Idea 45.

I'm open to people suggesting things like ships but remember I write Fem!Izuku (Izumi) x other girls and I'm more interested in some pairs than others. Rare pairs are very welcome, you all know me.

Relationships such as potential friends, mentors, or family members (adoption is fine)

Miscellaneous stuff like what school Izumi may attend or if she didn't, whether she's a hero student, criminal, or villain, key parts of her personality, hero and quirk names and story titles, what type of story it is, hell you can all even suggest where OFA goes, etc.

Instead of just putting out ideas, I also did a little writing for each one but that DOESN'T mean this beta writing would be in the story if said idea takes off.

Title: Drag Me From The Abyss

*Ibara POV*

A song! A hymn! How wonderful, how splendid! A quiet and thoughtful tick in your mind. How curious!

The green haired woman smiled softly, the sing song words sweetly emanating from her lips, as her eyes closed in a display of happiness and the vine haired woman frowned. Izumi was mocking her, playing around as if Ibara was a fool, and the heroine looked upon her with hard eyes. The greenette across from her returned her gaze and her green eyes shimmered as she showered her with praise once more.

Ah, that beauty in your silence and conviction in your glare.

Firing another set of vines at the villain, Ibara tried tracing her opponent's path but the opposing greenette disappeared from sight yet her gentle laugh filled the area. As always, whenever Ibara cornered her, or more accurately when Izumi allowed her to catch up to her, they were alone from the chase. Reappearing, Izumi spun on one foot, dodging another set of vines, and the heroine snarled her name as the villain cooed in pleasure. The greenette's long locks turned with her and an open mouthed smile, so full of lively delight, crossed her face.

I'll twirl in a circle as you call my name. Such joy, such fun! Round and round! May I trace you as if I were the moon while you gaze at me as if you were the earth? Back and forth, you push and I pull. May I hold onto my hope?

Izumi continued weaving through Ibara's attempts at capturing her with graceful steps, nearing ever closer, and the vine haired heroine gasped as something reached her. The villain's arm was thrust into her chest, her hand clearly entering Ibara's body, but no damage was done and the hero grimaced at the strange sensation of a light touch reaching her heart.

My, my, have I touched your heart? Have my feelings reached and can you give me yours in return?

Ibara tried to slap her offending arm away but Izumi simply retreated with a leap and a chuckle. Growing ever enraged, Ibara rained snares, lashings, and binds of thorns upon the other woman who continued her ridiculous song.

Hey do you love me? Am I all you desire? Do you want me, can you adore me? Ah, but we mustn't! Touching isn't allowed! No, no, if you must have me then chase me! Catch me and never let me go! Lock me in a cage and cherish me as you please or make me dance and watch me plead!

This woman was maddening! Her sinful words and implications pricked at the heroine's heart but Ibara could not draw herself away from this fiend. As they continued this game of theirs, every encounter more dizzying than the last, Ibara found her mind filled with only thoughts of subduing her nemesis. Just how elated would she be when she captured her? Izumi was still evading her but Ibara directed her vines to where the woman would be yet they passed through the villain's body as she laughed and faded out of sight once more.

My body and mind would be yours to mold freely though would you listen to my request to be gentle or ravage your prize? But I won't allow you to do so so easily!

The invisible greenette hummed and the vine haired heroine remained on guard as Izumi returned into view, going from invisible to transparent and then fully visible, and she delivered an almost resigned smile.

Yet you're my weakness, my flaw, my poisonous addiction. Oh how could I hope to best you? But no, I mustn't surrender first even if you've captured my heart!

Ibara swore that she would catch this woman, she wouldn't ever stop chasing her until she'd personally locked her away. Strikes pierced the ground wherever the greenette shifted to and Izumi urged her on through all of it.

Follow along, follow along, but know this, my other half! My feelings are pure, I'd never lie to you my beloved! Sing my name and crave my flesh, I might give myself to you if only you'd ask! Desire me! Drive me crazy! More! Don't you know it's not enough? Won't you answer my challenge? Is your heart so resolved?

Izumi's voice rose with excitement, her melodic words laced with twisted affection, and Ibara nearly howled in fury.

Fall! Fall madly in love with me, my dear! Fall with me into hell, entangled in one anothers' arms, as we dance our last song. Line the notes with passion and stoke the melodies like fire.

Both the song and Ibara's anger were reaching a fever pitch and Izumi cried out each phrase as she again danced towards the heroine through her flurry of vines.

Burn with me, burn until nothing but our ashes remain!

The villain was almost upon her and Ibara couldn't tear her eyes away from the look of euphoria that played along Izumi's face.

What a show, what a play! What a love of our own!

The greenette's voice quieted and she was right in front of the heroine who glared defiantly at her. The plant haired woman could do nothing but wave her vines around uselessly as they continued passing through the now transparent and fading villain.

Ibara, Ibara. My darling, my world.

Izumi's ghost like touch brushed the heroine's cheek as she slowly vanished before her eyes. Only part of the villain's face was still visible but it was transparent and disappearing as Izumi's remaining eye gazed upon Ibara softly.

Drag me from the abyss...and keep me at your side.

With that, Izumi was gone and Ibara screamed in frustration.

Notes and Stuff

I don't really know how I got here. I just zoned out and wrote this.

I wanted to write some Ibara and Izumi and also something featuring some kind of varying and complicated obsession from both characters. They'd be 25 here and a hero and villain respectively with Ibara obsessively trying to catch her and Izumi being obsessed with Ibara for various reasons that I wouldn't want to spoil should I do this. Actually I've truthfully outlined all of this Izumi's backstory at the time of putting this up. I'm not sure on this yet though because I'd honestly make it pretty damn heavy which isn't usually my style.

I've pitched this quirk idea here before but it's Chain's ability from Blood Blockade Battlefront. Izumi would be able to dilute her existence which allows her to become semi or fully invisible and intangible.
