Scourge thrashed around his room. He was wrapped up in bed as he growled. Amy was so god damn annoying. Why did she even pick him up and save his sorry ass in the first place? He clawed at his pillow, which when shredded, it ended up being a pile of feathers. He flashed his sharp teeth as he became increasingly more annoyed.

Everything was unfair, he thought to himself with a growl. He picked apart his pillow.

Why did she take him in?

Did she feel sorry for him? Did she seriously think he was some sort of weakling who needed saving? Did she feel pity? For him?

Scourge snarled.

There was NO WAY someone could be THAT nice to him without having an ulterior motive. Not to mention, kindness was a sign of weakness after all.

He clenched his fists in frustration.

"...Heh. I shouldn't even be listening to her, she should be the one who listens to me." He said in a low tone.

The hot pink Flicky watched from the window and chirped loudly.

"Oh.. I forgot you're still here." Scourge said. "Look, I'm just really angry right now, got it?" He stated to the pink Flicky, trying to shoo her away from his place. However, she just flew and perched on his shoulder, nuzzling against his cheek as she happily chirped. Scourge hated to admit it, but this sensation did feel rather nice; it was a long time ago he made an animal friend. Recalling all the butterflies he chased, Flickies he befriended, Cluckies he fed... it reminded him of his childhood.

But only these parts though. The rest were shit.

"...I guess you're not so bad after all," Scourge said with a small smile. He picked her up with his left hand and gently stroked her head with his right. "I think I'll name you... Birdie!" He replied with a grin, flashing his sharp teeth. Birdie flew around excitedly as she chirped. The green hedgehog finally felt positive for once. It felt nice. He snuggled up in his bed, or at least what was there, the mattress was still intact while his pillows were basically gone. He closed his eyes, and was beginning to drift to sleep, the memories-

No. He didn't want to remember anything at the moment. Not when Birdie was around. An overcast shrouded the night sky as it began to slightly drizzle. The moon was shining over Knothole, Station Square, Uncle Chuck's house, and even Angel Island. Scourge appreciated the peacefulness for a slight second.

Then he remembered where he was, and his blood began to boil. Scourge grabbed his leather jacket and went off into the night. Birdie had flown off into another direction. Then, when he made sure no one was watching him, he began to hum his comfort song. He was feeling bad again after all.

The walk to Breezie's place wasn't far. Her and Scourge immediately went all out on each other as soon as he arrived.

"...You know Breeze, you're like the only tolerable Mobian here~" Scourge stated as they were in bed together.

"I know I am, Scourge~" Breezie replied with a slight giggle. "Amy is causing you trouble again?"

"Yup, as always." Scourge said with a scowl. "She's such a bitch sometimes."

"I see." Breezie noted with a glisten in her eyes. "Tell me more about her,"

"Well..." Scourge started. He trailed on and on about how Amy was much better than him in every way. Breezie nodded in acknowledgement as he vented towards her. Scourge flashed a grin towards the teal hedgehog. It was nice to know someone was genuine to him.

Amy rustled in her sleep. She still couldn't figure out why she had been coughing a lot lately. Hopefully it wasn't anything serious.

"Huh?" The pinkette squeaked out, as she was currently with Sonic. Her worries subsided as she smiled warmly at him. "Oh hey Sonic, how are you doing?"

"Oh hi Amy!" Sonic greeted with a grin. Her surroundings shifted into a wedding chapel, where Amy and Sonic were standing near the altar. The pink hedgehog was screaming internally as she excitedly looked at her soon to be husband. The Blue Blur gently grabbed her face as he smiled at her.

"Oh Amy, thank you so much for being my friend." Sonic said to her with a smile. The pinkette's heart shattered into a million pieces. Just a friend?! What kind of sick, twisted joke was this? Sonic began to laugh hysterically as her surroundings turned to black and he began to fade out of view. She looked in horror as her blue hero was leaving her sight. She sat in this black, empty void. His laughter became more faint, until it turned into evil laughing. She turned around and saw Scourge sitting on his throne, looking at her smugly. She suddenly was also chained to the floor.

"It's so entertaining seeing you be my slave, pink monster." Scourge said with a toothy grin. Amy tried to pull her way out, but the chains were much too heavy.

"There's no way you can get out of here, pink monster." Scourge coldly said in her ear as he suddenly teleported behind her. "I'm stronger AND better than you!" He said with a cackle.

"Fuck off." Amy spat.

"Ooh. Feisty, I like that!" The green hedgehog said with a smirk, before he punched her in the gut. "Too bad you're a fucking loser, Pinks." He spat.

Amy let out a loud squeak. Why did she allow Scourge to hurt her like this? She faced him before. Amy sighed as the words pink monster rang in her head.

The pinkette sprung awake as she was breathing heavily. She coughed loudly and out came more petals. She looked in horror as she picked one up from her lap, and saw it was a dark reddish, almost brown and was very crumbly.

"...What's wrong with me..." She said in a quiet, weak tone. She coughed up more petals.

",And that's why I hate Amy and think she's a fucking bitch." Scourge stated, still taking to Breezie in bed.

"I see..." Breezie nodded. "I can see you have a fiery, passionate hatred for her." She stated.

"Yeah... you can say that again." Scourge mumbled, before he had a grin. "Maybe I should burn her house down, then again, she does make good food I'll admit."

"I see~" Breezie replied, having another twinkle in her eye, which Scourge did not seem to notice.

Scourge grinned at the naked teal hedgehog. She looked good in red.

Wait. The color red reminded him of-

Scourge shook his head. He didn't want to think about her. Not ever since she caused him so much pain.

"Say Breezie babe..." Scourge started, grabbing Breezie by the face, who was covered by the blanket. "Do you wanna be mine? You're one hot hedgehog~"

Breezie giggled as she stared into the green hedgehog's eyes.

"Of course." She said in a simple tone.

Scourge smiled with his sharp teeth. They hugged, with Breezie having an increasingly growing smile on her face, unbeknownst to the green hedgehog.

Eventually though, dawn struck and Scourge went on his way again. Breezie watched the green hedgehog go on his way home from her door.

"It sure is nice having my own plaything." Breezie said with a smirk. "I wonder how devastated he'll be once he finds out the truth." She said, going over to her work desk, which had a picture of Scourge together with Amy next to him. Her smirk grew bigger as she looked at signs of her business adorned with bright flashing lights.

"This next story will sure get me even more filthy rich!"

Amy went into the kitchen in her white and pink heart pajamas. Her short hair was quite messy. She did her daily routine. However, her daily routine was interrupted when Scourge came home.

"Sup ya pink bitch." Scourge greeted.

"Good morning to you too, Scourge." Amy greeted back, not looking at him.

"Ya made any breakfast for me?" Scourge inquired, sticking up his feet at the dining table.

"It's almost ready." Amy replied. She made chocolate chip pancakes with a smiley face again. Scourge cringed again but he still ate it.

"You seem to be in a good mood today, what's going on?" Amy asked as she cut into her breakfast.

"I asked Breezie to be my gal today." Scourge replied with a smug grin.

Amy nearly choked on her piece of pancake. Breezie and Scourge actually got together?!

"Seems like my love life is going way better than yours, pink monster." Scourge taunted, but not before he felt some wind on his face and dodged an oncoming fork that was being thrown at him.

"What the hell?!" Scourge gawked. He turned to the pinkette who looked at him darkly. He had a grin on his face as he saw that his taunting had worked. Amy didn't say anything before she realized what she had done.

"...I'm going to the doctors." Amy replied in a cold tone.

"Why the hell for?" Scourge asked. "Don't tell me you still have that stupid cough!"

Amy stared daggers into his soul as he slightly relaxed a bit. He went back to eating, not before she had slammed the door loudly.

"Tch. Who needs her anyways?" Scourge asked himself loudly. He sat at the dining table all by himself. Scourge shrugged. Though, Amy for some reason turned off the lights, not to mention the house became quiet.

Too quiet.

Anti Sonic had quietly sat in his chair eating a cheese stick. Anti Jules was on a laptop organizing his notes for the Great Peace while Anti Bernadette had been reading the newspaper. He was also wrapped around Blankie like a burrito. He stared at his parents with beady eyes. Though they never noticed. Anti Sonic let out a big sigh. He got out of the chair and walked back into his room, tripping on his face in the process. The burrito wrapped Anti Sonic let out a large sigh as he opened up his bedroom window to get some fresh air. Then he heard someone outside playing music. He perked his tiny head to see a light blue kitten playing on the piano. His eyes turned into stars as he stared in awe at the kitten. It was the most beautiful music he's ever heard.

The next day at school, Anti Sonic came over to school with Blankie in hand. Miss Blossom was teaching as Anti Sonic paid close attention. Some other students sneered at the young blue hedgehog.

But he didn't mind. No one seemed to understand him, but he didn't care. All he cared about was Blankie.

Scourge snapped out of it as he jerked out of the chair. He immediately opened up one of the window's in Amy's house. The fresh air felt nice on his face as he saw Birdie fluttering on by. Scourge grinned before he grabbed her gently and took her in. He began to tell her about his night.

"...And that's why I'm in a good mood today Birdie!" Scourge said with a smile. Birdie chirped excitedly. Scourge did feel like he had someone to talk to, even if it was just sex and a short time. Breezie understood him. Amy had to be wrong, Breezie wasn't evil. Amy was just some stupid goody two shoes who knew nothing about him or Breezie.

"Amy, why are you in winter clothing in like 80 degree weather?" Sally inquired, the brown chipmunk having bumped into her on the way to the nearby clinic.

"I think I've caught a cold," Amy said, having a scarf and thick jacket on.

"Oh, I see..." Sally said with a grin, before she scooted away slightly. Amy looked down and let out a large sigh.

"How's uh... living with Scourge?" Sally started gently.

Amy slightly froze up. Should she have lied to her? What if Scourge gets taken away? Although she hated his guts and the way he treated her, she didn't want Scourge to face the wrath of King Acorn.

"...Fine..." Amy squeaked out.

"...You can tell me the truth you know," Sally replied gently, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"...Really! It's fine!" Amy said.

Sally frowned as she continued to walk with the pinkette.

"...Alright fine," Amy sighed in defeat, as she began to tell her best friend about her experience.

"...Mom, what's in that funny looking bottle?" Anti Sonic inquired as he pointed to a beer bottle. They were all outside as Anti Jules was at another meeting in regards to the Great Peace.

"Nothing you need to know, you pest." Anti Bernadette spat, clutching onto her bottle.

Anti Sonic frowned as he walked up to his Uncle Chuck, who was leaning on the side of a tree smoking a blunt. The blue hedgehog stared at his uncle for a bit, which seemed to have annoyed him.

"...Quit looking at me with them big ol' eyes." Anti- Uncle Chuck spoke, looking down at his nephew. Anti Sonic's eyes shrunk at that.

"Mom and Dad are being mean to me again..." Anti Sonic said with a frown.

"Uh huh..." Anti Uncle Chuck nonchalantly responded. "Here, inhale this, it will make you feel better." He said, handing him the blunt. Anti Sonic merely blinked at him as he took it and looked at it.

"...It smells funny-" Anti Sonic said as he inhaled it and began to cough. His uncle only looked at him with an eye roll.

"Well give it back if you're not gonna take a hit." Anti Uncle Chuck said in an annoyed tone, leaving Anti Sonic alone, dragging along Blankie. He looked at a nearby family who were walking down the street. He looked at the family with large puppy dog eyes, as his heart had pang.

Scourge sighed as he was on the couch drinking some beer. It had reminded him of his mother, that was one thing he picked up from her.

"Tch. Stupid bitch." He said with a slight sneer, but not before he passed out drunk on the couch. Birdie merely watched as she too rested on the couch with Scourge.

"...Jeez Amy, that sounds like a lot of work." Sally said with a frown. By then, Amy had already reached the doctor's office.

"I know..." She said. She coughed as Sally slightly backed away from her to avoid not getting sick as well.

"...Thanks for being here with me, Sally," Amy said with a soft smile, the two girls gave each other a small embrace.

"...I suppose I am happy for Scourge," Amy began, before sneezing. "I think something happened between him and Fiona,"

"Oh? What makes you say that?" Sally asked in a curious tone.

"Every time I mention her, he seems to get.. mad?" Amy replied.

"Maybe him and Fiona broke up." Sally replied with a shrug.

"I suppose so..." She replied. "I'll see you tomorrow?" The pinkette went to hug Sally.

"Yeah!" Sally beamed as she hugged back. The brown chipmunk walked away as Amy headed inside the doctor's clinic.
