'Electroception & Air Current Vision is showing nothing around us for the next kilometer, but even with that, I can't precisely detect if someone is indeed hiding. That's not mentioning if someone manages to hide every bit of their presence with no one being able to find them. Satans, this is why I hate protection detail stuff.'

"So, how does it feel to be the most popular young adult in the world?" I blinked as I heard Hera speaking, turning to her with a confused look before I smiled as I processed her question.

"It's not as grand as one would expect. Mostly, I just stay away from the public eye or relax with my girlfriends."

"More than one?" She asked with a frown and I chuckled as I nodded.

"Believe me, Lady Hera, I was content with just the one, but then, she didn't want to break their hearts and since I didn't want to be the one who hurt them, we did a trial run of me being in a relationship with them and…yeah, a few months later, here we are."

"You're a lucky young man, Isaiah. Most women would die than share their husband with another woman." Odin said with a nod before yelping as Frigg smacked him upside the head, Zeus shaking his head with a snort.

"You really should learn to keep your mouth shut."

"I could say the same to you." Hera spoke with a raised eyebrow, Zeus giving a sheepish chuckle as Thor laughed while Poseidon smirked.

"Isaiah?" Okita asked and I turned to him before shaking my head.

"I can't detect anyone within the next kilometer. We're good." I responded, Okita nodding as Thor raised an eyebrow.

"You have some special eyes?" I chuckled at his question before shaking my head.

"No, I use Electroception and Air Current Vision, which-"

"Lets you see the electromagnetic field that entities have and any shifts in air currents caused by entities in the vicinity. Impressive. Those are really good sensory abilities that takes a while for someone to get used to. I knew there was a reason I felt a bond with you." Thor chimed in with a nod, Zeus nodding with him as I blinked while the other gods & devils just shook their heads.

"Ah right, you two are the gods of lightning. That makes more sense why you would approve me using it."

"God of Sky, Lightning, Thunder, Law and Order/ God of Lightning, Thunder, Storms, Sacred Groves & Trees, Strength, Protection of Humankind, Hallowing and Fertility." Zeus and Thor corrected me respectively, to which I just nodded with a chuckle as I saw Hera and Frigg rolling their eyes.

"Of course. Now then, we should-!" I froze as I instantly felt a presence entering my vision, quickly raising a hand to Okita and the others to stop as I frowned.

"Got something?" He asked and I stayed silent as my frown deepened before my eyes widened.

"Uh, anyone know why I'm seeing a giant wolf with horns, two slightly smaller wolfs with the same horns on their sides, five giant serpentine dragons, a girl with long hair and a man with hair that's floating up to the air instead of falling down like normal?"

"Is the man currently twirling a pair of knives that look like they're made out of a wolf's fangs?" I heard Odin ask and I frowned as I nodded before I sighed.

"That's Loki and his family, isn't it?" I muttered, Odin chuckling as he gave me a pat on the shoulder before holding his left hand out to the side.

"Gungnir! Sleipnir! To my side!" Twin silver crests appeared at Odin's side and below him respectively, the old god smirking as he pulled out a three point spear from the crest at his side while a large eight-legged horse appeared from the crest below him.

"Finally! Some combat!" Poseidon and Thor exclaimed in unison as they leapt from their carriages, Frigg rolling her eyes as she took command of their carriage's reigns.

A board of lightning and a sheet of water appeared under Thor and Poseidon respectively to help keep them afloat, both divines grinning widely as they spun their weapons of power.

"Do you need my help, brother?" Zeus asked, to which I turned before smirking as I saw the god relaxing leisurely in his carriage while Hera laid on top of him.

"No, brother. You just make sure to protect Hera and Frigg."

"You mean, we have to make sure he doesn't go off on an adventure." Hera corrected, to which Zeus grumbled and Frigg giggled as Poseidon just smirked.

"You know me so well, sister. Odin, your call."

"I'll take care of Hel. Thor, Poseidon, take care of Fenrir and his children. Beowulf & Surtr Jr., you two take care of the Miðgarðsormr clones. They might be clones, but they're close in power to the original. Isaiah & Okita, that means you two get Loki."

"I suppose we do have the best chance against the Trickster." Okita said with a hum while I nodded in agreement while the others shook their head.

"Like master, like student, I suppose. Anyway, Zeus, Hera, my love, wait here for a few moments while we go take care of the obstacle in our path."

"Ah, my fellow gods…and the devils." Loki ended with a deadpan yet baleful stare as he stared at the devils with derision, to which Okita & I just rolled their eyes while Beowulf & Surtr Jr. snorted.

"Right, I forgot the stories about how much you hate devils."

"No, 'hate' means there's a chance I can still come to tolerate you devils. No, I detest you all. I loathe being placed in the same realm of 'supernatural' as you lesser beings. I abhor having to share this very polluted air with you ridiculous excuses for lifeforms."

"Geez, tell me how you really feel." I muttered with a smirk, which the gods heard as they snorted while the devils just chuckled as Loki frowned.

"Is that supposed to be insulting? I guess they really name every being above average a prodigy, don't they?"

"Well, the reason they call me a prodigy is because what takes most devils centuries to achieve took me only five years, which is a big achievement for the devil race as a whole. Then again, you were born into being as powerful as you are and didn't struggle a single second for getting that power, so I guess you wouldn't understand the lives of us mortals." I said with a shrug, making the god grit his teeth as he glared at him before taking a deep breath as he sheathed his daggers.

"You know? I'm going to calm down before I rip your spine out and stab it in your throat."

"I wonder if you can actually do that?" I spoke out loud with a curious frown before grunting as I was sent flying through the air, a cross arm block barely managing to keep Loki's fist from crushing my ribs while Okita quickly flew after us.

"Huh, you're supposed to be the god of Mischief and yet here you are, easily fooled by a few taunts & tricks." I spoke with a smirk, Loki growling as he pushed off of me to flip over Okita's slash attack as the samurai stopped next to me while Loki floated above us a few feet away.

"I was going to kill you quickly, but now it's going to be slow and painful." Loki growled as he unsheathed his second dagger, Okita smirking as he unsheathed his second katana while I chuckled as I pulled Gram.

The air was flooded with demonic & divine power as each of us released the full force of our aura, Gram crying out with glee & bloodlust as I swung the blade a few times before settling into a stance as I smirked at Loki.

"Then, by all means…come and kill me."

"Huh, I guess he's finally met his match in insults." Odin spoke with a smirk as he watched Isaiah, Okita and Loki flying off in the distance before a silver crest appeared behind him just as a blast of ominous black-green energy crashed into it.

"Now, now dear Hel. There's no need to try and kill your chief just because you hate my rules."

"Then, why don't you just die and Father can change the rules to apply better to us?" Hel said with a smile as she floated up from the ground, Odin chuckling as Sleipnir gave a growling neigh before the beast rushed forward.

"Undead Wall." Hel chanted as a sickly green crest appeared in front of her before a horde of skeletal corpses spewed out of it, the flesh merging & converging into a grotesque wall right before her eyes widened as the chief charged right through it.

Quickly crossing her arms in front of her just as Gungnir slammed into them, she wheezed as she was sent crashing into the ground while Odin rode after her.

"OOODDIIINNN!" Fenrir howled as he tried to ambush the chieftain only to howl in pain as a heavy blow slammed into his stomach, quickly reorienting himself back on the ground before turning his head to glare balefully at a smirking Thor.

"Father!" The biggest of the other two wolves exclaimed as he and the younger pup ran over to his father, Fenrir just growling as Poseidon landed next to Thor with a hum.

"So, watch out for the fangs, right?"

"If you wish to survive this battle, yes. Watch out for the fangs." Thor nodded in agreement, to which Poseidon nodded before looking up as five pillars of reddish-orange flames came down on them only for a blanket of black flames to block the attack.

"Oi, serpents! Your battle is with us!" Surtr Jr. exclaimed as he swung the giant greatsword grasped in his right hand, Beowulf chuckling as he rolled his shoulders while a two sided dark grey blade with serrated thorns and crimson accents appeared in his right hand, Surtr Jr. readying himself as they watched the serpents rushing towards them before they charged forward.

Surtr Jr. & Beowulf vs Miðgarðsormr:

Battle BEGIN!

"Giant's Wrath!" Surtr Jr. was the first to engage the Miðgarðsormr clone closest to them, a loud screech echoing through the air as he moved out of the way of the dragon trying to bite down on him before a deafening rumble echoed throughout the battlefield as the dragon's head fell to the ground while black flames swiftly ate up its headless corpse.

However, it appears that the other clones did not care as another came down upon him only for a wall of emerald energy to quickly block it off, Beowulf chuckling as he swiftly appeared above the giant and easily blocked the attack.

Immediately, the dragon growled as it pulled back before diving forward once more along with its counterparts, to which Beowulf just smirked as he disappeared and left his blade floating in the air.

Surtr Jr. grinned as he reached above him while his aura flared to its maximum, gripping the blade tightly before spinning as he swung the blade and his greatsword with all his might in a full arc.

"Giant's Wrath!" The sky went black as a sea of divine flames spewed out in all directions, the dragons roaring as they moved out of the way of the flames before Beowulf smirked as he moved.

Surtr Jr. was swift on the uptake as he tossed Beowulf's blade into the middle of the Miðgarðsormr, the devil smirking as he reappeared next to the blade and gripped the hilt tightly.

"Hrunting." One moment, the sky was silent and the next, all hell broke loose as a flurry of crimson slashes flew in all directions, the blades easily carving deep into the dragons and making them roar with agony as Beowulf swiftly teleported back down to the ground.

"Muspell!" Surtr Jr. roared as he swung his blade of black flames as hard as he could, the air stilling for a moment before a monstrous sea of flames spewed from the blade and washed over the beasts, their cries of agony and despair swiftly drowned out by the flames' vicious & gleeful roars.

Watching as his flames devoured the corpses of the clones, Surtr Jr.'s black flame blade disappeared just as Beowulf landed next to him, his fellow devil sheathing Hrunting back into its pocket dimension before turning to Surtr Jr. as the devil chuckled.

"Hah, that was a nice warm-up."

"We're part of the peerage of the strongest Devil in history. It would have been a shame if we lost to mere copies of a Dragon King, no matter how powerful it was." Beowulf said with a shrug, to which Surtr Jr. nodded with a hum before they both looked up at the pillar of energy rising high into the sky.

"That's Lord Odin's battle, correct?"

"Yep! The old man is probably winning, but more help never hurt anyone."

Odin vs Hel:

Battle BEGIN!

"Why! Won't! You! Die?!" Hel exclaimed with each spell that she cast, Odin humming as an ethereal azure fist came down upon him before it was completely obliterated with one stab of Gungnir, a deafening neigh echoing from Sleipnir's lips that made the flesh cocoon around Hel collapse as the rider & mount floated calmly in the air.

"You will find that my death does not come easy." Odin spoke with a smirk as he created a silver crest on both sides, twin beams of scarlet energy swiftly being absorbed by the crest before they fused into one in front of him.

With a wave of Gungnir, Hel's eyes widened as the fused crimson beam nearly erased her from existence if not for the series of runic crests she traced in front of her, swiftly moving out of the way as the beam crashed through the last crests & continued onto the end of the horizon.

"Now, tell me. You're not one to abruptly attack your fellow divines despite how much you say that you hate us. Why are you and your family doing this?"

"Ha! There's a first time for everything, Odin. Not all of us are as hardheaded as you and that red-haired buffoon that calls himself the Strongest Norse God. Besides, Father said that it was time for Ragnarök to begin and my siblings & I agreed." Hel spoke with a scoff, to which Odin just raised an eyebrow as he & Sleipnir descended until they were on the ground just a few paces away from the goddess.

"Hel, I've known you since you came into existence and the only thing you hate more than following your father's orders is hearing any talk regarding Ragnarök. Hell, the last time someone even spoke of it in your presence, you sentenced their mortal descendants to a lifetime of misery and despair."

"That was before I realized that with my family dead, I would be left to rule!" Hel exclaimed as she punched the air with a scarlet fist, the ground cracking open as hundreds of serpentine beasts made out of the same scarlet energy.

Odin just sighed as he watched the beasts descending upon him before his aura flared, Gungnir covered with a silver glow as he spun it before pointing the sharp end at the beasts.

"Einherjar." With a sparkling silver flash, the air quaked as hundreds of ethereal warriors clad in hide armour leapt out of the spear, the warriors letting out a battle cry and the beasts letting out guttural roars before the two armies clashed.

"While they're fighting," Hel's eyes widened as she spun around, a smiling Odin standing besides her with Gungnir floating next to him while Sleipnir disappeared in a silver flash.

Quickly lashing out with a heel kick, Odin smirked as he caught her kick before pulling her forward, quickly spinning around the leaping kick she tried to get onto his face before wheezing as the butt-end of Gungnir slammed her into the ground.

"Decay!" She exclaimed as she placed her hands palms flat onto the ground, Odin floating up as the ground under him crumbled away while Hel growled as she flipped away.

However, her eyes widened and she froze as Gungnir stopped just short of stabbing into her throat, Odin smirking as he landed softly in front of her before snapping his fingers.

Immediately, his Einherjar latched onto the bodies of the remaining beasts before exploding spectacularly, the purple sky of the Underworld illuminated by scarlet and azure explosions as Odin smiled down at the glaring Hel.

"Now then, tell me who's actually trying to kill me?"

A/N: Another short chapter, but next chapter, I'm going all out as it will be the real fights.
