The night came and Lincoln sighed as he had gotten changed into his pyjamas in his new room that was set up to be like his old one. Maybe because it was enlarged or he just knew that he wasn't at his own home; it just didn't feel right. "Are you ready Lincoln?" Charlie asked with a big smile as she came in with a book as Lincoln sighed.

"Just want to go to bed Charlie and then wake up to find that this was a big elaborate dream..." Lincoln admitted as Charlie frowned but he went into his bed; Charlie then tucked him in and tucked Bun-Bun right next to him. "Are you going to read me a bedtime story..." Lincoln asked noticing the book about to say that he was kind of old for that but the look on her face made him quickly relent.

Charlie then sat on the bed and showed the illustrations in it; "Once upon a time... There was a golden city in the clouds called Heaven created by the Lord... He watched over as he allowed his creations called angels to run the city. They worshipped good and sought to protect Heaven from darkness and evil. However one of the archangels and the Lord's sons was a troublemaker; Lucifer found the elder angels to be rather boring with their obsessions with their rules and order. He had his own ideas for creation but they shunned him with his archangel siblings encouraging him to leave them to it and join them as they act on their roles given to them by their father." Charlie read as Lincoln's eyes widened upon hearing it.

"So... This is..." Lincoln asked as Charlie nodded.

"Dad yeah... The angels upon the world called Earth began the project to create life; the first two humans in Adam and Lilith. However Adam created in the Lord's image let it go to his head and he became controlling and drove his bride away to the shock of the archangels. Lucifer was drawn to her finding it fascinating that she would rebel against her designated role as well. The troublemakers fell in love and came to Lilith's replacement Eve in the Garden of Eden... They gave her the Fruit of Knowledge to help grant free will but the bite... Brought evil into Earth and allowed it spread throughout the universe..." Charlie said as she then started frowning with Lincoln gulping.

"Lucifer and Lilith was cast out to the newly created realm of evil that their actions have allowed to create... They would rule over the new 'Hell' as it would spawn creatures of all sorts throughout the Rings and the souls of the damned came to them... The troublemakers doomed to only see the bad in humanity and none of the good... However Lucifer would use his power to make the sinners who were bound to his personal Ring fear him and listen to his rule as Lilith would serenade the subjects with her singing." Charlie then finished reading as she then looked to him.

"Not much of an ending and I have heard happier stories..." Lincoln said with his eyebrows raised as Charlie then kissed him on the forehead to his surprise and then went to the door and closed it turning off the lights. "Good night Charlie..." he said as Charlie then said good night to him.

There was Vaggie listening to it all and then frowned; "I know what you were doing Charlie... Cutting out the rest.. You know he will have to find out one day... Impossible to hide it from him forever... Especially since the day is coming soon..." Vaggie said as Charlie sighed.

"I know... But I didn't want to overwhelm him with all that he has had to face... Finding out that this place does exist; he is no longer human and he has to stay here with new parents... I want to give him time before telling him..." Charlie said as Vaggie then put a hand on her shoulder.

"I understand but still... You're right in that he already has plenty to take in... Plus having to have me here as a new parent... Shit; I don't know if I can do this..." Vaggie groaned as Charlie put a hand on her shoulder assuringly.

"We will have eachother to help out." Charlie then said as another door opened up.

"So are you two going to bed and is Lincoln going to be unable to sleep and then get to your door... Seeing his new parents get at it..." Angel Dust asked as Charlie was red in the face as Vaggie looked close to snapping at Angel Dust.

"Why don't you mind your own fucking business..." Vaggie asked snapping as Angel Dust looked affronted.

"I am a patron and this is how you speak to me on my first day... I might just make a one star review..." Angel Dust said as Vaggie shook her head.

"Just watch yourself... We still need to work on your rehabilitation and sorry but you would need to be separate from Lincoln while we work on you both..." Vaggie said as Angel Dust smiled.

"Come on... I am good with kids... I made sure never to harm one when I was alive..." Angel Dust then said.

"Real reassuring..." Vaggie muttered sarcastically with her arms folded as Charlie gave a smile to Angel Dust.

"Thanks for the offer Angel Dust but... You are here to hep yourself and it might be dangerous for..." Charlie then said as Angel Dust sighed.

"I get it... Kid doesn't need a drug addicted porn star around him as he's stuck here..." Angel Dust sighed as he went into his room. Charlie gave him a frown.

"Two people here who both need our help... Still; no one said it would be easy but we got eachother!" Charlie said optimistically as Vaggie smiled.

"Let's just sleep it off..." Vaggie said as they then both went to their bedroom.

Lincoln woke up the next morning in the familiar looking bed and wallpaper; he quickly got dressed and told himself that he was daydreaming about his room being larger. He hesitatingly opened the door and the flash of dark red wallpaper made him groan. "It wasn't a dream... I am in Hell... Actual Hell..." Lincoln sighed as he walked out of the room and then there was Charlie there to greet him with a smile. "Good morning Charlie..." Lincoln said as Charlie waved to him.

"Good morning to you too Lincoln; why don't you use the bathroom if you need and then watched TV downstairs. In the meantime I will make you some breakfast!" Charlie offered with a smile as Lincoln then smiled at the thought.

Breakfast should be good; hopefully it won't be bad. If this was Hell's Princess making it who was part angel.

He got to the bathroom and it wasn't bad as he washed his face and then made his way downstairs. Going to the lobby with the TV; morning cartoons were there in Hell as well. He watched as he then heard the door being knocked.

If this was a hotel then shouldn't there be staff to get it; he hadn't seen anyone else working here besides Charlie and Vaggie.

He decided to get up and get it; there was a figure towering over him and he thought that she looked kind of familiar. From his memory there was the drawing in the book. "Lincoln; is it?" she asked with a look down at him with him gulping especially at the sight of her horns.

"Yeah... Sorry but..." Lincoln said feeling terrified and his legs refused to move but he was then picked up and then hugged like a stuffed animal.

"Lincoln; is there someone there..." Vaggie asked coming into the area running but paused as she then found the figure there.

"I got breakfast ready for you Lincoln..." Charlie said coming into the area but then jumped with a gasp. "Mum! Back from your vacation... So seen anywhere interesting in the last 7 years?" Charlie asked with wide eyes as Lilith then shot her a glare causing her take a step back.

"Charlotte Morningstar; did you ever plan to inform me that you gave me a grandchild? I had to learn about it from your father!" Lilith asked with an air of authority as well as stern mother's voice.

"Calling me 'Charlotte'... That's never a good sign... Fuck..." Charlie muttered with a frozen fake smile on her face.
