What if the rowdyruff boys lost their memories?

"well boys, this is the building" Liams mom said, parking the car in the parking lot of a 7 floor apartment building. Liam was sitting in the front seat while his brothers were asleep in the back seats.

Liam quickly got out of the car and opened the trunk.

his mom got out and began helping him unload the car.

while Liam continued unloading the car, his mom unpacked her laptop and opened it to check that they were in the right place and which apartment was theirs.

a few minutes went by before Liams mom spoke.

"our apartments on the fourth floor and its number eleven" she said, closing her laptop and putting it back in the bag.

"hey Oliver, Noah! we're here!" Liam said, waking up both of his brothers.

2 hours later they were almost completely settled in.

"boys, why don't you go outside and meet the neighbor kids?" their mom told them while she was unpacking the pots and pans.

"okay!" Liam quickly agreed before running to the door and putting his black sneakers back on.

when he got outside he saw there was already some kids playing outside.

"hi! I'm Liam, what's your names?" Liam asked, walking over to a crowd of kids that looked around his age.

"uh, hi" one of them nervously replied.

"can I play with you?" Liam asked, pretending not to notice the confusion and disgust on all of their faces.

"no way! we don't want a bug eyed freak like you playing with us!" one of the ruder kids said.

the rest of them nodded in agreement.

Liam walked away after that, disappointment and confusion on his face.

he tried to play with some smaller groups of kids but they all either ignored him or told him to go back to where he belongs.

after a while he gave up and sat under the nearest tree.

"why doesn't anyone want to play with me?" he asked himself.

"probably because you look like one of the rowdyruff boys" someone replied from above.

a boy around 12 years old appeared. he was upside down and was holding onto a tree branch with his legs. he was wearing a grayish teal shirt, grayish dark teal shorts and no shoes while his short black hair tried to reach the ground. there was also a lot of dirt on his hands and feet.

"who are they?" Liam asked as the boy grabbed the tree branch with his hands and let his legs dangle for a moment before he let go and landed on the ground.

"they were basically the evil male versions of the Powerpuff girls. they disappeared after a huge battle 5 years ago" the boy explained, sitting on one of the bumps caused by the tree roots being close to the surface.

"huh" Liam thought for a moment. he didn't know why but the rowdyruff boys felt familiar to him, just like how Townsville and the Powerpuff girls were, but stronger.

"my names Liam, what's yours?" Liam asked after a moment.

"I'm Moana, nice to meet you" Moana replied.

"why aren't you playing with the other kids?" Liam questioned.

"they think I'm weird because I moved here from Farmsville with my family a year ago and prefer playing in the mud and dirt rather than with footballs and stuff. it might also have to do with the fact that I'm a boy and a girl" Moana explained.

"you can be two genders?" Liam asked, surprised at what she had just said.

"yeah, more than that too, my mom's pangender. it means she uses all pronouns" Moana told him.

"pronouns?" Liam asked.

"you know, he, her, them. that stuff" Moana shrugged with a smile.

"but why would someone want to change genders?" Liam asked.

"well, sometimes people are born with the wrong gender, and so they have to fix it. I was born only a boy but then as I grew older I discovered I was also a girl. so now I'm a boy and a girl" Moana explained.

"I never knew any of what you just said until now" Liam exclaimed in shock.

"well, no one knows everything. although some people don't understand that" Moana said, looking up at the sky through the leaves.
