AN: Uh. Here's a second Chapter. Hopefully this might point you a bit better in this story's direction lol.
Enjoy.
I wasn't just heading home to collect my laundry. Don't get me wrong, it would be a pain in the ass if my sheets had been stolen… but I needed to give Mizuki his opportunity.
In canon I know he offers Naruto a second, yet fake, test.
But that offer had not been given yet.
Naruto wasn't a very good liar, especially when he was emotional.
His disappointment and sadness were clear as day, but at my mentioning of another opportunity to pass, he hadn't perked up or said a thing contrary either verbally or non-verbally.
Thus, Mizuki was waiting to speak to him.
Hell, the Chunin was probably watching me talk to the blond idiot. He should be grateful, especially because my probing statements would tee the boy up to fall for his 'test'.
But now what?
I collect what little gear I own and go for a walk?
No.
Ninja villages had eyes everywhere.
And if Naruto managed to do what he did in canon, shit would hit the fan. I'd likely find myself being instructed to go home and sit tight.
Well…. If I wanted to get involved in this bullshit, I suppose I had a rough guess as to where Naruto would be.
But I wasn't sure how much time I had before Naruto managed to make it out with the scroll. Making it all the way home could cost me precious minutes or seconds that I otherwise wouldn't have. But who was to say Naruto succeeds in securing the scroll?
I'm relying on the events being predetermined, with the outcome already pre-ordained I can just ride each wave as they come…
But that assumption is foolish.
Nothing says my presence hasn't already altered things. Or if that thing has changed anything else….
The wheel had been spun twice.
Whatever that meant, perhaps making assumptions wasn't the best idea going forward. Better to assume literally anything could happen, than plan for what will probably happen.
That being said-
If Mizuki still offered Naruto the 'secret test' then the blond idiot would steal the scroll and take it somewhere safe, where he'd learn the shadow clone technique.
So I just had to be wherever that would probably happen, before my Uzumaki amigo made it there.
Well, I could go home now and pick up all the weapons I owned.
But I did still have my academy gear on…
Bah. More Kunai wouldn't make any difference.
No, what mattered was finding Naruto before Mizuki did.
I guess my sheets would have to wait.
Turning on my heel, I adjust my path to take me away from the deeper housing districts. I need the forests of Konoha, but in particular, one little clearing I know Naruto will be at.
The alert came in instantly, but Kakashi Hatake had to admit that it took him a minute to process the words that came from the ANBU that briefly appeared in his living room.
His mind, the greatest tool in his arsenal, managed to force the most important details into his train of thought.
Scroll of Seals.
Stolen.
Naruto.
Locate.
Out of pure instinct, his body knew the next step.
"Kuchiyose!"
A puff of smoke precluded the arrival of his eight dog summons.
"Split up and locate Naruto. Four of you search the village, four of you, the training grounds. Once you finish with both, start in the forest. Dispel yourself if you find him."
The Ninken scattered.
They knew the situation was serious.
Kakashi, after collecting a few stray weapons in his home, vanished in a blur.
He was going to check Naruto's regular spots. The ones that his former ANBU colleagues wouldn't think to look at.
He knew his Sensei's son very well.
And because of this, Kakashi knew this situation reeked of foul play.
Naruto wouldn't do something like this.
…unless the boy had been misled. Or it wasn't him at all.
'Too many variables. Not enough time'
Kakashi pushed his thoughts aside, a lone playground coming into view as he hurtled atop the buildings of the Village.
Once he found Naruto, then he could piece things together.
It's the panting breath and hurried footsteps that snatch my wandering attention.
'So he did it?' I smile to myself.
But a part of me wants to frown.
'To come here, still? So predictable'
I couldn't help but think that as the blonde hurricane came skidding to a stop. He hadn't noticed me yet, which actually produced a frown across my face. I was only standing still beside a tree only a few meters to his right.
He should have noticed me.
But taking a closer look at him, I realized why he was so oblivious.
There was a giant hopeful smile across his face.
"I'm gonna pass!" he exclaimed in joy, unfurling the scroll quickly to lay it out on the ground beneath.
"Now all I gotta do is learn…" his eyes widened slightly as he gazed upon the Forbidden techniques of the Hidden Leaf.
"Woah…" he whispered, awe struck by the various names of techniques and their methods of use. I can't help but wonder if he'll still pick-
"They're so difficult!" he gasped in horror, nearly reeling back from the scroll in fear, "how the hell am I supposed to learn any of this?!"
Heh.
I push off from the tree, wiping the grin from my face as I cock an eyebrow in confusion.
"Naruto!?"
The blonde's head twists suddenly in surprise. My shout got his attention, and his eyes went wide.
"Ryo! What are you doing here?!"
"Looking for you, you idiot! It's late and you didn't come home!" I waltz up to him, arms crossed, "if you're still moping I…"
I let my words trail off as I notice the scroll at his feet.
"Ah? Where'd you get a Ninja scroll from, Nar-"
The blonde quickly stepped in front of me, blocking my view of the scroll and its contents with his body and his arms splayed out.
"I… It's a secret"
"Ha?!" I flare up, "you get me all worried and now you won't tell me why? That ain't fair man!"
The blonde falters, but manages to find some resolve.
"If I tell you… I won't become a Genin"
My eyes narrow.
I pretend to ponder his expression, casting obvious glances over his shoulder.
Slowly, I let my peering recede, until I'm staring at him evenly.
Calmly, I say "Secret Exam, eh?"
"AH!" Naruto flips out, "How'd you know?!"
With a grin I shrug, "a good guess. I told you Hokage-sama wouldn't let you fail so easily. So what d'ya gotta do?"
Naruto deflates, but gestures at the scroll behind him, standing aside to let me see it.
"I needed to grab this scroll, then learn something from it, before meeting with Mizuki-sensei"
"Neat" I nod, crouching down on both heels to take a look at the scroll.
A few seconds of silence pass.
I whistle, "damn. Some of this stuff looks dangerous" I raise an eyebrow up at the blonde, "where'd you get this again?"
Naruto smiled proudly, "gramps"
I blink twice.
And then let my mouth fall open in pretend shock.
"HOKAGE-SAMA?! You stole this from him!?"
"Hey! I'm sneaky when I want to be, ya know?!" Naruto blurted back, affronted at my abject shock and disbelief.
"Shit" I mutter, looking back at the scroll.
The silence holds for a minute.
"So. What were ya going to learn?"
Naruto fell into a similar crouch beside me, his eyes also locked on the scroll now.
His gaze was contemplative, his words soft and unsure, "I don't know. They all seem hard"
I humm in agreement, taking the scroll and unfurling it to look at all the techniques, searching for the one that-
"Hey" I smile, a genuine smile as my eyes land on one of the most iconic yet formidable abilities in this whole reality, "how bout this one?"
I tap the technique with my finger.
Naruto's gaze lands where the tip of my nail is pointed.
"Shadow Clone?"
A moment passes.
"Shadow clone!?" he repeats, outraged as he glares at me, "you know I struggle with Clones, you ass"
I shrug, "hey, it's a basic technique. But, if this is the Hokage's scroll" I tap the technique, drawing Naruto's eyes back to it, "maybe this one's a bit more special?"
A fire light's in the blonde's eyes.
I can't help but smile, "and you've told me before. When making one clone, you always make three? Maybe try making three of these, and see what happens?"
Naruto looks right at me for a moment, his eyes going back to the hand signs and information on the technique a second later.
"You think so?"
I pat his shoulder, "you've always had more Chakra than me. And sometimes brute force is the answer to a problem. So if anyone could do it, it'd be you"
My eyes drift back to the scroll, "but if you're not sold on it-"
Naruto snapped up, his hands forming a very familiar cross.
"Kage Bunshin!" he shouted, proud and firm.
Smoke exploded around us.
I cough, waving my hand in my face to clear the smoke from my vision and lungs. That was a lot of Chakra I felt.
As my eyes open, I'm both surprised and relieved.
No less than twelve identical copies of Naruto Uzumaki are standing before me. Perfect clones.
I can't help but feel pride.
Naruto reaches forward and pokes a clone. The clone remains intact, even responding with an irritated "Hey!"
The blonde is dumbstruck.
"I did it" Naruto whispers out, the surprise leaking from his words.
Another megawatt smile bursts across his face.
"I did it!" he cheers, "I actually did it, ya know!"
Good shit kid.
"Holy shit" I whisper for his benefit, Naruto's attention drifting over to me as I slowly stand.
"Solid copies?" I wonder, pretending to be completely entranced with the technique, "think they can fight?"
"Huh?" Naruto wonders aloud at my train of thought.
Still a bit dense, but I'll do my best to get him thinking.
"Idiot" I chuckle fondly, "if your clones are solid, and they can take a hit or two… well, you can summon a ready fighting force at will. That's badass"
The thought makes Naruto think.
"Fight each other" the youth suddenly commands.
A brawl instantly descends amongst the clones.
A few are dispelled immediately.
"They can take a hit" I loudly affirm, watching twelve clones descend to eight, then three, and then two.
Naruto was silently observing the fight with joy across his features.
My gaze goes back to the open scroll at my feet. Naruto didn't need any other encouraging words right now. Let him appreciate the moment he can finally call an ability his own.
Shadow Clone Technique. I read the title of it again, the kanji clear and concise in my mind.
My eyes drift to the surrounding techniques.
Suicide abilities….
Maximum destruction fire jutsu…
Torture seals…
Fuck.
What a list.
My eyes drift further to the edge of the scroll, my handing slowly unfurling it to a new section.
Things like the Flying Thunder God and the Reanimation Technique's were in here. My curiousity gets the better of me.
All of these abilities here at my finger tips… if there was anything here I could actually pull off I'd-
As my eyes settle on something, my heart skips a beat.
Dead center of the scroll's parchment, the words are there.
Taunting me.
I don't hear Naruto summon another batch of clones, the smoke cloud from before already being removed from his cast. If I had observed this, I would have told him he learned quickly.
Instead, my heartbeat was in my ears, my thoughts completely consumed on the sight before me.
Wrapped around a seal unlike the rest, each letter is as clear as ever, the words formed in a perfect ring around the abnormal markings.
The words weren't in kanji.
Perhaps they were only in a language I could understand, but they rang clear in my mind.
'For you, little soul. Enjoy'
And within it?
The symbol from the wheel.
This was the second spin.
"Ryo?"
Naruto is looking at me, more clones already fighting amongst one another.
I can't help the words that fall from my lips.
"This is for me"
The quiet admission is almost lost to the wind.
But Naruto heard his friend.
"What? Something in the scroll?" Naruto looked down at the strange symbol that had captivated Ryo.
It was nonsense. Random scribbles and scratches compared to the other seals and techniques that littered the length of parchment.
"You can read that?" Naruto had to ask, wincing at the random nonsense he tried to make sense of.
The blonde blinked.
'Why… why does it hurt to look at?'
And then a burning sensation rumbled up from within him.
Ryo reached forward to touch the symbol, just as a roar of chakra came hurtling through every Tenketsu of the blonde's body.
As Ryo's finger touched the symbol, Naruto heard a clear, and furious exclamation in his mind.
"NO!"
But even as Naruto was startled by the roar that burst into his consciousness, another strange feeling pulled down at this burning Chakra.
His breathing was ragged and his vision was bleary as the red energy subsided into his body.
The blonde managed to barely compose himself as he looked to Ryo-
And saw the boy's body slump backwards.
"Ryo!"
"Naruto!"
His attention was stolen by the newly arrived individual.
"Iruka-sensei!" Naruto shouted, "Ryo is-"
"Do you know what you've done, Naruto!"
The Academy teacher furiously exploded, marching toward the youth with anger and vitriol spitting from his presence.
Surprised, Naruto stepped back, hands held up in surrender, "I passed! I learnt the technique!"
That gave the furious Chunin a pause.
"Passed?" the scarred teacher narrowed his eyes, "passed what" he demanded.
"The secret exam!" Naruto hurriedly supplied, "Mizuki-sensei-"
It happened in a blur.
Iruka tackled Naruto out of nowhere, the air pushed from the blonde's lungs at the sudden and jarring motion.
As the Chunin placed him back on his feet, Naruto's ears caught onto the words that echoed throughout the clearing.
"Damn. So close"
The youth located the speaker, standing atop a high up tree branch, bathed in the moonlight.
It was Mizuki.
Iruka stood defiantly between the student and his assistant teacher.
"Why, Mizuki?"
'Why?' Naruto wondered, 'why what?'
Naruto looked back to where he had been standing, his eyes immediately drawn to the-
Giant Shuriken…. That Mizuki had thrown at him…
But…
Slowly but surely, Naruto's mind put together what was going on in the most eloquent way possible.
'I've been tricked'
And as he focused back on the conversation between Iruka and Mizuki, he failed to take note of Ryo's body.
And the black symbols that now fizzled onto his skin.
The Hokage felt it for a second.
All of the ANBU would have noticed as well, even with how brief the spike of energy had been.
The Nine Tails.
Naruto.
Instantly the room exploded into motion, Hiruzen leading the way out of his office and toward the source of the Chakra burst.
The forest.
Whatever was happening this night…
Hiruzen would be the one to end it.
"Take the scroll and run! Warn the village!" had been Iruka's command.
And Naruto had instantly complied, but not without summoning a clone to pick up Ryo. If Iruka or Mizuki had been shocked by the sudden display of the technique, Naruto did not stay long enough to see.
He hurtled through bushes, darted around trees, lept over roots and rocks.
Naruto did his best to get away.
Nothing would stop him so simply.
Him and his clone made it a considerable way, the tree line slowly coming into view as a large training ground sprawled out before the horizon.
Beyond that, the village of Konoha.
Almost-
The clone carrying Ryo exploded.
….
What?
Ryo's body began to fall to the ground, before his feet unnaturally shot out and fastened themselves to the earth. His arms twisted as he brought himself upright, his eyes tightly closed.
'He's still unconscious? And what's with those markings?'
A vicious rumble of burning Chakra rattled through Naruto's body and took him completely by surprise. The booming voice blared in his head and Naruto gripped his skull in pain.
"KILL HIM NOW! QUICKLY"
The blonde barely managed to get ahold of himself, his entire body seemingly rebelling against the vicious energy that had surged within him.
'What the fuck is going-'
A deep inhale drew his shaky attention.
Ryo's face was indeed covered in symmetrical symbols, the lines dominating all the features in clear and concentric mirrored patterns.
There were also two thin lines beneath both of his eyes, and unlike the other black markings they looked-
"Fresh air"
The words had come from Ryo's mouth.
But…
But that wasn't his voice. Not at all.
"Ryo?"
And that was when Ryo's eyes opened. And so did the small slits beneath each eye, revealing two more…
Four bright crimson eyes focused on the silent and stunned Naruto.
The blonde youth failed to say anything.
A laugh bubbled up from Ryo's mouth.
Cruel and haunting, a noise that was once joyous and kind corrupted the air with its malice.
"Nine-tails" 'Ryo' laughed at Naruto, "look at what you have become…"
The taunt flew right over Naruto's head.
'Ryo' didn't seem to care, instead looking away from the blonde and toward the bright lights of the village.
The pinkett's hands- his fingers now ending in sharp talons, Naruto noticed- suddenly gripped his shirt and jacket.
And then he tore it all off, exposing his now 'tattooed' torso to the fresh air and moonlight.
"Ahhh" Ryo's body sighed in relief, "much better!"
This wasn't Ryo.
This…this had something to do with the seal that Ryo touched…
Naruto finally found his voice.
"Who are you? What did you do to Ryo?!"
The crimson eyes settled on Naruto, a glare taking over his friend's features. Ryo's hands twitched, before slowly settling in his pockets.
"The weak do not command the strong"
A foot connected with Naruto's ribs, the attack striking him before he could even comprehend it.
The blonde sailed across the training ground, slamming against the dirt and earth many times before bodily striking one of the posts.
It shattered as it caught him, the post's remains landing alongside him as he slumped against the ground.
Naruto felt pain all across his body. Some of his ribs were broken. His shoulder was likely shattered. Blood dripped from scratches caused by the impact.
His sight and hearing blurred and faded.
Blood pounded in his ears.
A mocking call managed to reach him before he passed out.
"Done already, nine tails?! Still so pathetic!"
Kakashi had arrived a second before Iruka landed the final blow on Mizuki.
He witnessed the feint, as well as the Kunai driving right into Mizuki's heart from beneath his guard.
Iruka was faster than he let on.
As the corpse collapsed backwards, the Academy teacher fell back. He'd taken some bad cuts from Mizuki's battle Shuriken.
He was in no position to fight Kakashi.
So the Jonin landed before the man.
"What happened here"
Iruka's eyes snapped up to him as he winced in pain, clutching at his injuries.
"Hataken-san" he sounded relieved. That was good.
"Naruto and maybe Ryo were tricked by Mizuki into stealing the Scroll of Seals. I tracked them here before Mizuki did" he took a sharp breathe before continuing, "He's headed back to the village now, with Ryo and the scroll"
It had been the burst of tailed beast chakra that had brought Kakashi here.
Perhaps in the fight with Mizuki?
Recover Naruto.
Kakashi was sure he'd get the full picture of what went down later, but he trusted Iruka as of this moment.
"ANBU will be here soon. How are your injuries?"
Iruka grunted, "moderate. I'll live"
Kakashi fixed him with a stern look, "the ANBU will take you into custody for questioning"
Iruka nodded with his eyes closed, "I'll live. Go get Naruto" he gestured vaguely toward the village, "Ryo's probably hurt too. Not sure by what, but he was out cold when I arrived"
Damn.
Something from the scroll perhaps.
That wasn't good.
Kakashi summoned a clone.
"Mind Iruka until the ANBU get here. Keep him stable-"
Another flare of Chakra immediately caught Kakashi's attention.
It was the Nine Tails energy once more.
Before anything else could be said, the Son of the White Fang blasted off from the ground, moving as fast as he could toward the sudden spike of destructive energy.
He arrived at the edge of a training ground in time to witness an orange blur sail through the air and brutally slam into a wooden post.
Naruto!
A figure moved through the air, appearing a few feet away from the collapsed blonde and slowly approaching him.
It was Ryo, hands in his pockets.
But-
"Done already, nine tails?! Still so pathetic!"
-that wasn't Ryo.
The posture and movement for one, the voice for another… and the way those vicious red eyes- four eyes- locked onto Kakashi.
"Oh?"
A wicked smile was pointed at the gray haired ninja, Ryo's entire body turning to face him. The youth's left hand dropped from his pocket, a finger flicking up toward Kakashi-
On pure instinct the Jonin performed the Body Replacement Technique.
There hadn't been any chakra, but Kakashi's senses had screamed at him.
He'd been just fast enough to avoid the worst of it.
But even then, the Kawarimi didn't spare him completely from the abrupt attack.
A shallow cut appeared diagonally across his front. His vest had taken most of the damage, but a thin line had opened across his shoulder and hip, drops of blood lightly falling from the wound and staining his clothes.
The Jonin looked quickly to see where he had been.
A bisected log lay strewn against a sight of raw destruction. It was as if a singular claw had reached out and slashed the world.
Kakashi drew one Kunai, his gaze now completely focused on the smiling Ryo. The youth was looking at him too, his red eyes fixed completely on him.
"Nice speed!"
The youth pulled both hands from his pocket, opening his torso up to Kakashi in a mocking offer.
"But is that all?"
Although the attack and Ryo's figure did not radiate any Chakra, a buzzing feeling was in the air. And it was not something Kakashi could ignore.
Akin to killing intent, this unknown feeling was blasting out in abundant waves from Ryo's figure.
A lesser Shinobi would be paralyzed by this.
But not him.
Kakashi pulled his eyepatch away, revealing his Sharingan.
Whatever he was facing was certainly not an enemy to take lightly. As his mind worked on a strategy, only two seconds had passed.
The red gaze seemed to glint with savagery.
Faster than his Sharingan could catch, the four crimson eyes were directly before him.
"Don't plan!"
Kakashi managed to block the strike.
'Strong!' his mind managed, the bone rattling force throwing him slightly off kilter. He dodged the first kick, before bracing his chest with a forearm crossguard from the second.
The strike still sent him skidding back.
"Fight! Like your life depends on it, Shinobi!"
As his gaze refixed on Ryo-
The youth vanished.
Kakashi leapt away again, landing in the training field as an earth shattering stomp demolished the place where he had stood.
"Come on!" the red eyed monster cried out, "show me something!"
And it came hurtling toward him, arriving with a furious strength and madened cackles. Kakashi did his best to trade blows with it, the sheer power behind each of the incredibly fast strikes slowly but surely pushing him back.
A jab here, and knee there, one by one attacks started slipping through.
Kakashi was slowly but surely being gleefully beaten into submission.
As he swept under a kick, Ryo's figure finally found itself in an odd position.
An opening.
Lightning instantly exploded around Kakashi's right hand. The sound of a thousand screeching birds burst into existence.
Time slowed as the attack hurtled towards Ryo's exposed hip.
Kakashi was about to gouge a hole through all of the body's major organs.
But with a speed beyond his comprehension and a second before his Raikiri ever made contact, his target vanished.
Kakashi's eyes started to widen in the millisecond his opponent dodged. His gaze was then brought to the clawed hand now wrapping around his lightning coated fist.
The Jonin was whipped up into the air and savagely brought down against the ground, a devastating blow that forced the breath from his lungs. As the earth shattered against Kakashi's back, Ryo's figure released the limb it had used to hammer him against the ground with.
"Very nice. But surely you can do better?"
A foot appeared in Kakashi's face.
"Try harder, Shinobi"
He barely managed to roll away from the heel before it crushed the earth where his head had laid.
Kakashi's hands blurred through signs.
He was now fighting on pure instinct.
"Doton: Doryuheki!"
The earth wall exploded upward, providing him a second of cover from his opponent.
Kakashi formed a lightning clone and sunk it into the earth.
Not even a heartbeat later, Ryo burst through the wall, his clawed hands darting toward Kakashi's face and neck.
Time slowed.
Kakashi raised his Kunai.
The clawed fingers drifted ever closer as debris from his earth wall flew everywhere.
Red eyes snapped downward a moment before the clone burst from the earth.
'Grab it'
Whatever this thing was, it liked to fight with its hands.
So a shocking surprise might-
The clone was cleaved in two, and the red eyes settled back on Kakashi.
And in that moment that the claws drew a hair's breadth from his neck, the Jonin looked into the four red eyes and saw only one thing.
His death.
But his untimely demise was spared thanks to the sudden appearance of a very large pole.
Ryo's clawed fists twisted upward to catch the weapon, the force of the blow driving him into the earth. Before Kakashi could exploit this opening a pair of hands snatched his shoulders and the white haired Jonin found himself pulled away from the fight.
"Kakashi-sempai"
The Son of the White Fang recognised the white porcelain mask.
"Weasel" he sighed in relief, now realizing who had intervened.
The Hokage's Personal Guard were here, and so too was the Fire Shadow himself.
Hiruzen's face was set in stone as he lept back from young Ryo's form, landing alongside his ANBU Guard. His eyes never left the smirking figure, but his senses were keen enough to note that Weasel had pulled Kakashi out of the battle successfully. The man likely needed medical attention, but was still alive.
Upon sensing the second burst of Nine Tails Chakra, Hiruzen had summoned the Monkey King, Enma.
He needed a weapon that befit the seriousness of the situation.
Enma had promptly transformed into the Adamantine Staff.
And when he and his Guard had arrived at the sight of the Chakra burst, Hiruzen was quick to utilize the weapon appropriately.
Wolf had seen to Naruto's unconscious form, Weasel had successfully pulled away Kakashi, and Hiruzen had gone right for the threat.
The thing that possessed Ryo's body… the thing that was emitting the strange and menacing energy.
Hiruzen had only noticed it once he was close, but once he had detected it he did not dismiss it. He knew this energy.
"And who are you, old man?"
Completely unphased by the deadly strike, or the considerable effort it certainly took to block such a hit, the thing that possessed Ryo spoke directly to the Hokage.
'To rebuff the Staff with such ease…' Hiruzen was worried.
"I am Hiruzen Sarutobi. I am the leader of this village"
The red eyes searched him up and down.
"Hmmm. Right. I've seen you before" it grinned, "but you didn't even know I was looking, did you?"
Casually stepping out from the partial crater it was submerged in, 'Ryo' stretched obnoxiously before cackling once more.
"Lets-"
Ryo's right hand darted up to his neck, the claw fingers piercing the flesh of his throat ever so slightly.
The red eyes went wide with surprise, as the mouth moved with a different voice. A more familiar voice.
"Try it, and I'll kill both of us"
That was Ryo's voice.
The red eyes blinked, the being taking a second to process what was happening before a savage smile ripped forth.
"You'd kill yourself, just to stop me?!"
The mouth twisted, and Ryo's voice emerged once more.
"Lets find out. Together"
The nails dug deeper.
Hiruzen's ANBU made to move, but the Hokage quickly halted them with a single movement.
He wasn't sure what was unfolding here, but he wouldn't interfere so callously.
The being scoffed.
"Ha" it's eyes fixed on the Hokage, "the kid's a monster"
In the next second, the markings on Ryo's body began to fade away into nothingness. The second set of eyes slowly slid shut as red turned back to blue.
Ryo now stood there, the tips of his clawed nails dug into his neck.
The youth blinked at the world around him, holding the Hokage's gaze for a moment before promptly falling forward.
It was an ANBU that caught his body.
"Careful," Hiruzen ordered, "treat his wounds, but keep him restrained. I want him in a maximum security cell, immediately"
The ANBU vanished with Ryo's body, and Hiruzen turned his attention to the rest of the destroyed training ground.
He looked toward Kakashi, still being propped up by Weasel's side.
"Report"
And the injured Jonin did his best.
So yeah. Mr two faces four arms himself. Now if you've read my other stories, I really don't like explaining everything in an info dump or spew, so please be patient. The details will come in time.
But regardless, hope you enjoyed.
Oh and if you want any other JJK characters to potentially make some form of an appearance, please let me know!
All the best,
Freedom.
