Idea 49.

I'm open to people suggesting things like ships but remember I write Fem!Izuku (Izumi) x other girls and I'm more interested in some pairs than others. Rare pairs are very welcome, you all know me.

Relationships such as potential friends, mentors, or family members (adoption is fine)

Miscellaneous stuff like what school Izumi may attend or if she didn't, whether she's a hero student, criminal, or villain, key parts of her personality, hero and quirk names and story titles, what type of story it is, hell you can all even suggest where OFA goes, etc.

Instead of just putting out ideas, I also did a little writing for each one but that DOESN'T mean this beta writing would be in the story if said idea takes off.

Anyways, feel free to leave suggestions in the reviews and of course which idea they pertain to.

Enjoy, more notes at the end!

Gotta Be Green

*Setsuna POV*

"So..." Setsuna called to the four people sitting around and looking at her at the table, "anyone wanna go first?"

"You suggested it," one of them, the sole boy, pointedly replied and Setsuna chuckled a little.

"Guess you're right," the splitter grinned with a chipper tone. "1-B, Tokage Setsuna, my quirk let's me split up my body," she introduced quickly while trying to think of something else. "Dinosaurs rule. Next," Setsuna added on before looking around curiously.

"1-A, Asui Tsuyu, my quirk makes me like a frog," the frog girl followed, a finger going up to her mouth while she smiled, "please call me Tsu."

"1-B, Kamakiri Togaru, I can produce blades from any part of my body," the mantis boy announced, his eyes landing on someone else, and the next girl picked up that he was finished.

"1-A, Midoriya Izumi, kinda obvious but I'm a harpy," the other 1-A student called, raising one of her pale green wings where her arms should be. "I can transform my wings into normal human arms though," she hummed, showing off the ability, but retaining the tail feathers and the bird limbs that made up the lower part of her legs.

"1-B, I am Shiozaki Ibara, my quirk allows me to control and manipulate my vines," the vine haired student nodded softly. "May I ask why you've gathered us Tokage?" she posed to Setsuna and the splitter turned to all of them.

Setsuna grinned a little since it was a fair question. It was their first day at U.A after all so none of them knew anything more about the other and the splitter had simply called out to her two classmates and then the other two from their sister class at lunch and brought them together. The group of five were sitting at a table off to the side, just them, and Setsuna swept her gaze across the other four students.

"Right," Setsuna chirped before settling back down. "So you probably noticed already," she began, pausing a moment,"but we're all green."

"Kinda hard to miss," Kamakiri spoke up with a dismissive wave.

"True," Midoriya laughed sheepishly while the vine girl hummed.

"Indeed," Shiozaki agreed with another nod and Tsu simply croaked in affirmation.

The other four didn't seem to get what Setsuna was gearing up for so the splitter firmly placed her hands on the table with a resolute thud.

"Let's make a group!" she suddenly proclaimed excitedly, garnering mixed looks from her fellow green colored associates.

"Just...because we're green?" Shiozaki said aloud, with a tone of disbelief, and the harpy girl grinned.

"It sounds kinda fun," Midoriya chimed it with a small shuffle of her wings.

"I don't mind," the frog girl smiled pleasantly yet the sole boy frowned instead.

"Is that all?" he huffed, not quite so taken with the idea clearly, but remained nonetheless.

"So are you in?" Setsuna asked in confirmation.

"Okay," Tsu croaked happily.

"Do we really have to?" Kamakiri questioned with minor irritation.

"I like it!" Midoriya beamed.

"I suppose there is no harm," Shiozaki replied evenly and Setsuna cheered a little.

"Sweet," the splitter laughed before clapping her hands together. "Now then, we need a unit name."

"Unit name?" the vine haired greenette questioned in quiet confusion.

"It's an idol term I think," Tsu supplied while Kamakiri huffed.

"Why not just call it a team name?" the mantis student relented but their winged greenette appeared to be in thought.

"Garden of Greeden?" Midoriya offered, not a single bit convinced or confident in the name, and Setsuna groaned.

"Just awful," the splitting greenette replied truthfully, shooting down the idea instantly, while Shiozaki mumbled.

"I thought it was acceptable," the vine girl spoke softly but the harpy girl seemed to have another idea.

"Midori-ya?" she offered next and again Setsuna shook her head.

"Lame, confusing," she denied, putting her arms up in an X while the bird girl shrugged her wings. "Someone else?" Setsuna tried.

"Green Tea?" the froggy greenette put forward and though there was a noise of agreement from some of them, Midoriya piped back up.

"I'm into green tea," the harpy girl interjected and Kamakiri glared at her while Setsuna sighed.

"I can't tell if we're going to get along," Kamakiri flatly stated while folding his arms.

"Have I misunderstood something?" Shiozaki spoke up and Tsu croaked again.

"Midoriya tried to make a joke," the frog girl informed the lost greenette and Setsuna decided to table the topic.

"Okay, name pending," the splitter waved off.

"What? Are we gonna make a club now?" Kamakiri slightly complained but the suggestion seemed to take with the others.

"It would be more official," Tsu told them as the vine student nodded along.

"Would we be allowed to?" Shiozaki continued, appearing intrigued with the idea, and the harpy greenette grinned.

"Do we have a green staff member?" Midoriya questioned, getting the others to all think, but Setsuna figured they'd get there when they got there.

"Don't know!" the splitter laughed. "Requirements..." she wondered aloud while the others waited for her to continue. "Gotta be green?" she proposed and they all got quiet for a moment.

"Fair" they all nodded and Setsuna beamed.

Green Team (Name Temp.) was officially formed.

Notes and Stuff

They're green, that's all I've got to say for myself.

Izumi's joke by the way was a Japanese wordplay. Izumi said 'Maccha ni hamacchatta' which translates to 'I'm into matcha'. The reason I chose for Izumi's quirk to make her a harpy was because most of the others were animal based and in One Piece there's a character named Monet who has green hair and becomes a harpy. Just the reference, I wouldn't be giving Izumi Monet's respective snow powers so she'll just be remaining as a harpy. Not fully set on a personality for Izumi but I thought it'd be fun if she really likes puns which works in that Monet wears a shirt that says 'Happy' which is close to the Japanese pronunciation of Harpy (Hapi)

Garden of Greeden was just a super dumb joke I left in just because they can be seen as a 'garden'. Ibara/Plants, Izumi/Bird, Setsuna/Lizard, Kamakiri/Mantis, Tsuyu/Frog, plus it being Garden of Eden cause Ibara's religious. It was awful on my part.

The other suggestion, Midori-ya, is another joke suggestion. 'Ya' has the basic meaning of 'Shop' and adding it to a noun can turn it into a profession. 'Green' is 'Midori' so 'Midori-ya', while also sounding like Izumi's surname, would be like calling the group 'The Greeners' or 'The Greenies'

I debated on having this be a group merging overtime, with Izumi and Kamakiri knowing each other initially, Izumi befriending Tsuyu in 1-A while Setsuna befriends Kamakiri and Ibara, and then finally all coming together but I liked the idea of them just sporadically creating the group on the first day they all met.

Anyways, feel free to leave me suggestions in the reviews!
