A/N: I DO NOT own the Harry Potter series. That honour belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own the plot and original characters. Some of the characters will be OOC (Nice Dursleys [Wizard (and not Obese) Dudley]), Free Sirius, non-Supremacist Malfoys, Lestranges, and most of the death-eater families, Good Voldemort).
Daughter to Father
While the others returned to the house, the Weasley men sat with Ginny in the backyard eating another helping of lunch. Ginny and Arthur were just smiling at each other as they dug into their bowls of chili. For Ginny, the eleven-year-old was happy that her family knew the truth about her being alive. When she discovered her mother's lie, Ginny was devastated because she wanted to visit her brothers when she was allowed to. However, that was nothing compared to what Molly had planned the day before she was taken.
"Ginny," Arthur noticed her taking deep breaths and took her hand. "What is it?"
Squeezing her father's hand, the eleven-year-old didn't even bother to fight the tears streaming down her face nor the stabbing pain in her chest. She was about to hurt her father by what she was saying next, but she knew the truth would surface eventually.
Taking another deep breath, Ginny wiped the tears from her eyes and started spilling her guts.
Inside, the other kids decided to polish off the leftovers and wash the dishes before jumping in the pool. Knowing that no one would appreciate her skinny dipping, Katelyn went to the room she stayed in the previous times she was here and stripped off her only article of clothing before putting on one of her favourite bikinis: A light blue split halter top with low cut cheeky bottoms. She then placed her hair into a tucked braid to get it out the way.
Looking at the vanity, the brunette thought, Why don't I just cut it?
"Don't even think about it."
Gasping with a chill in her bones, Kate whipped around to see her mom walking towards her wearing a black bikini and her hair in a side braid. Cupping her daughter's face, the twenty-seven-year-old couldn't fight the tears streaming down her face. She took a thorough look at the child she was forced to give away pulled her to her chest sobbing.
"It seemed only yesterday you were playing in garden, happily picking herbs with flowers in your hair," she weeped. "You would even pick flowers for the dinner table and our bedrooms."
"The smell of the flowers always lifted our spirits," the brunette breathed in her mother's scent. "I missed this!"
Haley just smirked as she sat them both on the bed, holding Katelyn from behind before undoing her braid and letting her hair fall loose, "And what did you miss, sweetheart?"
"You holding and caressing me like this," she shuddered, closing her eyes to her mom pulling her hair back and brushing the nape of her neck with her lips and moving downwards. "and the smell of your perfume. Chanel No. 9?"
"It is," the older woman undid the strings of her daughter's top and chucked it across the way before smelling her hair. "Did you put perfume in your hair?"
"It's a hair perfume. It not only makes it smell good, but it moisturises and strengthens the roots and follicles to make it healthier and grow faster," Katelyn gasped as her mum massaged her shoulders and back. "It's also great for when you need to rid yourself of tangles and knots without the pain from running it through with a comb."
Haley let out a soft chuckle as she rose off the bed and laid her daughter on her back. Standing over her, the twenty-seven-year-old then pulled off Kate's bottoms and straddled her waist, pulling her into a tender kiss.
In the backyard, the Weasley men were horrified upon hearing their sister's news. Arthur was pacing back and forth with a pale face as he was processing the information. Ron was paler than Casper the Friendly Ghost while the twins were hugging their little sister in between them as if an unknown force was planning to take her away. Percy just hung his head at it all.
"How could your mother do this," Arthur's voice shook with every word. "to her own daughter, nonetheless?"
Inwardly sighing to himself, Percy was finally relieved that the truth was out in the open. He had known for years of his mother's plan and her co-conspirator. The night before Ginny was taken, Percy had woken up before midnight from thirst and snuck downstairs for a glass of water. When he reached the kitchen, however, he heard his mother and another man talking outside. So, he crouched under the door and opened his ears.
Molly's voice was barely above a whisper, "This Dahlia woman marked by daughter a year ago," she sniffled. "said she'll take her if I don't start teaching her magic."
"Why didn't you tell me about this right off, Molly?" gruffed an old man. "We could've taken care of this right then."
Percy then let himself up enough to see who was talking to his mum. The almost ten-year-old's face went pale upon seeing Albus Dumbledore with his hands on his hips and pacing back-and-forth in front of the Weasley matriarch.
"I haven't even told Arthur of this," she hissed, crossing her arms. "from what I heard, she only went after half-bloods and mudbloods. I've never heard of her going after pure-bloods."
This caused the boy to gasp at his mother's words as he squatted back down. She and his father taught them that blood status didn't matter: A witch is a witch and a wizard, a wizard. His father even told him that without muggles and muggle-borns, the wizarding community would've died out centuries ago. So, why was his mother using the "bad name" for muggle-borns?
He then heard Dumbledore speak next, "She must've sensed great power in young Ginevra," he chuckled. "Why didn't you start training her immediately?"
"If we started training her, then we had to train the boys also. Arthur would've also questioned you and lost faith."
"True, and I can't let that happen. So, your daughter will have to be done away with."
Molly and Percy both gasped at this. "W-w-what?" Molly stammered. "You mean...kill her? Just so our family can follow your rules?"
"Don't fret, Molly! She'll probably die anyway…"
Racing back to the present and knowing his father looked into his mind, the sixteen-year-old burst into tears as Arthur embraced him, "I couldn't tell you the truth, dad," he sobbed. "She called Dumbledore after Ginny left, and they came up with the story about the illness and crisped her bedroom so no one would know.
"She and Dumbledore then told me if I told the truth, then you would leave the family and Bill and Charlie would have to drop out of school to work crappy jobs to put food on the table. They said it'd be my fault you left and all of you would hate me!"
This caused Ron and the twins to place their hands over their mouths. All this time, they picked on Percy for being a pompous kiss-ass without realising there was a reason behind his snobbery. Fred went to Percy and placed a hand on his shoulder, "Is that why you became a git?" he asked.
Ginny stood up and rubbed Percy's back, "They almost forced him to make the Unbreakable Vow, Fred." she replied softly. "That and being threatened by our mum and the man he trusted, the betrayal traumatised him greatly."
Arthur gently pulled his son from him to face him. "Percy," he crooned. "It wasn't your fault. I only blame your mother and Dumbledore for this. You are not to blame for any of this!"
"That's right," Fred added, pulling him into a hug. "we would -"
"Never have blamed you." George joined in.
Percy suddenly felt the weight off his shoulders. "Thanks," he whispered. "Charlie and Bill said the same thing, but said mother ruined them coming home."
Ron gasped at this, "Is that why they haven't returned home since graduating Hogwarts?"
"They knew of mum and Dumbledore's deception and what they did to me. They couldn't look at mother without thinking of spilling the beans and feared for us."
Ginny nodded at the information. "They found out six years ago, after Charlie's quidditch match" she sighed as she retook a seat. "Dahlia let me see him play and arranged for me to see him. Bill tagged along. Let's say they were both shocked and angry."
Taking a deep breath, the Weasley patriarch quickly walked inside and was about to reach the fireplace when he was suddenly frozen to the floor.
As he tried to walk, he found that his feet were stuck to the floor. He wondered who could've done this to him when Rainey came in and sheathed her wand.
"Let me go," he took out his wand to counter the spell, but it flew out of his hand and into Harry's.
"I know what happened, Mr. Weasley," the ravenet said, placing the disarmed wand into his pocket. "but do you really want to do something you'll later regret?"
"Potter is correct, Arthur!" Lucius walked in with his hands on his hips. "I know you're angry at your wife and rightly so, but if you confront your wife in this state, you'll have yourself thrown in Azkaban before the night's over and your children, defenceless against Molly and Dumbledore!"
Seeing the blonde's point, the redhead sighed in defeat as he sat at the table. "You're right, Lucius," he sighed again. "I was always vocal in my doubts about Albus to her. I just never thought she'd betray my confidence."
"He's a senile old fool, Weasely. He fails to understand the Muggle-borns and wizards who were raised by Muggles need to be brought in our world the minute they show signs of magic."
It was now Harry's turn to sit. "I thought the Manchester school served that purpose. Don't they reach out to kids when they first show signs of magic?"
"That is true, Harry," Sirius replied as he walked in carrying Carly. "but the school in Manchester is independent from the Minister of Magic. While it's free to join, it's dependent on donations by families and private benefactors."
As Carly began to fuss, she was immediately floating out of Sirius' arms and straight into Harry's, who happily held and sang to her. Annabeth and Rick came inside with the Weasley children in tow and changed their outfits into swim clothes. Then, they stood in front of Arthur and said that he wasn't going home for awhile, to which he nodded.
"You're right," he sighed as he pulled Ginny into his lap. "but I can't avoid Molly forever. She and I need to air this out."
"And where will we go?" Percy jumped in. "Father doesn't have enough for The Leaky Cauldron or even Hog's Head."
Rick just nodded at this, "That's why you're invited to stay here indefinitely," he smiled at his wife, who nodded. "Mother also offered her place as a neutral point when you and Molly do talk."
Looking to his children, who nodded in approval, Arthur simply nodded himself.
In the spare room, Katelyn and Haley were in bed snuggling each other completely naked. After cuddling and sharing tender kisses, mother and daughter fell asleep. For eight years, Haley had been half empty without her youngest daughter. While she loved her twins equally, she was grateful for their different personalities. Mia would prefer quick hugs and kisses, while Katelyn wanted cuddles, sitting on laps, and the tender touches. While both adored tea parties and games, Mia was an indoor girl while Kate loved venturing the outdoors and playing in the mud and the lake. Awake and stroking her baby girl's hair, the twenty-seven-year-old chuckled at the time her mum had pools installed in every home they had to curb Katelyn's running off into the woods.
"She looks like an angel, doesn't she?" a dreamy voice asked.
Hearing that, the sleeping brunette arose from her sleep stretching and yawning. When her sight cleared, the thirteen-year-old quickly smiled upon seeing a dirty-blonde standing in the doorway of the adjacent bathroom with starry silver eyes and a faraway look. Her hair flowed to her waist and covered her bare breasts but left her exposed at the vag and arse.
Kate had to smile at this as the blonde joined her in bed. "Luna Lovegood," she said slowly as she pulled her into her arms. "Why are you nakey?"
Luna was happily sandwiched in between mother and daughter. "I missed my cuddly time," she sang vibrantly, relaxing as Katelyn stroked her hair. "and the smell of flowers from you, mummy!"
The blonde just smiled as Katelyn kissed her forehead and continued to stroke her straggly locks. Haley, with wide eyes, silently asked her daughter what was going on.
"She was the mother of both our groups," Luna answered, beating Kate to the punch. "She always ensured that we were okay. When we first arrived at Dahlia's, she comforted us during our homesickness. Nursed us when we were sick and ensured we succeeded in our lessons. She went above and beyond for all of us."
"Luna, I just helped you be your best," Kate smiled as she moved her gaze across from her. "Revelio!"
Within a millisecond, two more girls were revealed: One blonde and a brunette, and they were decked out in swimwear. Haley was confused by this as she stared at her daughter with eyes popped out of her sockets and jaw dropped.
"We're wolves, mom! I smelled them in my sleep." she replied before turning to the duo. "Peri and Astoria, you need to improve your stealth. Start learning to mask your scent."
"Of course, mum!" the brunette nodded, curtseying to Haley. "Madam Sertori, I'm Astoria Greengrass. I was taken a year after your daughter and her team."
"And I'm Peri Grace," the other blonde bowed. "You have a powerful daughter."
"We're very well aware of this, Miss Grace."
Everyone turned to see Severus walking in with Lucius and Draco not too far behind.
"I guess we more guests for dinner," Lucius drawled as looked at the newcomers.
Upon looking at the bikini-clad brunette, Draco did a double-take. "Maybe a few more, father," he added as he took off his coat and handed it to Kate before gesturing to Astoria. "Guess who?"
The Malfoy patriarch and Potions Master both dropped their jaws upon realising who she was, while Katelyn put on her boyfriend's coat and followed him into the hallway after grabbing her bikini off the floor.
Leading her into another room, Draco shut the door behind them and locked it. "Has Astoria kept in contact with her family?"
The brunette simply nodded as she returned his coat, "Only by letters," she placed a cleaning charm on herself. "Daphne wants to see her and meet the rest of us."
"She's about to get her wish."
Draco walked over to the fireplace to make a call, while Katelyn changed into her bikini and redid her hair into a tucked braid.
Two hours later, the Sertori House was filled. Daphne immediately came over when learning her little sister was visiting. They spent a while hugging and crying, and Daphne relayed that their parents wanted her home after she completed her training; this made the youngest Greengrass' heart lift.
Now, everyone (except Snape, Lucius, and Vernon, who were relaxing in lounge chairs) was in the pool, which was the size of a Quidditch field (according to Ron), and all were enjoying the cool water. Mia and Luna was talking to a Neville Longbottom, who arrived with his parents. Harry and Paige were relaxing at the wall of the pool while talking to Dudley and Ryan Kramer. Chloe and Haley were conversing with Rainey and her younger sister Amy.
Kate, Luna, and Becky were in a swimming contest with Draco, Ginny, and Ron with Katelyn and Draco winning a match each. The twins were talking to Peri and the Greengrass sisters, while Annie and Gemma were speaking with Jenna and the youngest Granger sister, Hermione. KC was talking to Percy and giving each other advice. Arthur and Sirius were doing a Harry and Paige while sharing a laugh with Rick and Annabeth. Petunia and Lisa were taking a break from the pool with Muriel, as they sat at the edge dangling their feet in the water.
"I'm glad you're coming to Hogwarts in the Fall, Katelyn." Violet smiled, having just entered the pool along with her parents. "There's a lot you can teach us about the muggle world."
"And we can help tutor kids with their struggling classes."
Draco nodded at this, "You'll also be safer at Hogwarts than anywhere else," he stroked her cheek. "Snape will make sure of that! We'll also finish school at the same time."
Kate just nodded at this. "I still can't believe our dads are having Rainey return to the school," she glanced at the fellow author. "She'll be eighteen next May. She just has this year before taking NEWTs."
"Actually, it's two years." Rainey swam up to us. "He wants me to start over with NEWT classes, and I want to give him and Hogwarts another chance."
"Well, I'll be rooting for you, sweetie."
Draco, Kate, Becky, and Violet each hugged the eldest Granger sister. "We'll also be there for support," soothed Becky. "Not just Kate and me, but you'll also have Harry, Annie, Paige, and Dudley who'll also be newcomers."
"You'll also have me, Daphne, the Weasley boys, Violet," Draco added, placing his hands on her shoulders. "and not to mention Jenna and Kieran who have more experience.
Rainey felt the weight lifting off her shoulders as she grinned big. Until Lucius, Professors Snape and Black talked to her, she never thought of setting foot in Hogwarts again. Even though she resolved things with her Potions teacher, she was going to spend the year studying at home for her NEWTs while continuing her writing. Now, however, she was going to spend the next two years back at the school that she long abandoned. Despite the chills in her spine, though, she was also felt warm and light thinking of it.
A/N: The school thing was rushed, but I knew I was dragging it on for too long. Anyway, should Arthur divorce Molly or reconcile with the latter forsaking Dumbledore? Of course, her calling Muggle-borns the "M" word might've killed her chances. Please, let me know! Also, let me know what houses you want them to be in: Katelyn, Mia, Annie, Paige, Becky, Harry, Dudley. Rainey was in Ravenclaw before leaving, so she's already sorted.
