Project: Kamen Rider Global integration program

Codename: Outsiders

Objective: In order to ensure that the plot point is focused within the area of Japan to prevent an EK class end of the story scenario - A hyper-meta scenario where the story is to spread out with too many plot nexus to focus on, making the narrative stretched thin to the point that the pataphysical firewalls between the real and unreal are unable to shield it. This metaphysical stretching of the 'canvas' will lead to the [Inventor] narrative anchor failing as several Type-Green entity known as: Angry Commenters breaching the localized [Redacted] entity noosphere and eventually parasitizing it until it can no longer provide sufficient stories. It's believed that this is the ultimate fate of U54 - a world possibly made by the same entity.

Methods: Many methods have been tried such as inducing Memetic Noohazards into the Roidmude emperor mind to make it focus the Roidmude emporer within Japan. This is much easier thanks to a narraplex that makes both coinciding narrative takes place primarily in Japan. Not only that but a stroke of luck is that all current Kamen Riders are based in Japan. Another method is surrounding Japan in a Narrative stasis to ensure nothing of high 'plot' energy leaves. This has been ruled out due to [Data Expunged].

One more option that is still pending is the use of a controlled anti-narrative to eliminate the concept of threats outside of Japan temporarily, this option has yet to be considered due to everyone forgetting about it.

Regardless of our methods, some Roidmudes are and will attack outside of Japan, due to various reasons. Whether wanting to not deal with Kamen Riders, inherent disapproval of a one country tactic, or personal reasons. This is why we created project Outsiders, to deal with the Roidmude threat outside of Japan with the usage of many custom made Kamen Riders that were created in conjunction with the Bandai Consortium.
