Tsunade slowly rise to her feet "Menma that's enough, from now on I, too shall her my life!" said Tsunade with conviction.
"Feh! If you're going to throw away your away life for a couple of brats then die like the trash you're protecting!" exclaimed Orochimaru the swords extends from his mouth and he slashes her across the chest she falls to the ground "now...as for Naruto-kun!" said Orochimaru staring at Menma with a death stare Orochimaru swings his sword but Tsunade appears above them taking the blow.
"Didn't I tell you? I said I'd bet my life," says Tsunade.
"You worthless trash!" yelled Tsunade as the two Sannin fell back before Orochimaru knew it be was not by an upper cut punch from Tsunade he turns and noticed she's no longer trembling "why am I doing this? Because now...I am the 5th Hokage of the leaf!" declared Tsunade her diamond tattoo begins to spread across her face.
"Tsunade-sama overcame her phobia! But that Jutsu is," trailed Shizune she stares in shock noticing the deal on her forehead "wa-wait Tsunade-sama. I'll heal your wounds! Please don't open that seal!" exclaimed Shizune with worry.
"Seal Release! Creation Rebirth (Sōzō Saisei)!" exclaimed Tsunade each of her injuries begin to heal at a rapid pace.
"Fufu, seems like I'm not the only one developing new jutsu...care to tell me what that is?" questioned Orochimaru looking at her with interest.
She wipes off the trail of blood on her lips "I've been gathering my chakra to the deal on my forehead for quite some time I used that chakra to stimulate production of various enzymes that accelerated my cell duplicate for rapid reformation I can reconstruct any damaged parts and organs of my body it's not just a simple healing, it's regeneration in other words...I'll never die in battle...ever!" said Tsunade.
"Tsunade-sama!" exclaimed a worried Shizune "the number of times each human cell can multiply is limited if she quickens the process it only means she's shortening her own life!" thought Shizune.
Both Tsunade and Jiraiya had summoned their respected boss summons Gamabunta and Lady Katsuyu. Orochimaru glances at the dead body of Kabuto with a frustrating stare he honestly didn't count on the twins to kill Kabuto he also didn't bring anyone else with him he honestly didn't believe he would run into both teammates Orochimaru knew against these three giant he stood no chance especially now with his arms useless all three summons glares down at the traitor. "Kuku, this isn't over! I will obtain immortality and I will destroy Konohagakure! I will kill you and Naruto mark my words you brat!" sneered Orochimaru he then sinks into the ground.

Back in the village Tsunade had already healed Kakashi and Yugao from their fight with Itachi and Kisame now she sits in the Hokage office reading over a report Naruto and Menma stood before her "I have to say I'm impressed with the both of you your teamwork with Team Yugao! Even in each of your matches you've proven to be able to plan and out think your opponent. I've read your reports against your fight with a transformed Gaara and I only have this to say...congratulations, Naruto and Menma Uzumaki I, Tsunade Senju the Godiame Hokage promote you to the rank of Chunin." said Tsunade with a proud smile she nods her head at Shizune who pulls out a scroll as she opens the scroll two Chunin vest are released.
Shizune hands each of the brothers their new Chunin Vest she smiles brightly at the two "congratulations, you two earned it!" beamed Shizune the two stood in place each having a proud smirk on their faces.
The two returned the smile they then turned to Tsunade and bows to her respectfully "Thank you Tsunade!" says Naruto puffing out his chest with pride.
"We won't fail you!" said Menma.
"I'm sure you both won't with your progress I'm sure the both of you will be become jounin in no time." said Tsunade she still couldn't believe she was back here the village she sworn to never returned.
"Wanna bet on that?" asked Menma with a fox-like grin on his face Shizune chuckles at this.
Tsunade rolled her eyes at the red-haired Uzumaki "yeah, no! That's the last time I'm betting against you two!" said Tsunade seriously these two were able to learn the Rasengan in a week is insane though she still was trying wrap her head around the fact that they've learned the Hirashin no Jutsu. "Keep your eyes peel Orochimaru isn't just trying to get his arms heal but also wants revenge on you two." warned Tsunade something told her Orochimaru just isn't ready to go back into hiding.
Naruto and Menma nods their head understanding "eh, let that bastard come! Next we see the snake we'll finish the job that Sarutobi couldn't!" said Naruto with a hardened expression they knew at the rate Orochimaru is at he's no longer as strong as he once was. But with Orochimaru in his weakened state he doesn't appear to be a threat to the twins the mysterious Akatsuki seem far more dangerous than some old crippled man obsessed with immortality.
"If it was any other brat in the village but coming from you two I believe it! Now you two are dismiss! I have a lot of paper work!" grumbled an annoyed Tsunade glaring at the never ending growing paper work it seems like every time she finished one stack of paper work another stack of paperwork. She reaches for a Sake bottle but can't seen to find it an annoyed tick mark appears on her head glaring at Shizune who has a Sake bottle behind her back.
Shizune looks her at her Hokage with a look of disappointment "no, drinking Tsunade-sama! You can drink once you are finished." says Shizune Tsunade slams her head on the desk grumbling about mountains of paperwork.
Timeskip
Konohagakure Hospital
Sasuke layed in his bed grumbling about recent events he was angry that Naruto and Menma had fought against two powerful opponents like Gaara of the Sand and Neji Hyuga. The two brothers had even fought against a rampaging Gaara and even summoned a giant wolf and the two had not only confronted Orochimaru and survived but even his own elder brother went after them. And to top it off they returned with a new Hokage he felt like all this glory should be his he felt like he should have that power.
Sai and Sakura looked at their teammate with an irritated look ever since Sasuke had lost against Naruto he's been brooding and outweigh refusing to participate in rehab the two were starting to get tired and annoyed at how Sasuke wasn't even trying to get back on his feet. Sakura rolled her eyes at the scowl that seemed to always present on his face "Sasuke, Sai and myself for you some foods. The doctors and nurses said you've been refusing to eat hopefully this is better than the hospital food they have." said Sakura holding holding a tray filled with various types fruit but Sasuke snacks the dish out on her hand causing it crashing on the ground she stood with an unreadable stare staring at the food on the floor.
Sai stares at Sasuke with a glare "why did you do that! All we're trying to do is help you!" exclaimed Sai glaring at Sasuke who's only been rude and cold to them since the forming of Team 7.
"Help? What makes you think I even want your or need your help! Always butting into other people's business!" hissed Sasuke in angry at how his two teammates always seemed to be trying to get involved into his life.
"We're your teammates Sas- Sai, that's enough! Sasuke all what Sai and I've been doing is trying to help but what do we get for showing concern and worry about our teammate? We get scorn I even tried to help you but you don't want our help! And You know what! I'm sick and tired of your no one understands me! I get it your angry you lost horribly other ninjas have had lost a limb and still continued their lives!" said Sakura narrowing her green eyes at him.
He glares at her before she would've back down from the glare but she stood her ground "you don't understand, no one understands! I am- yes, yes! Your an avenger! I've heard it a hundred times but what are you even doing to avenge your family? You aren't going through rehab! And you haven't been learning one hand seals! Do you honestly think you are the only one in the village who has suffered? What about Kakashi-sensei and the other sensei? They fought and survived the The Third Great War you don't think they've suffered!" exclaimed Sakura she couldn't believe how she used to dawn over him.
"Naruto was right about one thing there is always someone who's suffered more." said Sai glaring at Sasuke.
"What would you or Sakura even know what suffering is!" roared Sasuke.
"You aren't the only one who has lost family! I lost my elder brother Shin because of a monstrous man I know what's it like to lost family! The only difference is I'm not shutting myself out and selfish." said Sai Sasuke snarls at Sai who looks at him with a dark look.
"Sasuke, I've always hear you talking about restoring your clan but how do you plan to do that when you don't even show any interest and if you treat us your teammates bad then how would you treat your girlfriend or wife? You've shown you are incapable of caring about anyone but yourself. And let me tell you one thing Sasuke no girl in this village or the world would ever put up with you and your lone wolf act! Both Sai and myself to be good teammates but I'm sick and tired of how you treated us!" said Sakura.
Sasuke just glares at her "and how even said I needed your help or Sai's? You two are both useless!" said Sasuke with a scowl on his face, Sai grits his teeth in frustration at the last Uchiha.
Sakura glares down at her hands before glaring at the boy who she used to have a major crush on. "You know what Sasuke, Fuck you! If you want to do the whole loner then...fine!" exclaimed Sakura she then storms out the room.
Sai narrowed his eyes at Sasuke "you're an idiot Sasuke! She was the only girl in this whole village who would go beyond for you!" says Sai he shook his head at Uchiha and exits the room.
With Team Yugao
Team Yugao and Kin were at Ichiraku's Ramen stand their sensei was eating a bowl chicken ramen, Yakumo was eating a bowl of spicy chicken, Naruto had five bowls of Miso Ramen, Menma had five bowls of Pork Ramen, and Kin was eating a bowl of shrimp Ramen. Teuchi beamed at the two twins "Naruto, Menma! I got you two something for being promoted!" exclaimed Teuchi the two brothers stopped stuffing their faces with their favorite meal and stares at Teuchi in a curious manner.
"It isn't a new jutsu or weapon but I know how much the both of you enjoy Yukie Fujikaze!" exclaimed the ramen chef he then hands the two a copy of a Yukie Fujikaze movie. Ayame then elbows her father with a smirk "we also made you two something special!" said Teuchi massaging his possibly bruised ribs.
Ayame pulls out a tray that is filled chicken and pork dumplings and stuffed porn buns "here's your special Ichiraku dumplings and pork buns!" said Ayame smiling at the duo in a sisterly manner her smile seemed to beamed at seeing the twins eat the new food "I hope you two like it, I've been trying to convinced dad here to add something new to the menu." said Ayame though seeing the blonde redhead duo enjoy their meal brought a since of pride in her.
Naruto hands Kin a dumpling and she happily ear it she turns to Ayame with a smile "there's are really good Ayame!" said Kin she had to admit the Ichiraku duo sure know how to cook. When she heard that Jiraiya, Naruto, and Menma had encountered not only Itachi and Kisame but also Orochimaru she was worried something might've happened to the twins she happy the two were okay but also happy that Kabuto was dead.
Yugao smiles at the Uzumaki brothers and pats the two on their head causing each of them to glance at her she smiles at them with a smile beaming with pride "I'm so proud of you two, the both of you defeated two strong opponents, protected the village from a rampaging Gaara, and you survived against Konoha's deadliest rogue shinobi you two should be proud most people don't even experience what you have. And as your sensei I couldn't be more prouder!" said Yugao she remembered when she first met the two back then they were filled with so much anger and hate but seeing how the two have changed makes her happy, the two have grown since placed under her care.
Naruto and Menma smiles at her "Thank you, Yugao-sensei." said Naruto.
"And you two are the only ones who passed the Chunin Exam! Ugh, I wish I could've fought in the Chunin Exams!" groaned Yakumo slamming her head on the counter grumbling about how unfair only her teammates got a chance to fight. She then gain a solemn look "and Amai died too," whispered Yakumo the shinobi at the table gained saddened look Amai Karui and Omoi's teammate had died protecting some children from the invading forces of the Sound and Sand.
Kin looks down in a saddened expression "I'm sorry," says Kin in a low tone even though she had betrayed the Sound and join The Leaf she still felt guilt for all the lives that were unnecessary killed.
Naruto's hand reaches for Kin's and gently runs his hands over her knuckles "it isn't your fault, Kin-chan. The blame goes to Orochimaru! He's the one who manipulated the Sand into joining him, he's the reason for all the lost of life! Though, seeing him now, I can say whatever Sarutobi did has weakened him! He's not as immortal as he wants you to believe!" said Naruto he remembers just how sick the snake looked that man looked.
Yakumo looks at Naruto with a curious gaze "what do you mean? He's not as Immortal?" asked Yakumo from what she heard the man was pretty much impossible to kill, even conventional ways of killing him doesn't work. Even Sakura said when Sasuke had thrown a fire ball it had no real affect.
"When we saw Orochimaru he was in a real pathetic stare it actually looked like he might collapse from straining his body. I'm not sure what Sarutobi did to him but whatever it was has left both arms useless." said Naruto Kin, Yakumo, and Yugao looked at him with a surprised look he may have Hiruzen but he was grateful for the old man weakening Orochimaru.
"What! Seriously?" asked Kin looking at her boyfriend with a surprised look she didn't think she would ever hear Orochimaru and weak in the same sentence. She unconsciously, tightens her grip she never again she would ever hear that Orochimaru had become weak.
Naruto nods his head "yeah, he had his arms bandage and everything." said Naruto.
"His arms looked completely useless. Not only that but the whole time he was fighting Jiraiya and Tsunade he used his long disgusting tongue and used that sword with his mouth. He didn't even use his arms when summoning his giant snake." said Menma he then frowns "and he was looking for Tsunade to heal him proving whatever happened to Orochimaru had took a serious toll on his body. Though at least we know why he hates the title of Hokage and went after Sasuke instead of Orochimaru." said Menma smirking while slurping up his noodles.
Yugao looked at Menma with an intrigued expression "really?" asked Yugao from what Anko had told her Orochimaru wants Sasuke's body to gain the Sharingan but she didn't know how he would obtain the Sharingan she figured the man must've developed some new technique.
"Yeah, for him wanting Sasuke is probably obvious Sasuke is weak while Itachi is far stronger than Orochimaru he probably stupidly tried to fight him. And he hates the title of Hokage because he lost it to Minato Namikaze someone who was feared and respected from all over the world both Minato and Itachi are stronger than Orochimaru." says Menma sure around his time Orochimaru was one of the strongest shinobi that is until his father and Itachi had rose to fame one a prodigy that surpassed even the biggest clans and Itachi one of the most skilled Uchiha.
"Menma is right though I've always heard him badmouthing Sandaime Hokage for giving the title Yondaime Hokage to Minato Namikaze. Orochimaru had even said if Minato Namikaze was alive then the invasion would've been a complete failure. He also seemed jealous that the Yondaime isn't from any noble clan but was stronger than Uchiha Clan's Fugaku Uchiha." said Kin she then leaned her head against Naruto's shoulder.
Orochimaru had even openly complained how he never could grasp the Hirashin no Jutsu to be frank the serpent man couldn't even understand the fuinjutsu formula. While Orochimaru had to resort to modifying his body to reach new heights people like Minato and Itachi don't have to go to extreme lengths the two men are naturally gifted. Then again the Hirashin no Jutsu was a complicated technique that requires to be a skilled fuinjutsu specialist and to have Kage level chakra reserves.
Yugao then remembers all the times when Anko had talked about her former sensei "from what Anko has told me the man is incredibly arrogant egotist- and likes to hear himself talk!" said Naruto stuffing his face with a pork bun.
"And he's at pedophile!" says Menma Yakumo and Kin giggles at this.
Yugao smirks never hearing someone call Orochimaru a pedophile "yes, even with all that Orochimaru is an egotistical with a serious complex believing himself to be this superior immortal being. Orochimaru also has a habit of underestimating anyone who believes is lower than himself." said Yugao she was sure her fellow purplenette would enjoy Naruto and Menma calling one of the Legendary Sannin a pedophile.
Time Skip
Kotetsu and Izumo walk into the Hokage both couldn't help but look at the Hokage with a deadpan expression "Godaime! You were just sleeping right now weren't you? You made us get those documents while you slept!" exclaimed Kotetsu.
"Anyways, Hokage-sama there is news I'd like to report." said Izumo looking nervous.
"What is it?" asked Tsunade who seems to be finally awake so, he explain that they found Sakura knocked out on the ground an apparently the one responsible was Sasuke Uchiha. "What? Is that true?" asked Tsunade looking shocked at the news.
"Yes, from what we heard from Sakura Haruno, there seems to be no mistaking it." said Izumo both Chunin looked at Tsunade with a worry expression.
"To think that he'd start taking action already...he wants the Uchiha brat's ability...that twisted bastard." thought Tsunade she should've figured Orochimaru would start making his next move. "Izumo, Kotetsu there are some people I would like for you two to bring to me, " said Tsunade.
With Naruto, Menma, and Kin
The trio sat at the kitchen table eating breakfast "so, what do you guys plan to do today?" asked Kin even though it had been months since she moved in with the twins she did enjoy their company than her own teammates. She also, couldn't imagine Zaku or Dosu helping her with breakfast or anything really.
"Yugao-sensei wants us to do some light team training since we've been gonna so, long. Honestly, I didn't retrieving Tsunade would take so much time." said Naruto taking a sip from orange juice then again it wasn't like they expected to run into three rogue shinobi the blonde can still see Itachi's expressionless Sharingan eyes staring at him with that cold look.
"What about you, Kin? Tsunade still hasn't assigned you to a team?" asked Menma before she can answer someone was knocking at the door confusing the three "who the he'll would that be?" wondered Menma he doubt it was Yugao or Yakumo they watched as Kin went towards the door. Menma glances at Naruto "so, which team do you think Kin would be part of?" asked the redhead.
The blonde shrugged his shoulders "I'm not sure she really. She could either be placed on Team 7 or Team 8." said Naruto Tsunade was still busy with all the mountain of paperwork and probably other hundreds of things. Though watching a frustrated Tsunade tried to get through all that paper work was funny especially when Shizune refused to allow Tsunade to drink.
Kin enters back in the kitchen but she was worried look on her face "Naruto, Menma! There's some messengers from the Godiame wants to speak with the both of you." said Kin the two look at each other in confusion.
The two brothers stood in front of Tsunade both wearing their Chunin vest "late last night, Sasuke left our village! There's no doubt in my mind he's headed for the Sound Village." said Tsunade the two gain a serious expression.
"Can't say I'm surprised! He was never loyal to the village!" said Naruto with Menma nodding his head in agreement Sasuke was always obsessed with revenge. He isn't naturally gifted like Itachi plus Sasuke had a huge superior complex.
"For the time being, Naruto...I'll be giving you your first mission, right now." said Tsunade.
"So, you want us to track down Sasuke and bring him back?" questioned Menma he knew Orochimaru would most likely send for his shinobi to bring Sasuke back to the base he wasn't sure why Orochimaru still wanted Sasuke's body after Naruto had blown the bastard to kingdom come.
"What if he resist?" asked Naruto he knew there was a hundred chance Sasuke won't be coming back to the village.
"Do what you must, we can't allow Orochimaru to gain the Sharingan! However, this mission needs to be completed quickly above all else there will be a high probability of running into trouble. This isn't the first time something like This has happened there is also a high probability Orochimaru's henchmen will be showing Sasuke the way. You have 30 minutes gather as many worthy genin that you see fit, and leave immediately." said Tsunade in a, serious tone the two,understood the gravity of the mission.
"Don't worry Orochimaru won't get his hands on the Sharingan we'll make sure of it!" said Naruto he and Menma gain a dark feral like grin at the underlined tone they knew if Sasuke wasn't willing to return to the village then that marked the young Uchiha as traitor. Tsunade wasn't sure if she should feel sorry for the Uchiha but she just shook her head she didn't know the Uchiha brat and from what she heard the boy was nothing but a spoiled brat.
As Naruto exit the Hokage Office he turns to Menma "we'll split up! That way we'll cover more ground I'll pick up Kin-chan and you pick up Shino!" said Naruto Menma nods his head and runs towards the Aburame Clan house while Naruto runs back to his apartment. As Naruto opens the door Kin stares at her boyfriend in curiosity but she knew something was up. He then explains what Tsunade had told him and Menma.
"Dammit! So, Sasuke actually left the village to join Orochimaru he doesn't understand what's he getting himself into! Alright, Naruto-kun I'll join you!" said Kin with a serious expression she heads into the room she shares with Naruto and within a couple of minutes she's dressed and ready to go "who's next for the squad?" asked Kin as the duo ran out of the apartment.
"Shikamaru!" said Naruto.
"Shikamaru? You mean that lazy bum?" asked Kin she doesn't really remember much about the Nara heir besides the fact he's last and he has the expression of a dead fish.
Naruto chuckles at that "he may be lazy, but he's insanely intelligent the only thing holding him back is himself." said Naruto to be honest if Shikamaru wasn't so lazy and didn't find everything to be a drag then the Nara would be a formidable Shinobi.
Menma arrives at the Aburame but before he can knock on the door Shino's Shibi father opens the door "Menma, good morning I take it you need to see my son?" asked the man in his, usual stoic tone.
"Yes, Sasuke has fled the village and we need Shino on our team!" said Menma the man simply nods his head and goes to retrieve his son. Menma smirks at seeing Shino "good you're ready! Now come on, I'll fill you in the next person we need is Neji." said Menma the two then begins to head towards the Hyuga household.
"So, Sasuke has left the village to join Orochimaru? Then shouldn't we recruit Sakura or Sai? They do know Sasuke Uchiha the best." says Shino he knew Sakura was being trained by his sensei to improve on her must needed Kunoichi abilities but he didn't know how capable Sai is since Kakashi had taken the pale teen to train in the mountains.
"Menma shook his head negatively "When Kin had defected from the Sound she told us about each member and Sai doesn't fit the team we are building. Besides I would've chosen him if you didn't come to mind. You exactly are perfect for the mission!" said Menma it was also due to the fact he wasn't sure how strong he gotten since training with Kakashi.
Shino felt happy that his closed friend chose him as a first pick, Naruto and Menma were among the first people who didn't outright fear him or hated him for his control over insects. "And what about Sakura?" asked Shino remembering how much of a fangirls she is.
"Surprisingly enough, Sakura was the one who discovered Sasuke trying to leave she tried to stop him but he attacked her." said Menma from what he heard from Tsunade Sasuke had severely beaten her to the point she needed to be healed by a medic nin.
Shino raised his eyebrow in surprise "really, well that is unsuspecting. So, Sasuke Uchiha has deserted the village to join Orochimaru and he's even attacked a fellow Konohagakure ninja if lucky he'll have his chakra and Sharingan sealed away." said Shino he always saw Sasuke as a talented shinobi but unfortunately his attitude and overconfidence has always been his biggest weakest.
With Naruto
"So, we're counting on you, Choji! Hurry and get ready, we'll be waiting at the front gate in 10 minutes." said Shikamaru the sleepy Choji stares at them while stuffing his face with chips.
Kin looked at Shikamaru with a raised eyebrow as they stare at the door of the Akimichi "What the hell! I thought you said you know someone who could help! " exclaimed Kin from what she could remember Choji was more focused on eating than training plus the fat child looks like he'd rather eat than train.
"Choji and I, we've been working closely as a team for a long time." said Shikamaru.
"And he's who we need. Though, to be honest he could actually train and not eat a bag of chips." said Naruto looking at Choji or seemed like Choji is always eating some bag of chips.
The group then heads towards the front gate and sees his brother Menma and Shino along side them are Neji and Rock Lee "well, I've heard all of it sounds like quite a problem." says Neji his usual calm and stoic term but he lost his old arrogant tone.
"I also know what's going on," says Lee.
"Times up! From here we've got a seven man team!" said Naruto.
Rock Lee sighs to his himself "During times like this, I want to" says Lee was with his,injuries he can't help his fellow shinobi.
"Lee, there are other things you need to worry about." says Neji glancing at his teammate.
"Well, let's do this!" said Menma he and everyone turns towards Naruto since he is the team leader while Menma is Second in commant.
"Since this is a rescue mission, we're the pursues which means, it's easy for our enemies to get their first strike on us. But fortunately for us thanks to Kin-chan we know Orochimaru had sent his Sound Four to retrieve Sasuke. The Sound 4 are his most skilled ninjas and works as his body guard they're at least at High Chunin to low jounin level." said Naruto he then explains what Kin told him about the members of the Sound each of them now knew who they are going up against. Each member knew this mission was going to be anything but easy.
"We'll proceed in single line formation first things first Shino will be in the most crucial position of forward scout with your insects you spread them across a vast distance your also always traveling all year throughout the Fire Country. Second is me, the squad leader I can give orders according to the situation behind Shino and anyone behind me can see my hand signals. Third is Menma, you've got sick reactions, who can easily assist from both front and back. And with with your skills in archery you can target and defend against anyone from a distance." said Naruto he knew with their abilities with Shadow Clones they can even provide needed assists.
"Fourth is Choji you don't have the speed but you've got enough power in our squad me, Shino, and Menma will create openings. You will change in to finish the game and Shikamaru will add a necessary assist. Fifth is Shikamaru while you lack power you will provide as backup to Choji since you two work together for years and with your mind you can catch the enemy off guard. Sixth is with your ability in genjutsu and traps you can easily provide help to others if we are caught in Tayuya's genjutsu and can even give detailed information about the ones we are fighting. Lastly, I'll place Neji on the squads tail I'll let you handle the most difficult fast of rear scout with your Byakugan, you can always check for the squads blind spots." said Naruto he was hoping with Kin's and Tayuya's friendship she may sway her allegiance but he wasn't too sure of that.

Shino will concentrate on the forward position, and I'll spread my sight at a wide range Menma and I will also be using out clones as scouts of one is destroyed we'll know, Menma will cover the left, Choji the right Neji, Kin, and Shikamaru we'll be taking care of the rear section. Oh yeah, there's a high chance the Sound will be trying to split us apart. For that I've decided Choji will go up against Jirobu, Shino will fight Sakon, Neji will fight Kidomaro luckily you already have experienced fighting someone with archery, Kin and Shikamaru will Tayuya, and Menma and I will deal with Sasuke anyone else Orochimaru sends out " says Naruto he then seals the scroll back up.
"Oh, and I'd like to check out total squad strength everyone let me check each of your weapons and equipment I'll finish in three minutes." says Naruto after counting all the weapons he stood up placing the scroll in his back pocket. "Any questions?" asked Naruto neither of his new teammates said anything.
"Well, I guess I'll finish up the most important thing I hate Sasuke Uchiha and he isn't someone I considered important frankly this village can get by without the Sharingan! Our mission is to retrieve Sasuke by any means necessary! Some of you might find it hard to stomach this but as a ninja of Konohagakure we can't allow someone like him to roam free and do as they please! This is what it means to be a leaf ninja! As a Chunin your lives are mine and Menma's responsibility." said Naruto a good majority of them smiles and smirks at the blonde Naruto then begins to count each weapon.
"Wait!" exclaimed Sai and Sakura each member of the team noticed the arm cass Sakura is wearing and sporting a few bruises.
Naruto roses his eyebrow at the black eye on Sakura but quickly turned to Sai "why are you here? We have everyone we need?" questioned Naruto he knew with Sakura's injuries she wasn't coming with them.
"You know the only way for Sasuke to return is by force? It's too late to talk this through with him." said Menma he noticed how her face is covered in bruises meaning Sasuke didn't simply knock her out no, he attacked her and he meant to caused the young pinknette pain.
Sakura looks down in shame as the beating Sasuke had given her ran through her head she can still see his hateful eye glaring into her very soul. "I-I understand, Sasuke has put himself in a tight position. I know he can be a pain and real jerk but please bring him he has a lot to answer too." said Sakura crying at her failure from stopping him even with the extra training she was still behind her two teammates she unconsciously grips Sai's hand.
Neither Naruto or Menma said anything she understood to everyone else Sasuke was their command who's made a huge mistake but the twins never considered him as a comrade. Kin steps and brings the pinkette into a hug she then gives the pinkette a warm smile "don't worry, Sakura we'll bring back your dumbass of a teammate even if we have to bring back with both legs broken!" said Kin smirking to herself Sakura allowed a small giggle as she imagines the prideful Sasuke being dragged to the village.
Kin then glances at Naruto who smiles at her with a warm expression "come on, Naruto-kun we've wasted enough time standing around." said Kin the new Sasuke Retrieval Team heads out of the village with Sai, Sakura, and Lee.
