"that hasn't exactly gone well, she's in a mental health care facility in Spain after a mental crisis after her relationship with Sam AND Freddie went sour last week, legally she can be released but only to somebody willing to live with her and Shelby is on the list of possibilities, she'd just have to go there" says Cat
"she can't afford anything, her medical debt literally has her stranded here, she's on a no fly list until its paid" says Lola
"I'll talk to Jade tomorrow, my finances are tied up in the apartment buildings I now own so unless it's a few grand I can't afford it" says Cat
"I'd say that's a bad financial move but I know you well enough to know you had a reason" says Zoey
"the former owner was a criminal, from dealing weed and doping up tenants to laundering money, I own the apartment buildings outright thanks to a deal with his former backers but the buildings are in dire need of repairs and upgrades, one apartment building has appliances from the sixties and he'd forbade them from upgrading to more energy efficient ones, costing them tens of thousands in electricity bills that could have been avoided, I'm upgrading and renovating one building at a time" says Cat
"I heard you're not requiring rent payments at the moment, that's not exactly financially responsible is it" says Lola
"only for the one building, it's the one Anne lives in, half the tenants are abandoned children, half of what's left are disabled tenants living on social services, the part left are regular people working regular jobs, Markus shrunk the apartments when he took over many years ago, the hallways to the apartments were over sixteen feet wide, the hallways in the apartments were tiny, neither of you would have come anywhere close to fitting down the hall, it was basically three feet wide, six of the disabled tenants have wheelchairs and couldn't even get to their bedrooms in the wheelchair so most of them were living in their living rooms, they required assistance to get into the admittedly oversized bathrooms, the people who can afford rent during the apartment resizing period are more than welcome to pay but the majority of the tenants have medication bills to pay, that's why I put the 'no rent payment during construction' rule in place, it gives them a chance to catch up and going forward the apartments will be mostly powered by solar panels so their bills will be significantly less" says Cat
"but it's not financially smart of you to cut off income" says Lola
"it's income I wouldn't have had access to anyway, I make plenty of money from the modelling agency, it's only tied up because of construction that I'm only doing to make the lives of others better, the other apartment buildings will get to vote on whether I add solar power to their buildings, most of the renovations they need include newer appliances and flooring changes, I'm tackling the most expensive one first because Markus hurt them the most, now who wants cold water" says Cat wanting to keep business talk out of the discussion today
"you really don't want to talk about how you're changing lives for the better do you" asks Zoey
"no not really, besides I have more interest in talking about our future than shop talk" says Cat
"Cat doesn't talk business on this yacht, it's more of a silent sex boat where nobody can eavesdrop than anything else" says Tori

"uh Tori, Cat's passed out, is that a good or bad thing" says Zoey worried she did something to Cat
"it's a good thing though it also means the next few days will be spent here on this yacht and we won't be returning to the mainland for a few days" says Tori

"there's a difference between going slow and treating her like occasional fast movement in bed will break her, she may be tiny compared to us but she has quite that appetite once she's in the mood" says Tori
"she said she was in pain, clearly I did something seriously wrong" says Lola
"it wasn't so much what you did but how you did it but given you've never really gotten to know her first it was expected, medication she took for a 'self play' disorder when she was a kid kind of rewired things a little, racing breath in her case isn't a guarantee of her being ready for a rub, her brain requires a sexual trigger whether she's currently in the mood or not, she's pretty much always up for sex but her brain needs those triggers or her lower area won't react to the stimulation right and will cause pain, it sounds insane but I dealt with the same thing the first time in bed with her, it took thirty minutes for her brain to flip the switch after I did exactly what you did, after that it was fine" says Tori as the chef knocks on the door

"Nicole's food plan, that's a setup for disaster, she's severe ADHD, which I wish I'd known about when she was my roommate" says Zoey as Tori picks Cat up and leads them to the dining area
"Cat's body is again different than basically everyone else, her metabolism is quite active, her being so short is a symptom of the problem, so is her being very much underweight, she requires a high calorie, high sugar meal that also has high protein and tons of vitamins, her alternative was a ton of capsules for vitamins, Minerals and supplements to keep her from bottoming out weight wise and ending up in a hospital for the rest of her life, Nicole came up with a meal plan to help lower the amount of pills she takes, it's helped quite a bit actually, she's gained three pounds since Nicole started her on this diet three months ago" says Tori as she lays Cat on the couch next to the table
"of course it includes candy" says Lola rolling her eyes
"that was actually Cat's requirement, Nicole recommended another option, unfortunately Cat's been spending thousands of dollars a month on candy to keep her sugar levels in range so Nicole found a company who now makes Cat custom candy with extra sugar in it, it's kept in a temperature controlled box and taken out to portion out a serving with her meals" says Tori as Cat wakes up
"ugh I passed out AGAIN, I was really hoping to last longer than that" says Cat upset as she joins them at the table and starts eating
"are you diabetic Cat" asks Lola
"my doctor called it rampant hypoglycemia so no not diabetic not exactly, at least not the way people tend to understand the term, basically my sugar is always on the boundary of low blood sugar, which is bad, the meds I was on when I was a kid stunted my growth, I should have been five foot six, so I'm not on that medication anymore and I just take in as much sugar as I need to get out of the danger zone" says Cat
"how much sugar does it take" asks Zoey
"the gummy bears you see are enough to keep me safe till bedtime, at least after making love, usually it's just one not three but Zoey was quite active, which is likely what caused me to faint" says Cat
"was I any good" asks Zoey
"well I don't faint for no reason, usually its due to being overpowered by hormones, in this case during sex" says Cat
"so your brain chemistry isn't exactly resilient then, Lola's isn't either" asks Zoey
"not in that way, my brain can over produce certain things in certain situations which cause me to faint, loud arguments if I'm anywhere near the people arguing can also make me faint, as can loud music on the beach if it's near me" says Cat
"so you fainting after sex with me, do you consider that a good thing or a bad thing" asks Zoey genuinely concerned about how Cat sees things
"emotionally it's a good thing because it creates attachments, which if this relationship is going to work is absolutely required, however I ask that if I faint you nibble my ear or nose, it brings me back so we can keep going" says Cat showing that the funs not over yet
"wait so you fainting isn't a sex end point" asks Lola equally worried about how Cat sees things
"not even close, it's more like a pause button, Tori I'm going to need two more of these gummy bears cut later tonight because I'm feeling like a group sexy night in bed" says Cat
"I sent Dana home so she could spend time with Nicole" says Tori

"only if the tools are intended for that purpose and I can use them to perfectly measure out the size, I don't need Dana coming at me yelling and screaming because I messed something up, she happens to terrify me" says Lola
"Nicole had the tools designed specifically for that purpose, the dose of sugar I get from the gummy bears has saved me a few thousand dollars since Nicole implemented the system" says Cat
"so is Nicole happy with Dana, I don't exactly remember them getting along all that well" asks Zoey
"Nicole has ADHD and severe anxiety, that's why they never got along, she was intimidated my Dana and didn't know how to interact with her in a normal way, she was terrified that if she tried that her parents would still be as angry that she might suddenly be 'girl crazy' as they were thinking she was 'boy crazy', a few years ago I'd invited Dana to one of my fashion shows and told her she could bring one person with her on the plane ride to Venice free of charge, she chose Nicole, that day their entire dynamic changed, they went on one date and everything changed" says Cat
"do they still fight" asks Zoey
"a bit yeah but then again Nicole does have a spending problem, something I'm quite familiar with myself" says Cat

"Dana wrote her own contract for the job I interviewed her for, I was willing to pay her plenty but she insisted on an as close to normal salary as possible, they can afford to pay their bills but no savings, it's not my place to interfere in their relationship, I don't care how much it hurts me to see them fight, it's not my job to fix things for people" says Cat
"then I'll talk to Dana when she gets here tomorrow" says Zoey
"please promise you won't make things worse, oh and our relationship is a secret, as far as anyone is concerned I brought you out here for a luxury boat ride of the coast" says Cat

"that's none of your business now get dressed because you're sleeping on the couch out here tonight, it's going to take everything I have to convince Cat that this relationship will work, you host fashion shows in LA and she's the CEO of the biggest fashion company in most of the world besides France, keeping this relationship a secret is important to keep her objectivity intact to the public" says Tori
"so what do I tell the press the reason for this multi day yacht experience is for" asks Lola
"a negotiation meeting to discuss your firm hosting the next big fashion show in SoCal, Cat pretty much runs all the models in SoCal now, giving all the models who were trafficked here a chance at freedom and a chance to move to wherever they want" says Tori
"what about Dana, she clearly knows about it, if she's been here the entire time there no way she didn't hear anything" asks Zoey
"in exchange for getting the salary Dana requested Cat put in an offer for a basically limitless insurance plan that would cover medication, hospital stays as well as mental health care, which in Cat's words includes massages and spa days, she won't squeal, besides she's keeping her relationship with Nicole a secret, Dana doesn't actually mind Nicole's spending sprees, not normally anyway but Nicole's accidentally begun dipping into Dana's engagement ring fund, which is the main reason they're fighting right now" says Tori
"ok please get Cat back on our good side, we'll keep us a secret, we promise" says Lola
"it won't be easy and you need to work on your sex techniques before you'll be allowed one on one with Cat anyway" says Tori
"but this is an open to the outside area, we aren't far enough from shore for my liking to be playing with myself out in the open" says Lola
"you can drive the yacht another two miles out before a professional driver needs to be called to drive any further, however the sharks become a problem, it's an active season and they tend to circle the boat, just don't go too close to the edge" says Tori as she heads off to bed with Cat
"great now I'm going to have nightmares about sharks killing us" says Lola
"I'm sure Tori's going to fix things, let's just snuggle and work this out so, you can spend time in bed with Cat tomorrow" says Zoey pulling Lola to the pull out bed

"about what exactly" asks Dana worried Cat's firing her for not cooking the meatballs long enough yesterday
"Nicole, you shouldn't be mad about her spending money, it's something she does when she's scared" says Zoey

"and yet you fight with her, you love her yet you're ignorant of things" says Zoey
"if you know so much then what's the problem then huh, you've always acted like you're so smart, well prove it" says Dana getting visibly angry
"she's scared of you, specifically when you raise your voice exactly like this, she's always been scared of you, she isn't buying things because she wants to, she's trying to compensate for something, probably a lack of knowledge about lesbian sex, she thinks that buying things you love will make up the difference" says Zoey
"what's your evidence for this" asks Dana
"she's always tried buying things to compensate, boys have always been a fascination for her, that much is true but girls were always a mystery to her, think about every time she'd ever gotten in trouble at PCA, how often had she said she'd wished she could switch or buy us a new lunch or item, seriously think about it "says Zoey as Dana really thinks about it for a minute
"we all good girls, Cat's hungry and her sugar is low" asks Tor
"I haven't made anything yet and you should know killer whales are active today and they're in a jumpy mood, they've tried to knock me off my dingy a few times, cut her a one inch by one inch square of gummy bear, it should hold her off until I can make the pancakes" says Dana shoeing Tori away while she thinks about Nicole's past actions in times of stress

"I guess I never really paid attention, she was always annoying me I guess I tuned most things she said out but now she's risking us losing our apartment, if we can't pay in full we'll be kicked out and I doubt Cat will want to employ a homeless couple" says Dana
"setting financial boundaries is very important with her but she's terrified she won't or can't perform in bed to your liking and if she stops buying things you like to compensate that you'll dump her" says Zoey
"where are you getting all this from, you haven't talked to Nicole in years" asks Dana
"she's not exactly a hard person to understand, at least if you actually pay attention to her subtle body cues, most of which she herself isn't aware she's giving people information about" says Zoey
"ok if you were in a relationship with her what, would your advice be" asks Dana

"wait so she suddenly showed up at your house, no text warning or anything" asks Zoey
"she doesn't text anymore, hasn't for a few years, the company she was with got in a fight with her about accidentals insurance on the phone and they basically said that they'd spread the word about her being uncooperative and all the cell companies blacklisted her, she can't even buy a tablet on her own, TSA stopped her when we'd left because they thought she was fleeing the country and is on a no fly list, I explained the situation and they let us leave on the condition that if I got a permanent job in Italy that she be sent back because she owes the phone company six grand for 'missed accidentals insurance payments' which is stupid because they were actually overcharging her a hundred dollars a month from the very beginning, I'm talking way back to the PCA days, her family paid the insurance bill until they transferred her to the all girls school and even then they'd pay for most of it" says Dana
"something tells me she's not far away" says Lola smelling Nicole's signature perfume
"legally speaking because Cat's a multi country citizen the yacht is considered international land, she's in the dingy petting the damn sharks, how they put up with it without hurting her is beyond me and yes I make sure she eats" says Dana as Cat walks over with Nicole in tow
"that's irresponsible of you to leave her with all those sharks Dana, are you looking to get her killed" says Cat sternly
"as I was just telling them, legally Nicole can't be on this yacht because of the debt she owes, because of your multi country citizenship the yacht is considered international property and she could be arrested for 'fleeing' the country" says Dana as Tori pipes up
"Cat invited her on, the sharks while generally docile around Nicole were getting agitated by the killer whales nearby and her life was at risk, the coast guard won't touch Nicole as a result" says Tori
"maybe not but the feds will when we get back later tonight, she owes the phone company six grand in 'missed' payments which she only missed because they were seriously overcharging her for accidentals insurance on her phone, she hasn't had a phone in three years and can't even buy a tablet or laptop on her own" says Dana
"they won't touch her either, they know how likely I am to sue them for not acting sooner to help the trafficked models and arrest Markus, they know they messed up, so long as I actively invite someone onto the yacht they won't do anything unless they literally committed a crime and having debt isn't a crime they'd pursue, no matter how old the debt is, they'd spend more money getting out here than its worth" says Cat
"well I don't have anything to do here and the sharks were actually fine with me" says Nicole
"they were swarming around the boat you were in and two jumped out of the water in an aggressive manner" says Tori
"they're protective of me, I know this particular group of hammerheads and great whites, my brother worked with them when they were injured a year after I graduated from PCA, my brother got the idea to get the rehab company to let me help him, I used to be terrified of sharks, now I know that so long as I don't act like food or spook them I'm in no danger" says Nicole
"wait what are they protecting you from exactly, the killer whales aren't likely to hurt you, they're more likely to kill the sharks" asks Lola
"it's not the orcas that are the problem, there's a group of tiger sharks nearby, they're protecting me from them" says Nicole
"that's cool, I didn't know you had such a connection with wild animals" says Dana
"I don't, just these sharks in particular" says Nicole
"it's odd that they knew where you were though isn't it" asks Cat
"not really these particular sharks know the schedule, they're quite the world travelers actually, the moment you left the Mediterranean they located you, something to do with the power generation system or something, I don't know, I just know that when we left on your boat I saw them outside Casablanca in Morocco, you took a route down the side of Africa then from there once you got repairs straight to the Panama canal, anyway I think I'll go tan for a few hours, I don't have anything else to do while Dana works anyway" says Nicole clearly in the dumps emotionally
"oh no we're getting this whole thing sorted out right now" says Cat pulling Nicole over to her office corner
"sort what out, Dana and I fighting, I don't care about that, though it does at times make me feel unworthy it comforts me knowing that even though we're dating it hasn't changed anything between her and I" says Nicole
"no I'm talking about your debt, something smells fishy about its existence Jcom has always worked on the border of scamming customers and legitimate business" says Cat as she calls her lawyer Jeremy
"what's the news Catarina" asks Jeremy as Dana starts making the pancakes and cuts up strawberries
"I have a new lawsuit I need filed on behalf of Nicole Bristow, she owes Jcom six grand for 'unpaid' fees relating to phone accidentals insurance, they'd charged her double the standard rate for accidentals insurance from day one, an argument about the true value of the accidental damage insurance coverage ended with her being blacklisted from all telecom companies, she can't even buy a tablet on her own, a tablet that is required for her nutritional consultations she does with me regarding my sugar and vitamin issues, she's been using her girlfriends laptop, Jcom put her in legal jeopardy, she can't even leave the country without TSA telling her she's fleeing" says Cat
"I'll see what I can get written up but I'll need details to file the lawsuit, nothing can be left out and I need all the information by tomorrow if I'm going to get this sorted out Jcom isn't known for being a good company, chances are they'll settle anyway" says Jeremy
"I won't accept a settlement unless it is substantial, I'm talking a quarter million or more AND it gets Nicole her freedom back, she deserves to not live in fear" says Cat
"you have my word I won't let them low ball it but I need that information now I assume you have work to do for the upcoming fashion show yes" says Jeremy
"I'm taking a few days off while talking with Lola about her firm hosting it, her firm offers catering and this venue is huge and its going to be a long one with my Italy based models being a part of it, they need food, I'm just working out a price the board will approve, anyway I have to go, I'll get you that information" says Cat as she hangs up
"I'd need internet access to print it all out and internet access will be a problem because I tend to go shopping and that's a problem, it's the main thing Dana and I fight about, anyway I need to calm down, I'm going tanning" says Nicole as she takes off her clothes, leaving them on the stairs to the rooftop tanning area
"do you have access to any of this information" asks Cat seeing how the topic made Nicole extremely nervous
"not here, she's logged in on my laptop back at the apartment but I didn't bring it because you're so far out from shore I didn't want to risk it falling out of the boat, the water has been pretty choppy and there was a storm last night" says Dana
"is the log software installed on the laptop" asks Cat
"yeah, you said I could use it to log my hours and breaks and see how much I'd make" says Dana
"it's also a remote access program, if you log in with the same username and password as the current user logged into the laptop you can access it on my computer in the office corner area and print things off, neither of you are leaving until my lawyer reports back, Jcom is quite the bad company but they also tend to fold to demands from lawyers pretty easily to avoid having to shut down, best case scenario they fold and give me the quarter million I asked for, which will be given in pieces to Nicole to spend on you" says Cat
"you're suggesting that she wants to propose to me aren't you" asks Dana
"take a good look at the items she's bought so far on her spending sprees, four dresses, four autographed basketballs, several premium cake mixes, a retro karaoke machine, the only thing she hasn't bought is a ring or ring shaped items because she knew you'd never ok it because of the cost, you're so focused on her spending that she couldn't even hide a ring purchase if she wanted to so she went for less expensive items, even knowing it would make you mad" says Cat
"did she authorize these purchases with you" asks Dana
"they're in a locker by Santa Monica pier and yes I authorized them, what she purchases isn't random, she buys things hoping you'll remember things you used to enjoy and talk to her about them, she wants to deepen the relationship beyond just kissing and making out, she yearns to understand you on a deeper level, so far you haven't been receptive" says Cat
"kind of hard to be receptive of new things when she's constantly draining our savings account but why do I get the feeling you know more about why Nicole asked me out than you've ever let on" says Dana as she hands everyone the fresh pancakes and strawberries and gets the whipped cream can out of the fridge
"man I haven't had pancakes like this since I was little" says Zoey

"anyone not understanding the whole no whipped cream on Nicole's pancakes, we all got everything but she only got strawberries and syrup" says Tori confused
"she can't have the pressurized kind of whipped cream, something about the propellant they use to make it come out the way it does doesn't sit well with her, she used to be fine but they must have changed it" says Zoey as Tori pushes her pancakes back
"then I can't have it either, I'm just as sensitive" says Tori as Dana comes back
"oh I'm sorry, I didn't know" says Dana apologizing
"it's okay we didn't know either until last week when more blood test results for Tori came in from her hospital stay after the accident, the container version is fine, we should have some in the fridge, I bought some before we left yesterday because it's my preferred type anyway but the pressurized is more convenient" says Cat as Dana checks the fridge
"what container is it in because I don't see it" asks Dana
"it's a blue container with Cat written on it" says Cat
"ahh there it is, do you mind if I give some to Nicole to see how she reacts, she might have to come in soon as it looks like it's going to rain" says Dana
