Idea 38.
I'm open to people suggesting things like ships but remember I write Fem!Izuku (Izumi) x other girls and I'm more interested in some pairs than others. Rare pairs are very welcome, you all know me.
Relationships such as potential friends, mentors, or family members (adoption is fine)
Miscellaneous stuff like what school Izumi may attend or if she didn't, whether she's a hero student, criminal, or villain, key parts of her personality, hero and quirk names and story titles, what type of story it is, hell you can all even suggest where OFA goes, etc.
Instead of just putting out ideas, I also did a little writing for each one but that DOESN'T mean this beta writing would be in the story if said idea takes off.
Anyways, feel free to leave suggestions in the reviews and of course which idea they pertain to.
Enjoy, more notes at the end!
Title: Lightning Drum (?)
*Eraserhead POV*
"So what happened to Midoriya today? She looked like she ran through a hurricane," Midnight questioned, looking over with interest, as the erasing man entered the staff room.
"A hurricane? The weather has been perfectly sunny today with no big incidents," Mic chimed in, always up for some chatter, and the black haired man shook his head.
"That's because she rode a thundercloud into class today," Shouta sighed, the other two heroes gaining amused looks on their faces, "except she used it like a balloon and it rained on her before discharging and frying her."
"Seriously? That kid's a riot!" Mic laughed loudly, his head thrown back, and Midnight was chuckling as well.
"I bet it didn't even bother her," the heroine tacked on with a joking shrug.
"Do these things ever?" the blonde man said as he recovered from his fit of laughter.
"So what do you two think of her?" Shouta suddenly asked, bringing them back down, and Midnight put a finger to her chin.
"I doubt they're related," she replied thoughtfully, "even if she reminds me of him."
He knew that the other two heroes had thought the same thing when they saw Midoriya. How could they not when she was reminiscent of their friend Shirakumo? There didn't appear to be any connection between the student and their late friend but regardless she still managed to remind them of memories from their own school days.
"She's unique in her own way as well," the voice hero threw in, doing his best to raise the mood a little, while the other two agreed.
"Especially if you manage to confuse her," the purple haired woman cooed sweetly, "she gets that look on her face doesn't she?"
"She's definitely a strange one but you can't help but laugh with her," Mic pointed out another grin on his face, probably recalling something the green haired student did, and Shouta kept thinking about the eccentric student.
Midoriya was a bit of an oddity all around and it was as if she didn't know how to interact with people at times. That wasn't to say she was shy but instead that she stood out and couldn't be contained or made sense of by any norms. Midoriya was one in a million and the way she went about things drew people's attention to her as if they were charmed. Both complaints and compliments would roll off of her and she always had a playful smile and curious eyes to go with her personality. She was mischievous, preferred poor weather, didn't like to wear shoes, and if there were bouts of silence then the greenette would find something to drum a tune on. Even with those things the green haired girl managed to be energetic and goofy with a strangely sharp wit to her and even Shouta's most abrasive students couldn't help but find her amusing on some level.
Mic had commented to them before that it was like Midoriya fell into heroics. She simply lived this way and therefore heroics suited what she believed in, whatever that specifically meant, so here the girl was. The trio of heroes shared some more small talk, not exclusively limited to the student, but the weather had unexpectedly shifted into a sudden downpour
"Speak of the devil," Shouta acknowledged, catching the other two's attention and directing them with his eyes, and the three teachers caught sight of the person of their discussion.
There Midoriya was, dancing and hopping about in the rain by herself. She jumped or spun about happily and every time the greenette seemed to miss a step in her awkward dance sequence she would just throw her head back and laugh with a big smile. The girl was in her own world and it appeared to only have room for joy as she played without a care.
It was unconscious really, but all of them eventually noticed the smiles on their lips.
Notes and Stuff
Quirk: Raijin
I was debating on how to do a lightning power like Enel's but without exactly using him as the reference/base so I just went even farther back and picked Raijin, who is also the inspiration behind Enel, as this Izumi's inspiration. I basically did it for a more fun personality and such.
Izumi isn't related to Oboro Shirakumo in this, she just reminds them of him, and as far as a pairing I'm not sure who to pick.
Anyways, feel free to leave me suggestions in the reviews!
