17. (Delay and Explanation, not a chapter)

So, uh, good and bad news.

Bad news: Chapter Sixteen isn't even close to where I want it to be, and I'm not going to post something that's half assed, or isn't finished.

Good News: I absolutely am still working on it, but I'm not going to give a timeframe, because it's really just whenever I get it to work. Still, I appreciate your understanding, and don't think I've abandoned this yet.
