Kei, Kaminari, Yaoyorozu, and Todoroki walked together to the building they would soon fight in. Yaoyorozu looked confident, probably because of her upbringing, though she did eye Kei warily. Todoroki on the other hand, looked unbothered, as if this exercise was unnecessary to begin with.

'What do I do…' Kei could already see the building at a distance, she analyzed it for anything she could use. 'Points will be deducted if we cause too much damage, but I can repair any window I break, so it shouldn't be a problem… There is basically the same amount of sand as in the entrance exam, but can I fill the whole building with sand?... Probably not…' While thinking of ways to defeat the two behemoths, she unconsciously started biting on the sleeves of her costume.

At the same time, Kaminari was in heaven. Controlling the blush that was threatening to overcome his face was a herculean effort. 'It's really the same girl I saw at the entrance exam! She is pretty… Those ears! Will she let me touch them? Of course she won't, you idiot! Oh? She started biting her costu- THOSE FANGS ARE ADORABLE OH MY GOD?!' He was having the time of his life. Kei was completely unaware, obviously.

Soon enough, both of them entered the building and went into the bomb room. "Kaminari," Kei said, waking the blonde from his daydreaming.

"Huh? Y-yes?!" He said.

"If what I'm thinking is true, then Todoroki will freeze this whole building as soon as the fight starts."

"You really think he can? This building is really big…" Kaminari said.

"He is the son of the number 2 hero, I would expect him to be trained to be a powerhouse"

"What can we do then? We can't fight while frozen…"

"Hmm…" Kei looked around the room, she approached a window and looked down, spotting a tiny tree. 'It's not as much sand as I'd like, but it's close enough that I can pull it up here before the building is frozen…' Her ears twitched, a gesture that was not missed by Kaminari.

'C-cute!'

The fox girl turned around with a predatory smile on her face. "I have an idea," She said while putting on her mask.

It would need to be executed hastily, but if done right, the pair would have a win the moment their opponents stepped into the room.

~Outside the Building~

Yaoyorozu thought of how many possible ways this fight could go. 'Kaminari is simple enough, he will probably try to electrocute us the moment he sees us, but I'm sure Todoroki can freeze him before he can do anything… Maybe I should still prepare some insulated clothing just in case, it won't stop all the electricity, but it should make things easier. Inari is another thing entirely though… What is the extent of her power currently? I only saw her do some simple objects with glass and manipulate sand, but the fact that she got first place in the entrance exam should be enough of a sign that she is more than she seems…'

"Indoor anti-personnel battle training. Start!" The voice of All Might resounded in the arena, and Yaoyorozu focused on her objective.

"Todoro-"

"Don't bother." He said.

"Huh?" Todoroki slowly walked up to the building and put his right hand on the wall. The walls of the building started to freeze at fast speeds, the ice spread through the whole building, soon covering the entire building in a layer of ice and frost.

"You should stay here," Todoroki said, before entering the building, leaving a stunned Yaoyorozu to gape at what just happened.

"I… I didn't even get to do anything…" But the girl did not let that de-spirit her. From her body appeared two boots with spikes at the bottom, which she hastily put on, before running inside the building.

Todoroki, seeing this, looked at her weird for a couple of seconds, but soon decided to stay silent and just let the girl follow her, it wouldn't change the outcome of this exercise after all.

Both of them walked through the building, checking every room. Soon enough, they only had one last room to check. Both of them approached said room, Yaoyorozu staying to his right.

From outside the room, they could see the bomb, but Kei and Kaminari were nowhere to be seen. Yaoyorozu found this weird, but she thought they probably tried to stay out of their sights for an ambush attack, before being frozen in place by her teammate.

With confidence and a clear, easy win in their sights, they stepped into the room.

The first thing she heard was a strange low twinkling sound, before being violently yanked to the left and colliding with Todoroki. She tried to move, but soon was bound with chains made of glass.

Seeing the situation they were in, Todoroki tried to use his ice but soon noticed a problem. Yaoyorozu was to his right, he could not safely use his ice without harming her!

"Kaminari! Now!" The blonde hastily approached the pair of heroes, putting his hands on their shoulders.

"Goodnight." He said.

The last thing the two of them remember was a blinding yellow light before their faces met the ground. Darkness soon came for both of them.

"Villain Team Wins!"

'That was way too close' Kei thought, repairing the window and throwing the remaining sand back outside the building. The plan was to use the glass to make a tiny box that would not be frozen on the inside, enabling the team to evade Todoroki's ice.

The box ended up being a bit too small, but there was enough space for both Kei and Kaminari.

Kaminari was in heaven.

The hero team's downfall was Todoroki's arrogance, and Kei knew it. If it wasn't for that, then there was no way they could've won. What surprised her was that Yaoyorozu just followed his lead without question. Surely she must have thought this approach was a bad idea, right?

Kaminari didn't seem that bothered by this lucky win though. "Hahaha, we won! Top students have nothing on us! Hahaha-"

'I'll just let him enjoy the win.' She was also enjoying the win.

"Out of the way, Meatsack"

"Meat- huh?" Kei looked behind her to see a quartet of tiny robots carrying stretchers. "Ah, sorry." She said before getting out of their way.

"Hm, I guess you know respect, human." One of the robots said.

The Transpo-bots proceeded to put the unconscious bodies of Todoroki and Yaoyorozu on the stretchers. "To the nurse's office"

"Aye Aye!"

"... What the fuck"

"Language, Young Inari" All Might, who suddenly appeared, said, startling Kei.

"WAH! Oh my god… That scared me," She said.

"Ah! I'm so sorry! Are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you…" He said, lowering himself and patting Kei on the back with a concerned expression on his face. It was oddly adorable.

"Yeah… Sorry for cursing…"

"That's okay. You two did great in this exercise! You two don't seem to need to go to the nurse's office, so let's head to the monitor room!" He said, regaining his usual attitude.

""Yes, sir!""

A short while later, after Todoroki and Yaoyorozu came back from the nurse's office, both teams were beside each other for an analysis of the match.

Todoroki was still in shock from both Kaminari's attack and the fact that he lost, probably not expecting Kei and Kaminari to not be frozen. Yaoyorozu seemed to be taking the loss better than her teammate, but still was quite disappointed.

"Now that everyone is gathered, can someone explain what the Hero team seriously lacked that made them lose the battle?" All Might asked the class. Shoji raised his hand. "Yes, Young Shoji?"

"Lack of teamwork? Todoroki didn't seem to want to cooperate with Yaoyorozu, and she didn't say much to try and fix that problem," Shoji said.

"Correct! That lack of teamwork was their downfall! Remember that you have to learn to cooperate with your teammates. Even if you think you can deal with a group of villains by yourself, you should not lower your guard! Well done, Young Shoji!" He praised Shoji, earning a sheepish "Thank you" from him. "Anyway, the MVP of this battle is Inari!"

"Hm?!" That earned a surprised sound from Kei, but after she thought about it for a bit longer, it made sense.

"Does anyone know why?" This time Jiro raised her hand.

"She came up with the whole plan and correctly guessed that Todoroki would freeze the building. She also reacted fast once the match started to execute the plan." She said.

"Well said, Young Jiro! The fact that she could react that fast shows her dedication to training even before entering U.A.!" All Might said, making Kei from the amount of stares she was getting, though looking at her frantically wagging tail, she was clearly happy for the praise.

'He.. ehehe… wait… didn't Todoroki do the same in the anime?... does this count as cheating?'

"Anyway, let's start with the next battle!" The rest of the battles went smoothly, and soon enough the class ended and everyone went to change out of their outfits…

~U.A. Halls~

Yui was curious. Right at this very moment, Kei should be wearing her hero costume. She already had a rough idea of how it looked since she was designing it alongside Setsuna and Neito, but she wanted to know how it looked when Kei wore it.

The reason she was going to the bathroom definitely wasn't for the possibility of catching a glimpse of Kei in her costume.

It definitely wasn't.

"I should've been more careful, I'm pretty sure Setsuna knew my intentions…'

Suddenly she heard approaching steps from the opposite side of the halls. The person had her face covered by a mask, but the pair of pink ears and fluffy tail were enough to identify who it was behind it.

This time, her sight did not instantly wander to the adorable pair of fox ears that moved at any little noise, or her slowly swaying tail that she was sure was made specifically to seduce her, but her midriff. She was both glad and not about the fact that it was covered in a bodysuit. On one side, the fact that it was covered did add quite a bit of sexiness to her body, especially in the fact that her navel was still visible through it, but on the other side… 'I want to see more! Why cover it?! Well, I guess she did say sand pelting you in the body can be quite painful. But still! Why hide it from me- I mean, the world!'

"Ah! Yui!" That got her out of her mind dungeon. "Is something wrong? You were watching me quite intensely."

'Ah… Hopefully, she didn't notice why…' "It's nothing… You look good." She complimented her, hoping to move Kei's mind away from the last question."

"Thanks! Sadly I didn't get to use it too much… We ended up fighting in pairs, but my match was quite short. I won by the way." She said in a sheepish tone.

"Congrats"

"Thanks… Now that I think about it, it's a coincidence we meet now. I wanted to show you the outfit, but I don't have any way to take a photo here sadly…"

"Yeah… a coincidence…" It wasn't a coincidence. "Why are you still wearing the mask by the way?"

"Why not?" She deadpanned.

"Why did I expect anything else from you...Just go change"

"Hahaha" She entered the bathroom, revealing her back to Yui, who once again started salivating.

'I'll burn this sight into my eyes'

~After classes~ ~Kei's room~

Kei sat cross-legged in her bed. Her tail was on her lap and she was carefully grooming it.

"Oh, this room was built for one chair only~

I'm not empty, I'm just lonely~

She softly sang the songs playing from the speaker at the center of the room, which was playing a playlist made out of music she loved even before reincarnating. At a volume that wouldn't bother her sensitive ears or her parents.

'I wonder though… why was she watching me so intently before, did I have something on me?' Kei replayed the interaction in her head.

"Ah… She was looking at my midriff…" Her face slowly turned red.

"Ouch!" She accidentally pulled a tangled hair. '... Maybe I shouldn't think about it too much.'

She still did.

I'm not completely sure how this chapter ended up, especially with how Yaoyorozu acted, but it is what it is I guess.

In other news… Yui is back in this chapter! Yay!

I may have made her too much of a closeted pervert. Hopefully, it wasn't so much that it got annoying to read. It won't appear much, I promise.

Yui and Kei were hanging out at Yui's house.

Yui was, as is usual when they spent time together, brushing Kei's tail. After so many years of doing it, she was even better than Kei at brushing, she knew that tail like the back of her hand. She knew where exactly to brush to make her happy, to the point that she purred, which was quite a surprise for Yui.

Apparently, foxes can "purr", or something akin to it, and Kei seemed to be completely unaware of it. It was as if she enjoyed the brushing so much that she forgot everything else. 'Which is good, I'm sure she would stop doing it if I told her…'

Recently she also discovered that she likes to bite things. According to Kei's mother, it's a hereditary thing, since her father does the same. The only reason she didn't know was because she hid it from everyone. 'That would explain why a lot of her plushies have bite marks now that I think about it…'

She discovered when she entered her room without telling her while she was biting on a plushy. She was quite embarrassed. 'Which was cute'

Right now, Kei was biting on a tiny plush she brought with her, it looked like it had seen better days, guessing by the multiple bite marks and stitches it had, she seemed to quite like this specific plushie.
