fact.
He expressed his worries to the young man, and Leon told him he didn't need any payment for this since he enjoyed the experience. Doma, however, was adamant to reward him with something, and Leon finally asked if they had any book about the various sciences. He was more than happy to reward him with a few of those, and the young man left soon after that, flying away with his Satan Soul transformation to return back to Magnolia.
Doma cursed Makarov in his mind as he watched him go, wondering how that old fool managed to get such a great gem. Leon could really do so much good in the Council, but Doma had to be satisfied with what he had. Ultear and Siegrain were two incredible talents, and he had high hopes for them as well.
After returning to the Guild, I went over to report my successful Job to Makarov and even informed him about my talk with Doma.
"No!" Makarov latched on to me. "You are not allowed to leave! I won't let you go!"
"I'm not planning on leaving," I said with a chuckle.
"You promise?" Makarov asked, tightening his grip on me.
"I promise, Master," I replied with a smile. "In fact, I even wanted to inform you I have a way to make your life even easier."
Makarov gasped. "You found another tree?"
"Well…" I scratched my head. "Maybe? But that's not what I wanted to show you."
"Even better than a tree?" Makarov's lit up in expectation.
"I'm not sure about that, but…" I trailed off as I summoned my Clone next to him. "It can't use my Skills, and I can't use my Magic through it, but my Clone is as smart as an adult, so it should be helpful with your paperwork."
"Leon…" Makarov had a deadly serious expression as he looked at me.
"Yes?" I asked, wondering if I had done something wrong.
"I will fight you if you try to leave the Guild," he said, and I gulped.
"It's a good thing I plan to stay for a very long time," I replied with a weak laugh while slowly backing away towards the door.
"The clone will listen to your orders," I said as I reached the door before quickly leaving his office, hearing him cackle like mad from inside it.
Sighing in relief, I walked past the main hall, seeing Cana drinking near the bar.
"Hey, pretty girl," I greeted her with a quick hug. "You should come by later today since I'm planning a little housewarming party."
"Oh, I will be there, pretty boy," Cana replied with a grin. "But don't forget you promised to spend some alone time with me."
"No worries, I haven't forgotten," I told her and made my way towards the kitchen.
After a quick greeting with Mira, we began cooking for the Guild, I wanted to make something with the Apples of Peace, but I figured I might as well do something for everyone present as well.
A large commotion happened in the main hall while we were cooking, and it seemed like they were all about to get into a massive fight. However, they all quickly quieted down after the building shook for a bit, and I heard Erza chastising them for their abhorrent behavior. I smiled hearing her voice since I wanted to invite her to the party as well.
"Today will be… exciting," Mira said with a grin, as I told her as much. Of course, I didn't forget to invite her as well, and she obviously agreed to come.
"Hopefully," I replied back while we cooked. "I wouldn't want to disappoint."
"I doubt that you will," Mira casually said. "Levy had only good things to say about you."
"What do you mean?" I asked, raising my eyebrow at her.
"Nothing, nothing." Mira just grinned back at me before looking at the pie made from the Apples of Peace I just took out of the oven. "Oh, that looks delicious. Would you mind if I take a bite?"
I paused for a second. The Apples of Peace were important for me since they helped raise my Soul, but I did have two trees that would soon start producing more of them. I could definitely share a piece with her here, though I could also just eat it on my own.
"Of course," I replied, cutting a piece of the pie and offering it to her. "The apples are a bit special and hard to acquire, but I don't mind sharing with you."
Mira giggled as she took the apple pie. "And I don't mind sharing you."
"What?" I asked, just as I was about to dig into my pie. I hadn't just imagined that, right?
"Nothing," Mira quickly replied, and I just stared at her for a moment.
Seeing as she wasn't going to give me an answer here, I figured I could leave the topic and return to it later, instead focusing on the pie. Just like with the peach cobbler, I couldn't stop myself from eating after taking the first bite, finishing the entire pie in a record time.
A sense of fulfillment and peace descended upon me, and I felt like nothing could possibly go wrong in the world. Mira quietly walked over and wrapped her arms around me as she sat on my lap. I hugged her closer, and we sat there, just enjoying this pleasant feeling.
"Leo…" Mira whispered as she tightened her arms around me. "Thank you."
"You have nothing to thank me for," I replied, holding on to her tightly.
She pulled back with a serene smile before gently kissing me on the cheek. "There's something I wish to do now, but will see you later."
"See you later," I replied, watching her walk out of the kitchen.
I cleaned up a bit after that and made sure to deliver the rest of the food to the Guild before approaching Erza, who's cheeks flushed red when I neared her.
"Hey, there, I'm planning a little housewarming party later today, and I'd be happy if you came over," I said, offering Erza her invitation.
"Oh, um, I will be sure to be there," she replied a bit nervously as I left her meal.
"I will see you later then," I said and bid her goodbye before grabbing Levy, taking her hand and leading her out of the Guild.
"Is everything alright?" She asked as she raised her eyebrow.
"Mhm." I nodded before using Telepathy to share a little bit of what I was feeling at that moment.
"Oh." She nodded, understanding the situation, and we walked back home, planning to do some reading together before we started preparing for the party.
Thermodynamics: Cold is the absence of heat and vice versa. We understand how temperature works, opening new paths for out future..
Magi-Tech: We can build wondrous creations through the combination of mundane science and Magic.
Healing Expert: Due to our knowledge of medicine, we can heal almost anyone with a bit of preparation. Though perhaps we can skil the preparations if we have a different tool, something like Magic, for example. +40 to medicine rolls.
Flora Specialist: We understand how plants work better than most people. Add Biology modifer when working with plants.
Earned new title.
Professor: +20 to all knowledge related rolls.
We just lied on the couch, cuddling and reading some of the books I had for nearly half the day. We got a bit frisky at one point, but for the most part, we just held each other tightly as I studied. Levy mostly helped me out as she knew most of this stuff, but she did get fairly into it when it came to Physics.
I did get a bit mentally tired from all of that, however, so I moved on to a bit of lighter reading, looking up Engineering and how to combine machines with Magic. That reminded me of that weird object, the one that my Magic insisted it was a Scroll, even though it was more like a piece of glass that could use Archive on its own. At least that's what the various screens it could display reminded me of.
"What do you think this is used for?" I asked Levy as I idly played with it.
"There's the option to write things down," Levy said as she bit her lips. I chuckled since I wasn't surprised she started with that. "I'm not so sure about the other things… though it looks like it's maybe supposed to connect with other similar devices?"
"Kind of like a Communication Lacrima?" I asked before nodding as it made sense due to the names of some of the icons, like the contacts one, for example. "Which reminds me that I need to grab a few for myself. I can cheat the distance of Telepathy with my Conjuration, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have some on hand just in case."
"Mhm." Levy nodded, laying her head on my chest. "I need to grab one for myself as well."
"I wonder if I can figure out how this works," I said, still staring at the supposed Scroll. "Perhaps, I might even be able to somehow connect it to my own Archive?"
"Another thing on your list," Levy giggled, looking up at me with a teasing smile.
"Yeah, yeah." I rolled my eyes. "There's a lot of things I want to do. I need to get better with my Storm Devil Magic, I also want to figure out Healing Magic if possible, and I want to check up on Porlyusica to see if she'd be interested in showing us a thing or two about Alchemy, so maybe I can look into it after all of that."
"Just make sure you don't spread yourself too thin," Levy said, patting me on the chest once.
We stayed like that for a while longer before we had to get up to prepare for our visitors. I left my Clone with Levy to assist her with setting up the living room while I went ahead to the kitchen to prepare everyone's favorite dessert. A tiramisu for Levy, kuzumochi for Mira, and a big strawberry cheesecake for Erza. Cana didn't have anything in particular that she favored except for alcohol, so I made some small snacks for her to enjoy, and I took out those few remaining expensive whiskey bottles.
Levy went to change once I finished with my preparations, and I began serving the food on the table in the living room. A bit later, she returned, dressed in a lovely pink dress.
"You are gorgeous," I said without even thinking about it.
"Really?" She asked, eyes lighting up as a coy smile formed on her face.
"You are." I nodded, stepping forward to cup her cheeks and gently kiss her lips. "You are absolutely incredible."
Levy wrapped her arms around me, staring at me with loving eyes. I hugged her back, placing my head against hers while lovingly staring in her eyes. We stayed like that for a long while until someone knocked on the door. I gently kissed her lips before we separated and went to see who had arrived first.
"Hey, pretty boy!" Cana wrapped her arms around me the moment I opened the door. She wore a long white dress that nicely hugged her figure.
"Hello to you too, beautiful lady," I replied as I hugged her tight.
"Oh~" Cana cooed with her arms around my neck. "I like the sound of that."
She grinned at me and raised herself on her toes, giving me a quick and gentle kiss before pulling back, a grin still on her face. Levy had okayed this, but I mentally reached out to her to ensure it was fine, and she gave me the go ahead.
I smirked back at Cana, pulling her toward me as I leaned in, cupping her cheek with one hand as I kissed her back. I started off slowly, savoring her soft lips for a moment, before deepening the kiss, eliciting a low moan from her.
Cana cheeks were flushed red when I pulled back and her eyes were glazed over as she touched her lips. "Woah…"
I chuckled and grabbed her hand, leading her inside to show her what I had prepared. Cana lit up in excitement once she saw the alcohol and immediately opened one of the bottles.
Just then, someone knocked on the door again, and I quickly went over, finding both Mira and Erza waiting there. My eyes opened wide, and I couldn't help myself from muttering. "Woah."
Mira had a long purple dress with a slit that revealed her creamy legs. She was as beautiful as ever, but Erza was the one that truly surprised me as this was the first time I had seen her without her armor on. She wore a red dress that perfectly matched her hair and showed off her perfect figure.
"You two look amazing," I said, my mouth forming the words before I could even think about them.
Mira perked up at my compliment, a teasing smile forming on her face. Erza, on the other hand, looked away in embarrassment and seemed like she was moments away from running away. I gave the two girls a hug before leading them inside.
Mira immediately wrapped her arms around mine as she looked around my house, nodding to herself as she observed it. Erza… seemed nothing like her usual self and was even slightly fidgety, something which I found hard to believe even when I saw that. That lasted until she saw Mira hugging my arm, and she immediately grabbed my other one with a determined look on her face.
I gulped and led the two to the living room where Levy and Cana were talking with each other. The four girls had a stare off the second they spotted each other, and I was right in the middle of it. Coughing awkwardly, I managed to stop whatever was going on before we all sat around the table in the comfortable and luxurious chairs.
Things calmed down for a bit as we began idly talking about random topics while everyone enjoyed the snacks and desserts I had prepared. However, everything changed once Cana goaded Erza into drinking a glass of the whiskey.
"I demand we play a game!" Erza stated with flushed cheeks as she slammed her hand on the table.
"A game?" Mira asked, licking her lips. "What kind of a game!"
"Poker! We must play poker!" Erza declared, staring at everyone and daring us to refuse her demands. No one dared to speak up, so she continued. "We must play strip poker!"
"I see how it is," Levy muttered, looking between Mira and Erza.
"Hmm." Cana hummed and shared a look with Levy. "It seems this will be a two on two."
"You can always back away," Mira said, a shark-like grin forming on her face.
"Oh, you are on," both Cana and Levy replied at the same time.
"Two on two?" I asked, wondering what I was supposed to do here.
"Oh, you are playing as well," all four of them said at the same time, sealing my fate for the night.
Card games, board games, all of those things were my nemesis. I was destroyed by my opponents every time I played one of those. Not that I had played much, but both Cana and Mavis made me look like a fool. At least… at least I was the richest one on the table since I had the most clothes. Though I may have misunderstood the rules of the game.
"I guess I lose this round," Mira said, a grin aimed at me as she reached towards her back. She then slowly pulled out her bra before she dropped it on the table next to her, and I silently gulped.
The cards for the next round were quickly handed out by Cana, and the loser soon became apparent.
"HA! I lost!" Erza declared proudly before her dress disappeared from her body, leaving her only in her lacy red underwear. My mouth was starting to become a bit dry at this point, so I quickly gulped down an entire glass of alcohol.
"Oh…" Cana nodded to herself. "I see how it is."
I was also starting to understand as Cana was the loser of the next round, and she reached under her dress, her eyes boring into mine the entire time, before she pulled down a pair of white panties.
"You can keep those for me," she said with a wink as she threw them over to me. I caught them, wondering what to do here. Levy patted my leg, and I placed them next to me.
Soon enough, I had a white bra and two black sleeves next to me as Cana was left only with her white dress on. I gulped, noticing how her nipples poked the fabric of the dress.
Mira lost the next round and another pair of panties was placed on the table. Levy and I were the only ones who hadn't lost, but that soon changed, as I ended up losing quite a few of my clothes after that.
The next half an hour was a blur since I didn't know where to look, especially when the girls lost a couple of more rounds, starting with Cana. She took off her dress without hesitation, leaving her completely naked and out of the game.
"You can look all you want," Cana leaned in and whispered. "I might even allow you to touch."
"That's cheating!" Erza declared as she slammed her fists on the table. Before I even realized what happened, she was suddenly just as naked as Cana as her underwear disappeared in a flash of light.
I was starting to feel lightheaded from this amazing sight, but things weren't over yet because Mira decided to forfeit the game next, taking her dress and placing it on the table. Now there were three incredibly beautiful and naked women around me.
"Keep going," Levy said to Cana with a smirk on her face, telling her to continue the game.
I found it hard to pay attention to the cards, losing round after round to Levy until I was left in only my underwear. My chest puffed in pride as I saw all of them now staring at my bulge.
"Forfeit the next round, and you might get a reward," Levy whispered, and I quickly threw the game, resulting in me losing my underwear as well.
She stopped me from taking them off and got on her knees, taking them off herself. Levy looked around the room, making eye contact with all of the girls as she began stroking me. She smirked a moment later before taking me in her mouth, one hand gently fondling my balls while she bobbed her head up and down.
Erza began drooling as she stared at the scene with a glazed look. Mira hummed thoughtfully, even leaning forward to take a better look. Cana's breathing grew heavy as her eyes focused on Levy and what she was doing.
"Oh, fuck," I muttered, hands grasping the arms of the char. There was only so much I could endure as her technique had gotten way better than it was initially, not to mention that I was extremely turned on by the girls who were intently staring at me, and I ended up finishing right down her throat.
Levy stood up, audibly gulping as she looked around the room again, making eye contact with them all. She dusted off her dress before pointedly staring at my still erect length before walking over to Mira and Erza to whisper something to them. I couldn't quite hear what she said, but Erza seemed like she was about to protest. However, Mira took her hand and led her upstairs alongside Levy, somehow managing to calm her down.
My eyes watched them walk, focused on their shapely asses as they swung them left and right. I gulped and took a deep breath, realizing that I was left alone with Cana now, who seemed slightly nervous before her eyes lit up with determination. "Well, pretty boy?"
Before I could reply, I felt Levy tell me through our connection. 'The main bedroom is free tonight.'
"Now, pretty girl," I said as I pulled her over in my lap, my erection pushing against her flat stomach. My hands grabbed her ass, giving it a nice squeeze. Cana let out a soft gasp, and I quickly silenced her with a kiss.
She wrapped her arms around my neck, pushing her entire body against me. Her tongue twisted around mine as I got up, hand still firmly placed on her ass as I carried her over to the bedroom.
As I gently placed her on the bed, I began focusing on her neck, and she let out a hot moan while her hands grasped my hair. One hand grabbed her massive breasts, squeezing and kneading those amazing tits, while my other hand trailed down, reaching her moist slit.
Cana's body shivered, her eyes giving me a pleading look as I pushed inside her with a finger. "Oh, God!"
Her moans grew louder and more arousing as I began pumping into her with my fingers, exploring her hot insides. She pulled my head, kissing me deeply as her body quivered and convulsed.
Pulling back, Cana stared me in the eyes. "Go on," she said with a breathy tone. "I'm ready."
I kissed her gently first before positioning myself. I watched her expression as I rubbed my erection against her slit, enjoying the way she moaned and bit her lips. Then I slowly pushed inside her, her hot insides squeezing my length as she wrapped her legs around my waist.
"Oh fuck… This is everything I had imagined and more," Cana moaned as I began slowly thrusting inside her.
"And we are just starting," I whispered in her ear as I grabbed her hands, entwining my fingers with hers. Levy liked it a bit rough, but Cana seemed to be more into a slower and more gentle style.
"Mhmm!" She let out a throaty moan, her lips desperately reaching towards mine. I leaned down, kissing her while slowly pumping into her before lightly biting her lips.
"Ooahh," Cana moaned, eyes never leaving mine, showing me exactly how much she enjoyed this. "Keep going."
I continued pushing into her until I felt close to finishing. Her legs tightened around me as if sensing I was close, and I ended up shooting my seed inside her.
"Haa~haa~" Cana's breaths were hot and heavy, and her eyes widened in surprise when I leaned in next to her ear, gently biting it.
"I'm far from done, pretty girl," I whispered as I began moving again, planning to make her very happy tonight.
"Oh, shit." Cana gulped but her arms and legs only tightened around me as we continued making love to each other for a very long time.
Cana had the most pleased and satisfied expression as she fell asleep. I stared at her shapely figure for a bit, training a finger down her curves, and watching her smile widen even further. I kissed her forehead gently and got up from bed since despite spending a few hours making love to her, I was still full of energy.
I passed through the kitchen, making a quick breakfast for everyone when they got up, and left my Clone in the house to clean up the mess from the party. With that taken care off, I moved over to my garden to take care of my plants.
Take Over Rank 30 Passive Bonus: Major Resistance to all types of poison.
Storm Devil Rank 60 Passive Bonus: Major Resistance to all types of Curses.
All of my plants were making great progress, and I had to harvest some of them. However, most of my attention was on the six trees. Due to my understanding of both farming and biology, plus my master of Green Magic, I knew that the Apple and Peach trees would start producing fruits by the start of next week.
Soon, I would have a stable supply of those amazing fruits, and I would continue making great progress with my Stats again. They had stagnated after the fruits stopped working for me, though they had begun improving after I learned Storm Devil Magic due to the way this unique type of Magic changed my body.
I wondered how my body would change if I figured out the other two types of Slayer Magic, but I quickly put that thought aside. Storm Devil was more than enough for me at the moment, and I was fine with focusing on it for the time being.

I was already back inside the house once the girls began waking up. Levy was the first one to come down and greeted me with a quick kiss. "Morning."
"Good morning to you too," I said as I served Levy her breakfast.
"Did you have fun last night?" She asked with a grin and continued before I could reply. "Don't answer that. We all heard her moans."
"I had a lot of fun," I still answered and puffed my chest proudly.
Levy chuckled as she began taking small bites from her breakfast while sipping on her coffee. "At least I can tap out and throw Cana at you now. Maybe we will be able to tire you out."
"About that…" I trailed off.
"You didn't sleep again?" Levy caught on.
"Yeah, I ended up going to the garden after that," I said as I sat down next to her.
"And you're feeling okay?" She asked in concern.
"No problems at all," I said, even showing my Status to ensure her. "It seems I might no longer need to sleep at all."
Levy hummed, but before she could say anything else, Mira and Erza came down the stairs. Mira was still in her birthday suit, not caring the slightest that she didn't have a single clothing on her as she confidently approached. Erza, on the other hand, was in her armor and doing her best to avoid eye contact with any of us.
I felt myself going hard at the sight and immediately used my Telepathy to connect with Levy. Yesterday we all had some alcohol, so it was… different unlike now where we were all sober.
'It's okay.' Levy said over our connection. 'We talked it over and came to an agreement.'
I understood what she meant, and a large smile formed on my face as Mira came over. She leaned down, placing a gentle kiss on my lips before sitting next to us. I placed her own breakfast in front of her and greeted her warmly. "Good morning."
"Good morning~" She replied back with a happy smile.
"Morning," Erza squeaked as she sat down as well, doing her best to look anywhere else but us.
"Thank you," Erza muttered quietly as I took out her own breakfast.
'Is everything okay with her?' I asked Levy, concerned that what happened yesterday might've been too much for Erza.
'She's a bit embarrassed,' Levy replied with a grin. 'But… she came over without even wearing her armor yesterday, and I've only seen her without it when bathing together. So she is fine, better than ever even, though she is embarrassed about her behavior.'
'Is that so?' I replied, and she confirmed as much.
'Actually…' Levy said and suggested something… interesting to say the least.
'You sure?' I asked, hiding how surprised I was.
'Yes,' she confirmed, and I nodded in acceptance.
We ate our breakfast and idly chatted for a bit before Mira went upstairs to put on her clothes. My eyes trailed at her backside as it swung left and right in a mesmerizing way, but I shook my head and snapped out of it.
"Right… I… have to be going," Erza said, still doing her best to avoid eye contact.
"Thank you for coming," I told her as I led her outside.
"It was a pleasure," she replied as quiet as a mouse, looking as if she was about to sprint away any moment now.
"Before you go," I said, stopping her from running away. "Would you like to go on a date with me this Friday?"
Erza froze on the spot, her face turning beet red, her eyes opening wide as her mouth hung loose. "I…umm…yes?"
"Great!" I clapped my hands, and Erza gulped in response before she literally ran away from there. A coughing noise came from behind me, and I turned to see Mira watching me with an expectant look.
"I haven't forgotten about you, Mira," I told her and gave her a hug. "Would you like to go on a date with me this Thursday?"
"I would love to," she replied, tiptoeing to give me a quick kiss before pulling back. "Will I see you later today?"
"Mhm." I nodded, enjoying the hug while it lasted. "I will pass by the Guild in a bit."
We separated and she left, leaving only Levy and Cana here, though the latter was still sleeping. I spent some time just cuddling with Levy on the couch and talking about random things before we quickly showered together, having a bit of fun in the shower. Cana joined us when she woke up, and we eventually managed to clean each other before we left, making our way over to the Guild.
Food is Magic: Subtly infuse all cooked foods with Magic to improve their taste ever more. Add Magic Mod/2 to all Cooking Rolls.
Cooking with Mira was even better now that we had… advanced our relationship. We still worked flawlessly together, though we did end up spending like half an hour just making out in the kitchen. Something which a few people noticed since it seemed she had left a mark with her lipstick on my face. They whistled and clapped as I walked over to the Job Board, taking a moment to decide on what to do before figuring that I might as well continue with the investigation Job.
I had plenty of options here, but I figured I could focus on the closer ones first. Hargeon, Clover Town, and Shirotsume were all destinations that were relatively close, and I planned to investigate all of those places, though I wasn't sure which to pick first.
Hargeon was quite close to Magnolia, and I had already been to Clover Town, so I figured I could check out this Shirotsume place first since I hadn't been there before. Of course, I checked to see if there were anything interesting Jobs around it, finding out that there was a very odd one on the Board. It was to steal a singular book called Daybreak from Duke Everlue, the noble overseeing the city.
Well, that was just perfect. I could take care of this Job while investigating the noble, completing both Jobs at the same time.
I left the Guild and took to the skies, flying incredibly fast towards Shirotsume, reaching the place in record time.
It was a small and beautiful town, and I explored it for a bit while searching for Kaby Melon, the person who requested the Job. It didn't take me long to find his residence. which was a small one-story house made entirely of wood. I knocked on the door, and an old gentleman opened it soon after.
"Hello?" He asked as he saw me. "How can I help you?"
"Good evening," I greeted him first. "Are you Kaby Melon?"
"That's right." He nodded in confirmation.
"I'm here for the Job you requested about stealing a book form Duke Everlue," I explained, watching as his face twisted in to a grimace for the briefest of moments.
"Please come inside," Kaby said and ushered me inside the house while cautiously looking left and right, making sure no one had seen us.
His wife made us some tea while Kaby explained that he wished for Daybreak to be destroyed as quickly as possible. So much that he was even willing to pay ten times more for the Job.
"That wouldn't be necessary, sir," I said, shaking my head. They obviously weren't having an easy time, and I didn't need that much money. "I just wanted to make sure the Job was still available."
"It is," Kaby said, hands clenched tightly. "Please destroy the book as soon as possible. I… cannot forgive the existence of that book."
"Why?" I asked, tilting my head in confusion.
"It's… personal, but I plead you, please destroy Daybreak," he said, his eyes tearing up.
"I'll do my best, sir," I replied as I stood. "I should be back in a few hours at most."
"Thank you," Kaby replied, sniffing a bit as he wiped his eyes with his sleeve.
I left, wondering how did a book cause that much suffering to that man. It just felt so odd, but I was sure he wasn't acting. Hopefully, I would figure it out after finding the book itself. Though I first had to successfully infiltrate the mansion of Duke Everlue.
It was already dark, and I had my black outfit on, so I would be hard to spot, but why stop there? Why not stack all the advantages in my favor and ensure I wouldn't be spotted?
Rain began dripping down before a heavy fog descended on the peaceful town of Shirotsume. My appearance became nearly impossible to see with the abrupt change of the weather. My form shifted to that of Lord'oran, and I moved towards the mansion, my movements not producing a single sound thanks to his Devil Sound Magic.
I looked around, seeing that the entrance was well guarded despite the heavy fog as there was a group of men stationed right in front of it. The back door was just as protected, but I wasn't deterred by that and continued looking before I decided to take another approach. My wings flapped soundlessly, carrying me to the top of the building where I found another entrance.
It was locked as expected. That could've been a problem since I didn't know how to pick locks, but I had another option here. My form shifted again, turning into the panther before I merged with the shadows on the ground and safely entered the building.
Now inside, I could continue acting stealthy and do my best to avoid being seen by anyone… or I could sing everyone a nice and peaceful song.
It was better to continue with my sneaky approach, no matter how much Lord'oran wished for me to put everyone to sleep with his song. I was already inside, and the fog ensured there would be plenty of shadows for me to merge with should anyone come even close to discovering my presence here.
Plus, Everlue wasn't guilty of anything yet as far as I was aware. It was better to think of him as innocent until I found out evidence of his wrong doing, and should I find any, I could then take a more heavier approach to this.
There were a lot of people patrolling inside the mansion. Quite a few of them seemed like guards, and the rest were… I wanted to say maids judging by their clothes, but they looked more like Vulcans than anything else.
One of those maids, a pink-haired one, almost caught me. Thankfully, I managed to sense her before she emerged from the floor, and I quickly hid inside the shadows.
"I thought I heard something…" The maid muttered, carefully inspecting the room I was searching moments ago. I observed her from the shadows, noticing that she practically radiated with power unlike anyone else I had seen so far.
"Must've been the wind," she said before leaving the room. However, I still felt her presence, so I stayed put, not daring to move from my spot.
The maid returned a moment later, taking another look around the room before leaving once more, this time for good. I still stayed in my spot for a while, making sure she wasn't baiting me into action.
Once I was safe, I cautiously continued my search until I ended up in what seemed to be the main bedroom of the mansion. Duke Everlue, a fat and short man with a large mustache, was sleeping on a bed as big as my old shack.
While keeping my senses sharp, in case that maid ended up emerging from the floor again, I began slowly checking everything there. A golden key on the nightstand was the first thing that caught my attention as it had a similar energy signature to the maid.
'A Celestial Key?'I thought as I looked at it closely.'And a Golden one at that. He is a Duke, after all, so I guess that makes sense. If anyone can buy one of those, it will be someone of his position.'
My fingers twitched, itching to get my hands on that ridiculously expensive object, but I resisted. The Duke was still innocent in my eyes for the moment, so I shouldn't steal from him, no matter how much I wanted to.
My search continued, and I ended up finding a secret compartment in one of his drawers, where I discovered something very interesting. There were a few letters there, and I might've just ignored them had I not realized that they were written in code, something which my Allspeak completely bypassed.
All of those letters were asking for highly sensitive information. Like, the general location of where all the Rune Knights were stationed in Ishgar, the homes of the various Councilman, and… the location of Ishgar's secret weapon, the Etherion Cannon. It seemed the Duke had already provided the information for the first two, however the location of the weapon was something he couldn't get his hands on.
I stared at those coded letters for a bit before I stored them in my Inventory. It seemed I had finally found exactly what the Magic Council had been searching for. Now, the question was, how do I proceed from here?
It was pretty obvious what I had to do. Duke Everlue was clearly a traitor, so I had to capture him alongside everyone else inside the mansion. And if said mansion with everything inside it suddenly disappeared during the night? Well, it would be due to me making sure there wasn't anything else suspicious here.
First, however, I had to put everyone to sleep before I began with my loo–err–careful inspection. Yes, careful inspection. I took a deep breath and my melodic voice filled the entire building moments later.
"Lullaby and goodnight, with roses bedight
With lilies o'er spread is your wee bed
Lay thee down now and rest, may thy slumber be blessed
Lay thee down now and rest, may thy slumber be blessed."
My ears twitched, and I sensed the energy signature of the pink-haired maid rapidly approaching. Before she arrived, I quickly grabbed the Golden Key and waited for a moment for her to appear.
"You are trespassing," the maid said as she emerged from the ground, her eyes immediately focusing on the key in my hand. "Leave now, or I will be forced to take you out."
"I can't," I shook my head. "The Duke is guilty of treason. I was here to confirm that, and I just found the evidence."
I wasn't that scared of fighting a Celestial Spirit, especially one whose user was fast asleep since I could just Dispell her out of this dimension. Then she'd have no way of returning, and my problems would be solved.
"Is that so?" The maid looked at the sleeping duke. "So he will be arrested now?"
"Yes." I nodded at her with confidence.
"Good enough," she replied back before disappearing in a flash of light, leaving me confused at what just happened. I stood there for a moment before shaking my head. It was time to grab everything here before bringing the Duke and the rest to the Rune Knights stationed in the town.
I gathered everyone I put to sleep and dumped them outside where the fog was still hiding everything happening here. I left a pack of wolves to keep watch over them and flew back to the top of the mansion before I began dismantling the entire building from the top by using my enhanced physical strength and my knowledge of engineering.
I wasn't sure what I'd do with so much building material, but perhaps I would make something nice in the garden, to make it look even better. Of course, I also didn't forget to store everything else in my Inventory on the way down, and I now had enough luxurious furniture to furnish my house five times over. Not to mention the amazing cooking equipment I managed to snag for my kitchen.
And the massive library, of course. I couldn't forget about that as well. Plus, I ended up getting quite a lot of Jewels as well. As expected from a Duke, he was quite rich.
Really, I was as rich as a King after, considering all the valuable jewelry I got, plus the one million Jewels I found, and the one of a kind books in the library. I had to make sure to bring Daybreak to Koby soon, though I did sense there was a form of Magic engraved in that particular book. I should probably look into that before giving him the book.
However, the one thing that stood out amongst the various loot was the Earth Dragon Lacrima. As expected from a Duke, he really had the best things, though I wasn't sure why he hadn't used it yet. Perhaps he had only recently got his hands on it? Maybe even as a reward for the information he had provided?
Either way, I didn't care since it was now mine. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted to do with it yet, but it was mine and that's all that mattered.
With the mansion completely gone now, I grabbed the sleeping people and threw them on top of the wolves, using my Sleep Spell one more time to ensure they didn't wake up. Then I brought them over to the Rune Knights stationed in the town while dispersing the weather I created earlier.
"Identify yourself!" The Rune Knights yelled as I approached them as they spotted me from a distance now that there wasn't a mist covering the town.
"Leon, Fairy Tail Mage," I said as I stopped in front of them. "I have evidence that the Duke is working with the enemies of Ishgar, and I have captured him and his guards."
"Please come inside," they told me after discussing it among themselves for a moment.
I followed along as they took the captured men, and I had to show them my Guild Mark to confirm I was a Fairy Tail member. They led me to a room after that, telling me to wait for some time. Soon enough, someone came to speak with me. However…
"Leon of Fairy Tail, you are under arrest for attacking a noble of Fiore," the commanding Rune Knight declared before pointing his weapon at me.
I raised my eyebrow as I felt a wave of energy harmlessly wash over me, doing absolutely nothing to me. "Was that supposed to do something?"
"Shit!" The guy cursed.
"And did I not mention that I have evidence of him working with the enemies of Ishgar?" I said as I stood up.
"I need back up! He's resisting!" The Rune Knight yelled as more of them began rushing in the room, all of them pointing their weapons at me.
Those guys were either really stupid or… they were all working with the Duke, which explained how he had managed to get away with his treason without being found out. I sighed as this was turning into a bigger problem than I had expected.
I sighed again as I transformed into Lord'oran. The Rune Knights rushed at me, and I could've beaten them right there and then, but I chose the softer approach. My melodic voice filled the entire building, and they all began dropping like flies, not a single on of them being capable of resisting the Spell.
'This is becoming more and more complicated,' I thought as I stepped over their sleeping bodies, trying to see if they had a Communication Lacrima around here. They had to have one since they needed a way to keep in touch with their bosses and the Magic Council.
While searching for the Lacrima, I tried finding any evidence of their corruption, though I didn't have much luck with that. At least I managed to find the crystal ball that would let me contact the Magic Council.
"As expected from a Fairy Tail Mage," I heard a voice while I was in the midst of figuring out how to use the Lacrima.
I turned around to see a blue-haired guy with a red tattoo above and under his right eye. He was dressed in some simple robes with a coat over them and was staring at me with a smirk.
"Do come along peacefully with me…" He said, his smile growing malicious. "Or don't and make this entertaining for me."
"Come peacefully with you?" I asked, not taking my eyes off him while still tinkering with the Lacrima. "I don't even know who you are and what you are doing here."
"Siegrain, a member of the Magic Council," he replied, his smile just as malicious as moments ago.
"Then why would you try to arrest me when I was the one that discovered that Everlue is working with the enemies of Ishgar?" I asked, just as I managed to get the Lacrima to work.
"That's not the report we received, and…" Siegrain's grin wider as he bared his teeth at me. "It seems you chose the hard way. How delightful!"
He swiped his hands at me, causing a pair of hands made out of darkness to appear from beside me as they reached for the Lacrima. However, I was ready and quickly surrounded myself with Data-Shields, easily blocking his attempt.
"Guess I have to make this quick." Siegrain clicked his tongue before sending a massive pillar of fire my way. I turned my body into a lighting bolt and flew out of the building with him following right after me.
"Would you look at that! You might actually be a fun fight!" Siegrain cackled as his Magic Power began oozing out of his body.
'He's fast,' I thought as I used lightning body to dodge out away from his speeding form. Siegrain flashed towards me, following closely behind me while covered in a yellow light.
I conjured my Clone a distance away before giving him the Lacrima while summoning four wolves in front of Siegrain to block his path. However, he blew past them, killing two of them in a split second before they could even do anything.
"Keep running little mouse!" He laughed as he chased after me outside of Shirotsume.
"Running?" I asked as I stopped in place, the weather already changing as I grinned, black markings slowly spreading around my body as I pulled more and more on my Devil Magic.
Lighting struck around me as I took slow steps in his direction. "Who says I'm running?"
"What?" Siegrain paused as my own smile turned malicious. I appeared in front of him in a split second, swords already in my hands as I struck with lightning fast speed.
"Gah!" He yelled in pain as blood began dripping from his wounds, though he unfortunately managed to block one of my attacks with a weird barrier, preventing me from cutting off his arm.
Siegrain flashed back, covering himself with that yellow light that massively boosted his speed, but I was even faster than him, appearing right next to him again. "Why are you running, little mouse?"
My swords cut into him as I laughed, a grin stretched on my face. He managed to block another attack that would've cut off a limb, and I fired a Storm Devil's Rage as he continued trying to escape from me as our roles were now reversed. The attack clipped on his sides, but it sadly wasn't enough to put him down.
"What the fuck?" Siegrain stared at me with wide eyes before his expression turned serious as his Magic Power spiked even more. With a twisted look he stared at me and bared his teeth. "Oh, I will enjoy putting you in your place."
I began cackling in response as illusionary clones started appearing next to me, quickling surrounding him from all sides. My voice came from each and every single one of them. "I will cut you down piece by piece."
Siegrain fired off all kinds of Spells at the clones, but new ones kept appearing every time he destroyed them. Lightning struck around us, and I used that to hide myself as I turned into lightning myself before materializing right behind him.
"Your time is running out," I whispered in his ear as my swords struck another barrier that formed behind him. I broke through it and skewered his sides, causing him to bleed even harder.
"You will pay for this!" Siegrain yelled with a manic look as he flashed away from me and a massive amount of Magic Power began gathering for a crazy powerful Spell. I sensed both Wind and Water being used in it, so I knew I could take it on, but…
I raised my hand, casually swiping in the air as my Magic grasped the structure of the Spell before it formalized. And then I crushed it, breaking his Spell just like that.
"What…" Siegrain just stared back with wide eyes as I appeared in front of him with a large smile.
"Time to die, little mouse," I licked my lips as I pointed my swords at his neck while he stood there in a daze.
"That's enough." I looked to the side, swords still right at his neck, to see Ultear walking towards us.
"Hmmm?" I titled my head at her.
"There is no reason to go any further," Ultear said as she stopped a short distance away.
"But I thought he wanted to teach me my place," I said as I looked back at Siegrain who was staring at me with a terrified look. "We still haven't gotten to that part of the lesson."
"Right, little mouse?" I leaned in and grinned as I saw him flinch back, though he didn't dare move a muscle with my swords being right on his neck.
"Please…" He squeaked just like the mouse that he was, which only made my grin larger.
"I can't hear you~" I said as I pushed my swords against his neck.
"Please spare me," Siegrain begged with a trembling voice.
I snorted and stored my swords in my Inventory as I began walking away. "Next time you show yourself in front of me, I will cut you limb from limb."
I ignored Ultear as she called after me and continued on my way to the town as I needed to complete my other Job. However, I froze in place once my black markings receded.
"What… happened?" I asked no one in particular as images of the fight flashed through my mind. That… wasn't like me. I rarely if ever talked during a fight, but… I clenched my fists.
There seemed like there were downsides to me pulling on so much from my Devil Magic. My personality became more twisted in that Demon Form–as my Magic referred it as–to the point where I greatly enjoyed watching Siegrain squirm. Not that he didn't deserve it after attacking me like that, but… that wasn't how I usually handled such situations.
I shook my head, controlling the weather to rain right on top of me, and I looked up, letting the rain drops falling on my face calm me down. I stayed like that for a few minutes until I heard someone approaching me.
"Leon?" Ultear said as she stepped closer.
"Here," I replied as I took out the letters and documents I got from Everlue. "The evidence of him working with the enemy of Ishgar."
"Are you alright?" She asked with concern in her voice.
"I'm fine now," I said after taking a deep breath. "It was my first time using so much of my Magic, so I was a bit out of it."
"Your… Clone? Informed us about what was happening. Are you sure the Rune Knights were working with Everlue?" Ultear asked when she saw I was fine.
"No other reason for them to act like that," I said and shook my head. "Either way, you have all the information now and can deal with it as you see fit."
"Right…" Ultear said quietly. "I… would you mind if I came to visit you in the near future?"
"Not at all," I replied and offered her a smile. "You are free to come over when you have free time. Though I do have to go as I have one more Job to complete."
I bid her goodbye after that and made my way over to the Melon residence. However, I took out the Daybreak book before I knocked on the door, deciding to check exactly what it was about before handing it over.
The actual story itself was really bad as it was all about Everlue and how great he was, constantly praising him for the dumbest of things. However, there was another story that the author hid inside the book, one that was a message left for his son. And the author's name? It was Zekua Melon.
I knocked on the door as I used my Magic to quickly dry myself. Kaby opened it moments later, his eyes opening wide as he saw me.
"I got the book," I said as I showed him Daybreak. "But before you destroy it, you should see this."
With ease, I activated the Magic in the book, watching as the letters on its front rearranged themselves to "Dear Kaby." The contents of the book similarly changed, turning into the last message of the author.
"Wha…" Kaby stared at the scene in astonishment, and his eyes began watering after seeing the change.
"Do what you will with the book, but read its contents first before making a decision," I told him before walking away. There was a two hundred Jewels reward for this Job, but that was a drop in the bucket for, especially after getting one million from Everlue. I was more than fine when it came to money.
With that done, I manifested my wings and flew off, returning back to my home. My mind kept flashing back to the fight on the way back, wondering how I could suppress that drastic personality change. Though… perhaps there was no need for that? Maybe that was just another side of me that I was constantly suppressing in the first place?
I couldn't come to a conclusion by the time I returned home, so I went ahead and joined Levy in the bed, hugging her tight while I got to tell her about what happened.

The energy of the two Vulcans was crushed before I directed it towards the third one. My Soul pulsed at that moment, amplifying the energy even more, to the point where even more of my Beast Soul could benefit from it. The Griffin grabbed some of it, growing in strength a bit, but Kamina took the majority of the energy for itself, and I was more than happy to give as much as possible to it.
The Earth Scion roared proudly as it became that much stronger, closing the gap between it and Lord'oran and the Blizzardvern. It was still a bit weaker, but we both knew it was only a matter of time until it reached their strength. Kamina had proved that much after it grew so powerful in such a short time.
I was happy for it, but I had one little problem. Both Kamina and Lord'oran wanted to be used in battle, and I wasn't capable of doing that yet. Yet being the keyword as I planned to figure out a way around that restriction.
