Episode 361: Legend of the White Dragonite
I bet you didn't see this coming, did you? Well, you read the title right. This chapter will be about a white Dragonite with blue eyes. This chapter will be a special tribute to the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Also, Kisara will be making an appearance as a guardian of the island and as Seto Kaiba's love interest. Anyway, enjoy.
Shortly after May had won the Chrysanthemum Pokémon Contest and earned her third Contest Ribbon. After the group were preparing to depart from Chrysanthemum Island and head back to the mainland once again. Brianna was seeing her new friends off.
"May, I want to wish you the best of luck," Brianna said.
"Thank you, Brianna. And the same will be said for you in your future," May said.
"The next Contest should be somewhere on the mainland and we still have battles in the Pokémon Stadium Cup to enter in," Sora said.
"Oh, before you do go back to the mainland, I think you should go check out Dragonite Island," Brianna suggested.
"Dragonite Island?" Brendan and May asked.
"Hey, I heard of that island. It's an island that's exclusive to Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite," Kairi said.
"What do you know about Dragonite Island?" Brendan asked.
"Only that it's a paradise for Dragon-type Pokémon to live in peace and harmony. The reason it's even called Dragonite Island is because of the Dragonite-shaped mountain in the middle of the island. There is also a legend behind it, too," Kairi said.
"What legend?" May asked.
"There's a legend about a mysterious Dragonite living on the island. In fact, it's a White Dragonite with blue eyes," Sora said.
"A white Dragonite with blue eyes? That I would like to see," May said.
"Seeing it is easier said than done," Sora said.
"Why's that?" May asked.
"Well, there were only a few people who said they've seen it, so it's been labeled as a fairytale," Rei said.
"And all the sightings took place on Dragonite Island," Sora said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"You ever been there on your first journey?" Brendan asked.
"No. We were heading to Cinnabar Island for my seventh Kanto Gym Badge," Sora said.
"We didn't even think about Dragonite Island because we were heading for the old power plant to look into that Zapdos sighting," Kairi said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"But at least we have an excuse to reach it," Sora said.
"Yeah, and an excuse for us to see that blue-eyed white Dragonite, too," Chase said.
"Chu," Volt said.
With that said, the group have boarded a boat after they said their goodbyes to Brianna. She watches them sail off and waved to them until they were completely out of sight.
Meanwhile, on Dragonite Island, there were Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite everywhere you looked. And in the middle of the island, there was a mountain shaped like the face of a Dragonite. Walking toward a small lake is a young woman with pale skin, long waist-length white hair, and blue eyes. She wore a pale white beautiful dress, and a dragon necklace with her neck. She also walked around barefooted. She sat by the lake as a couple of Dratini came and nuzzles her affectionately.
"You're so very sweet," the young woman said.
Meanwhile, Seto Kaiba and his brother, Mokuba departs from a Salamence-shaped jet.
"You sure we can find that the blue-eyed white Dragonite here, Seto?" Mokuba asked.
"I do, Mokuba. As you remember, I have been looking for that particular Pokémon for years.," Seto Kaiba said.
"Seto's been obsessed about the blue-eyed white Dragonite ever since we first heard it when we were little," Mokuba said in his thoughts.
(Flashback)
We go back to the Kaiba Brothers who were much younger in those times. They were listening in on the story being told by an old man.
"And there it was. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. It was a Dragonite. A Dragonite that is white as snow And it had eyes as blue as sapphires. At first, I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me, but it was clear as daylight. The blue-eyed white Dragonite saved my life and I have been grateful to that magnificent Pokémon ever since. I never saw it again after that. But I know it's still somewhere on Dragonite Island," the old man said.
The other kids were awestruck by what they were hearing, especially Seto himself. He knew he wanted to see it more than anything in the world.
(Flashback ends)
"Today is the day I finally see it," Seto Kaiba said.
With that said, the Kaiba Brothers depart from the jet to search for the rumored Dragonite.
Elsewhere, Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Duke, Bakura, and Serenity are on a different boat, being steered by a tanned-skinned young man with spiky black hair tied in a ponytail, and a scar on his right cheek. He wore a dark blue yukata and an ocean themed headband. Swimming along the boat is a Sharpedo, a Tentacruel, a Wailord, a Huntail, a Gorebyss, a Gyarados, a Seaking, a Lanturn, a Qwilfish, and a Kingdra.
"How further are we until we reach the island, Mako?" Yugi asked.
"We should already be almost there. The island should be within sight right about now," Mako said, pointing ahead. They saw the Dragonite-shaped mountain in the ocean.
"There she is," Joey said.
"Dragonite Island," Duke said.
"That's where that white Dragonite is said to seen, isn't it?" Serenity asked.
"The very same. My grandpa told me the legend of the blue-eyed white Dragonite when I was little. There aren't many people who believes in that tale, but I do," Yugi said.
"From all the things we've seen apart from magic and the Keyblade, I'd believe in just about anything at this point. And if that Dragonite is real, then who am I to make that argument?" Mai asked.
Over to Sora, Kairi, Brendan, May, Chase, Elaine, Rei, Pikachu, Angel, Volt, and Maple were close to Dragonite Island as they saw the mountain in the middle of the island.
"Land-ho, mateys!" Sora said.
"That's Dragonite Island," Chase said.
"Pikachu," Volt said.
"The capital central of Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite in the entire Kanto region," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"What are the chances of actually seeing that Dragonite?" May asked.
"Pretty slim, but at least it'll give us a reason to explore the island," Kairi said.
"Yeah, and maybe we can see some Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite while we're there," Brendan said.
"You sure can," the captain said. "You youngsters will be in for quite a treat since there'll probably be more than there than anywhere else in the world."
The boat makes it to the shore and everyone except the captain departs from it.
"Thank you for the lift, captain," Rei said.
"No problem. Just give a holler if you're ready to head for the mainland and I can take ya back there faster than a Dodrio can run," the captain said.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Brendan, May, Chase, Elaine, Pikachu, Angel, Volt, and Maple started to explore the island. They were amazed by how there were some Dragonite just laying the open. Some of them were sleeping soundly while others were eating some bananas, pineapples, and other tropical fruit.
"Look at those Dragonite. It's awesome," Elaine said.
"Eevee," Maple said.
"Yeah? Well, check out those Dratini," Sora said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
They saw a few Dratini sleeping under the sunlight. They looked adorable to Kairi, May, and Elaine.
"Oh, how cute," May cooed, taking out her Rotom Phone to scan them.
Dratini, the Dragon Pokémon
Type: Dragon
To grow larger, Dratini sheds its skin almost on a daily basis. After shedding, its skin becomes softer to the touch.
"They look so cute sleeping there," Kairi said.
"Hey, maybe I could catch one of them," Chase said, taking out a Pokéball.
"I don't think that's a good idea, Chase," Sora said.
"Why not?" Chase asked.
"Well, it's because of the Dragonite here. What if they caught us trying to catch one of their own? One Dragonite is a powerhouse, but how do you think it'll look if more than one attacks?" Sora asked.
"Sora's right. You shouldn't be catching every Pokémon you see. You should be thinking about the consequences of your actions before you actually act," Rei said.
"Aw, man," Chase pouted.
"Hey, don't worry about it, Chase. You'll have your next chance," Brendan said.
"I guess," Chase said.
Over to Mako's boat, Yugi and his friends departs from the boat to explore the island to see if they can find the blue-eyed white Dragonite. Mako's Pokémon are staying behind to protect the boat.
"Are you sure leaving your Pokémon behind is a good idea, Mako?" Serenity asked.
"You have nothing to fear, Serenity. My Pokémon are well-trained to protect the boat from pirates in my absence. Many have tried to take it, and none have succeeded," Mako said.
"Well, since we're here, we should have a look around and see if that Dragonite even shows up," Bakura said.
"That's if it exists," Duke said.
"I just hope we don't run into any Heartless, Unversed, or Nobodies. Organization XIII might be gone, their flunkies are still active," Téa said.
Téa's right. There's no telling when they'll show up and none of us has a Keyblade to defend ourselves against them," Yugi said.
"Don't sweat it, Yug. We can use our Pokémon to fight them off," Joey said.
"Joey has a point there. And so does Yugi. So, I suggest we let our Pokémon out just so they could be on high alert," Bakura said.
"That's a great idea," Yugi said, letting out his Raichu, Sirfetch'd, Aerodactyl, Gallade, and Magnezone. Téa had let out her Dragonair, Chansey, and Jigglypuff. Joey had let out his Charizard, Arcanine, Skarmory, Croconaw, Sandslash, and Yanmega. Tristan had let out his Electabuzz. Bakura had let out his Raichu. Duke has let out his Ninjask. Mai had let out her Nidoqueen, Altaria, Gardevoir, Ninetales, Persian, and Miltank. Serenity had let out her Azumarill, Pikachu, and Marill. Serenity's Pikachu is female and her Marill is green. They all started to walk through the jungle, keeping their eyes opened for danger.
Back with Sora, Kairi, Brendan, May, Chase, Elaine, Pikachu, Angel, Volt, and Maple, they keep on moving as well. The Pokémon's ears perked up.
"Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed.
"Pikachu!" Volt said.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Chase asked.
"I think they hear something," Rei said.
"You don't think it's the Heartless, do you?" Elaine asked.
"Be ready," Rei said as she and her apprentices summoned their Keyblades. They were ready to engage whatever was coming when they saw a familiar group and their Pokémon. They flinched when they saw they were armed. Sora, Kairi, Brendan, May, Chase, Elaine, and Rei saw it was only Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Serenity, Bakura, Duke, and someone they didn't recognize.
"Yugi?" Sora asked.
"Sora!" Yugi said.
"Geez, Sora, put those things away! You could hurt someone with those!" Joey said. The Keyblade wielders dismissed their Keyblades.
"Sorry for scaring you. We thought you were Heartless," Rei said.
"That's what we have them for," Tristan said.
"What are you doing here? Are you here because of the blue-eyed white Dragonite, too?" Kairi asked.
"I thought that was the case," Yugi said.
"We'll take that for a yes," Brendan said.
"But, it's great seeing you again. Kairi, we saw you performing in the Porta Vista, Wisteria Town, and Chrysanthemum Island Contests on our Rotom Phones," Téa said.
"Two of those Kairi won. It was too bad Kairi lost the Chrysanthemum Contest," Joey said.
"Well, it was a nice winning streak while it lasted, but May deserved that victory," Kairi said.
"Say, who's this guy?" Brendan asked.
"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Mako Tsunami. I'm pleased to meet the friends of Yugi Muto," Mako said.
"Mako Tsunami? Hey, I thought you looked familiar. You're one of the greatest fishermen in the Kanto region," Sora said. Mako laughed.
"I am honored to earn your praise. You're the Sora Ketchum who has destroyed the evil Team Rocket organization. It is because of you that Trainers and Pokémon can live together in peace without the fear of theft. And he has also told me about your past adventures against the Heartless," Mako said.
"Is that right?" Sora asked.
"Yes. I met some other Keyblade wielders as well. One of them is named Ben Blaze, I believe," Mako said.
"You met Ben?" Sora asked.
"Yes. I have. He saved my life against the Heartless before, and I am forever grateful to him," Mako said.
"I'm just glad you had a chance to meet him. I'll tell him you said hi to him when I see him," Sora said.
"I appreciate that," Mako said.
"Anyway, since we all came here for the same reason, how about we all have a look around the island and see if we can find that Dragonite?" Rei suggested.
"I like that idea. Gives us a chance for us to catch up," Yugi said.
With that said, Yugi, Téa, Joey, Tristan, Mai, Duke, Bakura, Serenity, Mako, and their Pokémon joined up with Sora, Kairi, Brendan, May, Chase, Elaine, Pikachu, Angel, Volt, and Maple in search for the blue-eyed white Dragonite.
Meanwhile, the young woman is still sitting with the Dratini when she heard a familiar cry. She turned to see something. It was indeed the blue-eyed white Dragonite. It was white all over and the membranes in its wings are blue.
"Hello again, friend. You come looking for me?" The young woman asked. The blue-eyed white Dragonite nodded. And it nuzzles her. She giggled. "I love you, too." She giggled. She pets the blue-eyed white Dragonite affectionately. "In all honesty, I don't know where I would have been if you hadn't found me when I was little."
(Flashback)
We have a look into some years ago when she was a little girl. She wore the same kind of dress she currently wore today, and she held a plush Dragonite doll. She was out on a cruise with her mother. A storm then struck and she does her best to keep her daughter safe, but she slips out of her mother's arms.
"Kisara!" The mother cried.
"Mama!" Young Kisara cried, reaching out for her mother. She was about to hit the water when a flashing white figure flew faster than the human eye can see swooped in and grabbed her. On the next morning, she woke up and she saw a white Dragonite looking back at her. She was frightened at first, but she looked into the white Dragon Pokémon and saw it has the same blue eyes as her. "Did you save me?" The blue-eyed white Dragonite nodded. "Thank you. My name is Kisara." The blue-eyed white Dragonite nuzzles her. She giggled from the nuzzling. She stopped when she realized her mother was nowhere to be seen. "Where's my mama? Did you save my mama?" The blue-eyed white Dragonite shook its head. Tears start coming from her eyes. "Mama's gone?" She sniffled in sadness, but it cheers her up. "Thank you. For helping me."
As the days turned into years, the Dragon Pokémon on the island became her friends. The blue-eyed white Dragonite often flew off the island to find some clothing for Kisara to wear since it knew humans needs clothes to keep them warm. The scene ends as Kisara sleeps soundly with the Dragon Pokémon around her.
(Flashback ends)
"I know I've probably said this over a million times, but I'm happy you helped me. And I couldn't ask for a better family like I have today," Kisara said.
Just then, she heard the sound of footsteps. She knew it didn't belong to any of the Dragonite, so she hid behind the shrubbery as the blue-eyed white Dragonite flew above. She saw it was the Kaiba Brothers. She looked at the older one and her heart started to race when she looked at him.
"How much further are going to go, Seto?" Mokuba asked.
"As further as it takes, Mokuba. I can feel it in my bones that it's here somewhere," Seto said. As she kept looking at him, she silently moved through the shrubs. The Kaiba Brothers kept on looking and looking. Seto Kaiba then readied a Pokéball and he threw it in the air. "Salamence! Go!" His Salamence emerged from inside. "Dragon Pulse!" Salamence fired Dragon Pulse, making the blue-eyed white Dragonite dodge and hovered in front of the Kaiba Brothers and Salamence. Seto Kaiba especially was awestruck by its sudden appearance.
"Seto, it's the blue-eyed white Dragonite," Mokuba said.
"Yes, it is. It's even more beautiful than in my dreams. After all these years, I finally got to see it with my own eyes," Seto Kaiba said. He just looked at the white Dragon Pokémon and it fired an Ice Beam, hitting Salamence on the mark. It managed to knock Salamence out. Kaiba called it back, so the blue-eyed white Dragonite then flew off again, but Seto Kaiba wasn't going to let it out of his sight.
"Seto, wait!" Mokuba called out. His older brother kept on running after it, but Seto Kaiba ran too fast for his younger brother to catch up. He tripped over a tree root. When he got up in his face, she spat out some mud that got in his mouth. "Terrific."
"Hey, I think I heard something," Joey's voice said.
"I heard it, too," Sora's voice said.
Mokuba managed to stand up on his feet as the group saw him.
"Mokuba?" Yugi asked.
"Yugi?" Mokuba asked.
"Who's that?" May asked.
"That's Mokuba Kaiba, isn't it?" Sora asked.
"Yeah, but what's he doing here?" Tristan asked.
"He's probably here for the same reason as us," Chase said.
"Have you seen my brother?" Mokuba asked.
"No, we haven't," Yugi said.
"We had no idea you were even here," Joey said.
"Who are they?" Mokuba asked, noticing the group with them.
"They're friends of ours," Yugi said. Mokuba recognized Sora when he looked at him.
"Hey, aren't you Sora Ketchum? The same one who foiled that Team Rocket scheme in Domino City when they tried to frame my brother?" Mokuba asked.
"Yeah, I am," Sora said.
"I wanted to meet you for a while, because I wanted to say thanks for that," Mokuba said.
"It's the least we can do. Anyway, your brother's here, isn't he?" Sora asked.
"Right. I was with my brother when it showed up," Mokuba said.
"When what showed up?" May asked.
"Are you talking about the blue-eyed white Dragonite?" Kairi asked.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Yeah. We saw it. We saw it as clearly as I can see you," Mokuba said.
"I knew it. It is real. Do you know which it and your brother went?" Yugi asked.
"I think it flew that way, but my brother kept chasing it, so I ended up losing them," Mokuba said.
"Doesn't sound like Kaiba," Joey said.
"He might be a jerk, but there's no way he'd abandon his own brother," Tristan said.
"Whatever the case, we gotta catch up with him," Elaine said.
"Eevee," Maple said.
"I agree. Let's go," Rei said.
With that said, the group went off to find Seto Kaiba and the blue-eyed white Dragonite.
Speaking of which, it placed Seto Kaiba down on the ground.
"Why did you bring me here? Where is here?" Seto Kaiba asked as he looked around.
"Home," a feminine voice spoke. He turned around and saw Kisara. He was awestruck by how beautiful she looked to him. Her beauty was in an angelic aura.
"Who are you?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"My name is Kisara. Who are you?" Kisara asked.
"I'm Seto Kaiba. What are you doing here?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"I actually live here on the island. The Pokémon here are my family," Kisara said.
"How long have you been here?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"I've been here ever since I was a little girl," Kisara said.
"What happened?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"When I was little, I was on a cruise with my mother. I was so excited because I had never seen the ocean before in my life. But then a storm hit and I ended up being separated from her. I remember slipping out of consciousness, but when I woke up, I saw my friend here. She was the one who saved me in that storm. But she couldn't do the same thing for my mother. So, I lived here on the island ever since. She often left the island to find me some suitable clothes for me to wear. There were also times she came back with toys for me to play with. But it's been a long time since I have seen another person," Kisara said. He looked at her and he couldn't help but feel bad for her. But he quickly realized something. He quickly realized he's falling in love. He remembered when Gozaboro Kaiba adopted him and Mokuba when they were younger. He remembered Gozaboro telling him that he shouldn't trust other people; not even Gozaboro himself. Mokuba was the only person he could trust. Seto Kaiba felt his cold heart warm up. He then had a question to ask.
"Have you thought about seeing the world outside the island, Kisara?" Seto Kaiba asked. Kisara looked at him.
"Seeing the world?" Kisara asked.
"The world beyond the island is much bigger than you think it is. And if you want to, I can show it to you," Seto Kaiba said.
"You can do that, Seto?" Kisara asked.
"Of course, Kisara. But if you choose to do so, then you can share it with me and my brother," Seto Kaiba said. Kisara wanted to trust him, but she didn't know if she should.
"May I have some time to think it over?" Kisara asked.
"Sure," Seto Kaiba said. Kisara stepped out for her to think it over. The blue-eyed white Dragonite went with her. He then started to give off a frustrated growl. "What the hell is the matter with me? Why am I warming up to her? What? What? What?"
"Could it be that you're allowing the coldness in your heart to take their leave?" A voice asked. He turned to see Atem.
"It's you. Why are you here?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"Only because I sensed an unusual change, and it would seem I was right," Atem said.
"So, you managed to pick up on that?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"I did. Though, I couldn't expect you to share your life with anyone since your stepfather taught you to be cruel and ruthless," Atem said.
"It's not like I had a choice. I worked my way to make myself the person that I am today," Seto Kaiba said.
"Or the person you used to be. All it takes is one person to touch your heart. And it seems someone has touched it in a way you wouldn't believe. And you already just met her," Atem said.
"But should I just throw away the lessons my stepfather gave me and be the person the other Yugi and his friends and touch the hearts of others?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"That'll be up to you, Kaiba. I can't tell you what to do or what to think, but it won't be an easy choice to make. And no one can make that choice for you; not me, not Yugi, not Mokuba, and not even Gozaboro Kaiba has that power to choose it for you. So no one can make that choice but you," Atem said.
"You're right about that. I'm the only one who can make up my mind," Seto Kaiba said, closing his eyes. "And if Gozaboro doesn't like it, then he can just have to sit there and deal with it!"
"I know you'll make the right choice, just like another did," Atem said, disappearing. He began to think about what Atem said to him.
Over to Kisara and the blue-eyed white Dragonite, she looked into her reflection in the water.
"I honestly don't know what to do. If I stay here, I won't see the world, but if I leave, I'll be leaving the family who raised me when I was a child," Kisara said. The blue-eyed white Dragonite looked at her and she could tell it was bothering her greatly. She looked at the blue-eyed white Dragonite and she hugged her tight. "I'm grateful for everything you and the others have done for me for all these years, but I don't wanna throw away the memories I made while being here." The blue-eyed white Dragonite made her sounds, telling Kisara she wouldn't be doing throwing anything away. She looked at the blue-eyed white Dragonite. "Are you saying it's my choice?" She nodded to Kisara. Kisara knew the blue-eyed white Dragonite was right. She knew she had to make a difficult choice. And she knew she had to make up her mind soon.
Back with Seto Kaiba, he sighed to himself when he heard some footsteps coming his way.
"Who's there?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"Seto!" Mokuba called out.
"Mokuba? Is that you?" Seto Kaiba asked. He got his answer when his younger brother and the rest of the group found him. "Mokuba!"
"Seto! I found you!" Mokuba said.
"Yugi? What are you and the rest of your friends doing here?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"I'm going to guess you're here for the same reason as us," Yugi said.
"But then, we found him and he told us what happened," Sora said. He looked at Sora.
"I know you. You're that Sora Ketchum kid who busted Team Rocket when they tried to frame me," Seto Kaiba said.
"That's what's been going around," Sora said.
"All around Kanto, you mean," Chase said.
"I have to admit, you're a tad shorter than I thought you'd be," Seto Kaiba said.
"Gee, thanks," Sora deadpanned.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"Getting back on track, where is the blue-eyed white Dragonite?" Brendan said.
"Oh, yeah, I almost forgot about it," May said.
"It's a lot closer than you think," Seto Kaiba said.
And how right he was, because she returned to the spot where he was waiting when she saw the group. Everyone were awestruck by what they were seeing.
"Is that what I think it is?" Sora asked.
"It is. It's the Dragonite from the legend," Mai said.
"It's white all over," Elaine said.
"White as snow," Chase said.
"Pikachu," Volt said.
"Eevee," Maple said.
Just then, Kisara returned and she saw the group of people with her guest.
"Oh! More visitors," Kisara said.
"A girl?" Téa asked.
"I didn't there were other people on the island other than us," Serenity said.
"Neither did I," Rei said.
"Hello. My name is Kisara. It's nice to meet you," Kisara said, bowing her head in respect.
"Hey," Sora greeted.
"Kisara, this kid here is Mokuba, my little brother," Seto Kaiba said.
"Hello, Mokuba. I'm happy to meet you," Kisara said.
"Likewise, Kisara," Mokuba said.
The group introduced themselves and they hear Kisara's story about how she ended up on the island in the first place.
"That explains a lot," Rei said
"We're sorry to hear you lost your real mom during that storm," May said.
"I admit, thinking about it makes me sad, but I managed to cope with it. I never thought I would meet another person other than myself, let alone, other people," Kisara said.
"Have you decided on what you want to do, Kisara?" Seto Kaiba asked.
"I have. I decided to leave the island and see the world outside the island. I may not remember too much about my life before Dragonite Island, but I can always make some new memories. And I know I can always come back here," Kisara said. Seto Kaiba smiled at that.
"Yes, we can," Seto Kaiba said. Joey was surprised by what came out of his mouth.
"Am I going crazy or is he actually being nice?" Joey asked.
"This island will always be home to you. But if you want to see the world, then I can make it happen. All I need to know is are you willing to do it?" Seto Kaiba asked, holding out his hand. Without further hesitation, she takes him by the hand.
"Yes," Kisara said.
And that right there confirms Seto Kaiba has fallen in love. The group found it strange that he would open up like that, especially Mokuba. But he was happy for his brother, because she can teach him how to love and be the person he was before Gozaboro Kaiba came into their lives.
Kisara has given a tearful goodbye to her adopted family and promise to visit someday. They made it to the Kaiba Jet, but there was a slight problem with that.
"The Kaiba Jet is built only for two people," Seto Kaiba said.
"It's not like we can just add in an extra seat, right?" Duke asked.
"Actually, I think Kisara should have my seat," Mokuba said.
"Are you sure about that, Mokuba?" Mako asked.
"I am. Besides, I think traveling will be good for me," Mokuba said.
"I really appreciate it, Mokuba. Thanks for giving up your seat for me," Seto Kaiba said.
"I'm just being considerate. Also, it'll be a good excuse for you to get to know your new girlfriend," Mokuba said in a teasing manner, making his older brother blush.
"Why you," Seto Kaiba said, rubbing his head.
"Well, the rest of us will be heading for the mainland, too," Mai said.
"Yeah, but do you think we should tell Professor Oak about this?" Chase asked.
"I don't think we should, Chase. I think her existence should be a complete secret," Sora said.
"Sora's right. Even if we told anyone, I highly doubt anyone would believe a word of it," Rei said.
"Yeah, the blue-eyed white Dragonite secret will be kept and everything," Mai said.
"And that's all for the best," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
With that said, Seto Kaiba and Kisara boarded the Kaiba Jet and decided to head for Domino City while Mokuba decided to travel with Yugi's group. The two boats were heading for the mainland, leaving Dragonite Island. Even though they decided to keep the existence of the blue-eyed white Dragonite a secret from the world, it was a thing that was worth seeing and neither one of them would forget. And I have a feeling the blue-eyed white Dragonite won't forget Kisara either as she held the plush Dragonite toy Kisara clinged to as a child. And the journey continues on.
And here it is. Some of you would be pointing out that Kaiba starting to be nice doesn't fit his personality, but I thought it'll be a nice change of pace since love can change someone for the better. Anyway, stay tuned for the next chapter if you wanna stick around.
