The boat approached the starting line. Their turn would come, but each boat started at a different time in the fall.
"How long is this one?" Kristoff asked.
"Three miles," Elsa replied. "So we need to pace ourselves."
"We've got it," Kristoff replied, glancing over his shoulder at the other seven rowers. "I hope."
"There's only one bridge, which is both good and bad," Elsa said. "It's about halfway."
"That leaves a mile and a half," Kristoff commented. "When will we sprint?"
"There's a big abandoned hotel about a thousand feet from the end."
"Sounds haunted," Kristoff laughed.
"Whatever works."
